Incorrectly charged for an extra day

Nadelen: I was incorrectly charged for an extra day and I have no idea how to dispute the charges.

Voordelen: manager and staff was very helpful.
Nadelen: directions to get to counter were not very helpful. once i got to gare du nord, the train station information desk also didn't provide accurate directions to the counter.

I needed to be told of the unique drop off location
Voordelen: I needed to be told of the unique drop off location. Because of the unique nature of the Geneva airport, the car needed to be dropped off on the French side it was not made to be crystal clear and for that I almost lost my flight

Nadelen: The specific car rental place was under construction, and was very difficult to enter on foot. This was unfortunate, but not a dealbreaker.

Office closed, No Car, Hidden fees, Responsible for tiny scratches
Nadelen: Reservation was for 12pm on a Saturday even though the rental location closed at 12pm and then does not open until Monday morning. The location was not at the train station but rather a block away. We had to walk with all our bags. Nonetheless we got there at 12 and the location was already closed for the weekend. It took us nearly 30 minutes on our cell phones to find a live person in France to talk to at Enterprise. While the reservation was made on Kayak

Worst international rental car experience EVER!
Voordelen: Cars are onsite.
Nadelen: Where to start? Counter inside airport was closed, directing us to the booth where the cars are. Upon arrival, agent was already in a yelling match with another customer because they didn't have his car class (which happened to be my same car class). When the customer went outside to cool off, I inquired about our rental. Agent said he could get me into a smaller car, but for a lot better deal. I agreed, and he swiped my card (including a refundable $250 damage deposit). Upon return to drop vehicle off, no one was at the booth, with signs directing us to return the vehicle and drop keys off at rental counter inside terminal. Counter inside terminal had a sign directing us to leave the keys in lockbox. We did all of this, as indicated. Been home for over a month now, and we still have not received our refundable security deposit. We did no damage to vehicle. Where's my money? Chargeback time!! Worst experience EVER! Do not use!
