They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Voordelen: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight

Nadelen: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).

Voordelen: Crew was nice, boarding was quick, flight was smooth and arrived 20 minutes early to our destination. I looked ahead on their site and paid a little extra for XL seats, with those you get speedy boarding and can bring a purse or backpack on top of your one rolly-bag carry on - they make it VERY clear on their site that you are only allowed 1 carry on within very specific size measurements. The XL seats were worth it for the leg room and extra small bag.

Nadelen: No snack, no entertainment, and a charge for water.

Nadelen: Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages

Nadelen: Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing.

Voordelen: Lovely crew. Was glad to be able to move to an empty row. Flight attendants were very accommodating with tea & letting me borrow a pen. Super quick flight once we got off the ground.

Nadelen: Flight was delayed, but more than that - WHERE ARE THE TRANSAVIA SIGNS AT THE AIRPORT?! I flew out of Orly, which is a nice, small airport that looks like a ghost town on one half of the check-in terminal. There are electronic kiosks which look like check-in kiosks but they don't work, and a whole floor of empty check-in booths with NO SIGNS as to where to go. I had to go to the information desk to find out where your check-in staff was - which is quite frustrating for a person who travels as much as I do. This should be easy, right? The trains in Paris are under construction during the summer. The whole transport system is screwed up (also lack of signs as to where to actually catch your train). So you're ALREADY stressed about catching your flight, and when you show up at the airport the check-in terminal (where is appears Transavia is located) is EMPTY?! That is RIDICULOUS. I am NOT a tourist. I LIVE & WORK all over Europe as an artist. I don't appreciate this sick twisted pleasure that some Europeans have in seeing confused tourists rush around like chickens with their heads cut off when their own infrastructure breaks down...because it DOESN'T JUST AFFECT THE TOURISTS! It's not cool. It's sadistic & a really crappy way to treat people who are just trying to appreciate and learn about your culture while supporting your economy while they're at it. A little bit of consideration goes a LONG way. And when it's severely lacking, as it was in this case, it makes me want to take my business & creative projects elsewhere. You have a whole Transavian UTOPIA one floor down from the main level. How about a few big TRANSAVIA SIGNS saying "ONE LEVEL DOWN" that tell people where to go instead of making everyone confused and mad when they're already in a rush to catch their plane?! How about a little empathy - seeing travel from the perspective of the TRAVELER? Just saying.

Voordelen: Both of our experience to an from Alicante via Amsterdam has been an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the transfers went without a hitch. I would recommend KLM to anyone to fly with.

Voordelen: Entertainment was amazing! They even have four Harry Potter movies! We were told in advance that the flight was going to be delayed, which is really positive. Very friendly personnel.

Nadelen: The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Voordelen: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight

Nadelen: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).

Voordelen: Am very upset with how I got treated

Nadelen: Paid GBP 26.99 to be able to take with me my carry-on that was refused by a groundstaff standing outside and informing me she determined what would happen. Bad bad experience and paying GBP 26,99 for nothing is a real shame

Voordelen: We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.

Nadelen: We will seriously think of a different air line

Voordelen: Inexpensive fares are worth something. Where else can you fly half way across the EU for 150 euro? The crew was cheerful and helpful. Website, phone app and email reminders are great.

Nadelen: You do pay alacarte for everything. And service suffers in the name of low price. Checked bags, drinks and food. Be prepared to walk or stand everywhere, baggage check-in at Orly is in the basement and the last areas 132. The gates are the last gates in the south terminal. And when you get to the gate boarding is done enmasss so you wait in line. But the fares are cheap.
