Nadelen: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."

But now Joon is showing its true nature as a LOW COST airline.Seats cramped. Snacks and apple juice are now available for purchase only."

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Voordelen: "The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!"

Nadelen: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Nadelen: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Nadelen: "Seat configuration as a first class ticket was awful. Same configuration as economy class but by leaving the middle seat empty constituted first class. I'm 6'-1" and missed the legroom...."

Nadelen: "Too many interruptions. Every time there's an announcement, it interrupts the movies and some of the announcements were completely unnecessary and there were so many of them, it was like constant interruptions, really annoying."

Nadelen: "Poor communication. Did not know was airfrance the booking was completed with Austria airline. In the ticket was not the information. Also, airfrance could not find me in their systems I was late to board the plane. Terrible messy and confusing time for me."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit tedious because we had to first board a bus to take us to the airplane."

Voordelen: "Entertainment center is brand new and Cleanliness Crew was ok And yeah there's wine (that way you can get plastered and ignore the uncomfortable seats)"
Nadelen: "Checking in was ridiculous. They're charging for literally EVERYTHING now. On economy class you have many options: - Normal (free!) "ergonomic" seats: uncomfortable, narrow, really close to the one in front of you. - Normal (exit row): just give up. There's like 6 of these and they're taken immediately. - Normal (middle of the plane): are you kidding me? These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."

Voordelen: "TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable."
Nadelen: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

I HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE, HAD THE APP ON MY PHONE WITH MY MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL...................NO ONE ADVISED. i SHOW UP AT AIRPORT AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY..............DREADFUJL AIRLINES"
Nadelen: "EVERYTHING...................THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS FOR A BUSINESS CLASS TRAVEL.................JUST IMAGINE WHAT A NIGHTMAORE THIS WAS FOR ECONOMY TRAVELING PASSANGERS"

Voordelen: "All was well from checking in to baggage claim."
Nadelen: "A delay of about 20 mins"

Nadelen: "It took a long time to board the plane and there was literally no line at the boarding gate. When I mean there was no line, its not that there were no people, its that we stood grouped together, because there was not enough space for everyone, so no line could form. So people simply cut in front of each other and there was quite a bit of anger and tension.Once we were on board, and seated, they came through and provided a meal. However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."

Nadelen: "Somehow, ticket was not being accepted to board on TAP's flight. Crew had to manually check it"

Voordelen: "The crew was very professional and service minded"
Nadelen: "The food was disgusting this time as well as the last time I traveled with TAP. The seats was uncomfortable and in leather like material witch made the seats very warm and sticky."

Nadelen: "Be on time and that they dont loose my bags! Wait for and extra 2 hours in the arrival airport because of the lost"

Nadelen: "We missed our connecting flight due to the fact that the TAP crew leaving Barcelona said there was “fog” and therefore, nearly half of the flight had the same connecting flight to London. On top of it, they had no other flights and put us up in a hotel instead."

Nadelen: "TAP charges $120 1st checkin bag, this was not disclosed on the itinerary or kayak site when we book the ticket. We expect kayak to refund this."

Nadelen: "The Lisbon airport could have more places with working electrical plugs or USB ports in order to charge devices while waiting for your flight."

Nadelen: "The entertainment is very poor. The programs are not on demand and the screeen is old, small and very poor quality. The A330-200 I flew from Boston to Lisbon was excellent and had the new lie flat seats and on-demand entertainment. Big difference between the two airplanes."

Nadelen: "Plane was full thus carry on roller bags had to be checked- big security concern re theft"

Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."
Nadelen: "I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment."

Voordelen: "Flight crew were nice plane arrived safely"
Nadelen: "They nickel and dime you. I paid for extra leg room and then on way over made me pay to check bag (which was supposed to be free) and way back switched planes so never got extra room and had to pay for bag as well and now have to fight for my money back. I don’t like the feeling of having to always pay. If you want people to not carry on so much stop charging (especially on international flights) to check bags."

Voordelen: "Food was ok. Check in was ok in Portugal. The plane was good (entertainment and seat comfort)."

I have been flighting TAP for many years now and it used to be one of my favorite airlines. No longer is the case. Over the years there has been a decline on service."

Nadelen: "We had trouble with the A/C leaving; until we were airborne, it was hot. I suspect that this is an unusual problem. In general, I find small international carriers better than the large ones; my favorite so far in Air Austria"

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Voordelen: "Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders...."
Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Nadelen: "A Final Boarding call was announced at the appointed boarding time for us to stand in the cold gang-way a further five minutes before proceeding outside to board the plane. Neither entertainment nor a safety briefing were provided before taking off. Attendant alerted us to a 'problem with the flight' but was incomprehensible over the speaker, as with any subsequent announcements."

Nadelen: "They didnt bring my bag from Dubai i had to stay 1 day without clothes"

Nadelen: "For starters the female flight attendants were very rude. Really unprofessional and lacking costumer service experience. The aircraft was messy and unclean. The entertainment screen freezes and unresponsive. They need replacing. And the delay was the icing on the cake. Royal Air Maroc is the worst airline company one can ever fly with. Even budget companies such as Easy Jet and Ryan Air provide better service. Not recommended at all people."

Voordelen: "I liked the Dreamliner aircraft over Atlantic."
Nadelen: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."

Voordelen: "The computer check in service is very good and very quick and check-in my bag in then went through security check was very quick so I went through to the duty free shops enjoyed looking at all the different things which can be printed on your boarding pass what you've bought then you wait to board the flight we boarded the plane and found my seat easy the flight took off and the service was very good I was able to eat most of the food I watched my dvds after then we landed going through security was quick then I collected my luggage and then I exited the airport."
Nadelen: "The only thing I didn't like to much was the starter it was very spicy as I've ibs if you could do Salmon flake all the time I would be able to eat this but not spicy food."

Voordelen: "The flight out of JFK to Casablanca was on time and checking in was extremely fast. We flew out and arrived early. The plane itself was very clean and organized, and was mostly empty, giving me enough space to have two seats for myself."
Nadelen: "The entertainment center (screen) stopped an hour before the plane landed. I was in the middle of watching The Greatest Showman, so that was pretty rude. Other than that it was great."

Voordelen: "This ia a great flight, i wouldn't to board time and again. ROYAL AIR MAROC"

Nadelen: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

Voordelen: "Meal and service were excellent. transit was great too."
Nadelen: "I did not like the blugs to use for the mobile charger.they were std french type I wish you will make it universal."

Nadelen: "The main meal was very greasy i have ibs i hardly could eat this but the flight going too Casablanca was lovely beef with rice was nice but coming back was too greasy i was ill"

Voordelen: "Fish meal very good but Rock hard ice cold bread told- why not serve warm and separately as most airlines do? Staff (Male)betterthan on Ouagadougou-Casablanca flight but still not very efficient and pretty charmless"

Nadelen: "The flight was more than one hour late, and I was told not to worry and that my connecting flight would wait. Not only was that false information (it didn't wait), but I was put on a flight hours later and got no compensation or even an apology. It should also be stated that Casablanca airport was in a state of chaos when I transited, with no one in charge of directing people towards connections, passengers fighting, screaming and forcing their way through security. If Royal Air Maroc wants to continue expanding and attracting passengers, Casablanca airport needs to be able to handle large numbers of transiting passengers both in terms of infrastructure and ground personnel handling traffic and rebookings."

Nadelen: "and i lost my bag as there were an overwight n the flight so air maroc decided to leave 17 bags behind. it is not received so far. no entertainment on the flight, food was bad, the craft was dirty."

Nadelen: "the flight was delayed for 2 hours,"

Voordelen: "Happy with the service overall ,staff were very helpful and pleasant."
Nadelen: "but toilets need more attention, like soap and paper towels weren’t there at all,"

Voordelen: "That they flew me out of Morroco."
Nadelen: "Cabin crew were surly mostly. Disorganized informing passengers about transit. Rude people in the airports. Try to avoid this airline and country."

Nadelen: "The stuff didn't treat people good but not rude , as we waited in Casablanca for 1:30 hr late . At leat any one my sorry for being late but we didn't found such kind of apologize ."

Nadelen: "Staff not helpful for a mum travelling alone with 2 kids . Rude passenger complaining about a baby waking up . No flexibility to adapt to our sons food allergy concerns ,"

Voordelen: "COnnecting flight from Casablanca to JFK was great. First flight from AMS to Casablanca was not great. The plane was dirty and it smelled. Also, I was not provided the vegetarian meal I requested so I did not eat that occurred on both flights so I ate candy for 12 hours. Not cool"

Nadelen: "Essentially no hospitality from airplane staff. Not at all helpful. Rude. No communication about what to expect next. Food was bad!!"

Nadelen: "I was going onward to Bangui and you left my luggage in Casablanca on purpose. 4 days later still no luggage. This is unacceptable."

Voordelen: "RAM, I checked in one bag, got to CMN, waited one hour to be told. Your suit case is not here. I had a suit, underwear, toilrtteries, my whole life was in that suit case and was planning an avent thatnight. I ended up buying some clothes last minute, making another trip all the way from Mohamedia to airport next day. They ruined my vacation !!!"

Nadelen: "The extremely unconfortable seats, especially at neck-level. The good is basically all dairy, which is unfortunate for prople like me with severe allergies. And the headphone sets were not working, the crew extremely dismissive."

Nadelen: "They say they provide people with a lounge (salon) to rest in while in transit but the place has no clean toilets, and not Bligh seats to relax and be comfortable. The planes have no entertainment and I feel as though I was targeted and asked to move my seat 3 times before take off! Will not be flying Air Maroc anytime soon."

Voordelen: "Staff were welcoming and plane was comfortable."
Nadelen: "Air-con was turned off when we boarded the plane, so it hot and sweaty inside the plane."

Voordelen: "Honestly, there is nothing at all i liked. I have never been so disappointed in my life as a traveller."
Nadelen: "There is no Air Maroc represantative to deal with crisis . There was a flight delay of 7 hours and no one was sorry about it."

Voordelen: "We were completely satisfied. Excellent Job !"

Nadelen: "I booked through kayak/vayama and was never given the opportunity to choose my seat or let the airline know that I needed a vegetarian meal. I emailed the airline and got no response."
