The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."
Voordelen: "Very roomy seats, friendly attendants. Nice sunset. My sister liked the 'tour' of the airport on taxiing to the gate. I found it frustrating. The plane was about 30 minutes late which was nice because it took a while to get off our Munich flight, find our new gate and we ended up nearly running to the gate."
Nadelen: "I, again, didn't like walking down 3 flights of stairs, getting a crowded bus to take us to the plane. We are used to using a jetway to the plane. I realize that European airports are busier than American airports though."
Voordelen: "Everything. The staff were absolutely lovely, the brand new fit out of the 777 is excellent and modern, the entertainment was great as was the food. Overrall really impressed."

Voordelen: "I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section."

Nadelen: "Flight out was late due to the bus being late picking up the crew. We had to run for our connections. On the way back we were delayed again , leaving 20 minutes to make our connection. Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

Nadelen: "The slimline seats were not very comfortable. I would hesitate to fly Lufthansa's narrow bodies for flights greater than 2 hours."

Nadelen: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

Also, after arrival to Birmingham there was an unnecessary crowd created by releasing people from busses from 2 different flights simultanously."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Voordelen: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Nadelen: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."
Voordelen: "The flight was very late taking off meaning I had to literally run across the airport at Krakow to make my connecting flight to London Heathrow which was over an hour late arriving at Heathrow Airport."

Voordelen: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."
Nadelen: "Knowing that the incoming was late ground crew could have been better prepared with a motorised transport in the airport (instead of me running out of my breadth). The onboard entertainment could have been better. WiFi in plane would be nice. But these are suggestions. I was overall very happy."

Nadelen: "The plane was late. First advice 30 minutes delay, but when it took off it was about an hour later. Due to this my luggage went missing and I had to run to catch the WAW-DEL flight and delay that flight also. The ground staff were unhelpful. There was no food. Flight crew were mixed bag."

Nadelen: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Voordelen: "Brand new plane, very smart albeit plasticy and clunky. Professional staff. Very helpful when I had a specific personal request at the booking office. Flight crew were not constantly trying to force us to buy things or making announcements every 5mins like some budget airlines I could name. Flight was 30mins early so no problems there."
Nadelen: "Warsaw Airport is terrible. Not enough seats in the departure longes. Not enough choice for shops. Not enough toilets for the volume of passengers."

Nadelen: "The flight was two hours delayed with very little communication about what was going on. When it did come time to board, they boarded from the rear of the plane, but people with seats in the front seats crowded in front of the boarding area making it nearly impossible for those in the rear seats to get through. Gate staff did not manage this well. And, I still don't understand why people do not understand how a queue works. Then, crew was up and down the aisle the entire flight which flew from midnight took 9:00. Not even possible to sleep on this overnight flight."
Nadelen: "This plane is never on time. Count at least 45 min delay. I avoid this airline. Take their tickets only if they are significantly cheaper than the competitors."
Voordelen: "I wasn't late I was running in the airport to couch the flight & they close the bordering they didn't let me in & I have to pay extra ticket & staying in the airport for 20 hours I lost my laggegg they found it after 3 hours. It's really bad. U give us 30 minutes to cotch other flight. I lost money & I lost my vocation because this application it's really bad I felt for the first time I'm Gypsy homeless."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the application which is ( KAYAK ) it should know the person well not cotch the other flight I'm really disappointed"
Voordelen: "It's this application which is really make me like a stupid guy sitting in the airport"

Voordelen: "Since we lost our second plane due to an emergeny on the first flight, the airline put us on a nice hotel to spend the night and got us new tickets to our final destination."
Nadelen: "There were not many flights available so we had to stop in Stokholm and then fly to Oslo."
Voordelen: "There was an incident with a passenger. He had an emergency and the plane went back to Berlin and got him an ambulance. From my point of view, if it wasn't for the Doctor (passenger) on board, he wouldn't have made it. It could've been anybody, even me or my friend traveling with me so, Great job! Congratulations to the Pilot and all the crew!"
Nadelen: "WE tried to Check in online and it gave us a bit of trouble. I think it was because of the connecting flight, it kept checking us in to the second flight but not the first one."
Nadelen: "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"
Nadelen: "Lack of checked baggage just causes commotion during boarding when the airline finally realizes too many bags and offers free bag checkin... Don't get the bad habbits from us airlines..."
Voordelen: "I like that I flew on a relatively modern plane."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for 2 hours."
Nadelen: "Rude crew, small airplane, zero comfort"

Nadelen: "Our return flight was with LOT Airlines, that is why we had to fly with them one more time! Never again! We boarded on time but then we waited for 30 minutes over the departure time, at the gate, inside the plane with no explanation. When finally the captain says 'boarding completed' aaand we wait another 30 minutes without explanation. Finally after one hour from our initial departure time we departed. In total 2 hours waiting in the plane, no water because it took the crew another hour to prepare to serve drinks! Flight was supposed to leave at 16:50, we got water around 19:00. Shame! Food is horrible, service is bad! We landed 2 hours later then we were supposed to. It seems that being late and not give explanations it's something that it's characteristic for polish airlines!"
Voordelen: "Movie selection was decent as well as the service - the crew was more or less nice and professional with me."
Nadelen: "The fact that we took off 1 hour late and no apologies have been given. No drink service ha been provided while everyone was just sitting there and waiting for takeoff. Normally the plane would catch up the 1 hr delay but not this time. We arrived 1 hour late."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by an hour - boarding was delayed 5 minutes at a time so you needed to stay by the gate."
Voordelen: "They had a overbooked flight I volunteer to give way my seat didn't ask for any money and return I lost my seat that I pay for it with no refund!"

Voordelen: "I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the aircraft and the disregard of the aircraft overall. It was quite old, fair enough, but there where some missing pieces here and there that didn’t make me feel safe. The flight overall was good, British Airways crew are always very competent and professional, which is the reason why I mainly fly with BA. But this is the first time I had some concerns on the lack of safety checks especially because I travelled with my 2 years old son."

Nadelen: "Change the aircraft. Give us new aircraft or at least inform passengers this is old aircraft so we don't book. Premium economy price was very high. No service. Entertainment tv 4inc which doesn't work. Seats uncomfortable. It's better to travel will Emirates.i have no words why did I travel in BA."

Nadelen: "Because of the almost 3 hour delay, almost all of the passengers on the flight missed their connecting flight. Including myself. I was moved to a flight four hours later Finally, the last leg of my flight was again delayed 55 minutes and I ended up on a very, very crowded flight and getting to my destination at almost 5pm instead of 9am.... missing a whole day of activities. What did I get as compensation from British Airways? A 5 pound coupon for 'light refreshment' for an 8 hour inconvenience. Brilliant :|"

Nadelen: "Being delayed for 2.5 hours wasn’t pleasant. Once we finally boarded the crew members did apologise in person to all first class customers. I was sitting with my granddaughter right behind it. We felt like a second category customers.... nothing to add to it it shows it all"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed an hour from NICE and connection at Manchester was badly handled by BA and missed connection. With no refund or hotel or alternate flight offered. Total failure. Am now stuck. And very upset"

Nadelen: "Feels like BA has turned into Ryan Air. £65 for a checked bag, cramped seating and not even a free water."

Nadelen: "Not only do you now have to buy food and drink, by the back of the plane they’ve always run out (our flight was not even particularly full). Flight was delayed an hour - I’ve taken 4 BA flights in the last 5 days and every one has been delayed by at least one hour. No longer worth the price."
Voordelen: "My first domestic flight with BA for years yet the service imo has got even slicker and better. From check-in to boarding to disembarking and all ahead of schedule, I doubt if I would fly domestically with anyone else."

Nadelen: "Our hand baggage was taken at the gate because the flight was full. There was a large amount of unused overhead storage on the plane. The crew agreed that they had started to take bags far too early. Despite being taken at the gate our bag was one of the last off"

Nadelen: "Had to wait around while waiting forever to learn about gate. Were told that gat would be revealed 45 min before flight. It came about 20minutes before. It was a little harrowing."

Voordelen: "This flight is exactly what you’d expect it to be- no frills, just a cheap way to get around! Coffe is 30 pnc so come pr prepared!"
Voordelen: "The crew did their best. They were efficient and polite, no complaints"
Nadelen: "First of all, it wasn’t British Airways, it was operated by American Airlines. The seats were cramped; just barely enough kneeroom and I’m only 5’10”. There were no monitors on the seat backs and no choice of entertainment, only monitors hanging from the ceiling. I suppose the airline assumes, probably correctly, that these days everybody has their own entertainment on laptop or tablet. The problem here, though, was that there were no charging plugs at the seats, so you’d better have a full battery when you get on and hope it lasts. Of course, I could have just read the inflight magazine, except that my reading light was broken. Food was decent for airline food."

Nadelen: "Not even a cup of coffee anymore - low cost carrier behaviour against full price fare. KLM is much better"
Voordelen: "I recently had a difficult time returning to Italy and the part of the journey handled by BA was excellent. They were kind and helpful."

Voordelen: "Great for traveling for the first time with my toddler! The staff were so nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight staff of my flight to Amsterdam were horrendous. I was in an aisle seat and was woken up by the drink cart hitting my leg and a hot coffee being poured a good 7 inches from my face. This was not acknowledged or apologetic. They also took drink orders by shouting. They were easily the loudest people on the plane and made the flight way less comfortable than it could have been."
