Nadelen: "I had 15 hours layover in Amsterdam so I got me a hotel.one hour after I got to the hotel I got a notification from Kayak app asking me to go get my bag from Schiphol. My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "We booked our plane reservations through Kayak . My sister booked my reservation along with hers at the same time. Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"

Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport is dreadful. I'm elderly and being forced to climb up and down stairs to the Tarmac with luggage and then crammed into a bus to the terminal was terrible. I would avoid Frankfurt at all costs. Lufthansa needs to take some initiative with this."

Nadelen: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

The entire flight was locked in a room and not allowed to leave with very little explanation as to why. After 5 hours they let us board another plane. There was water and candy supplied as food. It was a joke for anyone with kids or the elderly. Nevermind anyone with health concerns. BAD way to manage a crisis in my opinion. We were treated like cattle. And these were NOT cheap tickets."

Voordelen: "Air dolomiti - great service, prosecco in a real glass and with small sandwich provided."

Nadelen: "Cold. My chair was bumped because us was just a little bit broader in the gangway than the other chairs. (54c) There is no possebility fot ordering foid for me: diet is without grains at all and without sugar at all."

Nadelen: "Checked online from row 21 to 6. Got a new ticket whilst boarding to 25: last row. Explanation...otherwise the plane was not able to go in the air...absolute bullshit. With my weight and of my fellow members better to let us in the front.. Row 6 was given to a miles & more client..."

Voordelen: "Food and beverage service was excellent on these Star Allisnce international flights booked by United but operated by Lufthansa."
Nadelen: "Leg room in economy is inadequate for international flights. Seats had no cushion left in seat bottoms. It was like sitting on cement."

Voordelen: "That was the best airline meal I've ever eaten. It was a lightly curried chicken. Outstanding. Extremely fast boarding. Boarded entire airplane in less than 15 minutes. Nice selection of movies and audio. All of which you could stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind."
Nadelen: "No reading lights. No attendant call button I could find. Not much air volume. That pesky lack of leg room. Short seat belts."

Voordelen: "Crew was beyond standard. Very nice and friendly and always accommodating."

Nadelen: "My ticket didn't specifically say I'm not allowed to have check-in luggage, so I needed to pay extra for that. I also got too little transfer time and barely made it because my flight arrived late. Then, my luggage got lost during the transfer, so I had to wait for 5 hours, which made my plans a mess. Overall not satisfied with my flight"

Voordelen: "Seats comfortable. Decent legroom. Crew pleasant. Food was very good especially for a very short flight."
Nadelen: "I did not know I had purchased economy light ticket. With this you can only carry on 18 pounds and must check and PAY to check any other bag. I looked at my reservation from Vaysms and did not see notice of this. Surprised that one hour trip at this price , well over $200, was in this category. Also trying to buy the option for the bag on phone was difficult. Whole page with options would not show and getting English version was difficult probably because page would not fit on screen."

Voordelen: "Our flight out of Amsterdam was roughly 30 minutes late. Since we were connecting to an International flight to return to the US there was no possibility we would be able to get to the International terminal through security and board our flight in the time available. So, Lufthansa staff met the connecting passengers as we disembarked, shuttled us via bus to the International terminal and ensured we made our connection. Finally, for airline food it was quite good (Vegan)."

Nadelen: "This was NOT a Lufthansa flight. The plane was a United flight. One of the worst I have experienced in 40 years of flying to Europe and Hawaii."

Voordelen: "Nothing. There were no Covid-19 measures in place and no social distancing. Unsafe. Crew without masks."
Nadelen: "Is it that hard to follow Covid-19 measures? The flight was full and people sitting shoulder to shoulder."

Nadelen: "hello, the only thing I did not like was the air conditioner. It was too high and my eyes got very dried and irritated. From that everything was very good. thank you"

Nadelen: "Food was cold and mediocre. After flying 6 hours I got up and walked to the galley to see if there was any food and also to get my blood flowing through my body. It was approximately 5 a.m. After standing in the galley for about 5 minutes eating a small sandwich and while drinking my second glass of water, I was told I needed to sit down that I was in the galley too long. Older adults need to move around and get the blood flowing to prevent getting a blood clot. the 3 women stewardesses were busy talking in the galley I guess they felt their privacy and as being invaded."

Nadelen: "Entertainment center was broken on my friends and my seats and Classe Premier was full so we couldn’t move. Sandwich was “bacon” but there was almost nothing in between white bread."

Nadelen: "Part of my poor experience was because of lack of knowledge of the staff. 1) We had a round trip from Houston. Our destination was Quito Ecuador with a connection in Mexico city. In Houston we were told that we were suppose to pick up our luggage in Mexico City and take it through immigration (we were told that this was very important) We waited for our luggage but in never arrived. After asking around at the airport we were told that the rule had changed and we did not need to pick up our luggage 2) The planes were old with no entertainment."

Voordelen: "The airplane where I traveled was huge a comfortable, I loved to have my own little TV and being able to choose a movie . The staff was really nice. I wish you had flights from Tijuana to Puebla, Mexico. Please let me how can I find out about your promotions. corazongrsvw@yahoo.com"
Nadelen: "That I did not travel in the first class or in one of the seat that where after the first class. Those that can be reclined and have a lot of space. I believe they are also first class. Let me know what I can do to be able to travel in one those seats."

Voordelen: "Flying with Aeromexico to Mexico City was great! This airline is always good and of course it didn't disappoint me this time. The flight was nice and smooth, the airplane very modern and nicely equipped, it had a vast variety of movies available, nice food, nice timing, friendly staff, punctual arrival to the destination, smooth landing, etc. Everything was great!"
Nadelen: "I was seated next to the toilets at the rear of the aircraft and I didn't like that seat. Guys, you really need to do something about this, because during the whole flight I had people standing next to me while queuing to go to the toilets. So, I was 12 hours with people next to my seat, watching me all the time and pushing the back of my seat while they made their way through the queue waiting for their turn to go to the toilet. Terrible situation having people queuing next to my seat and hearing the flushing sounds the whole flight."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice"
Nadelen: "The screens for the entertainment were very, very bright, old, and not great quality, and I could only hear out of the headphones by holding the jack at a very specific angle. The entertainment after the movie was weird. I'm giving a two for comfort partly because there were several very loud children and people kept bumping my seat. Maybe not fair, but incredibly uncomfortable. Covers for the seats were coming off the cushions. That plane needs a renovation."

Nadelen: "The snacks are only peanuts and juice... I would like to have something more than peanuts."

Nadelen: "The map for choose seats was diferent than the airplane, i payed for a row with nobody in front and i get one line after that. I only payed money for nothing. The food is poor and not tasty."

Nadelen: "Aeromexico in a new cost reduction strategy decided to lower the temperature in their air conditioners making it a VERY uncomfortable flight. Also the lady at the gate didn't let me board the plane with a frappuccino arguing that's what the no liquids policy is about. A blatant display of ignorance and lack of training."

Voordelen: "The food was ok and the shows they put on the tv were good."

Voordelen: "On time, space, entertainment, service, vessel"
Nadelen: "The food was unedible"

Nadelen: "The crew was very rude. The plane landed and we waited 45 minutes for a bus to take us to the airport. When I asked any of the crew what was going on they kept telling me to wait and we'll be at the airport shortly. I don't consider an hour and fifteen minutes shorty."

Nadelen: "Flight delays and time changes on both routes. Lost our luggage and still has not contacted us about the lost bag 48 hours later (they promised within 24 hours). Will not fly AeroMexico again."

Voordelen: "The manager was really nice, and the customer service desk people were every nice too. I was compensated for being kicked off the flight, and they helped me re-book a direct flight to get home. The resolution was fine."
Nadelen: "Was kicked off my flight for some reason. It was not explained to me very well, but I gathered it was from another plane earlier in the day that was cancelled. I don't know how I was selected to be kicked off. The poor communication was very annoying. I stood at the counter for 45 minutes after the airline personnel took my STB ticket, and didn't tell me what was going on. Would have been a LOT more pleasant of they just told me the flight was full, and my name would be called if I was on the flight. Then I could at least sit down, instead of standing there for 45 minutes."

Voordelen: "Both times they didn't have my luggage in time and I still don't have my luggage."

Nadelen: "100% of my flights on AeroMexico have been delayed by 1 hour or more. In one case recently by nearly 4 hours. That if milely my random experience; it's still unacceptable, especially since they offer no apology or compensation."

Voordelen: "Service"
Nadelen: "Plane over an hour late. Missed my bus connection to Reno."

Voordelen: "Aeromexico is the worst airline ever!!! I will never fly with this airline ever again! They made me pay another flight to get back home because of a mistake from one of their staff!! They are so incompetent and they take advantage of the fact that we have to go home..... so disappointed!!"

Voordelen: "The comfort of the flight was outstanding. Spacious, nice temperature, and good movie selections."
Nadelen: "The boarding process wasn't the greatest. They only had 2 or 3 kiosks available for bag check-ins but they had 3 international flights all around the same time. The line was ridiculous."

Voordelen: "Most of the Staff was friendly"
Nadelen: "No wifi, some staff were oblivious of how often they hit you when walking through the plane disturbing you during the flight. I started to think it was intensional. But the other staff were wonderful."

Nadelen: "The check in process was a nightmare at Amsterdam airport. Partly due to the not being able to check bag straight through, multiple visits to counters, long lines for dropping off bag, and in ability to check in on line or on app from either Lufthansa or United. Each site said visit the other site."

Voordelen: "Our tickets did not come with seat assignments. Some kind soul, (the nice young lady who checked us in at the airport perhaps?) assigned us two seats together near the front in economy plus. We really enjoyed those spacious, convenient seats! Also, the entertainment (movies) were free and recent."
Nadelen: "Honestly, nothing. This was one of our best flights home from Europe with United."

Voordelen: "Seats were better than usual. On time."
Nadelen: "Jammed full, not enough overhead bin storage. Too many people allowed to bring on WAY too much as carry-on. Badly managed. Wasn't Lufthansa, was a code share on a United flight. Wish it was Lufthansa, which is what the ticket originally was supposed to be. Bait and switch!"

Nadelen: "Boarding could have been better. If you have 5 groups you should have 5 lines — not 2. Also the terminal in Holland was extraordinarily cold."

Nadelen: "Seats are uncomfortable and absolutely no shoulder room when squashed in the middle seat"

Voordelen: "Great. I had no issues with boarding."

Voordelen: "The thought of getting out.Bad day for United Airlines."

Nadelen: "Being bussed a long way out to the airplane made us depart late. Very inefficient handling by the staff. They should have started earlier. This has never happened to me before on United. What has happened?"

Voordelen: "Smooth, plenty empty seats, good food, excellent entertainment, friendly staff"

Voordelen: "The staff were super attentive, they kept walking down the aisle with cups of water and interacted with the passengers throughout the flight. The crew seemed to work very well together, I could sense a great harmony between them that really put all of us passengers at ease. I am quick to complain about US carriers and have had some awful experiences flying US airline companies, so feel the need to really compliment this crew. If other United flights are like this, I will definitely fly them again."

Nadelen: "United switched the aircraft shortly before takeoff and reassigned me to an uncomfortable aisle seat in the last row of the middle section of the plane. The seats were dingy, the back-of-seat TV monitors were grainy and of poor quality, the headphone jack for audio was old and not fully functioning."

Voordelen: "I like that it was through United Airline, which I’m a member of so I got to board a littler earlier"
Nadelen: "The food could have been better. Everything had cheese which I don’t eat."

Nadelen: "I was unable to go on the flight because of the extraordinarily high cost of changing a last name from a maiden name to a married name. I was so disappointed by the service."

Voordelen: "Good price."
Nadelen: "It took you 4 days for you to get back to me with the confirmation number after I had requested it via e-mail. Also, you should note Lufthansa-issued documents never commence with "220-" and then the subsequent numbers. Lufthansa tickets are always issued with "2220-" at the beginning and then the subsequent numbers. You need to update your computers otherwise with the original Lufthansa-issued ticket number you provide at time of booking, the booking will not show up in Lufthansa systems."

Nadelen: "Lufthansa was not good at all and different from what I have seen some years ago, it is going down"

Voordelen: "Good leg room."

Voordelen: "Next day flight was very good and the crew was professional and apologetic for the delay"
Nadelen: "The long delay of 20 hrs, which was poorly announced, only 4-5 hours in advance and innacurate: initially announced as 10 hours delay, then re-announced with another departure time, this time 20 hours delay. The staff at United did a poor job in trying to find other flight to Washington."

Nadelen: "Sat by emergency exit and it was very cold"

Voordelen: "The international flights were good - slightly more room and decent entertainment options."
Nadelen: "The domestic legs were annoying. Very coach experience."

Nadelen: "Plane was dirty. Giveaway was the bathrooms when we had just boarded. One of the stewards had an attitude. Entertainment system stopped many times. United did offer a "recompense. " However, my touch monitor was not responsive; so was for the person who sat behind me as he kept poking my headrest. Boarding line did not move for a long time."

Voordelen: "nicest flight attendants and very friendly, thoughtful service. thanks for a great flight!"

Nadelen: "Entertainment Did not work properly."

Voordelen: "Wonderful assist personal. Plenty of water/fluids and food"

Nadelen: "PA was far too loud!"

Voordelen: "Crew and staff were very friendly, helpful and wonderful experience with them. I appreciate the flight leaving and arriving close to scheduled time."
Nadelen: "No USB charge connectors/power outlets (integral these days on a long international flight). The quality of in seat tv screen is mediocre - best to watch on your own device (but then you need the USB connection that is missing on this flight). The wifi kept on dropping in the plane (both ways). The food is not as good as served on other airlines and they ran out of dishes both ways and we did not have choices and had to eat what was available (which was not good either). Should indicate on seat selection when making purchase if there will be items below seat such as metal boxes that will limit legroom more than for other seats. I was placed at such a seat both ways, and had no legroom for over 8 hrs each way. :/"

Voordelen: "Initially, the price"
Nadelen: "Had to change outbound flight which Lufthansa said I could not do through them and instead had to do via the travel agency. The agency contradicted that, saying that the airline could have done it. The agency took 24 hours to change my flight after me calling them every 2 hours. Ultimately I was rebooted for 2 days later with various bits of inconsistent info along the way. What a circus that was. Worst part was the departure time of the return flight. Lufthansa and United (codeshared) showed 10am as the time on some screens but 11am on another. I still never understood the actual schedule."

Voordelen: "The crew was very attentive and the service was above and beyond. Boarding was timely. The entertainment choices were top notch and as it was an overnight flight, the care taken to be respectful of sleeping passengers was great."

Voordelen: "The first leg of this flight was excellent. Good crew, excellent service, great entertainment centers, comfortable seating, enough room in aisle to allow movement. The second leg of our journey ( From D.C. to Seattle) was another story."

Voordelen: "the United app that let me watch movies from my own device. The flight attendant gave me an extra blanket."
Nadelen: "the plane was very old and didn't have the entertainment options that newer planes have. The screen was so small and nearly impossible to see when the person in front of me reclined. The toilets weren't very clean. The food was very mediocre. I have a dairy intolerance, and both options contained dairy products. There was no lactose free or diabetic special meal option. There was an hour and a half delay to repair something on the plane when we made an emergency medical landing in Boston. I didn't mind the landing; I minded the excessive delay and wonder what would have happened if we didn't stop in Boston? What would have happened to the plan?"

Voordelen: "Price!"

Voordelen: "I liked the equipment, very comfortable. The actual entertainment was alright, but it would be better to have the movies start when one is ready, and not on a fixed schedule. Plenty of bathrooms."
Nadelen: "We were quite shocked that we couldn't check in on-line. We spent literally hours, even brought a computer with us on a day-trip so we would be the regular 24 hrs before. Then tat also changed to 23 hours, then we were denied completely. This is very old-fashioned and really unacceptable. Why???"

Voordelen: "Boarding was a bit crowded and hectic. The food was good as was the service. We had tons of entertainment options."
Nadelen: "Checking in in Amsterdam was a nightmare. Long lines everywhere. They can't handle the volume of passengers efficiently"

Voordelen: "The flight landed early."
Nadelen: "United Priority Gold Status were placed in Group 2 boarding?!"

Nadelen: "I required a wheelchair from gate to gate, on each gate I had to ask for it a few times, regardless that it said so in the computer. On one departure i bearly made as we ran really late. United reps seems kind of moody. Waiting for so eone to pick me up last minute made for a really stressful trip."

Voordelen: "ONLY 3 OF 10 CHECK IN DESKS OPEN FOR 250 PEOPLE. TOOK OVER 90 MINUTES."

Voordelen: "Smooth travel"
Nadelen: "I can’t think of anything"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "If my plane wasn’t overbooked and I actually got on it. Instead I missed my connection in Barcelona and had to buy a new ticket from Barcelona to the US."

Voordelen: "The crew didn’t have most things listed that should have been for sale. They were annoyed when asked for things. If you needed something mid flight you had to go to the service area...they would not serve you at your seat."
Nadelen: "Everything...app didn’t work, baggage allowance wasn’t clear (extremely overpriced), crew was irritated...don’t use this airline if you don’t need to"

Nadelen: "Boarding procesa...an absolute mess"

Voordelen: "It was ok no more then that"

Voordelen: "Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving."

Nadelen: "They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

Nadelen: "The second serving of food -both inbound & outbound flight- was terrible. White bread sandwuch with one slice of ham and one slice of really cheap cheese."

Voordelen: "the plane was modern."
Nadelen: "They charge you 3 euro for water! Really?! You can’t give it to us for free. Lame"

Nadelen: "Baggage policy misleading."

Voordelen: "From the checking to the security check point to the new plains, spacious bathroom, outstanding service in the air. It was nice to travel comfortable with space between seats and for the first time I ate my food in an airplane!"

Nadelen: "My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there."

Nadelen: "Every flight was at least an hour delayed. We were insanely late for our connection flight due to a totally unnecessary delay at the first airport. We then SPRINTED across the whole Madrid airport and then when we arrived to second plane was TWO HOURS delayed. The staff always seemed to be working, but was completely inefficient in getting anything done. It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."

Nadelen: "Gave conflicting answers and slow status updates when the flight was rescheduled the next day, handled communication of rescheduled connections very poorly. No one, either at the gate or back in Spain, seemed to know what was going on. Will never fly with Air Europa again."

Voordelen: "The flight was great overall. The staff was super friendly and they kept coming around with water and tea. My seat was comfy and I slept a lot."
Nadelen: "This was a pretty long flight, but the seats did not have individual screens for entertainment like on most international planes. Instead, there were a few large screens in the center aisles but the shows were not in English and you had no personal choice of what to watch."

Nadelen: "Wery heavy communication, 99% workers in airport don't speak English . Same in Madrid and Barcelona. In Madrid from one terminal to another 25-30min walked distance."

Voordelen: "Decent seats and well lit toilet. Flight landed a little early, which was convenient. The price of the ticket was competitive."
Nadelen: "Boarding was disorganized and a flight attendant was cranky most of the time. It seemed that most flight attendants did not speak or understand English. There was no entertainment, though this was a transatlantic flight. We were offered the rental of iPads with movies and music for 10€."

Nadelen: "the transfer took 30 minutes - why land in the most distant place in the airport to transfer to next flight. get your logistics together."

Nadelen: "The employee at check in in Italy was not nice"

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."

Voordelen: "They leave me in Santo Domingo with no reason and no phone to call and solve the problem. That cause problems with my job. They don't have customer service to help people in this case."

Nadelen: "When I booked my flight it was not at all clear that I had to pay for checked luggage, therefore I had to pay extra when I arrived at the airport. Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."

Nadelen: "Space between seats very uncomfortable. Planes very old."

Nadelen: "The boarding procedure need to improve."

Nadelen: "The entertainment was a little frustrating. The screens were only in the middle section so if you sat on the sides, it was really hard to see. There was also no outlets available on a 7-8 hour flight."

Voordelen: "Entertainment and the airplane itself was awesome, very please with the overall experience."
Nadelen: "The food quality was pretty bad. Also, they would make you start the line to board, but we wouldn't start boarding for another 15 minutes, so the lines took extremely long."

Nadelen: "I needed special assistance as I am on crutches. They made me wait forever on the plane when we landed and then insisted I just try to walk down the stairs, I almost tripped trying before they finally called for the assistance truck to get me off the plane. I was very uncomfortable by their lack of willingness to help."

Voordelen: "The flight was easy and comfortable. The plane had an in flight meal and in flight entertainment for free."

Voordelen: "Just boring, nothing stands out. Just plain get on & get off."
