Voordelen: There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Nadelen: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Voordelen: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Nadelen: Don’t sell an unrealistic connection time

Nadelen: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Nadelen: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Nadelen: All of the less than good, obvious!

Voordelen: The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach

Nadelen: Nothing

Voordelen: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Nadelen: Food was okay. Small portions

Voordelen: Great crew and seat

Nadelen: Could have offered more included meals and drinks

Voordelen: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Nadelen: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Nadelen: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Nadelen: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Nadelen: just try to be on time, for once.

Voordelen: The pilot was funny, and the airport didn't have long lines.

Nadelen: The ticket agent was rude. We were told we had speedy boarding, but never received it. Because you pay extra for everything, by the time we paid for luggage, seats, and food, it would have less expensive and more comfortable to fly a different airline.

Voordelen: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Nadelen: Nothing.

Voordelen: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.

Nadelen: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Nadelen: connection information very poor

Voordelen: No complaints.

Nadelen: We had to cancel our flight after driving 3 hrs to the airport due to Coronavirus. We tried to do everything online or by phone the night before to see what our options were. We were willing to travel but the airline said they couldnt guarantee a flight back. We can’t reach anyone for a refund.

Voordelen: The flight was quick and they waited for our flight from JFK, which had been delayed and arrived and hour later than scheduled.

Voordelen: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Nadelen: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Voordelen: Very polite and helpful crew. Nice selection of movies in-flight

Nadelen: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Nadelen: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Nadelen: It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.

Voordelen: Very fast check in. No problems

Nadelen: The crew was horrible. They walked through the aisles with no regard for passengers seated in the aisles. No food over a 9 hr transatlantic flight. This was not explained in the ticket. This was absolutely absurd. I have never experienced that before

Nadelen: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Nadelen: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Voordelen: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Nadelen: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Voordelen: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Nadelen: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Voordelen: Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Voordelen: The plane left and arrived on time.

Nadelen: The seats were just okay, not comfortable. No snacks or drinks were complimentary.

Voordelen: The flight was pretty smooth considering it was a small plane.

Nadelen: I did not appreciate having to give my hand luggage into the hold which meant that I did not have any money to purchase any drinks on the flights and I was also sitting next to an overweight man which made it very tight for space.

Nadelen: Wachttijd in de bus naar het vliegtuig was erg lang.

Voordelen: The flight was 20 mins faster, boarding was OK. The ladies on board were doing a good job

Nadelen: Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld.

Voordelen: The crew were friendly enough and willing to serve.

Nadelen: The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Nadelen: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Voordelen: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Nadelen: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Nadelen: It was good enough.
