I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

Nadelen: "The food"
Nadelen: "I have to pay for the food with no actual discount or lower price ticket. and the sits are even more tight than before."
Voordelen: "Flight was fine once it git underway, and food was good."
Nadelen: "Departure was delayed an hour and a half for mechanical reasons."
Voordelen: "Punctual, clean, courteous , good entertainment, steel cutlery."
Nadelen: "It was delay. 2 hours."
Voordelen: "Absolutely no customer service. Lost my full payment because Latam has no flexibility. They don't need to employ people in a "custom service department " because they don't offer any. Their options for rescheduling is zero. Their reply to all modifications is "no". Not even if you're standing at the boarding gate and they have empty seats. Use any other options for flight. Try Sky Airlines instead."
Voordelen: "The flight was smooth and the crew was courteous."
Nadelen: "After about 40 minutes of waiting in line to check in almost all employees left and left just one person to check people in. Not sure what happened as the employees pretended not to speak English. Also, everybody in our group was given seat multiple rows apart."
Voordelen: "Not much since not only were we screened by the airport authorities but also by Latam. I purchased some water after security but had to leave it since they would not allow it on the plane. Had they let us know about this sooner I could have saved money."
Nadelen: "The Latam personnel who searched our bags prior to boarding put on gloves which I though was very good. The bad part was that I saw 2 members of the search party sneeze into the gloves and touch their noses without changing gloves. How disgusting!!! Never Latam again! I would rather pay a few dollars more and not put up with this health violation."
Nadelen: "The return flight was cancelled, and I missed my return flight back from Lima to Atlanta."
Nadelen: "They lost my bag, which I didn't get back until my return trip home. I planned a week long hiking expedition and LATAM lost my hiking pack. I had to then rent all my gear. I was very very disappointed in their ability to keep track of my checked bag. When I arrived at my destination they had no idea where my bag was. It took days for anyone to contact me about if my pack was found or not. I will be avoiding this airline from now on if possible."
Voordelen: "Not much."
Nadelen: "The flight from Lisa was cancelled and the 18 hour wait in Lina was horrible!!! All day at the airport!"
Voordelen: "Friendly and efficient staff . No delays , always on time . Pilot is handsome too"
Nadelen: "Magazines are in Spanish language mostly :("
Nadelen: "Could not select my seat"
Nadelen: "A death in the family cause us to change our flight , they were not accommodating and were extremely insensitive. Try your best not to use kayak or Latam."
Voordelen: "The crew was very polite, but there was a flight attendant who didn't give my a glass of water that I requested."
Nadelen: "The food didn´t had flavour, tasted like nothing"
Voordelen: "I like the food,delicious I like entertainment very good!"
Nadelen: "The service very slow. The sits very small,no confortable!"
Voordelen: "The crew was very attentive, and the meals where good."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed 1 hs. which happens, but still...not the best wat to start. The in flight entertainment was only available to those who had a smartphone, tablet or laptop (otherwise there was 1 screen overhead, every other 4/5 rows of seats, playing 1 movie) the problem was then, if I wanted to watch something I would have to drain my phone's battery, and there are no USB ports to recharge, so by the time we land I'd have no mean of communication, that didnt sit well with me."
Voordelen: "Great seevice, grear plane, great entertainment"
Nadelen: "Lost my luggage. Could've taken an earlier flight.."
