Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport is dreadful. I'm elderly and being forced to climb up and down stairs to the Tarmac with luggage and then crammed into a bus to the terminal was terrible. I would avoid Frankfurt at all costs. Lufthansa needs to take some initiative with this."

Nadelen: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

The entire flight was locked in a room and not allowed to leave with very little explanation as to why. After 5 hours they let us board another plane. There was water and candy supplied as food. It was a joke for anyone with kids or the elderly. Nevermind anyone with health concerns. BAD way to manage a crisis in my opinion. We were treated like cattle. And these were NOT cheap tickets."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

There is a small snack which has been expired cookies on all flights I’ve experienced, and the staff seems reluctant to provide it. Boarding involved making everyone wait standing up for more than twenty five minutes corralled into as corner."

Nadelen: "Everything. They gave us a 10mx10m prison ceII with no windows and no AC to wait in. EVERYONE had to smushed into this room, as each gate area has its own security. Boarding the pIane was pathetic, with us standing in a bus for 20 mins and no expIanation. The back of the seats were faIIing apart."

Nadelen: "Check in was slow but not crowded and they lost my and other 20 passengers’ suitcases! No information was given about why and we still don’t have any information. AirSerbia does not respond do emails or calls."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and very attentive. Food was better than most airlines’ long haul meals."
Nadelen: "Standard intra-European business class seats, which aren’t any more comfortable than economy. Wi-Fi wasn’t available for a portion of the flight."

Nadelen: "The worst airline ever. CUSTOEMR SERVICE IS AN UNKNOWN WORD TO THEM. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM YORU PROPOSALS."

Nadelen: "The way they nickel and dime their customers. Their baggage fees are ridiculous! Paid $224 for round trip ticket.... paid about $132 round trip for my luggage!!! Will never fly with them again."

Voordelen: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Nadelen: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

Nadelen: "Unable to check in online. Didn't accept credit cards forced to wait in serval lines to pay for luggage. Long waiting lines. Don't offer water on plane. No information given about luggage and being forced to pay for a seat fee. No information on connecting flights. Most uncomfortable plane and horrible experience."

Nadelen: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Nadelen: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."

Nadelen: "My suitcase dodnt arrive because they decide to leave it in skopje till the next day . I did not have any of my personal things woth me ."

Voordelen: "I requested a special meal. It wasn't delivered. I had called Air Serbia days before my travel to confirm that, and the lady said it was. Unfortunatley, there is no way for me to lookbthat information online. Even the gate agent wasn't able to look that informationmout, and told me it will be there. I simply had to go with 'belief' that my special meal would be there. They did not have any other options . The food they served was so unpalatable that I threw up. I threw up in a plastic bag, as opposed to a barf bag. I didnt have time to get it out from the seat pocket. When I called the flight attendant for assistsnce, she was so rude in pointing that I should have used the barf bag and not a plastic bag. Very unempathetic. They did not check on me after that. The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again."

Voordelen: "I got to board first because I am wearing a cast on my leg."
Nadelen: "The plane was extremely hot the entire 5 hour flight and even though many people asked to make the air cooler, the flight crew did nothing. It was a 5 hour flight and only 1 water was served. It was hot and only 1 water was served. When asked for two waters because I was extremely thirsty, the flight crew looked annoyed and brought only 1 to me. I hope to never fly Air Serbia again."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time, nice plane with lots of leg room, flight was nice apart from near landing. Food was good with a free drink too."
Nadelen: "We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more."

Nadelen: "Check in was much slower that all other check in desks and was only 2 girls then 3 girls on check in."

Nadelen: "The fact that I tried for nearly a week to CANCEL the flight. Yet was given no help, after sending email after email, making sure that I covered whatever was possible on my side. And of course, no response. Ended up forced to simply not attend the flight. Thanks a lot for a GREAT customer support, AirSerbia... (being cynical here, just making sure I do what I can so you get this)"

Nadelen: "It was a propeller plane. It was very noisy. Our seat was number five. Next to the propeller. A lot of empty seats and we asked to be moved to a different seat but was not accommodated. I would suggest Providing earplugs to the passengers. On our return trip we were in route to. A little bit less noise, but still need your plugs. On our return trip the luggage took a long time to reach baggage claim, but 40 minutes. The flight was only 15 minutes long."

I even told the manager that I would not check in my bag and would just bring on my small backpack carry on and she immediately told me no. She was INCREDIBLY rude and I was forced to by another flight to New York that cost 1,000$ !!! The manager detoured me to the flight info desk wothout even slightly attempting to get me on my flight. I am OUTRAGED by AirBerin and the manager. I will NEVER fly AirBerlin again in my life."

Voordelen: "Flight itself was very smooth, especially the landing. Food was good also, both the chicken and pasta were prepared well. Pasta could have used a little more sauce. Quantities and variety were also good."
Nadelen: "I still don't understand why airlines don't board from the back to the front. Would make the entire process go much smoother. The bigger the plane the bigger the problem and delay. I don't mind storing a bag under the seat but there's more stuff taking up legroom so it's hard to get the feet comfortable which is important for those longer flights."

Nadelen: "So out flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt arrived late at the Heathrow airport and, reportedly in a hurry to let us take off, they chose to inconvenience us further by not loading all our luggage. They said on the plane that, if we are missing our luggage, it will come in on the next flight. I don’t understand the logic of the decision to not load our luggage to try to save us time."

Voordelen: "Flight was uneventful (the way it should be) although it was over an hour late leaving LHR. The cabin was clean and in generally in good condition. Leg room was okay for a short flight. Didn't try the onboard cuisine but it looked good in the pictures, although somewhat expensive!"
Nadelen: "The bag drop at LHR T5 was bad. I was in line for almost 25 mins waiting to use the self-serve system. Almost every one of the 10 or so people in front of me had problems with the system and had to call over a staff member to help. It would have been so much quicker to have the 'old style' way of having check-in staff receiving bags!"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed by one hour Gate not announced as indicated on flight board When announced only gave about one half hour to make it to gate and board"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "BA took us onboard, flew us 40 minutes into Frankfurt and they decided there was a mechanical problem and returned back into Heathrow. The next plane did not arrive until 5 hours later, which lead to missing the connection flight. We were asking for updates and nobody knew anything. We asked to be changed to different airline and they could even do that. They did not compensate or pay anything, which is unacceptable. Horrible customer service."

Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."

Nadelen: "We nearly missed the plane due to how closely our flights were scheduled. Then our luggage did not arrive with us our plane. We didnt have time to stop for a snack or water so a small something would have been helpful."

Voordelen: "The plane didnt crash. I liked that."
Nadelen: "It was Delayed and no one was notified. I was rushing through the endless mess that is London Heathrow only to find a delayed flight - which worked out for me. I just wish I had known. The flight itself was more than 2 hours and not even a complimentary soda? You have to pay for a coke? I've taken 45 minute flights to vegas that offered complimentary drinks and snacks. Pretty odd."

Nadelen: "Lavatories were atrocious. There was splatter and stickiness all over the lavatory even before take off. Was quite gross and dangerous in terms of public health. Especially in a dangerous flu epidemic season."

Voordelen: "The flight wasn't as late on arrival as I anticipated it would be."
Nadelen: "The ground staff were completely useless when it came to actually getting a new flight after missing my earlier flight when I showed up with only 20 minutes to spare and the ground crew left the gate before it actually closed. They then wanted to charge me 500 euros for a replacement flight, in the end Kayak online got me on the same flight for less than 100 euros. The rest of the flight was mediocre. Lufthansa and Virgin do so much of a better job with overall staff on the ground."

Nadelen: "At security London Heathrow, it took 30 minutes for them to check 1 bag of ours! Almost didn't make the flight."

Nadelen: "1) I was booked on the next available flight. This flight was delayed too. I was really exhausted, and tired of waiting. 2) The refreshment was only for purchase. I understand,that non of the domestic flights provide food but 1 nonalcoholic drink or water, and small pretzels or nuts are always offered free of charge, and additional refreshment is charged. Sad, this was not an option."

Nadelen: "Heathrow connecting gate announced only shortly before flight, thousands of connecting passengers kept in a central holding pen like cattle flight: have to pay even for a cup of water"

Nadelen: "So, the flight to Frankfurt never happened because of whatever happened with British Airways on 05/27/2017. We waited without information in the airport for over 6 hours and then were told to exit after which it took another 3 to 4 hours to get out of the airport. We were told to find a hotel with no help or voucher - nothing was showing available under $1000 a night, save our receipts for any food we might have, rebook our flight. As we were leaving the airport, we were given water, nothing before that. We received information as we were leaving the airport about our rights for recompense. Fortunately, a Heathrow staff member helped us with finding a hotel that cost about $400. We never were able to get to Frankfurt to see our family there and had to book train tickets to Paris to meet our hotel reservation there two days later. It was a bad situation, handled in a way that caused confusion, fear and unhealthy situations of standing for long periods and I will not be doing business with British Airways in future."

Nadelen: "Nothing, flights to Frankfurt have always gone off on time for me."

Nadelen: "Sitting on runway for 3 hrs and then get kicked off without good instruction. This was our 1st trip, so we felt stupid about everything after the flight was cancelled. Oh well. Much smarter now."

Nadelen: "I know that I shouldn't be shocked by the continued degradation of the airlines, but there should be a line. To me, a simple glass of water should not be too much to ask."

Nadelen: "old airplane, kind of run down impression. annoying and not really working touchscreen, lousy choice of movies. Everything had the air of not being organized, we had to change our seats twice without knowing, why. Really poor food compared to any other airline I know. One of the stewards constantly spilled drops of beverages over me, when he was pouring them for me and the passengers around."

Nadelen: "Awful service all around. Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Voordelen: "Once again, my minor child (5 years old) was not seated with me. I don’t understand. Her birthday is listed with her ticket. Why ask the age of children under 11 if they’ll be seated with strangers? Moreover, we were loaded onto the plane from both ends, irrespective of our seats, so there was mass confusion as two sets of passengers were crossing over each other, looking for seats. Using hand signals to communicate, as it was an international flight with passengers speaking several languages. The crew stood at the entrances to the plane, watching."
Nadelen: "My experience."

Voordelen: "Fast boarding, friendly staff, clean plane."
Nadelen: "Not even a tiny snack as complimentary for a 3h flight."

Nadelen: "Few minutes late. Which caused us to miss our main flight. Still have no luggage. Why would flight like that be scheduled so close together. Impossible to accomplish after going thru customs."

Nadelen: "The seats were very uncomfortable for such a long flight."

Nadelen: "Missed connection due to Iberia. Rerouted to JFK after overnight delay and had to transfer to Newark. Upon arrival at Newark, which we had to arrange, we were notified that the flight was changed back to JFK. Turned a 12 hour travel day into 36. Horrid experience."

Nadelen: "Even though I bought my ticket through British airways, they made me check in through Iberia. No one told me beforehand so I waited in line at the BA line for about 20 mins and was told by the ticket agent to go to Iberia instead. Also, two medium delays. Not major but I did feel like I spent more time on the plane than I should have"

Voordelen: "No free food this time. Shorter EU flight and seats not as spacious because of it."

Voordelen: "Entertainment content was good and made the long trip more pleasant. I got a seat in the emergency exit and had lots of space for my legs. Alleys are quite narrow although and the crew was bumping into my arm quite often but overall seating experience was good."
Nadelen: "Boarding was very unorganized. It was difficult to understand the groups that were supposed to board. Overal check in process took too long. I arrived to the airport 3 hours in advance and finally made it to the gate when boarding started. Food can be improved as well. Had the pasta with spinach which consisted in some tortellini with very greasy cheese and way too many peppers. Second meal consisted in a sad croissant with ham and cheese."

Voordelen: "the AC worked. the last flight had warm air from the vents"
Nadelen: "flight was delayed 3 hours to begin with.. it was unorganized....no apology was given whatsoever.. plane was a bit uncomfortable. flight crew looked unhappy..I like to see people smile."

Staff person with the microfone and staff controlling the lne were not in sink, gave confusing instructions. Too much noise in the abin with the lights out due to the presence of lots of high schoolers talking Distance between seats kind of small"

Voordelen: "Great crew, funny and friendly. Really enjoyed my first experience on Iberia. The Economy Plus was really nice. I wasn't expecting a preflight beverage. Nice touch."

Nadelen: "Space between seats too small, the food was not good."

Voordelen: "The friendly, professional and always willing to help and device staff. The tasty food and snacks. There was always a member of the staff visible so it was easy to get water during the 10 hour flight. Or you can go and see them into their resting area and they were willing to help."
Nadelen: "I tried to paid for an upgrade but the ground staff wasn't very accommodating, she just said no."

Nadelen: "Seat recliner broken at 21B so seat will not stay in upright position. Passenger bouncing through out flight banging my knees. Passenger behind continually kicking my seat, passing people grabbing seats and jerking it. NOT A FUN RIDE"

Voordelen: "I was safely delivered from New York to Tennessee in pretty turbulent weather."
Nadelen: "The craft was small and the seating was cramped, seats were uncomfortable. The flight attendant was very brief with the Safety protocols and really did a poor job of demonstrating how to use the safety equipment provided on the aircraft. This was a disservice to first time flyers."
