Nadelen: "We booked our plane reservations through Kayak . My sister booked my reservation along with hers at the same time. Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"

Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport is dreadful. I'm elderly and being forced to climb up and down stairs to the Tarmac with luggage and then crammed into a bus to the terminal was terrible. I would avoid Frankfurt at all costs. Lufthansa needs to take some initiative with this."

Nadelen: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

Nadelen: "The plane was delayed for no apparent or known reason. Took forever to board and then we missed our connecting flight. I have no need to fly Luthansa again. Get what you pay for with bottom of the barrel airlines I guess."

Voordelen: "Great service both before boarding the plane and while in flight. The check in line was out of control, but lufthansa staff members ensured that I could still make my flight."

Nadelen: "We were detained at the airport after boarding and then deboarding without information. The entire flight was locked in a room and not allowed to leave with very little explanation as to why. After 5 hours they let us board another plane. There was water and candy supplied as food. It was a joke for anyone with kids or the elderly. Nevermind anyone with health concerns. BAD way to manage a crisis in my opinion. We were treated like cattle. And these were NOT cheap tickets."

Voordelen: "Air dolomiti - great service, prosecco in a real glass and with small sandwich provided."

Nadelen: "Cold. My chair was bumped because us was just a little bit broader in the gangway than the other chairs. (54c) There is no possebility fot ordering foid for me: diet is without grains at all and without sugar at all."

Nadelen: "Checked online from row 21 to 6. Got a new ticket whilst boarding to 25: last row. Explanation...otherwise the plane was not able to go in the air...absolute bullshit. With my weight and of my fellow members better to let us in the front.. Row 6 was given to a miles & more client..."

Voordelen: "Food and beverage service was excellent on these Star Allisnce international flights booked by United but operated by Lufthansa."
Nadelen: "Leg room in economy is inadequate for international flights. Seats had no cushion left in seat bottoms. It was like sitting on cement."

Voordelen: "Smooth boarding and flight, fun snack (cakes on a plane!), relatively quick and easy."
Nadelen: "I can't think of anything to complain about for European commuter flights."

Voordelen: "That was the best airline meal I've ever eaten. It was a lightly curried chicken. Outstanding. Extremely fast boarding. Boarded entire airplane in less than 15 minutes. Nice selection of movies and audio. All of which you could stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind."
Nadelen: "No reading lights. No attendant call button I could find. Not much air volume. That pesky lack of leg room. Short seat belts."

Voordelen: "Crew was beyond standard. Very nice and friendly and always accommodating."
Nadelen: "They ran out of vegetarian meals."

Nadelen: "My ticket didn't specifically say I'm not allowed to have check-in luggage, so I needed to pay extra for that. I also got too little transfer time and barely made it because my flight arrived late. Then, my luggage got lost during the transfer, so I had to wait for 5 hours, which made my plans a mess. Overall not satisfied with my flight"

Voordelen: "Seats comfortable. Decent legroom. Crew pleasant. Food was very good especially for a very short flight."
Nadelen: "I did not know I had purchased economy light ticket. With this you can only carry on 18 pounds and must check and PAY to check any other bag. I looked at my reservation from Vaysms and did not see notice of this. Surprised that one hour trip at this price , well over $200, was in this category. Also trying to buy the option for the bag on phone was difficult. Whole page with options would not show and getting English version was difficult probably because page would not fit on screen."

Voordelen: "Our flight out of Amsterdam was roughly 30 minutes late. Since we were connecting to an International flight to return to the US there was no possibility we would be able to get to the International terminal through security and board our flight in the time available. So, Lufthansa staff met the connecting passengers as we disembarked, shuttled us via bus to the International terminal and ensured we made our connection. Finally, for airline food it was quite good (Vegan)."

Nadelen: "This was NOT a Lufthansa flight. The plane was a United flight. One of the worst I have experienced in 40 years of flying to Europe and Hawaii."

Voordelen: "I like the airline and the workers are great. I don't like when they charged for luggage that $60.00 each way like round trip is $120.00. It should be by weight is 50 lbs or 23 kilo for minimum and if it is over the weight than it should charged little more price."

Voordelen: "Crew allowed me to change seats to get two empty seats by the window that were available."

Nadelen: "Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed."

Nadelen: "Flights were late for more than 20 min. in both directions. Almost missed connecting flights in both directions. Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!"

Voordelen: "I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful."
Nadelen: "Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also."

Nadelen: "Team desn’t have much Client focus, seems to have more experience with cargo shipments"

Voordelen: "Prima voor 1 uur vliegen"

Voordelen: "From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!"

Nadelen: "As a gluten free person dinner delicious but after 5-6 next hours for breakfast I got few small slices of melon... like really?? This will not feed anyone! For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

Nadelen: "That flight was delayed for three hours! Causing me not to be able to make connecting flight. No help in Vienna."

Nadelen: "I was frustrated with the staff at the desk in the airport, as we boarded 20miutes late and they did not feel it necessary to give any comment on the situation. Everyone was puzzled as to why we were not boarding, or if there was a problem. Even the screens did not show any change."

Nadelen: "May bags didn't make the transfer and were sent on to me the following day."

Voordelen: "Arriving alive. Attentive service was a nice bonus."
Nadelen: "I am alive. Everything else seems utterly petty (even the total lack of dancing monkeys!)"

Voordelen: "Flight attendants were extremely friendly and considerate of passenger needs. In flight Wi-Fi is free in economy. Good leg space between the rows. Overall it's rare to find such good service now a days."

Nadelen: "I wanted to buy an checked-in luggage, but Austrian site did not worked properly, repeatedly gave an error message. I ended up buying it at the counter desk, in the airport, at a much higher price."

Voordelen: "I thought the food was excellent. Better food in coach than I get on first class domestic flights. Also, the in-flight entertainment was very good. I watched a couple of science shows and extreme sports shows that I truly enjoyed."
Nadelen: "There wasn't much I did not enjoy that could be changed. I chose to go coach and had to put up with seating that was more cramped than I like, but I expected that."

Nadelen: "I can not afford first class tickets..."

Voordelen: "The flight was nowhere near full, which was terrific. The crew were excellent, polite and attentive. Everything was on time."

Voordelen: "My wife And infant son we're flying out and when I got them there ticket I asked if they had any available seats with leg room and he said there was nothing available but the best he could do was aisle. When my wife n son went to board on the Stewart or stewardess told them that they are not sitting there and that they will be flying first class today. When my wife landed n told me I was extremely happy that they saw her with a baby and gave my wife n son that option to sit in first class then be tied up in economy and no so comfortable. I greatly appreciate the hospitality you have given my wife n son. Thank you Filip"

Nadelen: "We paid to pre-book our seats and when we got on the plane they had been given away. We heard several different reasons, none of which made is feel better about the two middle seats we were told we had no choice but to take, while people who had NOT prepaid sat in our aisle seat. It was offensive to be forced to pay to select our seats in advance on a major international airline in the first place, and then to not have those honored just made it worse."

Nadelen: "Boarding personnel in Vienna was very unfriendly and didn't inform us of the need for a new boarding pass during transfer"

Nadelen: "Boarding was chaotic, cramped. Passengers kept lining up only to be sent back to the end of the line after documents were checked three separate times. Only first class passengers were allowed at the gate. Chaotic and frustrating. Not what one would expect of Austrian efficiency!"

Nadelen: "I could not pay for check-in baggages when I bough 4 tickets for 4 passengers. So I called the airline customer service, and they told me that the first check-in baggage is free. However, when we boarded the airplane on 9/5/2016, we were charged 30 Euros for each bag, a total of 120 Euros for 4 checked in bags of 4 passengers. This is unfair, and I would like it to be corrected if possible. Thanks."

Nadelen: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."

Nadelen: "CDG is a monster. The distances are long . The signage is poor and when I asked for directions the diirections I got were wrong."

Nadelen: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Nadelen: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

Voordelen: "Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music."

Nadelen: "This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency."

I should have  0ne 7kg km and one 5kg Its 7 kg and same weight in your instruction and I traveled  3 trip with the same bag with your Airline  *(canada to Kiev  . Kiev to Cyprus  . Cyprus to kiev ) No one charged  me or give me any complain  Is that new way to get money  from your costumers???? And that's in the gate after I checked in and"

When I arrived at the airport the lady told me I had to do it at a kiosk, and luckily I got there early because at 2 hours before departure she said I would have to pay more to check in. Boarding is scary because they send guys out to try to “catch” people with overweight luggage, but I guess it’s how they make their money. Also there were tons of screaming kids and one kicking my seat, but that has nothing to do with the airline lol luckily I brought earplugs. Didn’t get the food but didn’t look too great anyways. Bring a book or something because there is zero entertainment."

I told her what I would want and she said I should hold on...Then She served, I waited for about 2 hours only to be told they are out of food!"

Had to go on the web site to check in then get an email sent to me with boarding pass to be able to put my bag on a check in computer!!!all of this while I’m standing at the desk. This is now rediculous way to travel, hope the airline does not go broke with people avoiding travel with this company!"

It was a perfect trip with Turkish, but I lost 150 USD for Qatar cancellation."
