Tgere was no announcement of any kind (found out later, Turkish sir doesn't do announcement at the Istanbul airport. No clue as to why). Thought, tgere was another delay and by the time I asked, it was too late to catch my flight and that's when I got a full dose of every single person w Turkish air trying to stiff me with the most outrageous penalty for changing Nguyen my ticket. Started out at $1114 on a $758 ticket, then went down to $925 and if I stay over night, down to $750. Seriously? Rude, talking down at me and telling me that if I don't pay the penalty, my return ticket will be cancelled. I keep getting bounced from one person to another being told to wait here and wait there then I finally got so sick of all of it, bought a new connecting flight online, spending the night in Istanbul and will see what will happen w my return flight to the US. I call this 'theft' as, if i buy an entire new ticket from Istanbul to Cairo then back to the US online, it will cost me less than the penalty they're trying to get me to pay. Shame on you Turkish airline!! You'd think w all the issues they're having w tourism in their country these days they'd care about not doing this kind of mistreatment of their clients."

I would highly suggest not to fly with aeroflot in future."

Nadelen: "Flight was horrible from Ukraine to NY, first of all our original flight was cancelled, when call nobody would pick up the phone, and when we got to Ukraine not only we stayed there all day but then without any explanation around 6PM we were advised that plane will be delayed, people very unprofessional, rude, and cocky. They didn't accommodate us in any way, then would put us online in order to give "kosher food" and instead of food they gave us cold non-kosher sandwiches and non-eatable bad bag of fruits ...... really..... It really reminded me the time of world war II. Another situation I had when I bought liquid at Duty Free store and the cashier just put the purchase in open bag at the Ukraine check point they wouldn't let us take our purchase cause it wasn't sealed, eventhough I showed them the receipt showing that I bought it at Duty Free, the bag needed to be ONLY sealed and security refused it, we had no choice but to through everything out. Finally we got our plane ready around 11PM but when we got into the plane the first thought came to our mind if we will make it to NY, cause plane looked like they took it from the junk, seats were broken, handles were out from screws and they were moving and sits were very tight. How you expect people to sit at these sits without moving for 10 hours...???? You don't need a horror movie it was real...... Never I will fly with that airline again and would not suggest to anybody. I strongly believe that I'm not the only one who will give you or already did a survey like that cause they were really horrible."

Voordelen: "No one on the cabin crew came by to move my seat upright or to tell me to sit up ( I was laying across 3 seats). It was quite a jolt when we landed to say the least"

Voordelen: "The crew doesn’t smile! The economy seats are narrow, with the same ticket price I can fly with a plane with infotainment"
Nadelen: "Though it was a one hour flight At least you could offer passengers water or coffee plus a smile would do make us feel relaxed."

Voordelen: "There’s a decent amount of room for a budget carrier. No nickel and dime charges like some similar carriers."

Nadelen: "One hour 15 min late, gate officers did not update, screen kept saying 40 min delay even after sitting at the gate for one hour. It was hot, humid, every one was sweating. Least they could have done was to offer free water after making us wait for one hour 15 min in hot weather."
Nadelen: "One hour flight from Dalaman to Istambul. that leaves with two and a half hours of delay. We arrived late to Istanbul. We ate dinner after hours and tired of Pegasus waiting. Without any explanation from anyone in the company. Never again will I fly with Pegasus."

Nadelen: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"
Nadelen: "Typical Pegasus. One of the worst airlines of the world. I typicall try to avoid Pegasus, but sometimes I dont have other choice."
Voordelen: "The plan arrived on time and landed on schedule. It was clean and there were no issues on this very short flight."

Voordelen: "Flight started late and even I was threatened not to be boarded and to be moved to a later flight (midnight) because "I had arrived late at the gate" which is twice absurd because: 1st I arrive slightly late - but still on time for the regular borading - only because the previous flight - operated by the same company was LATE 2nd the flight left 1h and 1/2 late, so my delay - if any - in coming at the gate was irrelevant"

Nadelen: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."
Nadelen: "my flight from Rome to Istanbul delayed 1 hour so i missed my second flight to Athens and they asked me to stay at the airport till the next day waiting for free seat :( but i refused and i fighting with them .. then they found a free seat in the next flight"

Voordelen: "The crew at the airport was incompetant. The service was appalling. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for bag drop off . I was very dissapointed. Also boarding was quite late and pushy"

Voordelen: "quick boarding at Sabiha Airport. At the airport, the free Wi-Fi connection didn't worked."
Voordelen: "I couldn't register in advance my second suitcase as their online system was not working. 10kg became 110.-CHF. All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."

Nadelen: "I am guessing this company does clean their aircraft only once in a while. In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"
Nadelen: "Poor everything is poor, they are very bad specially the crew when u check in they will let u pay even for the hand baggage extras kg even if u did shopping from the duty free they will let you pay for the weight. The worst crew ever."

Nadelen: "the air conditioner didnt work in the plane and they took very high rate for extra bag of 180 Euro!"

Nadelen: "The flight was canceled only after checking in and going through immigration. I am stuck in limbo due to visa expired and can not go back into Dubai. Had to remain inside departure terminal by gate for 18 hours. Ended up rebooking flight with another airline and delaying my arrival into Turkey by two days."
Voordelen: "I was lucky enough to have the seat next to me free, so I was comfortable during the flight itself"
Nadelen: "The ground service was really bad and even insulting. I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."
Nadelen: "Terrible boarding procedure at Basel. Had to stand in line for about 30 mins waiting to board."
