Voordelen: "We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers"
Nadelen: "Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area"

Nadelen: "BA need to decide if they are EasyJet or BA. To pay BA prices and get EasyJet service is a joke. When I fly Easyjet I know what I am getting and can live it with. BA, on the other hand, wish to be different and yet they are close to painting the planes orange and still charging a premium price."

Voordelen: "It was easy to get on and off. The crew were well drilled in the art of moving people on"
Nadelen: "BA like others charge a premium for using them over easyJet and the like. I take offence to paying £350 for a ticket and hen having to buy a sandwich. If you want to be like low cost airlines, then have the same pricing structure. BA = Rip off."

Overall: Resent experience with BA and London Heathrow airport was to the extend that my future travel won't be with BA nor through London airport."

Nadelen: "I'm guessing this plane was stopping in EDI for the night, so it parked way, way away from the terminal, so we had an extra 15 minutes none of us had been expecting to wait for the bus and transfer."

When they got to our row they didn't have any more of our dinners left and without asking I was given a meal from first class with an entree I did not care for. My wife seated next to me gave me half of her entree. Then the snack towards the end of the flight I was given a burrito type thing without asking what flavor I wanted. All in all the food was poor and the attention to the passenger was poor also."

Voordelen: "Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

Nadelen: "Food poor. Service mediocre. Fails to compete with middle eastern competitors"

Voordelen: "Serve was normal and so was the food."
Nadelen: "Left the terminal building by bus to the aircraft. Had to exit the bus, WALK ACROSS the tarmac and up a set of stairs to the plane. REALLY, British Air couldn't find a proper gate at the terminal? What if it had been raining or my elderly mother that needs a wheel chair? BA needs to solve these problems fast if they want my service in the future."

Voordelen: "NA"
Nadelen: "The transfer from T5 to T3 was chaotic. Queues to join queues to get the transfer bus. People were getting caught on a moving escalator because the crowd in front had nowhere they could go to make room. Extremely dangerous! It took longer to get from T5 to T3 than it did to get from Dublin to London. Boarding in T3 for the flight to Denver was almost as bad. Bodies everywhere, no organisation and no help. Then the aircraft itself was so old with uncomfortable seats and an almost unwatchable screen. I will never transit through LHR again."

Nadelen: "The online check in didn't work. At the airport at check-in I had to wait 15 min to get a boarding pass and a seat allocated as there weren't any available as the company oversells tickets.. that's what they said to me at check in.. When boarding I was told that I needed to check-in my cabinet bag because of the crowded flight, the lady just put a label on the handle of my trolley and said to leave the bag down on my way to the plane.. Thing which of course didn't do... very bad service.. I'll keep traveling with easyJet and reconsider British airways only for a super cheap flight."

Voordelen: "Our flight had a medical emergency with a divert to Bourdeaux. I was quit impressed on how the crew managed the entire situation. Very impressive!"

Nadelen: "Crew (as always with Transavia) is not at its best."

Nadelen: "Weinig informatie. Veel eten en drank op tijdens de vlucht."

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur vertraagd maar de melding daarover kwam pas een uur voor vertrek. Check-in en boarding vond plaats op de eerst gecommuniceerde tijden en daarom kwam ik bijna te laat. Slecht geregeld. Had een sms verwacht."

Nadelen: "We will never fly Air France, Transavia or Dutch airlines again. Terrible planes for Air France and terrible checking in and connecting flights for transavia and Dutch airlines"

Voordelen: "Yes both are good"
Nadelen: "Timing Cz I was delay 1 hour and half ! And we already booked a taxi to pick us from the airport and he left n charge us! ! So we had to take another taxi . As for the website! I’m trying to book luggage online I can’t get through at all! I’ve been trying since yesterday ... thnx"

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Nadelen: "Easyjet seats are way better. Limiting the hand (cabin) luggage to 10kg and actually weighting it is ridiculous."

Voordelen: "Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders...."
Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Door Transavia veroorzaakte kosten zijn helaas té laag en het kost teveel moeite om dit te declareren, maar toch: ONACCEPTABEL!"

Nadelen: "Bagagedrop-off duurde ruim 1 uur, ook al was reeds ingecheckt online. Consumpties in vliegtuig onder de maat voor gevraagde prijs"

Nadelen: "Old interior. no legroom, American credit card doesn't work to purchase anything. Bad coffee, but flight crew was excellent."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice."
Nadelen: "It was impossible for me to reserve seats in advance. I tried online and via text messaging with the airline directly. I was finally told, after multiple attempts and many texts messages back and forth with a representative, that I could only reserve my seats during check-in at the airport because my ticket had been purchased via another airline/ service (I had connecting flights). This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."

Voordelen: "Tja dat is eigenlijk onder de maat."

Nadelen: "There is so little legroom, that I my legs had to be in the isle all the time and I had to get up every time the cart needed to pass."

Voordelen: "All of it"

Nadelen: "No room for long legs, reclinable seat in front of me"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "I don't understand why it took them around 15 min to check in each person. This was the most terrible check in I have ever experienced. One other staff member actually had to take over for one man doing check in because he was so slow. The flight ended up being almost an hour delayed. After this, they didn't even offer people free water. I have flown with low cost airlines all over the world and this was by far the worst."

Nadelen: "Menu.aan boord te beperkt en ongezond"

Voordelen: "Well organized at terminal. Note bag check not available until about 2 hr before flight. Check your ticket. Baggage was out fast. Flight on time."
Nadelen: "Single line for bag check, by flight, so took a while. Still plenty of time. Charge for each checked bag."

Voordelen: "On time, quick boarding process, comfortable flight (seats and flying/landing style), price was right."
Nadelen: "Having to pay for luggage. I'd rather have it included in ticket price."

Voordelen: "Nothing good about it."
Nadelen: "They put us in a Transavia plane from Barcelona to Amsterdam, we were on a line at five am for two and a half hours to check in. That was terrible. At the end the clerck was so stress out, that she did not write our connection flight number correct, so we did not get our luggage until the next day."

Nadelen: "Faro airport is terrible. To small and terrible service."
