Voordelen: The crew was fabulous

Nadelen: We had a crying baby onboard for the entire flight. I found it difficult to sleep as a result but understand this was outside the control of the airline. A bit more legroom would have been nice but I booked economy so again that was on me.

Voordelen: NOTHING.....................TAP AIR PORTUGAL CANCELLED THE FLIGHT WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTIFCATION. I HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE, HAD THE APP ON MY PHONE WITH MY MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL...................NO ONE ADVISED. i SHOW UP AT AIRPORT AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY..............DREADFUJL AIRLINES

Nadelen: EVERYTHING...................THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS FOR A BUSINESS CLASS TRAVEL.................JUST IMAGINE WHAT A NIGHTMAORE THIS WAS FOR ECONOMY TRAVELING PASSANGERS

Voordelen: The flight was smooth, and the crew very friendly.

Nadelen: The comfort onboard (A320) is not good: not reclining chairs, no entertainment, and horrible snack.

Voordelen: There was a blonde flight attendant who was extremely attractive which distracted from how hot the plane was during boarding and prior to take off since the air was not on.

Nadelen: Turn the air on before you start boarding the flight.

Voordelen: Flight was on time; the plane was clean and well-lit - it actually looked new. Entertainment selection was also surprisingly filled with new movies. The headrest was also very comfortable.

Nadelen: Not necessarily a critique, but I did find it very odd, and non-standard, that the all the overhead bins were closed during boarding. It gave the impression that they were all full, when in fact, they were all empty. Planes should have the overhead compartments all open until everyone is on board so people can see what space is available.

Voordelen: Excellent crew, good food & movie selection.

Nadelen: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Voordelen: Staff were professional and polite.

Nadelen: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Voordelen: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Nadelen: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Nadelen: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Nadelen: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Nadelen: The only problem was that our flight moved 50 minutes earlier and we didn’t get any email notification from kayak. But that may not be latam fault.

Nadelen: Full hour to drop our bags at ticketing. Otherwise great.

Nadelen: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.
