Vlucht was 1 uur vertraagd. Verder ging alles prima.

Personnel, goede stoel en verbinding op tijd. Gate op Dubai was krap, maar ging ok

Het zitcomfort was ronduit slecht. Personeel was als doorgaans top.

Covid protocol was badly monitored. Coughing people without a mask. Thank you KLM for your ignorance.

Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

I am also going to miss my plans which were the only reason we came to London. as I do not have acceptable clothing to go out in tonight. So it was a waste of paying the flight to London, and our Airbnb in London."
Nadelen: "Gate agents were overwhelmed and incredibly rude. We of course didn't make connection. Lost our luggage. And now waitingbto board at 4:30 am. Just avoid. I fly a lot and they have topped my list of airlines to avoid."
Nadelen: "The plane has an hour delay in Rome due to rain. Although the delay is understandable, they seem to have left my luggage outside in the rain for all that time. As a result, all my clothes were wet and ruined and a few other items broke. Horrible baggage handling."
Voordelen: "I will definitely do this trip again , I loved this trip so much unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to visit the islands but that’s a must . The people were very nice , the majority spoke english so you won’t have a problem going places and asking questions . Food was great and reasonable. I will definitely do this again !!!"

When I stepped out, and asked him can you do this. Very rudely he said, that this passenger is business class. I didn't believe him, so I asked the second manager if this is correct. He didn't do anything about it. When on the plane, the passenger, was sitting behind me in economy class. Shitty service."

Flight was pretty warm as well, and seats were tight even for the 120 pound person I am. No entertainment, but they did show a map of where we were which was nice."

I suppose entertainment is not a big thing nowadays with all the choices we have with smart phone's and tablets, so not so much a big deal. But with space itn is a big deaI. I reclined my seat and Icould feel my seat on top of someone's knees. So i sat up and struggled to sleep. I suppose in a sleepy haste I reclined my seat. I was awaken to a gentleman asking me to sit my chair up so he could put his tray down to eat his dinner. I felt horrible."

Even airline representative wasn't able to find any mention about no checked in luggage. Ticket price was twice more expensive than the lowcost ones. For me it felt like a scam. Especially they had very few passengers and it seems they're doing this intentionally"

Nadelen: "Some of the tiniest most uncomfortable seats I've been on. I did not realize that Aegean was a budget airline going to a third world country (Greece??!). Flight was late but they pretended that it wasn't (45 minutes)"
Nadelen: "I had only one piece of luggage to check in, and I had to pay for it as if it were a second piece which we sometimes have to pay extra for. In which world would a traveler to a outcry country travel without luggage???"

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

Nadelen: "This was an emergency trip to see my mother who was in the hospital. The flight was delayed so I had no option but to board the next day since I wouldn't be able to make it to the connecting flight in Frankfurt. They couldn't give me another connecting flight since it was all full. Because I booked my ticket only hours before my flight, they said it might not be possible to fulfil my meal request since there's a 24 hours cut off. However, now I had to cone back to the airport and take the next days flight which gave the airline more than 24 hours from my original meal request. I still did not get the meal I requested, the crew didn't know about it and didn't have any to spare. This was my first time flying Lufthansa, I probably won't try it again."
Voordelen: "Pleasant flight all around."
Voordelen: "The premium economy clas was wonderful. All of the amenities, comfort, room made a long trip far more enjoyable. The crew was right there to help me get to the next gate."
Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport is dreadful. I'm elderly and being forced to climb up and down stairs to the Tarmac with luggage and then crammed into a bus to the terminal was terrible. I would avoid Frankfurt at all costs. Lufthansa needs to take some initiative with this."

Nadelen: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

Nadelen: "Our luggage did not arrive at our final destination of Madrid. It was awful. Also, after many passengers, including us, had fallen asleep, they woke us to put our seat backs up so the people behind us could put their tray tables down."

Nadelen: "My final leg of the trip was delayed by 3 hours, making us sit on the plane. I missed my connection in Minneapolis. Not happy because the airline did nothing to help me get home."

Nadelen: "We sat on the runway for over an hour with no explanation as to what was happening. At least overall, we only arrived half an hour late."

Nadelen: "We were detained at the airport after boarding and then deboarding without information. The entire flight was locked in a room and not allowed to leave with very little explanation as to why. After 5 hours they let us board another plane. There was water and candy supplied as food. It was a joke for anyone with kids or the elderly. Nevermind anyone with health concerns. BAD way to manage a crisis in my opinion. We were treated like cattle. And these were NOT cheap tickets."
Voordelen: "Afterall I did get rice iso pasta."
Nadelen: "Cold. My chair was bumped because us was just a little bit broader in the gangway than the other chairs. (54c) There is no possebility fot ordering foid for me: diet is without grains at all and without sugar at all."

Seating was awful.

Nadelen: "The plane was small. It was a quick flight though."
Voordelen: "The plane is clean and comfortable. The boarding was easy."
Nadelen: "The staff on all SAS flights seem a little lazy."
Voordelen: "Ontime and efficient boarding with polite crew."
Nadelen: "Nothing to improve. I slept the whole flight so couldn’t evaluate all aspects."
Voordelen: "The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could."
Nadelen: "It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight."
Nadelen: "No food, no entertainment. Ridiculous!! Not even a damn sandwich!!"
Voordelen: "The crew was very nice and friendly. I was not expecting walking down to the tarmac to board the plane. But flight was uneventful."
Nadelen: "Checking in didn’t open until 2 hours before plane was scheduled to take off. Really? We got to airport early so we could eat dinner. You are depriving the airport of revenue. Not to mention we had to stand there for over an hour. And then just one agent showed up. Terrible service and planning."
Nadelen: "Boarding and boarding pass was horrible. 30 min before boarding, there was no one at the SAS area."

Nadelen: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

Days before the return flight yet to chicago they had no record of my vegetarian meal The same transfer desk told me there were no morning flights to amsterdam the next day so they booked me 930pm next day, I found hour later a flight on Dad leaving 6am next morning, had to buy own toclet"

Nadelen: "I order through Kayak, which took me to priceline...Got my ticket and thought everything was fine...Until I got to the airport, apparently I got a SAS lite ticket and they charged me to check 3 bags 210 Euros...Unreal. I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

Nadelen: "Planes are old. No conveniences at all - none. Charged for one piece of luggage (my only piece) at the gate. Security process extremely slow. 1.5 hours early to airport and I made it on board by 9 mins. There plane sat for 20 mins on runway before departing."
Nadelen: "We paid $90 per checked bag. When we purchased our tickets we were never given an option to purchase luggage ahead of time, we were under the impression that luggage was included."

Voordelen: "The flight was very comfortable. I came to know this after I feel asleep instantly after take off."

Voordelen: "Had to pay USD 75/bag which was not clear when I booked the ticket. You have to inform the customer about these rukes."
Nadelen: "Unexpected 70 euro baggage fee that I had no way to add online."
Nadelen: "My 1st experience on SAS & everything was late: takeoff over an hour late, and upon arrival in CPH we were delayed again to exit the plane because they couldn't get the skyway door attached to the plane."
Voordelen: "This flight was also one of the best I have taken. I enjoyed it very much."
Nadelen: "It was a little upsetting to see and hear one of the crew members be a little nasty with my sister when he asked her about the meal. She misunderstood and asked for chicken andvhe was quite nasty when he corrected her and gave her the two options."
Nadelen: "Bag drop line was over 45 min. Only 2 attendants. Flight was late taking off. Baggage fee was outrageous. Site said 1 free bag, but that is carry on only. Checked bag was €70!!!! The flight was only $85."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled upon check in without any prior notice. Was forced to wait three hours in line for them to reroute to flight twelve hours later. Staff was rude, unapologetic, demanding and incompetent the entire time. Flight was packed, uncomfortable and smelled terrible. Flight was rough, landing was rough. Terrible airline."
Voordelen: "The flight wasn't late and didn't crash."
Nadelen: "I paid for a business class ticket and was jammed in like a sardine no different than economy, then told "you get a lunch for free". Hundreds of dollars more for a $5.00 lunch is NOT why I booked business class!"
Voordelen: "Comfortable seats."
Nadelen: "Entertainment center was not working for left half of plane (which included me). Crew was extremely lazy. I asked for a coffee and she told me to get up out of my chair and follow her to the back to get the coffee. Why couldnt she just bring me my coffee? My friend had the same issue, he asked for water and she had him come to the back to get it."
Nadelen: "During online check in and through the website, I was informed that I would be able to have one free checked bag. I was never prompted that I would have to pay additional. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I had to pay an additional $75 to check my bag in even though my boarding pass stated I was able to check in one bag. I was then pushed back and forth through the airport to complete this process. I would have liked to be given warning if I had to pay any additional costs."
Nadelen: "Rated low on food and entertainment because they didn't have any of such items... Not because they were bad."
Voordelen: "Quick and easy, nice cabin crew. I experienced no difficulties before or during this flight."
Nadelen: "We did not get food in this flight, it was not necessary because it was only a 1h 25m flight, so I cannot rate it."
Nadelen: "Check in took two hours! Gmhad to wait in line to "check" our bag and then wait in another to "pay" for our checked bag and get boarding passes. Very inefficient."
Voordelen: "My seat did not recline."
Nadelen: "That the staff didn't seem to think it was a big deal."
Voordelen: "Quick boarding and unboarding! Made up the time when we left a little late."
Nadelen: "Didn't get a little back of pretzels ;)"
Nadelen: "60euros for the first checked-in bag??? Ridiculous."
Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled 2 minutes after departure time. Staff was rude when we tried asking questions. It took an additional 2 hours to rebook on another airline and we had to spend an extra night in a hotel near the airport."
Nadelen: "Lost 4 out of 10 pieces of luggage from our group, and damaged one piece. Got 2 pieces of luggage 5 days later, one piece 7 days later, and the last one 9 days later."
