Additionally, the connection time at LHR was too short. While we made the flight (having to run) but our bags did not, which was an annoyance."
Voordelen: "Boarding was efficient. Flight took off on time and landed ahead of schedule. Exactly right for a short no frills flight."

Nadelen: "Most things I give a high rate on BA but travelling economy these days is very cramped especially as I did two long international legs with short four hour break between."
Voordelen: "the food was surprisingly good; crew very helpful after I was asked to switch seats due to screen malfunction, they helped find space to move my carry-on further front as well and assisted in getting it back after landing"

Nadelen: "Because of the weather in London the flight from Budapest was delayed over an hour. By the time we made it to the connection flight in London they closed the gate and never made it our next leg. We got rebooked and made it to New York where we were supposed to get a hotel room. Never happened. Sleeping on the floor in the terminal."
Voordelen: "It was a short trip of less than two hours. So, there was no entertainment, no charging stations for iPhones or iPads to watch personal electronic devices. All food including still water cost money. It’s advertised as this; the staff were very efficient and friendly."
Nadelen: "A small pack of pretzels and free cup of water would have been nice."
Voordelen: "Boarding process was very orderly. The 2-4-2 seating arrangement is quite nice for economy as it is a bit more spacious & comfortable. Sat in window seat with a huge compartment storage next to me by window - great for easy access to electronics, etc.. Great movie selection. Short and efficient flight and my fears about basic economy ticket were dissipated as I was able to check a bag and get better seat assignment at airport."
Nadelen: "Slow service, not served dinner until almost 10pm. Lights were never turned down so difficult to sleep altho I had eye mask and noise cancelling headphones. Seats are not super comfortable but if you bring neck pillow and blanket it’s better."

Nadelen: "Entertainment and food were terrible. Plane was filthy and ancient. Crew was inattentive and we were treated poorly for bringing a child’s seat on the plane. It was hot the entire 9 hour flight. I will pay extra not to fly BA again."

Nadelen: "Being selected for extra security because I am American was upsetting. Worst turbulence I ever experienced the pilot didn’t even try to avoid it. Finally landed stuck on the ground in the plane 50 minutes before we got to the gate. Plane landed at 420pm and I didn’t get my bag until almost 7 pm. This caused me to have to throw my suitcase away because I couldn’t make it to my connecting flight in time. Worst travel experience ever"

Nadelen: "My special meal request was ignored on both my outbound and return flight. The plane was dirty and my seat was worn. The technology on both flights was anequated and in much need of updating."
Nadelen: "We learned the connecting flight from BWI TO PHL was canceled when we tried to pull boarding passes.This started a five hour panic for our party of four which was a leisure travel nail biter. We lost a day, flew into JFK and had to make other arrangements to avoid canceling our trip."
Voordelen: "Nothing, I never had the opportunity to board"
Nadelen: "We had a quick trip planned to the go to London traveling from Amsterdam with British Airways. We were able to check in without a problem, but getting through airport security took a substantial amount of time, which caused sever delays getting to the gate. Once at the gate, we were told that we could no longer board the plane as the gate had already closed. Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Unfortunately, this was not the case, forcing us to buy a new (last minute) ticket and losing a lot of money."
Nadelen: "Purchase through viyama, an Iberia flight that was a code share with British airways and American Airlines. Iberia is terrible with getting its passengers online check-in on their code share partners. Was unable to check-in, got stuck in middle seat. Return seems to be the same situation with American Airlines."
Voordelen: "Staff was extremely friendly"
Nadelen: "Seats were too close and comfort was hard for the long flights. I wish premium economy was better explained to one world partners prior to booking so there would be access to better seats."
Nadelen: "Salad was slimy and clearly not fresh. Food was not great."

Nadelen: "I was forced to leave my power bank to the staff at the airport without any notification that I am not allowed to have it in my hand bag not even in my suitcase. That was rude and impolite. I'm so disappointed. As a passenger I have my rights and obligations, I'm aware of that! Yes, I would keep all the rules if knew about them. Now it seems that I didn't have any right in that time. I'll proceed with my complain at next level."
Voordelen: "Easy boarding process. Plenty of room in the overhead storage for carry-ons."
Nadelen: "Seats were cramped. Only food available was for sale."
Voordelen: "We boarded almost 1hr early, took off on time and landed just before scheduled."
Voordelen: "There wasn't any food or entertainment offered since it was a short flight. Drinks were available for a fee."
Nadelen: "I think you should be offered water without a fee on all flights that last over two hours like this one."
Voordelen: "The crew always had a smile on their faces and the entertainment was also quite nice."
Nadelen: "I felt packed in line a sardine. For an 8 hour flight it was inhumane. The air conditioning wasn't working in my seat which added greatly to the discomfort."

Nadelen: "My husband and I weren't seated together. No matter how we try to change or ask for it even before check-in we couldn't change our seat locations. I am 5 months pregnant and it was not comfortable not having husband close to me, when in case of emergency I need something and he is not able to help right away."
Nadelen: "It was freezing. They thought they were transporting penguins instead of people. Everybody was wrapped up un blankets, jackets and hoods. So uncomfortable for almost 7 hours."

Then I was told at the airport I had to pay 100 chf extra for my surfboard. Don’t make the website difficult to use and then charge me extra. It feels dishonest."

Voordelen: "The fares are cheap and they charge for luggage. Check-in was smooth, boarding was as well, and the crew was smiling just a bit. But then that's the Turkish attitude I have noticed all these years. Not bad over all. My luggage made it all the way to my destination with no problems, even though there was a connection flight."
Nadelen: "The seats did not recline which makes it a little difficult to relax if the flight is longer than two hours. No entertainment and no food served (not even water) unless you pre-order or purchase it in flight."
Voordelen: "From clealininess of the planes to the professional and sincere approach of the cabin crew, Pegasus is by far the best budget airline I have ever flown in the world. Their in flight menu prices are much affordable compared to most European airports (water is cheaper on the flight, compared to Berlin airport for example) For these prices, and this quality, they are uncompeted. I really hope they can maintain these cheap prices all the time."
Nadelen: "Given old pound coins and old ten pound note as change. Then questioned as to 'what is the problem? Whats the difference? When ı asked fır nee money tjat iş legal tender.."
Voordelen: "Crew was nice Price was good Food was good but expensive"
Nadelen: "Beverage was not there not even soft drink or water Boarding was not okay it took us 10 minuets standing in airplane shuttle to Big long lan to reach boarding desk Expensive food to buy"
Voordelen: "Flight started late and even I was threatened not to be boarded and to be moved to a later flight (midnight) because "I had arrived late at the gate" which is twice absurd because: 1st I arrive slightly late - but still on time for the regular borading - only because the previous flight - operated by the same company was LATE 2nd the flight left 1h and 1/2 late, so my delay - if any - in coming at the gate was irrelevant"
Voordelen: "Staff is excellent, they bumped me to an earlier flight when they saw that I was early. Second time flying with Pegasus. Keep up the good work."
Nadelen: "The boarding staff not helpful at all for bags and for the seats. The crew was very bad talking she was very bad. The meals were not as expected.. Very poor trip. It is different at all of the going trip!"

Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"
Nadelen: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."
Nadelen: "My tent poles, which were attached to my bag were lost. I am hiking in Switzerland and have no tent now!!!"
Voordelen: "it's fine. It gets you from point A to point B."
Nadelen: "It's almost outrageous that they don't give water."
Voordelen: "I am glad that the Pegasus team changed my flight to Bishkek (after I missed the flight to Almaty because of Pegasus delays from Lviv) but I wish Pegasus had given me the difference in price of flights back on my card."
Nadelen: "The first leg of my trip (Lviv to Istanbul) was delayed without warning. It made me miss my flight to Almaty and the next flight wasn't for two days. None of the Pegasus crew (on the flight from Lviv) seemed to care that I had a flight very soon after landing, even though I was a female passenger alone. They wouldn't call the gate or look up if my flight to Almaty was delayed once we arrived."
Voordelen: "Nothing in particular"
Nadelen: "Payment options suck! Did not know ahead of time that nothing is offered free of charge!"
Nadelen: "Everything other than the price. Old plane, supremely uncomfortable. Delayed for an hour."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed and that's normal for them I guess .. worst cabin crew ever."
Nadelen: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."
Voordelen: "The crew from the Paris to Istanbul flight rushed us to the Beirut flight so that we made it on time."
Nadelen: "All food is for purchase. No in-flight entertainment."
Voordelen: "The crew rushed us to the next Pegasus flight (Istanbul to Beirut) so that we made it on time."
Nadelen: "The flight departed nearly an hour late after idling on the tarmac. All food is for purchase. There is no in-flight entertainment."
Nadelen: "Pegasus airline did not inform us any delay until we asked. They should make delay information to passengers. Other one is when taxi aircraft to runway, make some strange noise come from celing. Alike cable is rubbing something. Crew should report to mechanic."
Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable, plane was clean and tidy."
Nadelen: "People were able to bring on oversized checkin luggage which reduced cabin space and forced people to gate check."
Nadelen: "2 hours delay"
Nadelen: "After the experience with the Pegasus flight from Kuwait to Istanbul I didn't expect anything hence was not disappointed. Right before the boarding was finished the boarding lady came into the plane looking for me, checking my passport one again and even taking a photo of it (with my consent). She left with no single word of explanation. Once again: this is a joke but definitely it's not customer service."
Nadelen: "How luggage was treated"
Voordelen: "We checked our bags in Madrid. They approved our carry-on and we flew out no problem. Arrive in Turkey to switch planes, they started to pull all the American and Canadian passport holders to the side and they pilled out a pocket luggage scale that we all know was inaccurate or rigged. They ripped off our approved tags fro Madrid and told us that our bags were overweight.... we had a small backpack for me and my wife had her purse. They weighed them and told us if we didn't pay 150euros, we could not board the plane. - yes, they said the purse was overweight. We talked them down to 70euros. When we finally got on the plane and talked with other passengers we found out we were lucky, one family had to pay 1400 euros and another paid 300 euros. We also left a Canadian lady behind because they would not accept American Express."
Nadelen: "They are a fraudulent company. Almost all international flights that I know allow 50lbs per checked bag. Pegasus knows this, so when you fly in to Europe and use one of their planes to get to your final destination, they only allow 44lbs, so you have to pay a penalty to get through. Terrible."
Voordelen: "The service of the team The guy ho check in ,i ask him for place infront of the plane and tell him that send e mail befor He give me first place for my parents becase its first time they fly"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed then there was another delay while on board. the ground staff was not helpful and my baggage came in only the day after. The company did not compensate for the clothing i had to buy because i did not have my baggage for nearly 2 days, even though the ground staff said the company would do so. The customer support service was poor and not helpful at all...seems as if they only send canned messages they prepared prior and do not provide any actual support. All in all with low prices, it appears, comes poor service."
Voordelen: "This time the boarding was done by bridge and not by bus like the previous flight."
Nadelen: "With the previous experience I can talk nice about the bad service"
