Did not get to our AirBNB at tuscany until 21:30 instead of 14:00! Would be niced to get reim for all 8 members in our party!"

Nadelen: "Flight took off but the plane was faulty. We landed an hour after take off waited in a room with no air conditioning for over an hour with no updates. After 3 hours after the flight was supposed to leave they cancelled the flight. Very poor and very disappointed!"

Nadelen: "The flight was from Faro in July excesseding temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius outside, while inside was a an absolute freezer, not more than 15/16 degrees inside. I had to change cloathing mid flight cus I couldn't deal with the cold air anymore. On previous flight from London stansted to fato was exactly the same, and there wasn't any difference, we asked if we could turn off the aircon, no answer was given, neither warm covers were provided since the air was so cold. The flight attendant was female, by the name tag was "Praya" was somewhat a bit insensitive, but I realised after that she was as unfortunate as we were cus she was wearing a short sleeve shirt part of uniform, and experiencing the same as the rest of the passengers. The temperature issue caused the flight to be extremely unpleasant."

Nadelen: "They were 25 min late landing. Even though we were taking the same plan from London City to Glasgow, we had to get off and go through customs and reboard, all in 5 min. They knew we had to do that and they almost took off without us and a few others in the same position. Then the stewardesses acted like we caused them to take off late to Glasgow....really rude."

Nadelen: "They refused to hang my wedding dress, because I was not flying business class, so I had to shove it in the overhead. The were half hour late boarding. my "hot" meal was cold. They did not load my luggage on to the plane. I checked my bags two and a half hours before the flight time to go from Santorini Greece to Glasgow Scotland. Apparently it in three hours, since the plane was a half hour late boarding, they could not manage to load my luggage before take off."

Nadelen: "2 and a half hour delay only announced last minute and they kept pushing it back. Unable to get my boarding pass online and huge queue in the airport to get it"

Nadelen: "The ticketing agent insisted i pay an extra 75 euro to gate check my guitar. A guitar qualifies as a small musical instrument and is regulated ok as a cabin item. I did not have time to argue. British airways is going to get an earful when I get home. I am furious at the moment."

I paid 65 pounds for an extra check-on small suitcase, yet I couldn’t even put a small holdall in overhead because others had whole suitcases in there. This needs to be re-evaluated!"

Admittedly the red cross lady was excellent but we then got nothing to eat and felt like criminals. They said this was Italian law. It isn't We've been to Italy dozens of times with no problems. It needs fixing!!!!"

Nadelen: "Air Lingus is awful! It had 1:20 hours delay that resulted in missing the second flight. The check in people don't know their job. The lady named Michelle in Dublin almost killed me with her lack of knowledge and slowness. The airplane was extremely dirty including diner tables, seats, and bathrooms. It is the worst airline that I ever flied with. In Dublin the check in and information desk of air lingus were awuful. Full of attitude and absolutely no knowledge."

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Nadelen: "When we booked there was no information about fees for checked bags. I tried to Ck in online and pay for our bags then but the payment didn't go through. At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Nadelen: "There is so little legroom, that I my legs had to be in the isle all the time and I had to get up every time the cart needed to pass."

Nadelen: "I don't understand why it took them around 15 min to check in each person. This was the most terrible check in I have ever experienced. One other staff member actually had to take over for one man doing check in because he was so slow. The flight ended up being almost an hour delayed. After this, they didn't even offer people free water. I have flown with low cost airlines all over the world and this was by far the worst."

At the end the clerck was so stress out, that she did not write our connection flight number correct, so we did not get our luggage until the next day."
