We are now delayed for 30 hours with no money or clothes. TAP staff were horrible- no sympathy or even an apology. Just awful."
Voordelen: "Everything went according to the timetable, boarding was on-time and we even arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, so I can't really fault the service of the pilots, the cabin crew or the ground operations team. Food wasn't exactly stellar, but clearly a lot better than on most European flights operated by larger companies (Lufthansa, KLM, Air France etc.). The aircraft itself was clean and looked fairly new and well maintained"
Nadelen: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Nadelen: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

Voordelen: "Given the weather in the UK we were expecting delays but we were pleasantly surprised! It was one of the smoothest journeys we have ever had from leaving our hotel to getting home and TAP featured highly in this. We even landed 35mins ahead of schedule - amazing flight with lovely crew."
Nadelen: "If I have to be picky I would ask that the crew on board speak more slowly when providing inflight information, particularly when English is not their first language as us oldies have difficulty understanding what is being said."
Nadelen: "This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!"

Nadelen: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."

Nadelen: "The 70 euro luggage fee was a bit excessive. The delay and subsequent missing of my connecting flight that resulted in a 11 hour layover and a 10 euro voucher was pretty lame. TAP Portugal customer service leaves a bit to be desired"

Meols - two of them- stable and standard airline fare served quickly and efficiently by crew. Comfy seat with recline and tilt. Blankets and pillows provided as standard."
Nadelen: "The wait for check in was almost an hour longer tha. Expected and nowhere comfortable to wait. Executive lounge overpriced and meagre without any reclining seats. May as well have saved the money and used the terminal facilities No in flight magazine available to my seat for on board purchases and very little choice off goods on offer."

Nadelen: "Ground staff insisted carry on bags were checked in and implied this was mandatory and I complied only to discover later that majority were allowed to ignore this. Also plane was late"

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."
Nadelen: "No vegetarian option The last seats mean can't lean backwards when someone in front goes backwards :("

Nadelen: "The whole flight, TAP decided to use low cost aircrafts to do long distance flights ..... very poor. Far too much Discomfort no entertainment at all."
Voordelen: "First flight from Nice to Casablanca was delayed 40 minutes out of 120 between flights. Crew assisted me in getting from one to the other. Big bonus: my checked luggage made it to the second flight!"

Voordelen: "When I landed to Casablanca I noticed my final flight is delayed over 8 hrs to the next morning. The staffs were extremely rude (walked away when I asked for my bag retrieval) and minimally helpful and dishonest. I missed the hotel shuttle that's arranged and when I took a taxi on my own the next day I was scammed."
Nadelen: "The airline should've informed me earlier so I could have changed my final destination travel plan. Also the staffs need to be courteous, professional and empathetic"

Nadelen: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."
Nadelen: "Onboard entertainment was truncated on this flight. 4 Hour Direct flight turned into 6 Hour Flight with a stop in Mauritania."
Nadelen: "Boarding was awful, planes are not well kept, food is just gross, & the service is just not good at all! For the prices they change this is inacceptable!!"
Nadelen: "Boarding was horrendous. The flight was so delayed but no one updated us on the status. It caused many people (including me) to miss connecting flights at Casablanca. Terrible communication. And they aren’t helpful at all even when they completely screw up your travel plans."
Nadelen: "They rescheduled our flight so we would have missed out connection from Casablanca to Lisbon. They offered nothing except a flight two days later to Lisbon which would have stranded us two days in Casablanca. Do not fly this airline unless absolutely necessary"
Nadelen: "To start, the flight never happened. The flight was cancel one WHOLE hour after it was supposed to take-off. Then we get told that they were going to bus us to a larger airport that was THREE hours away. We where told that when we arrive at this airport that there would be hotel accommodations for us and that the agents there will make arrangements for thise with a connecting flight. It was all lies. We arrive at the airport after riding a 2-star bus for three hours inly to be told that they had no idea what we were talking about and that no one told them we where coming. Then we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in the whole city (lie) and that all of the available cars to take us to an available hotel where in another city (another lie). On top of that, if you missed a connecting flight on a different airline, you where screwed. I had to buy a whole new ticket just to get home. It was insane!!! So basically a plane full of people were jerked around and lied to by every employee of this airport that we met. Completely disgusting. If you can avoid it, never ever fly Royal Air Maroc."
Voordelen: "The guy who handled duty free"
Nadelen: "About everything else. The boarding process was chaotic, slow, and lacked any sort of communication. No one was queuing properly and the airline staff failed to address this or even announce we were boarding! Had to bus there and this was slow and tedious. Had the same problem with queuing once at the plane. Flight was delayed and this was not mentioned or apologized for at all. The seats were jammed in and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were disgusting and not checked by staff. Landing was barely announced. Just an awful airline all around. Won’t book with them again if I can help it!"
Voordelen: "The food and service was presented kindly."
Nadelen: "There were a group of Moroccan young adults (both genders) that were allowed to pass around a bottle of whiskey and became very intoxicated, loud, rude, vulgar, disturbing other travelers. This continues the entire flight (one didn't even put his seatbelt on during landing and crashed in front of his seat). I felt very unsafe as no crew member tried to talk to them. There was no sense of security or safety."

Nadelen: "Royal Air Maroc should revise the state of their seats (comfort) and especially boarding time (always on delay)"
Nadelen: "trip of 26 February was cancelled and no one informed me.I was in the airport with my luggage waiting for another trip. customer service was not existent and inefficient .from 26 February until the 2 of march ,hotels and taxi took all my money. Friday the 2 march I took the fly from Tunis to Casablanca: boarding was with delay more than 60 minutes .food was mediocre and fade and comfort is a matter of chance."

Voordelen: "Nothing to like truely. Please save yourself and never fly royal air moroc. You will end up spending more money than saving on their cheap fare."
Nadelen: "After arriving to Malaga airport to go home at the business class check in desk we were informed that the flight from Casablanca to jfk was canceled so they won’t let us on the Malaga Casablanca flight. I was very surprised as I didn’t get any alerts and I called the airline and everything seems to be on time and not canceled. We went to customer service of air moroc and after hour long investigation we found that that the flight wasn’t canceled but the airline didn’t want us in Casablanca to get on that flight because they gave our business class seats to other people. we called and complained but there was nothing we could do because we were blocked from flying and they wouldn’t board us. The computer system didn’t allow them. We asked if we were on the flight the next day and they couldn’t confirm. We were told that in 3 days we could get on a flight back to nyc. We bought separate last minute super expensive tickets from another airline and left that evening to Madrid, got a hotel there and left the next morning to Atlanta and then jfk. No one from the airline wanna help us and rebook the tickets. People over the phone were contradicting people at the Malaga airport. It was a nightmare."
Nadelen: "Everything- absolutely unacceptable service at Casablanca airport by the staff and inattentive customer service on the flight"
Voordelen: "Very nice flight and great service"
Nadelen: "The flight was more than one hour late, and I was told not to worry and that my connecting flight would wait. Not only was that false information (it didn't wait), but I was put on a flight hours later and got no compensation or even an apology. It should also be stated that Casablanca airport was in a state of chaos when I transited, with no one in charge of directing people towards connections, passengers fighting, screaming and forcing their way through security. If Royal Air Maroc wants to continue expanding and attracting passengers, Casablanca airport needs to be able to handle large numbers of transiting passengers both in terms of infrastructure and ground personnel handling traffic and rebookings."
Nadelen: "The food, yogurt and a cheese sandwich was frozen. There were no female flight attendant. the attendant didn't speak very good English, French or Portuguese. The boarding process was not well organized. Some of the people seemed to not know how to act on a plane picking whatever seat they wanted and then arguing with the people that actually had the seats as well as getting up while the plane was still taxing."

Nadelen: "A majority of the staff was rude. The plane was outdated. There was no in flight entertainment."
Voordelen: "COnnecting flight from Casablanca to JFK was great. First flight from AMS to Casablanca was not great. The plane was dirty and it smelled. Also, I was not provided the vegetarian meal I requested so I did not eat that occurred on both flights so I ate candy for 12 hours. Not cool"

Nadelen: "Every single flight was significantly delayed, disorganized and with uncourteous staff. one flight was so delayed we missed our connection. I've reached out to Royal Air Moroc and no response."

Nadelen: "Flight cancelled again, but crew in São Paulo explained why and gave a dinner voucher. Better than in Casablanca when I went to São Paulo where flight got cancelled, no food was provided on Casablanca in 6 hours of waiting with no information. They check our passaport around 10 times, but there is no one to explain us where to go and what to do...After midnight they sent us to a hotel where we had to share a room with someone we never met before because there was not enough rooms to all of us. RAM=NEVER AGAIN!"

Nadelen: "The process of boarding was a mess. The people already seated at the gate were told to get back up and queue for an additional security check before boarding. Minutes after being reseated at the gate, the attendants suddenly announced everyone as boarding so everyone rushed to get their tickets scanned without instructions as to which rows or classes. Passengers were placed in a shuttle bus which was stalled for several minutes and once dropped off at the tarmac, there was only one attendant rechecking passports and seat tickets at the stairs leading up to the aircraft which led to more bottleneck and pushing."
Voordelen: "Sleeping mask, head phones etc provided at beginning of flight."
Nadelen: "I'm short and had my knees bruised by the end of the 6 hour flight. Wheelchair service at JFK was rudest I've ever met. Wheel chair service at CMN did not show up. Luckily this time I was not traveling completely alone and coworkers were able to assist. Crew would not let me sleep on the plane, kept waking me to eat. I was not permitted to bring all my luggage and no alternatives were offered. My carry on was taken from me because the wheel chair person did not want to deal with me and it. I wish there was an option, but I will have to fly air Marco again."

Nadelen: "Bewust stoelen ver van elkaar geven als je niet bij betaalt. Na we vroegen of er mogelijkheid was om toch bij elkaar te zitten bij check in, kregen we antwoord van niet. Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"
Voordelen: "Ryanair still don’t have enough leg room for taller people. Very uncomfortable. Cheap but not that cheerful if you’re over 6 ft"

Nadelen: "Chagerijnig personeel, heel kortaf en onduidelijk! In de vlucht had ik weinig ruimte en alles was helemaal volgepropt met tassen."
Voordelen: "Vond weinig echt leuk. Personeel was aardig."
Nadelen: "Kon niet betalen met ABN kaart"
Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"
Voordelen: "Crew were friendly and did their best in a bad situation"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. Gate was disorganised, like hearding cats and the poor crew were missing essentials from their food and beverage carts. Like milk for their coffee."

Nadelen: "5 X delays, Incompetent pilot, No organisation of ground crew 2.5hr late"
Nadelen: "Delays!? Every single time the departure late at least an hour or 3. Wasting people’a time and money."
Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"
Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."
Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"
Voordelen: "Nothing -apart from the fact I eventually got to the destination I needed the same day!!"
Nadelen: "The delays. The lack of information. It became obvious we were not going to leave on time. But No announcement. nobody told us of the delay - or why. Then the conflicting information. Technical problems. Flight cancelled. Go to Ryan air deal to organise your own forward travel. Then - once back through Police & customs. No - flight going to happen!!! I have more to say about service & crew - but no space"
Nadelen: "De bagage normen"
Nadelen: "Was told at boarding gate for a visa check stamp requirement. Admittedly it was mentioned in a casual way in the boarding pass,but wasn't a border control requirement. The airline could have done it there. But was denied boarding, waited for 6 hours to catch next flight and further connections."
Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"
Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"
Nadelen: "An hour delay"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"
Voordelen: "Nothing really, it's a cheap ticket and that's it."
Nadelen: "Ridiculous boarding situation, expensive onboard food and beverage. Upright seats. Advanced check in always seats your group apart to encourage you to purchase seats. Budget airline that trust to milk their clients for every penny. Only use them if no other option."

Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."
Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."
