Nadelen: "Having parents with infants board with or after those needing assistance. It was an inconvenience having a fussy infant wait in a long line. We had bassinet seats so boarding first would not have slowed the seating process."

Nadelen: "The TSA agents broke my phone and tried to hide it in a secured package with another of my electronics. I questioned why 1/3 phones were in secured and the others were not. I was told to not open the bag until I reached my destination. Lucky I opened it after I cleared security to find that the face of the phone had been shattered with glass shards sticking out, I bought this to the crews' attention and was told to send an email to a random email for the airlines and that the incident would be investigated later. So basically I was given the brush off. Worst experience I have had while flying."

Voordelen: "Beautiful airplane with an incredibly hospitable staff. Food was delicious, seats were spacious and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better 14-hour flight!"

Nadelen: "Seats are way uncomfortable and small"

Voordelen: "Check-in was a breeze; considering this being an internationaly travel, baggage check-in process was fast and easy. Was in and out in about 5 minutes. Goodie bag was a good idea; the goodie bag contains an eye mask, mini tooth brush, paste, hand cream, etc. These all were great idea and definitely helpful. However this is ruined by the tooth paste. It was a tiny tooth paste, fair enough but the opening is sealed tight w/o a way to easily pry open. This was a total bad idea of packaging. Flight tips were also good idea and informational."
Nadelen: "Atlanta to Doha was about 14 hours flight. The seats were cramped and narrow (no side support) Seat cushion has been stripped down to bare minimum, so effectively you may not feel much of a cushion. Cramped legroom Seats felt like junk and I had started having leg cramps after few hours. This so disappointing for a premier airline like Qatar. Overall a very uncomfortable ride."

Nadelen: "It's been more than 50 hours and I still haven't received both of my checked in luggage and I am getting no straightforward answer"

Voordelen: "Seats are comfortable with plenty of leg space. Aircrafts were clean and tidy. Landing and take off were smoothest I have ever experienced."
Nadelen: "Menu choice was very basic and quantity was also poor. Food quality was below par in terms of taste and presentation. In-flight crew was inefficient and flow. Meal trays laid on meal tables for hours after the passengers finished food. Flight attendants literally responded in over 30 min of call. I pressed special meals online before boarding. However, the flight attendants were not sure. They went back to kitchen to verify that and return with the ordered meal."

Nadelen: "Food: at best a B+ Entertaining: movie variety is poor. Seat: even in business class the seat doesn't recline completely... not very comfortable as compared to other airlines"

Nadelen: "We had to wait for about 5 years, more than 3 hours unscheduled wait. During this time we were provided with a very poor breakfast."

Nadelen: "Flight to was canceled due to engine issues. Flight home was canceled due to scheduling error. Issue resolved at check in, but caused stress."

Nadelen: "Food quality - lot's of sugar in child meal. Entertainment system slow. We were forced to move the seats into upright position half an hour before landling on a night flight."

Voordelen: "Another B787. Had empty seats next to me."
Nadelen: "No menus handed out by the crew and little explanation of what the meal was beyond beef and rice or chicken and potato. For some reason they only serve a snack instead of a second meal on this flight."

Voordelen: "Good, newer wide body aircraft. Good service. No hassles, really. Would fly again. Overall good experience."
Nadelen: "Newest seating arrangement in 777 300 ER just too crammed. Used to be better. Nothing special about this flight, was expecting a little more space, a little less crowded, a bit better service. But my flight was short hop from BKK to HAN, last leg of flight originating in Doha."

Nadelen: "Being a replacement flight due to delays in original flight from London, the airways chosen our seats beside the emergency exit my son who is 15 and other customer asked to swap seats for safty reasons which I fully support. computer and staff should be smart enough to choose for my son a proper seat."

Nadelen: "The boarding was unusually long. We stood in line for twenty minutes to board the plane. This was difficult for many. The staff and airlines were unorganized and scattered."
