Nadelen: Flight was on time and plane clean and in good shape. Crew was very friendly.

Voordelen: Commitment to on-time travel, nice friendly staff, professionalism.

Nadelen: Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back.

Nadelen: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Voordelen: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Nadelen: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Voordelen: All services were very good.

Nadelen: Overnight sleeping in extended seats in Business Class were cramped.

Voordelen: Sleeping and being left alone

Nadelen: Food, Service by cabin crew because they never smiled

Nadelen: I didn’t have time to make my second flight. This ruined our first day of vacation, completely. Not happy!!

Nadelen: Late as always

Voordelen: Impressive service... amazing crew, very friendly and professional

Nadelen: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Voordelen: Nice crew, good food.

Nadelen: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Voordelen: A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily.

Nadelen: The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)

Voordelen: The onboard store.

Nadelen: USB ports. They were off.

Voordelen: The crews are so friendly, especially the leg from Heathrow to Los Angeles. Smiling and don't making faces.

Voordelen: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Nadelen: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Voordelen: Snacks

Nadelen: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Voordelen: Swiss is my new favorite airline.

Voordelen: The crew was amazing and helpful. The food was really good and the flight was timely if not early to my destination.

Nadelen: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Voordelen: The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach

Voordelen: The crew didn’t have most things listed that should have been for sale. They were annoyed when asked for things. If you needed something mid flight you had to go to the service area...they would not serve you at your seat.

Nadelen: Everything...app didn’t work, baggage allowance wasn’t clear (extremely overpriced), crew was irritated...don’t use this airline if you don’t need to

Nadelen: Very crowded in.club class. Way lower standard for business class as compared to the other airlines.

Nadelen: There was no food or drinks on an international flight - you had to pay for even a coffee or tea ...... not acceptable!

Nadelen: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Nadelen: They didn’t allowed to add one luggage for free( not carry on) they charged and for international fly , all companies allow one

Voordelen: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Nadelen: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Voordelen: Swiss is my new favorite airline.

Nadelen: Nothing bad to report. Book Swiss!

Voordelen: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Nadelen: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Voordelen: KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards.

Nadelen: Nothing

Voordelen: The Dreamliner airplane.

Nadelen: The food!!!! Worst airline food. The crew barely announce in English. Boarding process is a mess

Voordelen: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Nadelen: It was a short flight but it would have been nice to have a glass of water.

Nadelen: A solution to the seat problem. If the seat only reclined 1/2 the distance they do now, the flight would be enjoyable.

Voordelen: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Voordelen: The crew were very nice overall but one flight attendant in particular was incredible. I didn’t get a name but he was friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Nadelen: I sat in an emergency row with an empty seat to my left and really did not like how the passenger in the row behind me kept getting up and walking into my row to get his stuff from the bins.

Voordelen: The crew was OK, but nothing special.

Nadelen: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Voordelen: The sear was messy they didn't clean it it was full of pieces of bread.

Nadelen: boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart.
