They harass you and interrupt you at all times, while playing boarding school mean head-teacher. Here at ezj, i brought my own food and entertainment, and was free to rest for the duration of the flight without any of those harassments. and so, combined with the fantastic price, this was a nice and refreshing experience,
Nadelen: being unable to lean the chair back. this is a major con for me.
Voordelen: Crew was amazing! The plane was like new, very clean & very comfortable. The check-in staff was also very frenedly and the service was excellent! The value for the cost was unmatched!!

Voordelen: I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground.
Nadelen: It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can.
Nadelen: Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible.

Nadelen: The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why.

Nadelen: Their English is slurred, garbled, and I could hardly understand any in-flight announcements. Also, there is nothing for free on the flight except one small cup of water .
Nadelen: The flight was cancelled without firther notifications. I called UIF office 7 times and finally one of the reps was able to give me full information and reschedule my flight with other airlanes. In the airport I saw a bunch of people who came for their flight... which was cancelled. I received email about cancellation after I spoke with UIF reps. Never will reccomend or use this airline again

Nadelen: However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken.

Nadelen: Pegasus first changed my 2hr layover to 24hrs then cancelled my second flight entirely without informing me. I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out.

Voordelen: Crew was unusually helpful and nice. There were 2 plain clothes air marshalls on the flight. Made me feel much more secure than any other airline.
Nadelen: My new Samsung Note 8 wouldn't charge on the old El Al planes. Either with 110 or 220 adapters.
Voordelen: Boarding process was actually orderly (if you fly El Al from Israel, you know what I mean). The flight was very smooth. The crew was helpful. The other passengers were pleasant!
Nadelen: The seating is very tight, even for an average sized person. The food, while tasty, is hardly health conscious.

Nadelen: Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again.
Voordelen: The plane was very clean and new. The crew who worked this flight were most friendly, professional and quite articulate in three languages including the captain. I highly recommend them.
Voordelen: My checked in bag did not arrive to HEL... Nedless to say I did check the bag tag was properly labeled RIX to HEL... oh well ... bad score for Baltic Air ... truly hope to see my bag in CGK when I arrived. Qatar airways pls come to the rescue.

Voordelen: You guys cancelled my trip 2 hrs before take off. I received an email at 12:20 saying that my card didn't go through after telling me earlier it was paid for very disappointed . I had to rush to the airport couldn't by my ticket because they don't sell at counter and then was on phone with air Serbia for 45 mins before I could buy my flight on a long distance call which will probably cost me $50.
Nadelen: the flight was lite more than 30 minutes. Economy class - you have to pay for the meal? Are they Low Cost Company or ? If so, just tell us like that. Prices are among the highest in the region and all you get is a glass of water and a small bag of snacks.
Voordelen: Seating was excellent good leg room for a tall person like myself. Service on flight wad great. Boarding and checkin were a bit of a mess but were quickly resolved
Nadelen: Weight limit and fees for cabin luggage is excessive. I had to pay twice for priority bording so I could bring my carry on and then they tell me it does not fit the required size. Never again I’m flying RyanAir and ever coming to France.

Nadelen: If their system worked and I could have checked in online instead of being charged an extra $170 something dollars at the gate. Oh and them not charging me another $100 for my luggage the second flight that I swear I paid for...terrible.
Nadelen: I was rerouted to Madrid and did not have the correct timely information to cancel and rebook or to get a credit toward a future flight. There was no clear item on line to be used for my problem.

Nadelen: Website was not intuitive with regard to baggage fees. Paid $100++ for ONE bag ans then they failed to transfer my bags to the connecting flight. Still waiting on the status of my belongings.

Nadelen: Dinner (entree, salad, shrimp appetizer, roll, and flan) and breakfast (fruit,croissant, roll,meat, cheese) were delicious -- but left us stuffed.Outstanding service. Milk or creme with coffee would have been nice.

Nadelen: For this flight, the line of people to board stretched outside of the gate- it was not possible to wait inside the gate. Once we were checked in we had to shove our way onto an overcrowded bus for transport from the gate to the plane. More buses are needed when ferrying people by bus from the gate to the plane, in general (not just on this flight).
Nadelen: Make sure to get to the airport early if leaving from Prague. Everything is disorganized and lines are very long

Nadelen: Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that.

Voordelen: Food was hot but there was no variety you are stuck with only one type. The plane was almost empty so the cabinets were too.

Nadelen: At the airport staff is not duppportive at all. They dont have information. They can be much more polite. Food at bussines class was terible. no entrrtainment at all!

Nadelen: The departure from Antalya was delayed which meant that from leaving the aircraft to sitting on the next flight to Stansted to fourty minutes and included immigration and security. Well done the ground staff at Istanbul.
Nadelen: The airlines did not stick to the time for the flight that is shown in the airport screens and took off before that time. And when i went and asked for another ticket or a refund they told me that its the airport mistake and that they are not responsible for it. Wordt airlines ever. Above all of this my flight was supposed to be a day after this incident but the flight was cancelled so they changed my ticket flight to a day before.
