Voordelen: Crew was attentive to passenger needs in a quiet way: without fanfare, did all possible to make it a pleasant, comfortable trip. In fact, went out of their way to get me a wheelchair ride to next flight, which I dearly needed
Nadelen: First flight was delayed due to circumstances outside of airline’s control. They managed to get us there and help me with wheelchair, etc to make flight. Great service and kindness

Nadelen: Having boarded on time, seemed to take ages taxiing around before lift off, hence delayed start and late arrival on an already late evening flight.

Voordelen: Crew was nice & didn’t wake me (but once or twice squished by me in the aisle without saying “excuse me,” which I found a bit weird). Food was good. Not too many announcements or interruptions.
Nadelen: I would prefer more vegetarian options for meals (one of them had only one [chicken] option, & I don’t think it was because they had run out of vegetarian food).
Voordelen: Yes, everything was great
Nadelen: I could not purchase transport for an extra bag on the website. I did purchase it at Larnaca Airport. There, I checked in, dropped off the bag, had to go to another counter to pay (long delay in them being able to generate a receipt). Then I had to run the receipt back to the ticket counter.
Voordelen: Crew were great. Very friendly & helpful
Nadelen: Lufthansa really need to serve something better than high school cafeteria grade food
Voordelen: Super professional, comfortable and on-time service with both Swiss and Lufthansa.
Nadelen: Clear up-front notification about extra charge for first checked bag on both ways of the trip ($60 each). I couldn't find that information at the time of the booking.

Voordelen: Good crew, clean plane, good food. It was a cheap, direct flight that didn't feel like an economy no-frills airline. Excellent value for the small budget i had.
Voordelen: I had a row of three seats to myself, so being 6'2" I could sit sideways and spread out a bit. The beef with rice was pretty good for a economy cabin meal.
Nadelen: Total lack of entertainment on a 3.5 hour flight not good, glad I had a good Kindle book !!
Voordelen: It was better with the earache, plane felt cleaner, the crew was more friendly and attentive. Didn't feel as dark as the first flight.
Nadelen: The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like.
Voordelen: Airline met us at the plane to transfer us to our next flight to Tel Aviv! Excellent service and great entertainment on the flight.
Nadelen: The food. It was okay.
Nadelen: Staff is not friendly, does not offer assistance or ask if you need anything.

Nadelen: I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process.

Voordelen: Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier.
Nadelen: Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats.

Nadelen: The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs.

Voordelen: The flight from Tel Aviv followed and I had to fly to Holland to continue to Beijing. I also ordered kosher food and had to pay € 30 when the site was available for free. But in the end I was not given a kosher meal from the Netherlands to Beijing.
Voordelen: The service quality and client treatment of Ukranian Intl Air has improved a lot compared to my last trip with them.
Voordelen: Took off on time
Nadelen: No food, need to pay for a second piece of a hand luggage! Duty-free shopping is not fun any more when you need to pay for extra packages you aquired in shops to take them onboard.

Nadelen: The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable.
Nadelen: They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line.

Nadelen: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor

Nadelen: boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -
Voordelen: This was a very bad experience. We did not have any idea when the flight was going to take off and could not get any information on what was the problem. We ultimately boarded over 7 hours late which was an exhausting and horrible experience. We also boarding a bus twice, once only to get off.
Nadelen: The staff should have been better informed on what was going on. We never had any direct information. I would have liked a monetary compensation for this mixup as well because my plans really had to change due to the EXTENSIVE delay.

Nadelen: There was no possibility to select seats during checkin, we had to receive new boarding passes at the boarding desk, we arrived early but were not seated together, as well as people around us, so we had to change our seats with neighbors.
