Nadelen: "Onboarding was ridiculous. They merged two gates together with no instructions to the large crowd of people boarding the plane. We were scheduled to start boarding at a certain time and we didn’t actually board until 45 minutes later. When we asked the attendants when we would begin boarding and did they have any instructions they were extremely rude, laughing with one another and taking selfies. When we we asked for the third time they brushed us off with a time frame. It was extremely disappointing."

Nadelen: "I was put on another flight eight hours later even though I had already checked in. I actually traveled with Cathay Pacific."

Nadelen: "-carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways, which then takes up space for other passengers. Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes. Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."

Voordelen: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."

I was in front of the bulkhead so there was no other place to store my items except the overhead bin and the flight attendant took the space in my bin for some baby items she thought she might need for another passenger. I had to store my personal items away from my seat."

Nadelen: "While stay in Doha the did not give any food vochcher for 21 hours what they think no body eat in 21 hours I go to counter they refused next time I will not travel"

Nadelen: "We had to wait for about 5 years, more than 3 hours unscheduled wait. During this time we were provided with a very poor breakfast."

Nadelen: "One of bags was missing and I came to know this only after waiting until the last bag. The staff knew that my bag did not make it out of Doha. It would have been nice if I was informed as soon as I landed so I did not have to wait for an hour unnecessarily. And the paperwork to report the missing baggage was totally Chaotic. Whoever barged to the counter and was aggressive got priority and taking down the details and giving us a receipt. This is probably my 5 or 6 flight in Qatar and it seems that you guys are slipping up as Emirates had done. Hope you don't."

They said I have to pick it up only at baggage claim..and I had to carry my baby with 2 hand luggages all the way through immigration until I reached baggage claim...very disappointed with this. ..Other airlines handed the baby stroller as soon as you got off from the flight.."

We got to the gate too early (by maybe 10 mins before boarding time) so we were told to sit outside of the designated seating area and that they would make an announcement when we should go back up there. There was never an announcement, but we felt it was getting late so we went to check at the desk and they then said we were late and they were waiting on us. They were very nice about everything, but just thought that was really strange."

No one communicated with US I think your airline is typical Arab mentality unless you are white I. E American you don't give a shot about your costumers this is the second arb line I droped I will never take ur plane ever!! When I got to Doha all they did was through stupid voucher for food missed my flight no apology rude as staff disgusted y their behaviour and lack of care missed imprtant meetings NEVER AGAIN RACIST AIRLINE TREAT WHITES WITH RESPECT IT NOT BLACK'?? REALLY WELL I I'LL TAKE MY MONEY AWAY THEN I will make Co viols decision to never fly with u"

Nadelen: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Nadelen: "Business class was pretty empty but again I was not allowed to change my seat selection online. Pathetic check-in."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Nadelen: "Lang wachten bij de incheck"

Voordelen: "We vertrokken vanuit Tapei 10 minuten voor plan. We kwamen bijna 3 keartier voor schema aan."
Nadelen: "Omdat Economy Comfort vol zat (een maand van te voren), een exit roe geboekt. Wel veel beenruimte, maar in de breedte echt te krap voor een vlucht van 12 uur."

Voordelen: "De reis verliep voorspoedig. Diner en ontbijt waren redelijk."
Nadelen: "Film aanbod was aan de magere kant."

Nadelen: "Op papier was het een KLM vlucht. Maar tijdens inchecken werd het een Jet Airways vlucht. Alle privileges als platinum frequent flyer was direct weg. Geen voorrang bij inchecken, geen voorrang bij handbaggage check,."

Nadelen: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."

Nadelen: "Seats were very slim and limited leg room. Balkhead did not offer much storage. Cumbersome to get in and out of easily. One of the poorest trip in my 63 country travels. Would not recommend Etihad to my friends."

Voordelen: "Not much - perhaps that we had booked the last row and only had two seats together"
Nadelen: "The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him."

Voordelen: "Travelled in Airbus 380 for the firstvtime and I was impressed by size of the plane and comfort in economy class. Enough of leg space to bend my leg and avoid bad blood circulation. Overall comfortable flight."
Nadelen: "Again I found behaviour of few Crew Members a bit rute for instance i asked hor headphone from one of the attendant and she immediately told me that it cannot be missing as she put the headphone there by herself making me feel like as if i stole the headphones. I was bit speechless though i really wanted to reply to her but it would have been rude. Second thing I did not like about flight was foir serving. In our over 7 hour flight, we were just served breakfast in the morning just 2 hours before landing. Its not healthy to keep customers hungry what if the customer is diabetic. Airline need to understand that up in the sky we are dependent on them for our basic needs and it should be respected."

Nadelen: "food was bad in taste ,they present us just like give to baggers there was no serving in trays .pictures show in add. are all falls we did not get that kind of food in our whole trip . for exps .in dinner they serve 2 small buns filled with 2 leave of spinch 1 bean barito 1small piece of chocolate for desert. for breakfast was lentel,with mashed patatos.when I asked for somthing else.reply was we do not have anything else.so i did not have anything in my 15 houre flight."

For some bizarre reason, we had to exit the boarding area (we had arrived very early), and then re-enter at the end of a VERY long line, then dispose of the water we had bought AFTER we had already gone through one set of security checks, to have another bag search inside the boarding area. (???) For a 14 hour flight, you might expect a bit more in the line of amenities (like the Singapore Airlines pamper kit). It’s also nice to know on a long haul what you might be eating (a la Singapore Airlines menu card), but not on Etihad. Also the movies on offer through the entertainment system were a bit stale and dated. They also had no arrivals cards in English, and finding them at Sydney Airport is a nightmare. (Why do we still do the stupid things, anyway?) Then, to top it all off, after a tiring flight, Sydney Airport put on their best demonstration of appalling and confusing crowd control at the baggage carousels and getting through customs. Used to think Etihad was a quality experience, but it doesn’t seem so any more."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Plane was not comfortable and looked dingy. Food was awful. Service was subpar."

Voordelen: "Decent plane Decent food Decent service"
Nadelen: "Abu Dhabi Airport Is The worst! Going through the transit area is hell. The wall of people extended out of the hall and up the stairs. Shear hell"

Voordelen: "Liked the cabin"
Nadelen: "The crew was standoffish and disengaged. This is on a buisiness class ticket where I paid $8000 for two tickets."

Nadelen: "Head will hit the wall when using sink in toilet"

Nadelen: "It's a connecting flight for me and there is a long wait. so, my opinion is better to serve some snacks or food in the flight."

Voordelen: "Food service and service generally"
Nadelen: "Long layover and delay"

Voordelen: "Free wifi pls"

Voordelen: "Have more space between seats"

Voordelen: "Loved the amount of leg room in economy class. Also impressed with the number of entertainment options, especially the movies. The things provided in each seat (blanket, pillow, socks, etc) were very generous and nice as well."

Voordelen: "Crew were great"
Nadelen: "Very noisy with loads of kids, crying babies"

Nadelen: "Waiting at Abudhabi before boarding in the passage lobby especially night time in hang over is disgusting. There should be sitting arrangement at least."

Voordelen: "Great storage bins, privacy in the window seats, comfortable lie-flat bed with good massage option. Short walk from Business Lounge to gate, priority boarding. Dine on command. Excellent"
Nadelen: "Not a great choice of new films."

Nadelen: "Boarding process"

Nadelen: "The food was lacking. Even though it's a short flight they could have offered more than a muffin and a yogurt."

Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly, greeted us with a smile, and were there to help when needed. They were helpful when the flight got delayed because of fog."
Nadelen: "The food was bad. Requested for Asian Vegetarian Meal on Etihad website but was served the vegetarian option. I also heard a passenger complaining that she requested for a vegetarian food but was given a meal with chicken."

Voordelen: "Economy legroom was good, great food, clean plane. Staff seemed professional but occasionally cold to requests."

Voordelen: "I like the movies. Seats assignment to window in a 2 seats row are the best. They seat a chubby person who was all over my seat the whole 5 joirse"
Nadelen: "The flight attending crew from Chennai as well as for the Abu Dabi flight ignore request for coffee or water service. Only after turning light several times they responded. Even when they were passing the halls with water and you called them they would not stopped. I love the soft landing of all pilots flights."

Voordelen: "On time as scheduled. ground staff were very very polite and efficient ."
Nadelen: "I have flown in Cathay , Singapore , KLM . lufthansa as I go to Calcutta every year for last 25 years . Never had a 16 and half hrs flt with only one full meal . It should be 3 full meals. Both ways had totally unsophisticated cabin crews . Needs education and training . A basic term like scotch on the rocks needed four explanations . No clue about beer whatsoever . OK for Saudia not for gulf countries. Village girls in an uniform."

Voordelen: "Was upgraded to Business class"

Nadelen: "I got violently ill after getting off the flight. The only food I had in the last 24 hours had been from Etihad. I threw up for two days straight."

Voordelen: "Everything except food. But a little more wide seats will be appreciated."
Nadelen: "Food."

Nadelen: "Food was too salty! Crew needs to be more helpful if passengers are non English speaking; they could show them how to stretch the chair and pull it up while eating. Crew could also ask passengers what kind of movies or entertainment they like and show them how to operate!"

Voordelen: "Spacious seating , very good food , excellent service."

Voordelen: "The staff as helpful and attentive"

Voordelen: "Entertainment choices were good."
Nadelen: "Food was not up to par. It was quite dry. Like the curry served in vegetarian meal was very dry."

Voordelen: "Seats were comfy, crew was helpful, in flight entertainment was very good. Overall quite good..."
Nadelen: "Nothing really.."

Nadelen: "Seats are old and worn. Pitch is Ok. BEG is bad, at least if you connect there to the JFK flight. You have to go to different desks to verify passport (!) and pass additional security control where they don't let you carry in any tax free purchases you make at your originating airport although you never leave the transit area. Boarding is chaotic with no staging."

Voordelen: "On time departure, and slightly early arrival. Everything ran smoothly. And seat spacing is quite generous!"
Nadelen: "It took a while to complete boarding, mostly because of carry-on luggage, but it did not delay departure."

Voordelen: "The actual takeoff and landing with this airline is usually smooth"
Nadelen: "Airline is always late with no layover time making journeys stressful. The food and drink is only available for pay. There is no entertainment. There is a small snack which has been expired cookies on all flights I’ve experienced, and the staff seems reluctant to provide it. Boarding involved making everyone wait standing up for more than twenty five minutes corralled into as corner."

Nadelen: "Everything"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Manners"

Voordelen: "Nothing, pretty much"
Nadelen: "I was told my hand luggage needed to go to the cargo, despite it being small enough to be with me. The food was a water bottle and chips. There was more than an hour late to boarding time. The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off."

Nadelen: "The fact that I had to check my guitar was odd. And online check In was difficult . I ended up paying more to check my guitar in at the airport"

Voordelen: "the boarding was smooth, the bus to the plane wasn't crowded and the plane was flying low so you could enjoy the sceneries and still get cell phone reception."
Nadelen: "the overhead compartment was a bit small and there was almost no leg room but both of my flights were short. I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport."

Voordelen: "Crew was good, short flight on an older aircraft, everything was fine"
Nadelen: "Bags got left in Belgrade transferring from Helsinki despite this flight being delayed 30 mins, unsure how that happens..."

Nadelen: "This flight is apparently consistently late"

Voordelen: "The plane was an airbus, nothing to rave about nothing also to complain about. It got us there safely and relatively speaking on time after a later inbound arrival."
Nadelen: "The process of check in was terrible could not do so on line at least in Berlin. It is possible elsewhere in the system. Long and slow line for check in and then long and slow line for passport control and security, but we survived it. Advice is arrive early, you will need the time."

Voordelen: "Fast service, kindness."
Nadelen: "They should finally get rid of these old ATR-72 and replace them with some newer aircraft."

Voordelen: "The air Serbia staff were top class"

Nadelen: "they charged me for baggage when it was supposed to be included"

Voordelen: "Comfy and clean"

Nadelen: "Not enough time between the connecting flights. The terminals were too far apart, and the local airport transportation took too long to get me to a connection flight terminal."

Nadelen: "the flight was lite more than 30 minutes. Economy class - you have to pay for the meal? Are they Low Cost Company or ? If so, just tell us like that. Prices are among the highest in the region and all you get is a glass of water and a small bag of snacks."

Voordelen: "I was amazed with leg room for all regular economy seats, I'm tall guy and constantly have problem with leg room but here I was pretty suprised."
Nadelen: "Free you get small bag of pretzels and glass of water.. Everything else you have to pay. Same as in low cost companies but with ticket price of regular one."

Voordelen: "My isle seat"
Nadelen: "Studardess were very unpleasant,2 times they passed my row,had to take out garbage by myself. Same movies were played on both flights (I had round trip)"

Voordelen: "Air Serbia did the best they could to keep passengers comfortable and send all of us to hotel during the day w food and comfortable accommodation"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "5 hours delay"

Voordelen: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Nadelen: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

Nadelen: "Flight was late and caused loss of connection flight to Amsterdam"

Nadelen: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Voordelen: "Onetime and efficent"

Voordelen: "Quick and no fuss"
Nadelen: "No food and entertainment didn't work"

Voordelen: "Nice service."
Nadelen: "Small aircraft"

Voordelen: "Departed and arrived on time despite boarding chaos."
Nadelen: "What was that stuff they served us to eat?"

Voordelen: "I like it was fun"
Nadelen: "I liked everything"

Voordelen: "Nothing. Rude staff. Horrible food and service."
Nadelen: "Everything"

Nadelen: "No enerertainment and no food."

Voordelen: "Food is okay, entertainment is finally available (at least for mobile phones and tablets), crew is good"
Nadelen: "New sits are just uncomfortable, especially in the middle."

Voordelen: "Quick flight"
Nadelen: "Time it took to board and leave"

Voordelen: "Gave us food when they weren't required."

Nadelen: "They saying it's internet connection during the flight,when you pay for the internet the only option what you can choose is to watch how's your MB goes away and you are not able to open anything.Very good job Air Serbia,never again with you!!!"

Voordelen: "Flight was on time, nice plane with lots of leg room, flight was nice apart from near landing. Food was good with a free drink too."
Nadelen: "We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more."

Nadelen: "I tried to cancel my flight about a week before it took place. Wasn't given a chance to do so, since you didn't bother to advertise a clear email or available contact info to which I could speak. Now you're asking me for online check in and a review? Well, your customer service is terrible, that's for sure..."

Voordelen: "Free food + drink, smart uniforms, on-time departure and seat headrests with winglets to support your neck."
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Voordelen: "Air Serbia is way better than old JAT Airways (or at least better than JAT Airways after 1992). They are improving and it seems that they will be a solid regional company, as well as a good Etihad partner."
Nadelen: "I don`t know why they still didn`t decomission old ATR-72 turboprops. They might use them on some flights, but I believe that they should buy or lease some mid-range jets even for short-haul flights. Austrian Airways uses jets for BEG-VIE service."

Nadelen: "We boarded our flight from gate C7, which as is common in Eastern Europe, a bus gate. To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

Voordelen: "I liked the price I paid for the flight and the legroom between the seats - as I'm fairly tall - 6'3"/over 190sm, that was a big concern for me and that's why I didn't go with other carriers. I ended up having an entire row of 4 seats to myself, so I was able to stretch out and get some sleep. Flight attendants were coming around very often with drinks."
Nadelen: "I expected to get an e-mail with an offer to upgrade to Business Class as I was flying a day before my birthday, so I was in a mood to treat myself - but unfortunately, that never came. Once on board, when the meal was served, the breakfast meal had the scrambled eggs soaked with water, so didn't get the amazing food that others have talked about., Before landing, we were served a long sandwich that was very amateurish. Boarding was chaotic - as typical in many places in Europe, there is no boarding order - just people forming a line and getting on the plane."

Nadelen: "I had to run as fast as I could to catch my connecting flight in Abu Dabi. Online it said I had a 1.5 hour layover but when I arrived I had 7 minutes to get to the other side of the airport. They also lost my luggage."

Voordelen: "Flight crew are nice, reasonable service during flight"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed at Rome, so the stop at Belgrade was short. Luggage did not arrive with the flight, only after two days they arrived to the destination. After two days the luggage arrived dirty and a bag of "Sephora" cosmetic company missing from one of the suitcase."

Voordelen: "traveler's assistance check in on time smooth flying. nice snacks"
Nadelen: "online check in is not available if starting out of Stuttgart !!!?"

Voordelen: "Love the cabin crew and their professionalism. Excellent presentation and delivery. Captain and first officer were excellent. Professional, friendly and great skills. Great take-off and landing in the ATR 72."
