TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."

Voordelen: "TAP serves edible cheese sandwiches. First time in years I eat plane food and don’t immediately regret it."
Nadelen: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Nadelen: "Tap changed the times on my original flight from Portugal to Rome then changed the times from my first flight from Boston to Portugal making it impossible to connect from Portugal to Rome.both flights were tap airlines. We were charged 462.00 extra to take the next flight out 3hours later. We were charged twice for the same flight from Portugal to Rome. It was not our fault that we could not connect in Portugal, every other airlines would make resonable accommodations with out any extra charge. We both feel cheated by tap airlines and it made our vacation very stressful trying to resolve the double charge. It has not been resolved as of yet and we our very disappointed on how we were treated. can’t get anything other than the blame being passed around."

Nadelen: "My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners."

There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience."

I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

The gate number was not assigned and later I found out that my flight took off on time. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet."

Fortunately, we found our baggage but had to improvise for the wedding. Airport lost and found said that happens all the time with Vuelling and a baggage claim stub should just be discarded as worthless."

Nadelen: "Flight departed three hours late, apparently due to bad weather earlier in the day. No information available at the airport. Kayak told me the delayed departure time long before the airport display or information counter personnel. Long boarding - had to be bussed out on the tarmac and waited again to board inside cramped bus. At Rome, luggage took one hour to arrive on the very crowded belt. Terrible treatment."

Nadelen: "the flight was extremely late leaving Palermo which made my wife and I mis-connect in Rome. This was unacceptable since there were no weather issues. The plane was just a few minutes late arriving into Palermo, but it was extremely late leaving for Rome. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get the plane boarded. People were boarding the plane up to 45 minutes after the plane should have departed. I will try to plan better and use Ryanair in the future."

Nadelen: "We had to pay extra to check-In our luggage only for Vueling airlines to lose my friends luggage. They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."
Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."
Niets is leuk aan Ryanair en alles kan veel beter. Anderhalf uur vertraging terwijl we al in het vliegtuig zaten. Glaasje water?! Ryanair geeft niets weg, ook geen glaasje water bij een lange vertraging. Dit was eens maar nooit meer Ryanair

Voordelen: "De prijs, maar zelfs die was nog hoog voor wat ik er voor terug kreeg."
Nadelen: "Chagerijnig personeel, heel kortaf en onduidelijk! In de vlucht had ik weinig ruimte en alles was helemaal volgepropt met tassen."
Voordelen: "Vond weinig echt leuk. Personeel was aardig."
Nadelen: "Kon niet betalen met ABN kaart"
Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"
Nadelen: "Poor check in Service ... bullying. Paid 40 Euro each for 3 extra bags .... website extremely unclear. Plane had to return after taxiing to let ‘unwell passenger ‘ off. No other ongoing explanation... took an hour to get him off ! Felt quite unsafe ! Had to ask if they retrieved his bag ."

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."
Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"
Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."
Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"
Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"
Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"
Voordelen: "The inflight crew was friendly. And we got there."
Nadelen: "Flight was late. But yet we started boarding right away. The crew made everyone stand in the gate entry for over 40 minutes. We then were put on hot buses with no a/c and left to sit there as well."
Nadelen: "De bagage normen"
Nadelen: "Chaos in boarding, no complemtery water,tight seating,delayed departure"
Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"
Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"
Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"
Voordelen: "Got me to my destination alive"
Nadelen: "Departed late"
Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"
Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"
Voordelen: "Snel en veilig"
Nadelen: "Alles ok"
Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."
Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."
Voordelen: "Efficient service that was on time. There was no food or entertainment but that was expected. I like how everyone cheers when we land!!"
Nadelen: "Door omstandigheden zijn wij niet geweest"
Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."
Nadelen: "Stoelen staan erg dicht op elkaar"
Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."
Nadelen: "Went well took a long time to get luggage at claim"
Nadelen: "Worst, never uses this company."
Voordelen: "Mooi helder weer, snelle afhandeling van de bagage."
Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."
Voordelen: "Goedf op tijd"
Nadelen: "Spijtig dat we als koppel niet naast elkaar zaten. Er was nochtans nog een vrije plaats naast mezelf!"
Voordelen: "Snel en efficient"
Nadelen: "Rommelige instapprocedure"
Voordelen: "The price was cheap, as long as you don't add any extras (like choosing your seat)."
Nadelen: "You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."
Voordelen: "Stewardess die plezier in haar werk had bij het verkopen van een beker soep. Goede humor."
Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."
