Nadelen: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Voordelen: Perfect

Nadelen: Nothing. Flight was amazing

Nadelen: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Voordelen: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Nadelen: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Voordelen: Smooth flight from Copenhagen to Berlin - uneventful which is good. They even offered free coffee and tea.

Nadelen: In-flight system had some problems and seats seemed a bit uncomfortable

Voordelen: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Nadelen: Short and sweet

Voordelen: The crew were friendly enough and willing to serve.

Nadelen: The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Nadelen: Better boarding and entertainment

Voordelen: Good movie selection. Attentive crew.

Nadelen: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.

Voordelen: Easy boarding process

Nadelen: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Voordelen: The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality.

Nadelen: Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft.

Voordelen: Crew was ok, But seats so tight, Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seat, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Nadelen: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Voordelen: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Nadelen: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Voordelen: It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate.

Nadelen: Terrible to have to pay 70 Euros when you are an elite gold status member. And no mention of this during booking process and checkin unless you dig in deep via links. Not used to this with other airline partners and likely last time I am flying SAS

Nadelen: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.

Voordelen: Muslim food

Voordelen: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Nadelen: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Voordelen: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great

Nadelen: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Voordelen: Young crew, with positive attitude and very kind and helpful.

Nadelen: Food, entertainment program, pillows and blankets would have been nice,

Nadelen: my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons.

Voordelen: Nothing.

Voordelen: food good

Nadelen: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.

Nadelen: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Voordelen: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Nadelen: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Voordelen: Nice crew great sitting

Nadelen: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Nadelen: We had to cancel our flight after driving 3 hrs to the airport due to Coronavirus. We tried to do everything online or by phone the night before to see what our options were. We were willing to travel but the airline said they couldnt guarantee a flight back. We can’t reach anyone for a refund.

Voordelen: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Nadelen: The aisle between seats is too small. There is barely any room for a cart to pass through. If you have any arm out on the aisle arm rest you

Voordelen: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Nadelen: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Nadelen: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.

Nadelen: All god nice flight crew helpful. A well organized flight just what you would expect from a German airline

Voordelen: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Nadelen: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Nadelen: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Nadelen: Seats too close together. Armrest on aisle could not be raised making exit almost impossible.

Nadelen: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Voordelen: The lie-flat seats were just great .

Nadelen: Storage space should be made available beside the seats , especially during take-off and landing. There is none right now , and that's in Business class.

Nadelen: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Voordelen: Swedish lady good, Spanish lady not as much.

Nadelen: Spanish lady.

Voordelen: Plane is clean and comfortable. Boarding was great.

Nadelen: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.

Voordelen: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.

Nadelen: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.

Voordelen: Calm, friendly and professional crew, good food and spotlessly clean aircraft.

Nadelen: Disorganized boarding. People were jumping the line saying they were in the zone that was called when they couldn’t have been. I was there early (one of the 1st) but because I’m polite and only approached the gate when my zone was called, ended up at the back. More monitoring of this would help because I saw other people bothered by this.

Voordelen: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Nadelen: I hate paying for water but I seem to do this all over town.

Nadelen: Dont go on economy its not good espically fir being the main airline for spain its not really that good compared to other airways for example british airways

Nadelen: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Voordelen: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.
