USB port was also not working, did not charge my phone. I’m glad that we did not buy the business upgrade for his flight before. It would felt wasting all our points. Luckily we were upgraded during check in. Check in was awful, they checked in 4 people in front of us roughly in 20 minutes in MLE. It felt like waiting for forever."

She didn't want to give me water, I had to ask if I could have some water. TSA held me up, I almost missed my flight had to be rushed on and no place to put my things so I had to sit squashed in the middle seat with all my bags for a 12 hour flight. I won't EVER go through Boston AGAIN. I won't ever chose Emirates for that long flight again, if I can help it. The WORST!!"

Voordelen: "The airline still runs like a well-oiled machine. Everything is efficient and staff are courteous. Flights are on time and reliable. DXB airport is easy to navigate. New on-board headphones design is an improvement."
Nadelen: "Cost saving cuts are evident around every corner. No more night mask, flight socks and toothbrush. No more hot lemon towel upon boarding (only towards end of flight). Food tray is smaller and more compact than before, turns Dinner into a game of Tetris (although, not a fun 'game'). Flights aboard A380 are much more comfortable than in Boeing 777."

Voordelen: "Enjoyed the flight and would rate the overall experience 4+. The only negative is the unduly long time for the luggage to reach the belt. You may like to look into this. Thanks."

No explanations were given for the delay. The entertainment service needs updating. There didn't seem to be a lot of new movies from the last time time I flew the airline over two months ago."

Nadelen: "There was no boarding announcement. I was given a boarding zone for no reason; boarding was a free for all. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour. We sat on the plane, by the gate, while the crew called the Istanbul Flight Control to figure out when our plane could arrive. This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "There was nothing I would need and did not get in this flight. I would definitely use the same airline and recommend to other people as well."

Voordelen: "The check in process was good. The agent was very helpful and pleasant. The food was actually just as good as the Delta flight from Minneapolis to Amsterdam."
Nadelen: "Older equipment. A little bit tight. But not too bad."

Voordelen: "The friendly crew provided slippers, sleep mask, mini tooth brushes & paste, socks & lip balm for each passenger which was very nice. The food was really decent for airplane food & they provided free alcohol beer or wine with both of the 2 meals. Each seat had a usb spot to charge your phone & a nice screen for watching movies & tv shows. Wish there were more movie & tv show options, only suggestion."

Nadelen: "As usual check in and boarding is horrible with Turkish Airlines. I have used Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, et had not trouble with them. Why is it so hard to improve this in Turkish Airlines. No charger for computer even during 13 hours flight?"

Voordelen: "Information was given on time regarding schedule. The flight itself was good, and in flight crew were attentive and provided you with enough attention"

Nadelen: "On my flight to Greece the wheel on my suitcase was broken. I tried to address this on the day of my departure & was told it's too late to put in a claim. This was a bit upsetting to me. I didn't realize that a wheel had broken until I left the airport. On the way to where we we're staying the 2nd wheel broke, thus I had to drag my suitcase the rest of the way."

Nadelen: "Long boarding time from Amsterdam to Istanbul. No explanation of delay and THY wants you to wait miserably on gate. On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

She confirmed the temp was set to 23 C however it was definitely not less that 26C .. also it took long time to serve the hot meal although we were on rhe plane and the flight depart8 got delayed for 90 minutes due to technical problem. On the other hand, seat were comfortable and flight attendants were so nice and friendly.. also Turkish lounge and airport were good"

My 14 hr flight was very comfortable"

Voordelen: "The seats were a normal size for an international flight. Everyone got a blanket, pillow, earphones and eye mask in their seat, all of which were necessary for the 11-hour flight. There were a lot of great movies to choose from, as well!"
