Voordelen: The crew were super patient there was a traveller was so irritating kept complaining about everything and ,moving from one seat to another even insulting the crew but they never lost their cool I thought that was wonderful .i learnt something.

Nadelen: If a tooth paste and brush was provided in the little pack it would have made life better.

Voordelen: I was not able to make the flight due to the coronavirus. The hospital I’m employed at banned outside travel. I tried contacting the airline and kayak to get a refund.

Nadelen: The flight was 3 hours delayed - and the captain never told us exactly what was wrong. The boarding lane was a chaos as well - and the tv screens never really worked. Terrible!

Nadelen: It's has become useless to order a special meal on THY, it is never there Economy seat space is extremely tight

Voordelen: Pilots were good, they provided a smooth ride.

Nadelen: Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.

Nadelen: The place's we are sitting can be better

Voordelen: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Nadelen: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Nadelen: Change the crew they were rude

Voordelen: Crew was very professional and served snacks and beverages at regular intervals. One of the fellow passengers was over reacting to some minor unintentional neglect by an female crew member and told her to shut up when she was trying to understand the issue. But the crew handled the situation very professionally.

Nadelen: Food could’ve been better.

Voordelen: Yes, Crew was amazing and timing was perfect.

Voordelen: Great entertainment choices. Staff friendly and attentive, particularly nice is that they feed children first, and offer small entertainment gifts to them.

Voordelen: The check-in crew in Chicago was very nice and efficient. The flight crew on-board were not friendly, they were very curt and rushed, and did not go out of their way to be helpful.

Nadelen: Friendlier staff during the flight. Better food for breakfast. The connection port for my headphones did not work...I would not have been able to watch movies if I hadn't brought my own single connection head phones.

Nadelen: Lack of crying babies and lack of sleep seats too close lack of comfort

Nadelen: New Istambul airport requires walking 20-25 minutes when arriving and the same amount when departing. Even if huge you need to take a bus a walk under the rain. Bad planning
