Nadelen: "I had 15 hours layover in Amsterdam so I got me a hotel.one hour after I got to the hotel I got a notification from Kayak app asking me to go get my bag from Schiphol. My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

An international call wait of 1.5 hours was required to just get us back into the economy plus section that we had originally paid for, Amsterdam check-in was chaotic. In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section."

Nadelen: "The Amsterdam airport was ludicrous. We were making a connection and had to go through four different levels of security. Our 1hr45minute layover was completely taken up just waiting in random lines to have someone look at our passports, or ask us to pull up our full flight itinerary email (teh boarding pass was not enough for her....). I appreciate the security attempts but it was really over the top, and the staff had no idea what they were doing (were bad at directing people to the right place or explaining what they needed). Note that NONE of this was the fault of Delta or KLM, completely teh airport."

Nadelen: "This flight was on a Transavia codeshare with Delta and a real downer after coming from a Delta One business class segment. An uncontrolled mass boarding, crammed in seating, no amenities and charges for a drink of water made this a pretty crappy flight. The crew was nice though."

Nadelen: "Didn't get meal request even though we did on flight to Europe and despite phone agent working to generate and verifying them before both flights."
Voordelen: "When I finally got on a flight (see what I didn't like), the crew was very helpful and the flight was comfortable."
Nadelen: "When I checked in online, I received boarding passes for the first two legs of the trip, but was told to see a gate agent in Amsterdam for the boarding pass for that flight. It turns out that there was a problem, attributed by one of the KLM staff that I talked with to "a communication problem between Delta and KLM." As a result, I was finally given a stand-by boarding pass. Since the flight was full, I was denied boarding. After hours of trying to figure this out, the KLM staff put me on a flight for the next day and organized a stay at an airport hotel. The KLM staff were very nice, but it seemed to take a very long time to figure this out. They also failed to note that the denial of boarding in the records, which caused a problem in my return flight. The upshot: I missed a follow-on flight to Budapest and had to pay a huge rebooking fee for that missed flight. I also missed a day of my vacation."

Voordelen: "Lots of seat space even in economy, I felt very comfortable and not cramped on my flight. Food was decent and flight attendants were very attentive. My flight was kind of an outlier experience as someone on my flight fell very ill and needed immediate medical attention. The KLM employees on board did a very good job of taking care of the situation and making sure everyone else on board still had a calm flight experience."

Even the pilot was very ethusiastic over the intercom before the flight. He made jokes and everyone laughed. In fact, it was the most I've ever heard from a pilot on any flight in my life. I would rate this the best flight I've ever had. Thanks, Delta!"

I thought I had bought my ticket thru delta and turns out is was with aeromexico, delta has no weight limit on carry on luggage and aeromexico does, i received an email from delta airlines for me to check in so i look at their luggage policy on carry on and when i arrived at the airport i had to go to aeromexico counter to check in one luggage and turns out i also had to pay for my carry on luggage becouse it exceded aeromexico carry on weight policy which i didn’t fully agree but ended up paying anyways"

The system was never restored but we were not informed until we arrived in London. Technical problems are understandable but better communication with passengers should be a priority."

This is the first time I’ve heard of a airline with this policy. My bag was put in the overhead bin and I couldn’t access my tablet or headphones or medicine during the flight. Also, the chair (maybe because it was the exit row) would not recline. This was pretty terrible for a red eye flight. I asked the flight attendant if I could switch seats, (well before take off) I didn’t mind if it was a middle seat, just somewhere I could have my bag with me... she rudely remarked that the plane was late and I needed to sit back down. Terrible service, it was a simple request. I’m sure someone with long legs would have been happy to switch with me. I also don’t like that my carry on bags had a weight limit."

It was approximately 5 a.m. After standing in the galley for about 5 minutes eating a small sandwich and while drinking my second glass of water, I was told I needed to sit down that I was in the galley too long. Older adults need to move around and get the blood flowing to prevent getting a blood clot. the 3 women stewardesses were busy talking in the galley I guess they felt their privacy and as being invaded."

Nadelen: "A staff on the check-in counter requested me to show eTA of Canada. I tried to log in my e-mail account that received the eTA before. But IP address was Peru. So the e-mail service provider didn't allow me to log in. I suffered from proving that I received eTA. I had to spend much time on collecting and showing all the itineraries related to Vancouver. So I could never visit the VIP Lounge for Business Class passengers because of insufficient time.I had to go to the gate directly to avoid my flight. It was very hard time."

Highly disappointed."

It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case"

Nadelen: "Late take off and almost missed connecting flight to US. The connecting flight was at the very farthest gate from where we entered the terminal. Saw many AE passengers from my flight with disabilities and children struggling to make it to their connecting flights in Madrid."
Voordelen: "it was very good in general"
Nadelen: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."
Nadelen: "Not on time. Delayed boarding and flight. Was told by customer service on the phone that I would not have to pay for checked luggage from Madrid to Barcelona since I am a tourist....guess what? It was a big fat lie. Had to pay 60 Euros to check me and my daughter's bag!"
Voordelen: "Air Europa honored my SkyTeam Elite Status!"
Voordelen: "Modern airplane and service."
Nadelen: "Fee for Wifi and TV show options somewhat limited."
Nadelen: "It has a 2.5 hours delay I had an important meeting, I had to cancel"
Voordelen: "Crew was very pleasant and helpful; I forgot to put my seat up n they got me straight with a big smile!! Makes a difference how you correct people. Plane looked fresh n clean And had pillows n blankets, didn't have to ask for one. Four smooth landings!! Thank you for a great trip"
Nadelen: "Tight squeeze sitting"
Nadelen: "Space between seats very uncomfortable. Planes very old."
Voordelen: "The movies and some of the crew members werenice"
Voordelen: "Almost nothing"
Nadelen: "The distance between the arriving and departure flights was about 20 minutes walk, and we had very short time to go from one side to the other. Then the departure was delayed without any explanation for about 2 hours. The food is not good. The entertainment system does not work. Even they sell the headphones. Little space between seats. Baggage was delivered after two hours!"
Nadelen: "it was delayed. they told us wouldn't affect our connection. Going out to get on and off the plane- awfullll . having to board a bus to go to the terminal and waiting. terrible."
Voordelen: "It was the first flight on our trip (other than to and from US to Spain on American Airlines) where we boarded on a jetway. We're in our 70's, 80's and toting even carry-on luggage up and down the stairs was difficult."
Voordelen: "Slept almost the entire flight over, from the middle seat."
Nadelen: "Only a 10kg weight limit, not described well during the ticket purchasing process."
Voordelen: "The Airbus 330-200 offers a 2 by 4 by 2 seating plan. We like the 2 seats together on the window sides of this aircraft. Boarding by rows numbers stops the push and shove and allows for much improved crowd control. Plane departed and arrived on time."
Nadelen: "Much more fluid needs to be offers during flights . Also more variety of flavoured juices is required. The toilet were a mess and need more regular servicing More fruit needs to be added to menu"
Voordelen: "Boarding was good No pushing and shoving to get aboard. .Departed on time ."
Voordelen: "probably nothing, everything felt cheap"
Nadelen: "food bad by any standards, clumsy stewardess spilling drinks, very long boarding, very poor entertainment choices"
Nadelen: "Plane did not leave on time. We were waiting for 30 minutes for take off and no anoauncement was made. We got nothing in return"
