No entertainment. Flight attendants rushed through the cabin with the drinks cart, not asking if we wished to buy drinks (all were charged for) as if they couldn't be bothered to help the passengers.
It was more the fault of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and the entire experience was a circus.

They have old planes, the little TVs by the seats may or may not work and although the crew is nice and well trained, they cannot substitute for the discomfort of 10 hours flights in a crammed place. Sorry SWISS."

They need more staff to work at check in desk or change flight hours. There were 2 flights of LATAM at the same time and other 2 flights near my flight hour so the line to check in were too long and it didn’t move fast. I understand that now they take more time because they have to check many papers because of COVID-19. But I nearly miss my flight. I barely arrived to the gate 5 minutes before departure time! And obviously this things leads to delay.

They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

That plane should be used for shorter flights and not a 4 hour international flight. I am not expecting first class seats and 5 course meals. But for the same price I could have used other airlines."
Nadelen: "First of all I bought my ticket through Kayak, but apparently something called the flight network was the issuer of my ticket apparently they are and travel agency in canada , first i needed to change my ticket and they could not do it , then I dis not use my outbound flight because I needed to get to my destinantion one day earlier and yesterday i received an email saying that my return flight was cancelled. they told me that since i did not use my outbound they automatically cancelled my return flight, I ended up loosing 300 USD because of mis information from that travel agency , the people that answered my call were very disrispectfull, this has been the worse experience and ai ended up loosing all my money I had to purchase another return ticket."

Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."

Voordelen: "I really appreciated the fact that the gate agents enforced the boarding process meticulously. Often times, even when boarding a certain zone, passengers ignore it and board anyway. The staff made sure that people only boarded when their zone was called. The flight and the aircraft was comfortable. The food was better than what I've had on other airlines, if not at least equal."

The new seats are hard as a rock and don't recline. Cramped is an understatement. The tray table is literally the same size as the tray itself. Did TAP build a mock up of this before production?!? You get to hold your drink and put your silverware in your lap while you eat. Food was too hot to open foil, and once opened was mediocre at best. Entertainment?!? Literally nonexistent. Well actually in the fancy seats beyond economy there is a little slot to attach a phone or tablet on the back of the seat. So your entertainment is whatever you brought. I guess the touchscreen/on demand entertainment I remember from the early 2000's is too high tech for TAP."
Voordelen: "Clean, modern plane - tightly-packed but comfortable seats. Note: if you travel with a bag with wheels it will be weighed at the gate and those over 8kg will be checked. If you have a heavy bag without wheels, it gets no scrutiny."

Nadelen: "I paid for the upgrade to business class and is like wasting money, the seat on business class was not working good"

Nadelen: "1h late. Non reclining seats."
Voordelen: "The stewards and stewardessen were very professional and friendly"
Nadelen: "Theo lost my luggage the plane was full of dust"
Voordelen: "I got to Lisbon on time."
Nadelen: "just another bus ride"
Voordelen: "The flight was uneventful."
Nadelen: "The food was edible. The entertainment display was old. Not much leg room."
Nadelen: "They were lying about a supposed compensation for denied boarding which was supposed to be handed out in Lisbon. I didn't expect this behavior from grown up people, and such a company in Europe. TAP should be excluded from star alliance."
Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."
Voordelen: "The staff and no delays. Checking in , great customer services and she was vey efficient."
Nadelen: "The uncomfortable seats ."
Nadelen: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."
Voordelen: "They fed us and provided good entertainment. Seats have plenty of room and are comfortable."
Voordelen: "The seats were pretty comfortable and the crew was excellent."
Nadelen: "There was no entertainment and the food wasn't good."
Nadelen: "The flight was 45 min late and nobody seemed to bother about it"
Voordelen: "Left on time. Served food and drinks. Friendly staff."
Nadelen: "Served food and drinks. Orange "juice" tasted awlful. Bland sandwich. Seats did not recline."
Voordelen: "TAP and the personnel from TAP were fantastic."
Nadelen: "The Dutch/KLM gate agents were horrible. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally."
Voordelen: "Quick boarding. Crew is great."
Nadelen: "Schiphol delays everyone's life."
Voordelen: "Loved the customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff."
Nadelen: "The plane was making the strangest noises!! Something with the landing gear perhaps? Very high pitched noise. Also, the boarding was horrendous. No warning of the fact that we would have such a long trek to the airplane and in the rain, no less. However, I was grateful that we ended up taking a larger plane to accommodate all of the luggage. But then the stewardess had to spray something in the air around the bins, I found that to be very strange."
Voordelen: "Great service, spoke English, and offered a meal for the flight! Fantastic, will fly with TAP Portugal again."
Voordelen: "The worst entertainment system I've seen."
