Nadelen: Vlucht Malaga-Amsterdam voor de zoveelste keer alweer met enorme vertraging vertrokken. Vanwege aankomst in Amsterdam na middernacht additionele dag parkeren moeten betalen. Door Transavia veroorzaakte kosten zijn helaas té laag en het kost teveel moeite om dit te declareren, maar toch: ONACCEPTABEL!
Nadelen: 30 min vertraging vanwegen drukte op Schiphol
Voordelen: Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders....
Nadelen: De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen
Voordelen: Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!

Voordelen: Both airports service was catastrophic. Waiting for the stairs, or waiting for the takeoff clearance due to lack of staff in tower (?!?). Very unprofessional from airports with serious trafic

Nadelen: Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again.
Voordelen: The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous.
Nadelen: The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work.
Nadelen: 1h 45 minutes waiting for luggages in Bucharest Otopeni. Still not delivered.

Voordelen: 1. My luggage did not arrive and in the best case scenario will make 2 days later. They told me on this connection it was a normal occurance. 2. The plane was extremely old.
Nadelen: Get a newer plane, make sure luggage arrives on time.

Voordelen: Upon arrival in ZRH, there was a separate small bus for the business class passengers. It was nice to not have to wait for all passengers to deplane before being transported to the terminal.

Nadelen: Flight from dc to Frankfurt was delayed 4 hours. Flight from Frankfurt to Amman was cancelled and rebooked for the next morning.

Nadelen: The Austrian airlines website is absolutely the worst and least user friendly that I've seen for an airline. I tried paying for my bags and it rejected half of the itinerary's bookings for no reason. It took a ton of clicks to get stuff done and I kept getting errors. Very limited movie selection.

Nadelen: Not enough time between the connecting flights. The terminals were too far apart, and the local airport transportation took too long to get me to a connection flight terminal.

Voordelen: Air Serbia did the best they could to keep passengers comfortable and send all of us to hotel during the day w food and comfortable accommodation

Voordelen: Quick flight. However as is usual with Ryanair cabin crew their diction on the intercom giving instructions are appalling. This is a feature of Ryanair. Ask for diction or speech lessons and at least passengers will understand. My kids thought the crew were speaking Polish
