Nadelen: "Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane."
Nadelen: "Not worth trying to choose seats. Computer still seems to allocate at random. Unless travelling with small children just go with the flow for 2 hours or so."

Nadelen: "Waiting in line for boarding to find out the passengers in the plane that had arrived had not disembarked. Passengers (and not just priority) brought more than one bag onto the plane. The overhead stowage was bulging. As a passenger with a foot cast the disembarkation was not the best"
Nadelen: "Airport management. For half an hour we stood waiting in a corridor."

Nadelen: "The crew had no control over rowdy/drunk passengers. A shame as young children present. Not one request to calm down and refrain from shouting and swearing. Very uncomfortable and intimidating flight. Will not fly Ryanair again"

Nadelen: "Carcassonne is a tiny airport, be aware there are only vending machines after security, and not much seating. Announcements difficult to hear. Flight was fine, usual Ryanair."

Nadelen: "Noisy plane (737 ) and noisy group of passengers on adjacent rows pilot and crew announcements downed out. seat allocation charges are a ripoff - makes the total price unrecognisable to the advertised price"

Nadelen: "Priority boarding didn't really work."
Nadelen: "Boarding in Manchester was a disaster. Scanned boarding passes, let everyone down the stairs to the apron, only for to be told to come all the way back up the strairs again because of a change of aircraft. Had to do the whole pre boarding and boarding process all over again. More interested in selling hot Panninis rather than check if we had a belt for our baby. Even after doing safety checks, they passed us and still didn’t have a belt for our baby. Only when we called them back And asked for a belt did we get one, and all this whilst the aircraft was moving. Waited over 25 minutes for our buggy bag to come out the baggage belt in Dublin."

Nadelen: "Very basic comfort. Less leg room."

Nadelen: "My small backpack was taken in as checked luggage although it would fit under the seat. Plus, lots of customers (50%) booked priority boarding just to have a luggage piece onboard. The crew overdid it and there was plenty of space left for cabin luggage on board."
Nadelen: "Checking bags was a disorganized nightmare."
Voordelen: "Legroom was great as by coincidence seats were in the first and emergency exit rows."
Nadelen: "Boarding was delayed due to flight delay by 40 minutes. There was no pre delay communication. Intercom was low on volume, hard to understand. Food was looking ok, but not included and entertainment not applicable as this was a cheap flight, hence score is 1*."
Voordelen: "The crew was friendly. I enjoyed the low fee to get priority boarding with guaranteed cabin baggage."
Nadelen: "The crew was late, which delayed our takeoff by 20 minutes, which is unpleasant when you have already boarded the plane and are stuck in your seat. However, the flight only landed 5 minutes later than planned. The seats are not very comfortable for flights longer than one hour. There is not enough room to work on your laptop at your seat. I was constantly bumping elbows with the passenger next to me. The cabin temperature was extremely warm. I was sweating nearly the entire flight and I felt very uncomfortable."
Voordelen: "The cabin crew was friendly"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed for 35 minutes after already boarding late. Had to sit in very uncomfortable seats while waiting. Bizarre that soft drinks aren’t included on the flight, but available for 2€. You get what you pay for."

Nadelen: "They have a sketchy system to rip people off. Unbelievable!"
Voordelen: "Cheap flight. Crew was quick about getting us on the flight."
Nadelen: "The person in front of you is basically sitting in your lap. Tiny seats width wise and leg room is only comfortable if you are 5’4 or shorter....the flight was late we missed our take off window and had to sit there for an hour."
Nadelen: "Boarding improvement Delay flight both ways one hour l missed reservations of car as will hotel this costs me money"

Nadelen: "They gave me false information at the airport that led to my having to 55 euros for the boarding pass. I did all I could to avoid the charge in advance but it happened anyway and I had no choice if I wanted to get on that flight"
Nadelen: "Flight didn’t leave until about 11 as boardinf didn’t start until after 10 so we arrived in Manchester at midnight."
Nadelen: "The seats are small and they don’t lay back even when I upgraded to priority. I had to ask for food and water and paid a lot. But mainly the flight was delayed over 2 hours before boarding and then another 45 min in the cramped plan:("

Nadelen: "I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child."
Nadelen: "The flight itself, the process to get a boarding pass and the fact we were charged for a boarding pass. Not specified tonprint out ahead of time, no reminder email. Very uncomfortable"
Voordelen: "Overall an uneventful flight"
Nadelen: "Delayed flight again. Ryanair evening flights keep getting delayed, so you end up missing the last train."
Voordelen: "Nothing -apart from the fact I eventually got to the destination I needed the same day!!"
Nadelen: "The delays. The lack of information. It became obvious we were not going to leave on time. But No announcement. nobody told us of the delay - or why. Then the conflicting information. Technical problems. Flight cancelled. Go to Ryan air deal to organise your own forward travel. Then - once back through Police & customs. No - flight going to happen!!! I have more to say about service & crew - but no space"
Voordelen: "Not much to like."
Nadelen: "At gate there was 40 minute delay to board with mention of what was going on. Once on board we waited another 40 minutes to be able to take off. In flight the crew was rude and inattentive."
Nadelen: "Sneaky pricing methods set up to catch you on return flight when you have no option but to pay to get back with dreadful unprofessional staff. I will never fly with them again if I can help it.i will go out off my way to tell as many as possible to never use or trust them."
Nadelen: "The plane arrived 12 minutes after we were supposed to have left. While a delayed flight isn't uncommon these days, there's usually at least an attempt at communicating that to the passengers. No such luck this time - we were all simply waiting and wondering."
Voordelen: "Nothing !!"
Nadelen: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"
Nadelen: "Terrible time checking in on line .Finally got some help but was told if I did not check in on line it would cost me another 55euros. :0("
Nadelen: "Poor customer service, no information on or apology for delay. Then 1.5 hrs after landing our baggage finally came on the baggage carousel. Again no explanation or info. Very poor experience."
Voordelen: "Nothing was terrible about the flight. The crew was great. There was a delay b/c of weather, but you can’t blame that on the airlines. But € 3 for a bottle of water. Really. Extra fees to be able to take a carry on bag onboard. Really. The attempt to squeeze every last farthing out of the customer is frankly disgusting."

Nadelen: "Everything was good"
Voordelen: "The crew didn’t allow a very visibly drunk passenger on board which was good. We were concerned about him coming on the plane so were very pleased they didn’t allow him to board."
Nadelen: "The plane was delayed and when we did board it was very clear that absolutely no cleaning had taken place. Appreciate the effort not to be any later than we were but not nice to get to a seat with crisps and malteasers everywhere."
Voordelen: "Friendly crew"
Nadelen: "80 euros for the flight - 55 euros for a check in fee...what a joke - how do u calculate that price? Over 53 countries visited and that's the first flight I ever had to pay to check in - last flight with them"
Nadelen: "40 minutes delay on boarding, then waiting another 10 to disembark"
Voordelen: "That I finally got to Marrakesh."
Nadelen: "Price was outrageous. check-in a nightmare. their site said technical problem, Ryanair staff person said she would explain to check-in woman who promptly said no! Download the check-in and return after 50 minutes in line! Or pay 55 Euro for us to do it! No helpful; Awful service; Ticket sales people after queing for another 30 minutes-same no help-just put new client all this from 4:45 am in the airport. Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."
Nadelen: "Delayed then not delayed then the crew were late and made no attempt to hurry themselves then wen we boarded we were told we were delayed an hour and 40 minutes so had to sit there on the plane with no1 telling us wats going on or wen we were leaving! No refreshments available while we were waiting really poor from Ryan air I won't be flying with them agen"
Voordelen: "2 hours late. Didn't tell us in English why. Changed Gates the times. Say on plane when we finally boarded for 45 minutes."

Nadelen: "Very unimpressed with Kayak. Was contacted to pay more money than originally sold due to their speed of service between me buying via kayak and them contacting Ryanair. Flight was absolutely fine but kayak service awful."
Nadelen: "No reveling seat, no water available and no jet way."
