Voordelen: "How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"

Voordelen: "On the fight back I had enough space; good service; fine food. Great trip. On the way to Amsterdam, I sat next to a very overweight woman and her body hung over my seat. I couldn't move around enough and I ended up with a trigger point problem which immobilized me for 3 days and kept me from sleeping at night. It was very disappointing, since this was a family visit trip."

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "We were arbitrarily re-seated due to equipment changes, back and forth and lost our original seat selection even though we wound up on a plane with the original configuration. An international call wait of 1.5 hours was required to just get us back into the economy plus section that we had originally paid for, Amsterdam check-in was chaotic. In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section."

Nadelen: "The lines at TSA! Alng with hundreds of other people, we missed our connecting flight. I was ashamed to see such an awful mess in the US. It was like entering a third world country run by incompetents."

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

Alles zeer goed. Maaltijden en drinks, ontbijt etc...

Plane was too croweded. Small airplane. No screens or anything. Felt like you fly in 1970

Nadelen: "We booked our plane reservations through Kayak . My sister booked my reservation along with hers at the same time. Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"

Nadelen: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

Nadelen: "We were detained at the airport after boarding and then deboarding without information. The entire flight was locked in a room and not allowed to leave with very little explanation as to why. After 5 hours they let us board another plane. There was water and candy supplied as food. It was a joke for anyone with kids or the elderly. Nevermind anyone with health concerns. BAD way to manage a crisis in my opinion. We were treated like cattle. And these were NOT cheap tickets."

Voordelen: "That was the best airline meal I've ever eaten. It was a lightly curried chicken. Outstanding. Extremely fast boarding. Boarded entire airplane in less than 15 minutes. Nice selection of movies and audio. All of which you could stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind."
Nadelen: "No reading lights. No attendant call button I could find. Not much air volume. That pesky lack of leg room. Short seat belts."

Het zitcomfort was ronduit slecht. Personeel was als doorgaans top.

Covid protocol was badly monitored. Coughing people without a mask. Thank you KLM for your ignorance.

Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

Entertainment was non-existent. For meals, the airline had 1 option only, beef sandwich. They did not are about those who did not eat beef or who re vegetarian. Terrible for any airline to have just 1 option.

LATAM Good... Kayak bad

Food selection was poor, no internet, boarding was very chaotic and disorganized.

Worst airline ever.

Alaska Airlines was well run. They were also helpful and were positive even though flights had been cancelled. My flight was on time👍

Nadelen: "I needed to change my ticket and Kayak had another agency issue the ticket. Kayak does not change tickets and the third party and the airline said only Kayak could make the change. Having to purchase a whole new ticket from the airline, save the money and frustration and avoid Kayak and just book directly with the airline. The ticket would have and should have been changed with no fees. $325 lesson learned."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay with no email or other notification. Flight number changed with no notification until check in. Electronic check in system was not working twice, perhaps due to international minors, had to wait in line in order to check in. The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

Nadelen: "7:50 am flight, arrived EZE 5 am as instructed, boarded plane at 10:40 am, missed connecting flight and spent 14 hours in Lima, shuttled off to a hotel 1-1/2 away, for a 2am flight. Arrived next day in LA and missed shuttle. Both legs very poor service on and off airplane, added security for having to enter Peru complicated and delayed things further. LAN used to be the best to SA, LATAM is the worst, never again."

Voordelen: "Check-in process at LAX by LATAM employee was misleading, as she made it seem as if our luggage would arrive at our final destination in Cusco. Moreover, she failed to give us copies of our boarding pass for our connecting flight from Lima to Peru. Because of her misleading, out luggage was left in Lima and we landed in Cusco without our luggage. We are still awaiting to see where our luggage is."
Nadelen: "Customer service at check-in desk was incompetent. Service by flight attendants was largely rude and done with a lot of deep sighing by the flight attendants as they performed food and beverage service. They did not make me want to fly this airline every again."

Nadelen: "Cramped quarters-fortunately I am thin, got an aisle seat, and was next to a medium-sized person. When I pushed the call button repeatedly, no one came."

Nadelen: "TV monitor did not work They asked if I would like something to drink I asked for a Coke and they said they didn't have any on the bevrage truck twenty minutes later I received the coke"

Voordelen: "Not much since not only were we screened by the airport authorities but also by Latam. I purchased some water after security but had to leave it since they would not allow it on the plane. Had they let us know about this sooner I could have saved money."
Nadelen: "The Latam personnel who searched our bags prior to boarding put on gloves which I though was very good. The bad part was that I saw 2 members of the search party sneeze into the gloves and touch their noses without changing gloves. How disgusting!!! Never Latam again! I would rather pay a few dollars more and not put up with this health violation."
Voordelen: "Bad services, bad food, No enterteiment services available."

I had to go over to the international line to drop my luggage and didn't have to get in line once again. The crew was very nice and I was impressed that we received a meal for a 4 hour flight. Although I understand it was considered an international flight, I wasn't expecting a full blown meal. SUPER GREAT!"

Eliminate the use of mask during the fligth

flight canceled, after 6 hours waiting in the airport talking to very nasty untrained aeromexico people ... i had to stay teh night in mexico city and they put me in teh cheapest hotel ive slept in my life without A/C ... worst day of my life... DO NOT FLY AEROMEXICO!!!

It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days."

Nadelen: "After being the only person pulled out of line for my carryon and myself to be checked at the boarding gate, I asked a simple question to the lady who profiled me, “what made you profile me for this additional security check out of hundreds of passengers here, I’d like to know”. I was met with such rude behavior which I never encountered with any airline before. Not only was her attitude rude, she couldn’t answer my question and Aeromexico didn’t bother to get someone fluent in English to answer me. Notice I wasn’t refusing the security check; it’s just that they were rude, cold and made me feel like a criminal while checking me. They need to improve their system for security checks at the boarding gate. I don’t understand why I had to be checked further bc they already check every passenger before entering the gates and boarding area. I still don’t know the answer to my question. The lady’s attitude embarrassed me and ruined my experience. Aeromexico should retrain their staff and make them realize it’s bc of us they have a job and they should be serving us with proper customer service and have their attitudes in check. Because I have every right to ask that question and will continue to do so! I forgot the lady’s name..but would be happy if my msg got taken seriously and the lady made aware.."

Nadelen: "Food was cold and mediocre. After flying 6 hours I got up and walked to the galley to see if there was any food and also to get my blood flowing through my body. It was approximately 5 a.m. After standing in the galley for about 5 minutes eating a small sandwich and while drinking my second glass of water, I was told I needed to sit down that I was in the galley too long. Older adults need to move around and get the blood flowing to prevent getting a blood clot. the 3 women stewardesses were busy talking in the galley I guess they felt their privacy and as being invaded."

Nadelen: "The information in the web site it's confusing. I check in online, and still had to wait 30 minutes to check in my baggage. The seat I was assigned, it's the worst seat I ever had. It doesn't make sense to check in 3 hours early and get 30C in an airplane with 30 been the highest number. In top of it, your staff receving the baggage needs better training and more help. They get overworked and discharge their frustration with the customers."

Voordelen: "The flight loaded, departed and arriverd within minutes of the scheduled times. The departure and arrival times are convenient, but could perhaps be one hour earlier., The entertainment choice was large and seemed to work without a hitch."
Nadelen: "Some indifferent music over the loudspeakers interferred with my choice of misic and seemed unnecessary."
Nadelen: "Could not choose seats because I could not check I online. Airlines does not allow it."

I flight with the same airline from mx city to denver and they charged nothing while from denver to mx city they charged 25 dollars with the same suitcase! Also delta gives you free basic wifi while this guys charge it extra. Btw they take away all your carry ons amd make you to wait for hours to get them back! They dont have automatized check in so they make you wait for long time in the row."
Voordelen: "Flying with Aeromexico to Mexico City was great! This airline is always good and of course it didn't disappoint me this time. The flight was nice and smooth, the airplane very modern and nicely equipped, it had a vast variety of movies available, nice food, nice timing, friendly staff, punctual arrival to the destination, smooth landing, etc. Everything was great!"
Nadelen: "I was seated next to the toilets at the rear of the aircraft and I didn't like that seat. Guys, you really need to do something about this, because during the whole flight I had people standing next to me while queuing to go to the toilets. So, I was 12 hours with people next to my seat, watching me all the time and pushing the back of my seat while they made their way through the queue waiting for their turn to go to the toilet. Terrible situation having people queuing next to my seat and hearing the flushing sounds the whole flight."

Ask them to call ahead to next flight, they said they need 48 h, disregarding what i said about my calls a month before NOR aplologising OR being nice abiut it. Everything was someone else's fault or a 3rd party that had nothing to do with aeromexico. Whats the point of paying for a flight if the airline doesnt care 2 shits about you? ???"
