Nadelen: "I think they skipped me with food service. Checking up on passengers who may have been sleeping would be nice. Headphones need to be purchased. Limited entertainment options."

Nadelen: "After paying for 2 seats next to each other, Iceland Air decided to change the aircraft and reboked us on regular seats. I am 6ft6 with bad back therefore booked the extra legroom seats and want to have my wife next to me to assist me with putting the carry-on lugage up in the spaces above. We ended up sitting 3 seats apart, I was in the extra legroom seat but in a middle seat,so I could not put my feet in the isle to prevent leg cramps. When we boarded the flight from Reykjavik to Boston I notified the stewardess and she assured she would help, but I never saw her again and no one came to our help. Also when we entered the REK airport after flying from Amsterdam we were not notified to keep our passport on us, as we needed to go tru another checkpoint. My wife had our pasports and went to check some shops, while I was reading a newspaper. After noticing that I could not go to the boarding area for our next flight, I was able to locate my wife and we barely made it to the gate in time."

Voordelen: "Flight was delayed for an hour but considering the day before when all flights were cancelled and that whole morning flights were delayed at Reykjavík due to a major storm off the Irish coast the airport check in, security, and boarding went extremely well. Staff on board couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient to get the plane pushed back from the gate and get our flight going."
Nadelen: "The plane’s temperature was a little warm on both flights from New York and Iceland with no means to adjust fans or temperature at your seat like most airlines. The entertainment screen was down for about half of our flight back for both of us to New York but worked fine after."

Voordelen: "The connexion flight: only 15 minutes to reach the plane. I didn't think I could get it. But all the crew at the airport and on the lane were very professional."

Nadelen: "Boarding at the gate was unorganized even if the crew thinks it is ok. They call by rows but the attendants don't check and therefore the queue becomes a clump of people. The food offered either pre-ordered or bought on board leaves a lot to be desired."

Voordelen: "Returning from Europe via KEF on Icelandair is convenient and is far less expensive than a direct flight from Berlin, where we spent most of our time on this trip. There is nothing outstanding about the service on Icelandair, but is it acceptable."
Nadelen: "Boarding Icelandair at the Amsterdam airport is always slow, due to repeated and unexplained delays. It was not as bad this time as it was when we made the same trip a year ago, but it was far from prompt."

Voordelen: "Flight delayed due to mechanical keep us informed."
Nadelen: "The layover is to tight, in a delay either you or your bag doesn't make it. Our flight was the last flight for the day , we ran to make our connection but half the bags didn't make it."

Voordelen: "The crew was great. The flight was smooth and we left and arrived on time. Nothing went awry."
Nadelen: "There is a weird place where you have to stand + wait to board in a crowded area--maybe this was specific to gate D23 or maybe it's how Keflavik Airport is in general? The seat was also too narrow for me. I was disappointed that none of the Icelandic media options included English subtitles."

Nadelen: "they randomly selected my 17 year old daughter for extra security clearance, a routine process that has little to do with true security and more to do with security theater. They also lost one of our suitcases and when we called to file the loss the person on the phone was not that friendly."

Nadelen: "Not iceland air fault but waited over an hour after we landed to get into a gate. Then waited another 30 minutes after customs until luggage arrived. Seats go too far back. The guy in front of me was siting in my lap. Also the flight status boards in Reykjavik were not well designed. I've never seen so many people panicking and running to flights in my life. i was in the terminal for 3 hours on a layover and watched about 10% of the people freaking out. 99% of the time it was over nothing."

Voordelen: "Loved the personalized tv in front of me and plenty of space above me in the middle seats!"
Nadelen: "There were no snacks"

Voordelen: "The beet salad and the bouillabaisse were both excellent. The flight attendants were attentive and helpful. Wide selection of entertainment choices."
Nadelen: "Our connection from Zurich arrived as boarding had begun in Reykjavik. When we arrived at the gate, it looked like business class had already been called, so there was HUGE mob gathered about the gate including small children. An employee worked her way through the crowd randomly checking passports and marking boarding passes. Eventually we made it onto the shuttle which drove us out to the plane. I wouldn't like to fly Icelandair overnight because I wouldn't be able to sleep at all in the business class seats since they don't recline that much."

Voordelen: "Hard to say what I liked as my experience was soured right from the onset"
Nadelen: "I was surprised by being charged almost $100 to check in my luggage, and over $100 on my return leg. (Yes! I could have looked at their baggage policy, but there was no glaring notification alerting me to this fact when I purchased the ticket, nor when I was checking in online) Then, I was further surprised that you had to pay for food on board. This was a first. I mean, on an international long distance flight? Everything became mediocre after these, and I mentally swore off flying this airline ever again."

Voordelen: "From Amsterdam to Reykjavik was not so bad."

Nadelen: "Need to buy your own food"

Nadelen: "Narrow seats. Not enough space."

Voordelen: "Staff on the ground were poor. Check in agents were sllothlike. Not a good morning or thank you either. Suoervisor talked to agents in language we couldn't understand but appeared to be chit chat. I asked if it might be possible to buy an upgrade. Gate agents were on their phone inconvenienced by my question. Turns out there were many empty premium seats that we would have bought that remained empty on the flight."

Voordelen: "Everything that was under Icelandair's control went great! Got an unexpected upgrade on both legs of my flight, the cabin was comfortable, and it had a good selection in-flight entertainment for a budget airline."
Nadelen: "No food is served--be sure to pack a snack. If you're planning to eat in Reykjavik, bear in mind that airport food is especially expensive in Iceland."

Voordelen: "The services and staff is great in the plane"
Nadelen: "While boarding the flight from amsterdam the plane was too hot and suffocated due to some technical difficulty. I almost passed out sitting at my seat until they gave me some cold towels and cold water. the temperature inside the plane was at 35C and everyone was sweaty before the plane took off and the engines got rolling."

Nadelen: "It's in my opinion obscene not to provide any type of food on a 6-hour flight that you don't have to pay for"

Voordelen: "Bird struck plane that we were about to board; maintenance crew thankfully determined to switch planes even though it would cause delays. Rather be safe than sorry!"
Nadelen: "Our checked bag never showed up at customs bag claim in NYC. To date (5 days after we arrived back home) the airlines still cannot locate our lost bag. In fact, our baggage tracking # was never registered under our names at check-in!!! Our delayed flight from Reykjavik caused us to miss our connecting flight back home, which the airline booked us in a hotel, but booked us in a hotel near LaGuardia even though flew into JFK. We never received our vouchers and were given verbal instruction. We had to arrange transportation ourselves to seek reimbursement later on, learning this after going from terminal to shuttle area, back to terminal after waiting for the shuttle that never arrived. Rooms weren't ready when we showed up at hotel at MIDNIGHT. Next day, domestic tickets could not be issued for our connecting flight, causing us to have to shuffle from terminal to terminal to resolve the ticketing issue with Iceland Air. Total nightmare of a trip."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was too crowded, as it was full of passengers waiting for another flight that left from the same gate a few minutes before the flight to NYC. This was the first time I experienced a transatlantic flight where no food was included with the ticket. Annoying that they kept interrupting the films to make announcements, first in Icelandic, then in English, of things I didn't care to know."

Voordelen: "The entertainment system was great. There were tons of movies that were available in flight which was nice."
Nadelen: "The crew was not that nice, there wasn't even a snack offered (I was told no multiple times when I asked for water), and they failed to keep us updated on all delays/connections. I was very disappointed when we were delayed 45 minutes and were given no updates as to the delay. We had a connecting flight from Reykjavik to JFK and we landed 10 minutes before the connecting flight was to take off. No one on board made an announcement or really knew what was going on. For an airline that has branded itself "my stopover" they should have reassured and updated all passengers as to connections and delays. It was very nerve wracking and did not need to be that way. Very disappointing."

Voordelen: "Very small seats and NO snacks or meals were given - unheard of for an international flight"

Nadelen: "The airport lost power for about 10 seconds, but our flight was delayed by over 30 minutes. The crew wasn't able to tell us whether the delay was due to the power loss or another plane being late, which we saw unloading."

Voordelen: "The entertainment provided was great, the seats were fairly comfortable and the flight crew was great"

Voordelen: "What's nice is Iceland air allows free seat selection."
Nadelen: "Icelandair offers no meals or snacks on an overseas 7+ hour flight. That's pathetic. I don't mind cutting corners to save air fare price, but you have to offer SOMETHING to eat, a cold sandwich, chips, anything, other than beverages. They only make like once beverage pass during the 7 hours, which is also cheap. The movies are extremely old. I think there was one movie from last year. Otherwise their old favorites. The movie/TV/music selection is pretty poor. So either bring your own movies to watch or sleep, which is also hard. Iceland's international Keflavik airport, is in need of improvement if they're going to try to increase tourism. While it was Nov, and short days, it was windy and snowing. They use buses to get you to the plane or you have to walk about 50 yds. If you're carting big carryons, are seniors or handicapped, it's rough. You don't want to wear a coat for this short boarding/deboarding because you don't want to have to store it in the overhead. They need to get gangways for boarding or provide something for people wait in. There is no waiting area with seats while you wait for your plane. On one departure, people were sitting on the stairs or floors. There are some waiting areas, but they're away from the gates, and not enough seats. What made it worse, they had three flights leaving almost the same time from gates next to each other. There were crowds and lines that made no sense, people were cutting inline, and it was chaos. They don't know how to run an airport. Amsterdam didn't have waiting areas either or they were very small Not the typical American airport waiting areas we're used to. At Amsterdam you do your own boarding and luggage check in, which is confusing the first time you do it. There are things I like about European travel, but this isn't one of them."

Voordelen: "I liked the selection of movies, food and drinks, it is mid-November, but the featured Christmas platter and beer Jöla was a perfect ending to a lovely vacation. Food and drinks are for purchase of course, but a reasonable amount for the quality and quantity. Flight was inexpensive, but comfortable for the six-hour flight. I did not have to pay for the 3 movies I watched. Plenty of free juice, water, soft drinks, hot tea and coffee. Not to mention that Keflavik airport has lots of good foods and drinks, all tax-free. Definitely flying with Icelandair again, especially when you have 2 free checked bags and 1 carry-on bag, plus personal bag for my precious camera and tripod during a winter vacation, is absolutely essential!"

Nadelen: "I paid a lit of money for the flight from JFK and there was no food on the plane."

Nadelen: "Seat 8G does not have a window."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Terrible boarding, no service or attendance, unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. I arrived 3 hours before departure and had to stand in lines that were not clearly defined for 2 and a half hours. Everybody complained. Even the luggage band when I checked my bag was broken. Nobody came to assist the passengers"

Voordelen: "The airplane was new and had a reasonable collection of movies in the personal entertainment system"
Nadelen: "Where to start... Keflavik is the worst layover airport I can think off. No space, no amenities, no bathrooms and the layout fircing you to go through a way overcrowded store and a single food option for all converging flights in a 2 hr timeframe. (Unless you hangout before passport check) Than Iceland air.. Even worse. No food, not even a snack for free. The food they do sell is last weeks pre packed leftover sandwitches from the airport shop. They stop by 2x during a 8 hr flight and have to see if they can get you a coffee. For kids they bring a free meal but this is a macaroni salad not catered for kids"

Nadelen: "The gate situation at the Iceland airport is terrible. They have no place for people to sit. We flew through Iceland from Amsterdam continuing on to Portland. When we went to our out bound flight there was no place to sit. Hundreds of people were sitting on the floor. Eventually it was standing room only for over an hour. Immediately adjacent to our gate were 4 other gates. All flight departures from these gates were scheduled with 20 minutes of each other! That's nearly 1,000 passengers gathering in a narrow concourse with no separate gate seating. Very miserable conditions. Need I say more."

Voordelen: "Terribly long wait at keflavik airport to go thru customs but smooth flight."

Voordelen: "We did not know our gate was changed and went to the wrong gate. Our flight from Amsterdam was delayed and although we went straight to our next flight we almost missed it and two of our three bags did not arrive at Seattle when we did."
Nadelen: "I liked the northern lights effect of the flight from Seattle to Keflivick."

Voordelen: "Boarding was easy. The seats were comfortable & there was tons of legroom, so much so that when the people next to me had to get up to use the restroom I didn't have to stand up to let them by."
Nadelen: "For a 6 hour flight they didn't offer any free snacks and had limited free options for drinks."

Voordelen: "Quick Check in"
Nadelen: "The crew were not nice. They dont even pick up garbage during the 9 hour flight. They give you a gallon of water in a huge bottle without a glass and you are on your own."

Nadelen: "The TVs didn’t work even thought the steward ESS restarted them ."

Nadelen: "The option to be able to drink enough water."

Voordelen: "I like that the boarding was delayed mid-way for some unknown reason (thus, the take-off was 15 min delayed), and I was able to get on the plane with my short connection not being the last passenger. :)"

Nadelen: "The seats are so incredibly small for a long haul flight. Two people must compete for shoulder space, as there simply isn't enough room for both to sit back completely. Constant elbow issues and a feeling of being locked into a small space. I've never been so happy to exit from a flight. Note that on the JFK-BUD-JFK route, LOT subcontracts to a low-cost Portuguese airline, so this plane isn't configured for a trans-Atlantic flight, at least not for a minimal level of comfort. Never again. Pay more for a decent seat on another carrier! And take a large bottle of water, as they're not at all generous with the water, soda, and juice. My seatmate and I were parched and couldn't wait to clear customs so as to buy a bottle of water."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed over 3 hours and there was no communication at all. Our questions were ignored."

Nadelen: "55min delayed boarding at JFK, 55min delayed landing ans 35min awaiting gate access upon landing at JFK."

Voordelen: "Courteous, knowledgeable and professional crew. Fast boarding. Direct flight."

Nadelen: "The crew could not control a rowdy crowd on the plane, we had over eight hours of chaos"

Voordelen: "On-board crew is polite and helpful. Boeing 787 Dreamliner is great. Overall, the flight was fine."
Nadelen: "The gate agents were forcing random people to check in their hand luggage, even before weighing that luggage. They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."

Voordelen: "Entertainment was good"
Nadelen: "We took off and landed an hour late than planned. Since we came-in late we waited additional two hours until we were able to get off"

Voordelen: "The entire cabin crew was excellent. Service fabulous. Requested vegetarian meal. It was supurb. Very unusual for flight from. Eastern European countries They exceeded my expectations . Thank you"
Nadelen: "Boarding from. EWR WAS lousy. Flight going to Warsaw was delayed to start with . They did not announced . Only shown on screen. They have to definitely announce to the passengers THEY WILL BOARD AS PER GROUP NO. . NEED NOT MAKE A BIG LINE JUST RELAX ON THE CHAIR . PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF STANDING in the line for a long time May be they need to have more group Nos to easy facilitate boarding . This is only a suggestion. If they want to improve customer experience and travel again with them"

Nadelen: "Terrible and stressful experience transferring at WAW airport with crowded security lines and no guiding personnel. Slight delay this time (compared to the first leg of my trip couple of weeks ago with 3h delay and missed connections)"

Voordelen: "Crew was very polite, smiling and accommodating , food was great quality, good selection of entertainment on board. Comparing what LOT was few years ago, they have made a huge progress and overall improved everything across the board. We got to destination before scheduled time."

Voordelen: "Ik kan eigenlijk niet echt objectief een beoordeling geven want ik werk voor deze maatschappij dus vind uiteraard alles fantastisch (behalve het salaris haha)."

Voordelen: "Both flights I was on were somewhat empty, so I had an open seat next to me. Despite some delays taking off, each arrival was not too late."
Nadelen: "Had to check a bag at the gate, despite being under the two-bag limit. However I was not charged (as my destination was intercontinental)."

Voordelen: "The VEG meal (non-dairy) I was served was fresh and delicious to eat. Flight attendants pleasant, professional and service-oriented. My luggage made it to NYC/JFK without any problems."
Nadelen: "In-flight entertainment offered a very conventional set of movies from which to select."

Voordelen: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"
Nadelen: "The flight attendant was very nice and professional but it was business class so u can't really compare I will definitely will not recommend ppl to fly with them This is not the service you accept for 3000$ flight"

Nadelen: "I paid $ 55 extra for my seat # 20G.Company changed aircraft(it was Boeing 777-200).I did't get what i paid for. They gave me seat #30G(regular).Do i have a chance to get my money back?"

Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my hand luggage, but the Amsterdam personnel attached to it a tag without any flight information, so this luggage missed my plane in Warsaw on the connecting flight and arrived later that day as misplaced piece. LOT needs to fix the hand luggage tagging system on connecting flights."

Voordelen: "The crew on this flight was amazing. Very attentive, courteous and professional!! The crew was in no way responsible for how terrible this airplane was, and they did a wonderful job of making sure everything was taken care of."
Nadelen: "The plane was terribly old and decrepit. None of the television screens worked, the airplane was dingy, brown, worn out looking and just overall gross. This flight was operated by a company called Privilege Style, and while the crew was fantastic everything else was terrible. The food was pathetic and nasty; they served breaded chicken that was so soggy it resembled a used dish cloth. It came with soggy oily vegetables and a cake that had condensation all over it. The only redeeming thing on this flight was the free Polish beer (it was warm). The flight we took going to Poland was on one of their new Dreamliner planes and it was amazing! We were so disappointed with this return flight as it was a stark contrast to the wonderful experience we had coming to Poland. I hope in the future they can discontinue use of these older planes, as it makes flying much more aggravating."

Nadelen: "Terrible old plane, with tv that don't work and are from 50s. Food was really really bad"

Voordelen: "The boarding and the flight itself was fast as there were a lot of people for connecting flights in Warsaw."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for 1.5h which is not ok. I see that for LOT is a standard practice unfortunately."

Nadelen: "Going to board the plane and they told a group of like 30 of us we had been selected for random security check. So obviously it took a long time to get all those people through the check and we departed very late. Then sat on the tarmac for an hour and forty five minutes. The pilot said it would be 15 minutes and then never gave another update beyond that, which made it much worse."

Voordelen: "I have been flying with them for the past 16 years(economy seats), and I have to say that their service,and comfort of overnight flights have improved tremendously! Partially due to the fact that they have 787 Dreamliners now, in which the seats are wider and are reclining more than before, the leg room is bigger, the air quality better. The crew members are very professional,not overly sweet,yet caring and understanding,especially when you are flying with small children.As to those complaining about overcharged luggage- read the rules people! If you go over the maximum limit of 50lb for a check in, let's say 2lb,they won't charge you,but don't expect them to close their eyes when your luggage weighs almost double that!"
Nadelen: "The food is ok, nicely packed, but even if you don't like it they have extra options to purchase for a small price."

Voordelen: "When we got to the airport on the way back home, they couldn't find our tickets. I had online tickets and confirmation, but we were still not on the flight list. We had to go to the ticket counter for them to clear it up and put us back on the flight. The flight itself was not bad. The flight attendants are a bit rude and condescending. The seats and entertainment was not bad."
Nadelen: "1. Cancelled our outgoing flight hours before it was set to leave; notified us via email; barely got re-booked via different airlines and had to take 3 different flights to reach out destination; missed the 2nd flight because LOT put us on a flight that was departing 30 minutes before out 1st flight arrived. 2. When we got another 2nd flight, we arrived at our final destination without our bags. LOT assured us that our bags were on our flight before we boarded but calling and confirming that they were able to transfer our bags (only had 40 minutes between flights), but of course, it was a complete lie. We did not get our bag until the next day in the evening over 24 hours later. At that point I was happy they found them and gave them to us. 3. Turns out, they cancel flights pretty often and they also book people on transfer flights that are too close for people to make it. We traveled with a handful of other passengers that had the same experience and people were in tears about their horrible travel experience. 4. Warsaw Airport - they only have 5 passport control officers clearing travelers and because they don;t have lines or any type of organization of these travelers, the lines our out of control. People are pushing each other, crying because they are missing flights or not feeling well because of no air and all the pushing and shoving. I was pregnant standing in the line for over 40 minutes. They would not let pregnant passengers or passengers with kids with them pass in their disabled line. Only people in the wheelchairs were allowed to pass there. Horrible airport and even more horrible airline! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION."

Nadelen: "Unpleasant crew members"

Nadelen: "Many people on this flight were bothered by the fact that their families were split up all over the airplane and no one could sit together. During boarding there were groups of people who had all been split up and were desperately trying to switch seats with others. I was traveling with a 15 year old, and even though she is not a small child it was very nerve wrecking to be seated 20 rows behind her, not being able to keep an eye on her (even more so because she gets car sick and has thrown up on airplanes before). I don't think I've ever flown where my group was not at least seated in pairs. This was very disappointing."

Voordelen: "Food and entertainment was ok. They usually charge for any alcoholic beverages, though."
Nadelen: "Extremely rude staff (allowed a passenger to almost break my hand luggage with hers, and literally laughed at my concern,) kept us on plane for 2+ hours with minimal info given on the problem, then de-planed and kept us waiting at Warsaw airport for another 2 hours (no food, water or even a manager appeared until the end of that 4 hours, by the way, and only after a screaming mob of passengers formed,) then kept us on the new plane for nearly another 2 hours. This made for an approximate 6 hour delay, with minimal comfort, food, water, info or sympathy throughout, nor an offer to switch our flights and/or provide night accommodation due to the 5+ hour delay on this evening flight (as is within our passenger rights.) The plane finally arrived to JFK way after 1 a.m., which completely ruined weekend work and social plans, not to mention how exhausting and disrespectful of an experience it was. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY SINGLE OF THE FOUR LOT FLIGHTS I'D UNDERTAKEN THAT WEEK WERE DELAYED IN A SIMILAR FASHION - AS IN, WITH LITTLE INFO OR EXCUSE. No, thanks, Lot - and you should refund us all."

Voordelen: "The crew was helpful and friendly. On this flight we had a delicious meal, snacks, drinks, refreshing towels. What an great experience after flying in the US where all these services have disappeared for bottom line profits."

Nadelen: "Then the flight from warsaw to JFK was fine, but when we landed there was only 10 minutes for me to get to my next flight and i asked the attendant if she could call my gate ahead and tell them I'm trying to make it, and she grunted and told me to sit back down. Then i proceeded to go to baggage claim where my bag never showed up and when I finally saw that it wasn't showing up I sprinted to my next flight and got to the door 15 seconds after it closed. Then i had to spend the night in NYC and was unable to go to buffalo unitl the morning after having spent already the whole day in the airport since my first flight didn't take off until about 5 hours after it was scheduled. And now I still do not have my bag, and jet blue says they never got it from LOT airlines"

Nadelen: "There is basically no room for passengers left on those airplanes, it's a disgrace. The food is a joke."

Nadelen: "15 minute delay waiting for a gate to become available after taxiing to the terminal at JFK. Ridiculous!"

Nadelen: "The seating arrangement. Unless you have an isle seat,you have to climb over someone to get to the isle."

"Even though I was had been double vaccinated weeks prior; arrived at the airport 5 hours early; had two negative COVID tests, including a PCR test I was forced to pay $225 for at the airport (the free tests do not have the fast result turn-around required by the Sri Lankan government); proof of a ride from the airport and lodging information; I WAS DENIED ENTRY TO MY FIRST FLIGHT. I was told I needed a special email from the government? I was told to email immediately and given a bogus email address? The one man, who was a "supervisor" for Etihad and refused to identify himself, kept berating me and told me explicitly that "you Americans are used to going wherever you like whenever you like BUT IT'S NOT THAT WAY ANYMORE!!!" I was dumbfounded. I should mention that I was unfailingly polite the entire time. I would characterize this employee's behavior towards me as abuse. I did try to call KAYAK for several hours but no response. This same employee kept intercepting me on the snake line and continuously prevented me from approaching the check-in desk. I should add that I was the only person waiting who appeared to not be of SE Asian or Middle Eastern descent as well as the only unaccompanied woman. While I cannot for certain that this had anything to do with the Etihad employee's targeting, I can say. that my experience was truly horrible. After 5 hours of attempting check-in, being prevented from approaching the check-in desk, and being continuously denigrated and lied to, I left the airport in despair. That was only the beginning of my troubles. Many weeks later, I still do not have a refund, or even an exchange, for my wasted ticket. I have spent countless hours on hold with KAYAK and their enterprise is absolutely criminal. I really can not afford to lose the price of my ticket, but I don't know how many more weeks/days/hours I can spend fighting for a refund for a flight I was prevented from boarding for no apparent logical reason? AVOID ETIHAD. AVOID KAYAK!! They have stolen my money and have been absolutely horrid. And if anyone from KAYAK reads this PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I am so deeply tired of this. The way you have treated me is so. very. wrong."

Nadelen: "They failed to informed me that passangers have to report to the gate one full hour before direct flights to the US from Abu-Dhabi in order to clear US customs and border security which happens there prior to your flight (which is the only place in the world that this happens.) I arrived at the Airport 2.5 hours before my flight and reported to my gate 45 minutes before my flight and was not allowed through. They then were extremely rude to me when I was in the process of finding a new connection and made me buy a brand new ticket for the following morning as the penalties for rescheduling would cost more than buying a new ticket which was 1200 USD!! They insisted that this warning was on their web site and would have been on my ticket had I got it from their website. Since I purchased my ticket from Kayak.com, that was my own problem. They then showed me a warning label on the baggage claim slip that they gave me at check in but this was only in Arabic with NO ENGLISH translation provided. More importantly the representative who checked me in to my flight never told me about needing to be at the gate 1 hr before the flight. Throughout this whole process they were unapologetic, unsympathetic and rude. I met two other people that same day who had the same problem one of these passangers arrived at the gate 1.5 hrs before her flight and still could not get to her flight in time because of the inefficient customs and immigration process that the Emarati's have in place in an attempt to mimic our process in the US. This is a very bad policy which only Etihad does. If you fly through Dubai with Emirates they do not require this nonsense. The Etihad staff were rude, unhelpful, unapologetic and inefficient. Never fly from Abu-Dhabi to the US with Etihad. On the flight, as the plane came to a stop at the end of the runway but still needed to taxi in to the gate, people started getting up. Instead of calmly explaining to people what was going on, one of the stewardesses waved it off and said well when we start moving again or if something happened they will just DIE then! This was not the only occasion I was disgusted by the staff. I woke up on the flight and couldn't find my glasses and the response of one of the stewardesses was "can you ask someone else to help you, I am on my way to take a nap and if I stop to help you I want get my full rest." This airline is one of the worst in the world if not the worst. I will never fly with them again and I am considering sending these stories to a NEWS network to raise awareness on this issue. Their staff don't care. They seem to be overworked and burned out. They only get one day off when flying to New York and back when by law they are required two. This shows that they are abusive to their staff which then leads their staff to have have horrible customer service."

Nadelen: "Plane was very crowded as compared to the A380 I flew over on. also the meal services on the Trip over was much better than this return flight"

Nadelen: "I travelled from KUL to JFK with transit at Abu Dhsbi. Nightmarish transit in Abu Dhabi. Three intrusive security screenings (why three?). At some point they take away your boarding pass and make you sit in a hall for about half an hour (with similar 'criminals') with no access to bathrooms without telling you why. Then they call your name to return the boarding pass ( which was a problem for me because I am hearing challenged). Not sure this special treatment is reserved for just brown skinned travellers"

Voordelen: "My seat had a problem initially it was not reclining once they fixed that later the seat got deflated. It became unbearable to seat. The crew tried fixing it for about 30 mins and they then they changed my seat. Ideally I would want refund for the flight as my experience was extremely bad"
Nadelen: "Crew was not at curtious they were busy among themselves. It would take them long to respond to the call."

Voordelen: "Not much. Free shower at the airport was welcome."
Nadelen: "Abu Dhabi airport is poorly designed, crowded and confusing. For some bizarre reason, we had to exit the boarding area (we had arrived very early), and then re-enter at the end of a VERY long line, then dispose of the water we had bought AFTER we had already gone through one set of security checks, to have another bag search inside the boarding area. (???) For a 14 hour flight, you might expect a bit more in the line of amenities (like the Singapore Airlines pamper kit). It’s also nice to know on a long haul what you might be eating (a la Singapore Airlines menu card), but not on Etihad. Also the movies on offer through the entertainment system were a bit stale and dated. They also had no arrivals cards in English, and finding them at Sydney Airport is a nightmare. (Why do we still do the stupid things, anyway?) Then, to top it all off, after a tiring flight, Sydney Airport put on their best demonstration of appalling and confusing crowd control at the baggage carousels and getting through customs. Used to think Etihad was a quality experience, but it doesn’t seem so any more."

Voordelen: "As I said, the crew and facility were pretty good. But the bad things really ruined the trip and pissed me off."
Nadelen: "First of all, I tried to purchase the on-plane WiFi. That didn't happen, as I was told there was an error in purchasing and I didn't end up getting any connection. Yet when I got off the plane, I realized that I was nevertheless charged for $12. This was definitely annoying, and they still haven't gotten back to me. Secondly, which is very frustrating and infuriating, was the fact that not only was my checked luggage delayed, they did not call me or reply to my emails with any useful information on my luggage's situation. To this date, I have no idea where it is, if it's lost or damaged, or when can they deliver it to me. I had all my clothes, my DSLR camera and gifts in my luggage, and I had to buy a bunch of stuff in the next few days because I didn't have those things. It has been more than a week, and they still haven't gotten back to me on anything. For this reason alone, I think they totally deserve a poor overall rating, especially because I chose them in the first place because I trusted their good ratings."

Nadelen: "This flight had the potential to be good as the entertainment and food options were good, but I felt cramped and the volume of the surrounding passengers was awful. There were three crying babies, which I know neither the airline nor the families themselves can control, as well as one child with special needs who was making a lot of noise the whole flight. I wasn't able to sleep at all for that reason. Additionally, I was disappointed that the flight was late and that the deplaning process was so long – we taxied for a long time and there was only one staircase, so we were very late."

Nadelen: "The food was not good . I am planning to continue flights booking with Ethihad- hopefully I will select a window seat on the 2 seat rows and will select other king of vegetarian food."

Voordelen: "The staff for our flight were all extremely friendly and accommodating. They came through the cabin several times with drinks and snacks and ensured we had the most comfortable flight possible. I thought the entertainment choices were excellent and really provided a wide array of genres and a unique multicultural assortment. Meals were very good, served in generous portions, and having a vegetarian diet I was happy to be so easily accommodated. I was lucky enough on this flight to have a row to myself so I could spread out."

Voordelen: "The service was spectacular to begin with. It was consistent, frequent and ultimately satisfying. It was a very comfortable ride with enough space for a broad guy like me. What I love most is their selection of entertainment. I have to say that in the 16-17 hours I flew with them (which I just came home from) I never felt claustrophobic, uncomfortable, or bored. I was in the middle seat. I love their flight progress and flight time. Their timing was very accurate. In fact, both flights landed earlier than expected."
Nadelen: "I didn't really dislike anything on the return trip. It was everything I expected and more"

Nadelen: ". My seat was broken and would not recline, for 14hours of flight time this is a really bad experience. When I mentioned it to the staff I was told nothing could be done. Leaving me unrested and sore when I arrived at my destination"

Nadelen: "If you are flying from AUH to JFK, they pre-clear you for US Customs. What they don't tell you is that the cut-off to get to the gate is one hour before departure. I took a leisurely stroll down to the gate when he signs said 'boarding soon' and was denied entry to the flight. The next one was in seven hours, so I spent the night in the terminal. The big slap in the face, aside from how rude the staff were: they won't just put you on the next flight. You have to buy a new ticket, full fare. It cost me more to get home than the original round trip ticket did to begin with. Trying to discuss this is fruitless - they are absolutely not interested in helping, but instead use phrases like "you are the one that is wrong" and "why should we pay for your mistake". Essentially, I was held hostage in Abu Dhabi and forced to pay a heavy charge to leave."

Nadelen: "Etihad overbooked me along with more than a dozen other passengers on a 14-hour international flight. Apparently Etihad decides on who gets left behind. Etihad's "Transit Travelers" service is one of the WORST customer service desks I've ever been to. I waited in line for 2 hours. Passengers were urging to be served so they can make it to their connecting flights not knowing they have been already selected not to board those plains. Voices were raised and demands were made to speak to the supervisor. It was chaos. I made it to the agent shortly after the gate to my flight had opened. I was shocked by how the agent lacked empathy when he informed me I won't make it to the connecting flight because it had been overbooked. Not an apology or even sir! I was forced to be rerouted which stretches my 25-hour trip to 33 hours. Then the connecting flight gets delayed more than an hour resulting in missing the second connecting flight. Now my trip has become a 41-hour trip, I missed a day of work that's worth more than double the value of the voucher Etihad gave me and lost one day of unscheduled vacation. Etihad even damages my bag that had servived more than 10 flights. I will never fly Etihad and strongly recommend against flying with Etihad."

Nadelen: "we had a layover for about 7 hours. The airport was cold. But the departure lounge was extremely cold, very uncomfortable. Even wearing a hooded jacket, I was very cold and my hands were numb. And we waited about 3 hours in the departure area."

Voordelen: "Aircraft fleet and airport is good. Good infrastructure."
Nadelen: "The cabin crew is not at all courteous. When you start travelling in US, you realize how different the crew's attitude is. When you want to say no to the customer, atleast make an effort to accommodate the needs of the customer first. Minor requests made by the passengers should be accommodated. You just rudely say No. Learn something from American customer service!!"

Voordelen: "Everything was excellent as per all my flights with Tap Portugal. The crew was outstanding, the plane was clean, food was tasty and overall a very comfortable flight!"

Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."
Nadelen: "I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment."

Voordelen: "Food was good, many options with entertainment"
Nadelen: "The person making announcements mumbled and spoke too softly for someone who's announcing things on a flight. We couldn't understand half of everything being said. Also both flights departed late even though TAP reported them as "on time." We sat at the gate for almost an hour before departing with announcements at that time solely in a Portuguese - on a flight going to New York."

Voordelen: "Frendly"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Food was above average"
Nadelen: "Wasn't told that baggage wasn't included in my fee. Had to pay 170 Euros at the airport to check our two bags. Really really frustrating, and beyond an exorbitant price to charge for bags..."

Nadelen: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."

Voordelen: "Plane was good, service on board pretty good."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed and we were never notified despite receiving multiple emails to ‘upgrade’ our flight. While checking in we attempted to upgrade 3 tickets to first class and were sent to 3 different areas in the airport with our luggage, having to wait in line each time. Didn’t provide vegaterian options on board. Weren’t given a gate ever after landing 5 hours late and were kept on board for half an hour making us miss a 2nd connection we had to rebook after the initial delay. A frustrating experience hat could have been made better with just some communication about what was going on."

Nadelen: "We were never prompted to pay for our check in baggage at the time of purchase and so when we showed up we were forced to pay 85 euros for one checked bag for an international flight on top of a ticket that already cost more than $250. The luggage restrictions were never shown previously. Will never fly TAP Portugal again."

Voordelen: "The staff"
Nadelen: "Late takeoff. Late arrival. Had to run thru the terminal to catch the next leg. Lost luggage."

Voordelen: "Modern airplane"
Nadelen: "1h late. Non reclining seats."

Voordelen: "Entertainment was fine"
Nadelen: "Boarding was a mess, my seat recline was messed up so the button didn't do anything, but if I leaned back it would too... Flight crew was also not particularly friendly."

Nadelen: "They charge $100 to check a bag. Never again."

Voordelen: "The stewards and stewardessen were very professional and friendly"

Voordelen: "There wasn't anything special to like compares to other good airlines. I would say crews attitudes and foods were alright."
Nadelen: "Doesn't have a USB cable to charge the phone and there were no perfume or toothbrush for the long journey. Also no apple juice."

Voordelen: "I got to Lisbon on time."
Nadelen: "just another bus ride"

Voordelen: "When boarding the fligh TP 209 on October 27 2017 I found that my seats that I paid for well in advance are taken by other pasengers an I am given a totally different and very bad seats. What did I paid for, after all. Why push people to buy seats and then do not provide. I did not get the service I paid for and will Be requesting my money back for the complete flight."
Nadelen: "The stuard I tried to discuss the matter did not even try to help, instead he only smiled in return and suggested to file a complaint. That was totally unaccepltable."

Voordelen: "There was good variety of films and food was decent."
Nadelen: "(1) TAP has terrible customer service and support. Was told on check-in that flight did not include checked luggage which is bizzare/unreal for an international flight especially since I also paid to upgrade my ticket. Even in explaining to me the person on the phone was rude. This was very disappointing as I had such an amazing trip to end on this sour note. (2) The boarding process took forever. They made us line up about 45 minutes before we actually boarded. So we were all standing around as opposed to being seated in waiting area. We did not board until after our take-off time. (3) Seats were really tight, uncomfortable and don't recline much."

Voordelen: "We were late because of delay of the first part of our fly : Zurich - Lisbon, but the fly Lisbon- NewYork waited for us."
Nadelen: "Our TV didn't work. There is not possibility to charge phone on the fly."

Voordelen: "Fast boarding. TAP crew was nice as always."
Nadelen: "Cabin was freezing cold, all 8 hours. There seems to be no balance for the cabin's temperature in these long flights. Make sure you have a jacket and a blanket."

Voordelen: "Everything"
Nadelen: "Some delays at the airport but service is excellent."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "The food was good and there was a decent variety of things to watch."
Nadelen: "Having another TSA check at our gate at the last minute just because we were going to New York, the whole process made our boarding time late and our take off time pushed back even though they had 3 hrs to figure it out. The main flight stuardess in charge was rude and kept giving attitude to people when they asked questions because half the people on the flight didn't understand Portuguese. I wasn't allowed to pick my seat on the website so we ended up in a middle row. The person i was traveling with is over 6 ft and could not comfortably fit in the seats. Thankfully no one sat on the end so we were able to spread out between 3 seats. The entire experience made us not want to fly into Portugal again."

Voordelen: "Good entertainment system"
Nadelen: "Flight crew could have been more polite"

Voordelen: "The food dish was pretty good and there were many options for food."
Nadelen: "Space - there was zero and we weren't able to upgrade our seats. Big bummer on a long flight!! Also, our flight attendent would give us half full glasses of water... I didn't realize I needed to buy a few bottles of water before getting on the flight to be stocked. She sid this with all beverages. There was zero organization in the boarding process."

Nadelen: "Some not so friendly crew members on this flight. There was one tall, blonde flight attendant who wore so much perfume that I could taste it every time she walked down the aisle. You can't have that in an enclosed space. In this day and age of so many people having food allergies to nuts, why would you serve a dessert with almonds?? My daughter almost ate it because there was no warning label. It scares me to think what might have happened at 12,000 feet."

Voordelen: "it had a feet support the toilet was big it was airplane food, still better than most companies I know from Europe, Asia and the USA."
Nadelen: "the head rest was too hard"

Nadelen: "The movies could have been better. Food was average."

Voordelen: "Entertainment! Loved having such a wide selection of things to watch on the screen at my seat. Such a nice luxury to be able to watch a movie, a show, check the status of the flight/plane/distance/time/map, and more."
Nadelen: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."

Voordelen: "everything was great"
Nadelen: "they had some video problems early in the flight but had it fixed about a third into the flight"

Nadelen: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."

Voordelen: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"

Voordelen: "They fed us and provided good entertainment. Seats have plenty of room and are comfortable."

Nadelen: "attendant kept waking me up to put my seat belt on while i was sleeping"

Voordelen: "Clean planes. Reasonably comfortable seats."
Nadelen: "Boarding process with passport control in Lisbon seemed redundant. The transfer concourse doesn't allow access to VIP lounges."

Voordelen: "The plane was clean. The blanket was unusually large, for a plane blanket, so u could be nice and warm. The food was good and varied. The staff was friendly and every time they spoke to you had a smile on their face, as if happy to see you:)"
Nadelen: "I cant think of anything. It's a long trip that can be tiresome. So you can tell the airline tries to make it as pleasant as possible ."

Nadelen: "Lobster appetizer was dry, hard, and tough. Steak dinner was prepared nicely, but of medium- low quality meat. Announcements are not heard in headphones, which in emergency situations could be dangerous. Noise reducing headphones supplier are effective in the noise reduction function, but not high quality audio resolution, with some dialogue intelligible. Business class seat wasn't a full recline as are those of most competitors, but it was comfortable. I didn't see any snack offerings that most other airlines have available between meals."

Voordelen: "Big space between seats. Best screen entertainment."
Nadelen: "Food was only average. Especially fish."

Nadelen: "Being sat in a middle seat. With that being said, it was OK. No problems."

Nadelen: "some chaos at boarding, with redundant passport control. Upon arrival, we were held for 45 min at JFK, as the gate wasn't ready and the crew had the engines running and fumes penetrated the cabin that made me almost sick. I guess that's not much of a TAP fault, but it was a bad finish of an otherwise uneventful flight..."

Voordelen: "took forever to get to international I am elderly and I was totally wiped out no help anywhere, on the flight itself only the steward was nice the ladies were very grumpy and never smiled."

"They changed the airplane day before and I paid for the extra space so when I was on the boarding they changed my seat to a worst one, then the food was horrible, they don't refill the catering at Amsterdam so the flight from BCN to AMS bought almost everything"

Voordelen: "The worst crew I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and I’m a frequent flyer, both domestically and internationally."
Nadelen: "To have not flown with Norwegian"

Nadelen: "They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions."

Voordelen: "standard flight without any unexpected events except 30 minute delay."

Nadelen: "Long delay and inefficient boarding for people with digital boarding pass"

Nadelen: "Somehow my bag didn’t make the allowance, and I had to pay $40, everyone else had equal baggage and were allowed to use them as carry on except me! NEVER FLYING WITH VUELING AGAIN!!!!!!"

Voordelen: "First cancelled the 10:00 am flight while everybody already onboard. Then boarded us again on the same airplane two hours and 50 min later. Right in time before the 3h necessary for passengers to file a claim."
Nadelen: "Everything"

Nadelen: "We had to wait for someone... Couldn't leave with out them. Departed an hour late."

Voordelen: "Assigned exit seats to us"
Nadelen: "Rude staff, grabbed my shoulder to ask a question instead of just asking verbally, not allowing us to bring carry on bag, etc."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Thr flight was delayed by 2 hours"

Voordelen: "We actually made it to Stuttgart."
Nadelen: "Delayed in the terminal many hours only to board the aircraft and delay again. My entire delay in Barcelona was longer than my scheduled travel for the day. Also, Vueling seats are too close together compared to all airlines I have flown on. My knees were against the seat ahead of me."

Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Nadelen: "Big delay, poor information from staff."

Voordelen: "This was the first time I travel with Vueling and the crew was so nice! and the plane so clean! Loved it. Much better than LATAM for example that was my next flight."
Nadelen: "My bag took to long to get out I got a little scared it didn’t get to Barcelona, but everything was ok at the end so as an overall everything was perfect!"

Nadelen: "Late. Long wait for baggage. Not very friendly crew."

Voordelen: "nothing"
Nadelen: "arrived at airport to find flight cancelled - I needed to get to exhibition that day - and, after long queue, discovered we had alternative flight late that night. Today I hear my saturday late flight has been re-scheduled for tomorrow - with no intervening email saying the saturday re-scheduled flight was re-scheduled itself....if you get me. On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Nadelen: "App info and service poor. Gate closed more than 30 mins before flight while flight was delayed according to the AP status. Would not fly with Vueling again."

Voordelen: "Well organized boarding."

Nadelen: "We had to pay extra to check-In our luggage only for Vueling airlines to lose my friends luggage. They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."

Voordelen: "Quick, easy, cheap"
Nadelen: "No drinks or food offered, no entertainment."

Voordelen: "Itching"
