Nadelen: Flight delay was a pain from LAX to Nanjing.

Nadelen: There was cigarette smoke in the aircraft.

Voordelen: My flight had plenty of leg-room and I was able to sleep for 2/3 of the 12 hou flight

Nadelen: The plane was on the cold side an I only packed for the tropics. None of the phone chargers in my row worked

Nadelen: Crew could be trained for better service, most all were rude and annoyed that they were there.

Nadelen: THEY GAVE ME A BROKEN SEAT AND THEY GOT ANGRY AGAINST ME, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNSAFE

Voordelen: Seats were comfortable in economy and entertainment system was excellent.

Nadelen: Crew didn’t seem happy to be on board. Baggage was substantially delayed and both take off and taxiing after landing were delayed by approximately an hour each.

Voordelen: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Nadelen: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Nadelen: The best airline what I was flying so far !! Excellent food, drink, comfort seat, free entertainment with great selection.

Nadelen: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.

Voordelen: It was very comfortable and pleasant.

Nadelen: Could be a little better the service, the dinner was late

Nadelen: Tell me i would misst the next flight and that my beg will not go to the final airport.

Voordelen: Upgraded to premium economy.

Voordelen: CX759 - Attitude of the flight attendants is very good, it's worthy of appreciation.

Nadelen: CX650 - I hope that the flight attendant can have a little more smile and patience. Thank you.

Voordelen: LOVED the cup of Ramen anytime snack and curved utensils for eating on a moving plane, genius! Service and quality of product is great. If possible, I will always Choose Cathay Pacific airlines over any US Legacy Airlines to Asia any day!

Nadelen: Stop shrinking the check-in luggage size and allowable weight every few years. It's a nuisance to have to buy new luggage every few years when perfectly working luggage has to be thrown away because of size requirement shrinkage.

Voordelen: I would like to see you distribute toothbrush kits in economy class, even if you do not consider 7-8 hour legs as long haul flights

Nadelen: there were no toothbrush kits given out in economy class

Voordelen: Seats were really comfortable, able to lean back further than most, with large screens and good entertainment options. Also liked that there were open areas on the plane that you could go stand up and stretch out for a while at.

Nadelen: About halfway through the flight the bathrooms definitely needed cleaned. By the end of the flight they were disgusting, with toilets and sinks clogged and no tissue. I'm really surprised Emirates allowed this to happen, because everything else was great.

Voordelen: Yes!

Nadelen: It was ok

Nadelen: I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued.

Voordelen: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Nadelen: Food a bit bland and uninspired

Voordelen: Crew great.

Nadelen: Seats too close together. Armrest on aisle could not be raised making exit almost impossible.

Voordelen: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)

Nadelen: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Voordelen: Seat was comfortable, food was surprisingly good.

Voordelen: Plane quite empty so lots of space.

Nadelen: Service not very attentive, had to repeatedly ask.

Voordelen: From Doha to lax my assigned seat was 20K and some Isidore changed it before I arrived to Doha. Then I called in to get another window seat and likely got 29K. When entering the aircraft another moron changed to to 38E. I’m so definitely getting my refund for this customer service/ flight !

Nadelen: Take a while guess

Nadelen: I truly enjoy this airline! No complaints

Voordelen: Entertainment and food is always great with Qatar!

Nadelen: After I got in my seat an Islamic lady came and said that I was in her seat. I looked at her ticket and while it was the right seat number, she was on the wrong flight. I got a stewardess to help her. She had gone through 3 boarding pass checks and was still on the wrong flight. They let her fly!

Nadelen: The baggage took a really long time to be delivered to the carousel

Nadelen: 70’ late on a 45’ flight

Voordelen: The meals were awesome, flight great!

Nadelen: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Voordelen: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Voordelen: Our flight got delayed for 3 hours and they where ri rude to us

Voordelen: The flight was on time, the crew was fine

Nadelen: The business class lounge was closed, they gave us $25 per person voucher, but no one store in the airport wanted to accept them. There were not enough seats available when we were waiting for boarding. Business class entertainment needs significant improvement.

Nadelen: Boarding was not comfortable, felt like you being pushed like animals

Nadelen: To begin with they checked our boarding pass a minimum of 7 times, it makes one feel like they are in the wrong place. Secondly the seats offer leg room as an LCC, but charging non LCC money for them. Overall poor airline, staff wasn’t kind at all.

Nadelen: Lost my checkedin baggage. Missed my connection flight from Muscat due to delay in arrival from Istanbul
