Nadelen: "old, worn out plane, outdated. Very tight connection in LHR, I made it but my luggage didn't."
Nadelen: "Booked business to get some needed sleep on the red eye as I'm straight into work today. Babies crying disturbed sleep and bags delayed to boot. Unimpressed."
Voordelen: "Everything was really good. Very nice crew. I will highly recommend it."

Voordelen: "The crew was super friendly and definitely enjoyed the selection of movies. Plus I was surprised with how much food and drinks were offered by this airline. It was great especially the ice cream treat."

Nadelen: "It was an older plane with no frills. No power cords, tv monitors. The seats were old and didn’t function properly"
Voordelen: "No drinks or snacks for econome class. Its just a 1 hour flight, KLM Does serve on 1 hour flights."

Nadelen: "I paid extra for exit row seating, but what they didn't tell me was that the flight attendant seat was facing ours, so much for leg room. The actual placement of the seats were aisle row and middle row-so neither of us had a window to look out of or wall to lean against, no overhead lighting or air vent either. Can you say "rip-off?" My husband, who is tall and broad shoulder was constantly being knocked around by the flight attendants and carts. This flight was miserable. I guess I should be thankful for the hour plus delay in departure."
Voordelen: "We made very good time. Crew members were courteous and helpful. Check in was very easy. ."
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable and tight seating on the 787. No room to walk around on 7 + hour trip."

Nadelen: "Even soft drinks are charged at a fee, and this is not a budget line! And they lost one of our bags in Split."
Voordelen: "First bed and bedding Food was nice Drinks are great - both choice and quality"
Nadelen: "Lighting in the cabin No dedicated channel to board and to go through immigration on arrival"
Voordelen: "I liked the ability to check in online. Check in staff could be a little bit friendlier. Flight crew were fairly pleasant. Entertainment on board was excellent."
Nadelen: "I disliked the fact that when I tried to download my boarding pass on to my BA app, it told me there appeared to be an issue with at least one of my travelling documents when this was absolutely incorrect (was travelling with a valid British passport). I had no problems whatsoever at the airport at the check in counter. Also, the boarding gate was slightly chaotic. Most people didn't know which queue to join at the boarding gate. Some form of clear explanation when you arrive at the boarding gate would be helpful."
Nadelen: "BA has a lot of nerve charging first-class prices for coach-seat legroom. The fact that the middle seat is empty doesn't warrant the price increase. Abominable food and no in-flight entertainment complete the picture."
Voordelen: "Short and comfy."
Nadelen: "Really? The only refreshments had to be purchased?"
Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."
Voordelen: "The staff were excellent, very professional and cordial. Food was delicious and plentiful. The special diet I ordered for my daughter was delicious as well. Airplane and facilities were clean throughout."

Nadelen: "3 hour flight without any complimentary beverage or snack. Had to request even a cup of water."
Nadelen: "Arm rests on plane do not raise up all the way. I tried to lay down because the seat next to me was empty but I could not. Person operating the jet bridge took 20 minutes to learn how to operate it. We sat on the tarmac for an extended time"
Voordelen: "Lots of updates from pilot"
Nadelen: "4-hour delay, switched to other flight. Luckily I wasn't in too much of a rush."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled. I found out as I was entering Nairobi Airport. The British Airways staff at JKIA were clueless regarding what to do with 200 passengers. It was chaotic, with no one appearing to know what options were available. It was a long night, and if my wife had not re-booked me on another flight out, I might still be there. Terrible customer service."
Voordelen: "Entertainment options were good."
Nadelen: "Lost my bag. No idea where it was for 48 hours. Staff was ok. Ran out of meal options, took 4 asks to get a glass of wine and by the time I got it, I was done eating."
Voordelen: "The crew were professional and helpful. The movie selection was great. I like the flight tracking 3D feature."
Nadelen: "The seats provide very little legroom."
Voordelen: "Comming back the seats were more comfortable"
Nadelen: "Going the seats were very very uncomfortable"
Voordelen: "I guess that a 3-hour delay on departure turned into only a 2 1/2 hour delay on arrival."
Nadelen: "The boarding process was everyone for themselves. No priority boarding at all - except for handicapped. After that, it was catch as catch can - even if you were first class or business class. The audio selection was the most sparse I've ever seen. Only 5 titles in classical music. Also, the movie "library" had only 5 choices. The flight map was a dated version. On other BA flights, there has been excellent attention to detail in Club World. This one was very poor."
Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit chaotic."
Nadelen: "A 2.5 pound coffee!! The only free drink was Airplane tank water !!"

Nadelen: "There are other airlines with a brand I associate with more. Any airline can get me to London for more or less the same price; I may as well do it with a company that aligns with my view on life."

Nadelen: "There was only one meal through out. A few snacks here and there."

Nadelen: "I had the misfortune of sitting with an extremely rude and offensive passenger. He was verbally abusive on more than one occasion. Was extremely rude to crew. 747-400 lovely but very tired interior now....I know that these aircraft will be phased out, so not much can be done in the interim"

Nadelen: "The seating was a little tight and there was no lunch before arrival..."
Voordelen: "Flight was on time , service was great!"
Voordelen: "Great crew, and delicious food! The seats were not bad either."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system was outdated."
Nadelen: "Two big devaluations to oneworld emeralds: 1) boarding is totally unregulated: they call oneworld emeralds first but everyone just comes stampeding through and they don't check, 2) no free beverages in economy - even for Oneworld emeralds - the highest tier - despite just having had champagne in the first class lounge for being emerald. How does this make sense?"
Nadelen: "You got delayed I almost missed my connection flight"
Nadelen: "So, the flight to Frankfurt never happened because of whatever happened with British Airways on 05/27/2017. We waited without information in the airport for over 6 hours and then were told to exit after which it took another 3 to 4 hours to get out of the airport. We were told to find a hotel with no help or voucher - nothing was showing available under $1000 a night, save our receipts for any food we might have, rebook our flight. As we were leaving the airport, we were given water, nothing before that. We received information as we were leaving the airport about our rights for recompense. Fortunately, a Heathrow staff member helped us with finding a hotel that cost about $400. We never were able to get to Frankfurt to see our family there and had to book train tickets to Paris to meet our hotel reservation there two days later. It was a bad situation, handled in a way that caused confusion, fear and unhealthy situations of standing for long periods and I will not be doing business with British Airways in future."
