Voordelen: It is very disappointing that the I have been charged for my luggage. I have been allowed one peace suitcase from London to Stockholm. I was allowed from London but on return British Airways check in staff charge me unlawfully.

Voordelen: The flight departed on time and arrived early. The crew were all courteous and kind even to the man who was sitting next to me who seemed quite demanding.
Nadelen: I am small but the seats seemed a bit too tight. The plane itself seemed a bit outdated.
Voordelen: Great crew and prompt boarding.
Nadelen: Airline food and close main cabin seating. Should offer upgraded meals, just like the extra seating space.

Nadelen: departure board listed flight as being boarded and gate closed hour before flight leading to confusion and standing in queue for over an hour, part of food was frozen and inedible, paid for upgraded seat which turned out to be by bathroom smells were as bad as you can imagine

Voordelen: The food selection and drinks, given our coach class, were excellent. Nice attention to the passengers.

Voordelen: The seat was much better than other airlines' economy seats. Great food and lots of it. Excellent attendants. Zurich is the best planned airport for changing to next flight. I'm going to try to use Swiss as often as I can.

Nadelen: Connection time unacceptable with delay in departure from London
Voordelen: Kayak would not allow me to change the ticket - referred me to FlyUs. Horrible customer service. I needed to return on Sat Jun 15 not Sun Jun 16. Would not give refund (i agreed to that when buying) but would not refund the tax, which i feel legally they have to do.
Nadelen: Won't be using FlyUs or Kayak again for future purchases. Will go to the airlines directly. Too much red tape and horrible customer service for me to do this anymore. I fly a lot and have over 20,000 miles with Kayak, but those days are over.
Voordelen: a320 was comfortable
Voordelen: DTW to FRA leg was direct, customs arriva was quick, select male staff on both legs of flight friendly.
Nadelen: Numerous instances of curt or rude airline personnel throughout trip. On the plane, stewardesses made it clear that they were not interested in providing drink or bassinet help as they had ‘paper work requirements’ or other more important things to do. Very shocking for business class tickets.
Voordelen: I was seated in Row 18 (comfort economy?) and my seat was relatively comfortable. The cabin was clean and pleasant. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.
Nadelen: My family was seated in the economy section and their seats were extremely uncomfortable. I had the pasta dish for dinner and it was mushy to the point of being inedible.
Nadelen: The food was so cheap... pasta and a muffin. I’ll be looking around for another airline.

Nadelen: They lost our bags, twice! We had 4 pieces of luggage that were checked together. They flew out of the same airport we did. They lost 3 out of the 4 bags, but assured me all 3 were on the very next flight. The next flight came in but only 2 more had been put on that flight. Still waiting on 4th...
Voordelen: Will never purchase tickets through kayak ever again

Nadelen: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...
Nadelen: The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight.
Voordelen: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.
Nadelen: Service, staff and food.
Voordelen: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)
Nadelen: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Nadelen: The temperature of the flight was out of control it was very hot for the full 9 hr there was something wrong with the plane and the crew was not addressing it.
Voordelen: Jet was a CRJ900 and was very comfortable. Had to check baggage before entering plane but worked out well and helped with the boarding.

Nadelen: No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice.

Nadelen: Seats too small. We were unable to choose seats ourselves; it got spit to of a computer. Flight was delayed about 50 minutes. Food had a lot of pasta, for some reason, we were not able to choose food. Would have chosen vegetarian.

Nadelen: Xiamen reps at KUL didn’t let me board because they said my middle name on boarding pass didn’t match with the name on Chinese transit visa. I got this Chinese transit visa just to transfer because of the airport layout and that part was also didn’t make sense. They didn’t accept my middle “Y” on the boarding pass and it was so much of hassle to argue and finally let me through. Will never fly again on Xiamen.
Nadelen: Why is my passport number wrong?
Voordelen: Crew was very nice and I was happy to get emergency exit row window seat to make the the long flight more comfortable.
Nadelen: The food could have definitely been better too many shrimp and fish options even in the morning for breakfast. I was happy there has been a pasta served for dinner otherwise I wouldn’t have eaten the entire flight! Shrimp for breakfast isn’t an option for American folk and the movie selection

Nadelen: Snacks and water ran out during the last several hours of the flight. For shorter people, their feet would have difficulty touching the floor.
Nadelen: The plane delayed by 30 minutes, I was rushed past security to wrong plane in Orlando, making me miss my flight, cue multiple times as the airlines "British Airways" and "American Airlines" bickered about who's fault it was. I'm still sat in Orlando waiting for my flight after losing my hotel in LA
Voordelen: I loved the spacious business class cabins
Nadelen: British Airways did not correctly issue ticket to American Airlines and we have to wait another day before departure. Resulted in my loss of monies on various reservations
Voordelen: I travel 70 times a year and I try to avoid BA the f I can. This flight 2 hrs late and they ran out of food as hey got to me I’m tge back. The toilets ran out of water 3/4 of the way through the flight so people couldn’t use the toilets. Not good. Zz

Nadelen: You should flag that the luggage is not included in price when selling tickets.
Voordelen: The Ukraine airline did a sting operation and took 80 euro from everyone who had a bag that was a little bigger than a purse. Shame on them, will never fly with them again.

If it was low cost carrier , which is not, annoying. Previous flight KBP to HRK on 5-21 offloaded despite confirmed sea

Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service.
