Nadelen:: Schimmel in mijn kamer en airco. Haren in mijn bed. Dat zegt genoeg.

Nadelen:: Alles behalve de ligging. Werkelijk alles is kapot en vies. Niet alleen de badkamer maar ook de meubels en de bedden. Kortom vergaande glorie. Ontbijt was oke. Tip; neem geen fruit dan krijg je twee broodjes ipv 1.

Nadelen:: The rooms are really outdated and not clean. There is a thick dust layer everywhere and rust on a lot of metal parts. We could hardly look through the windows because of the dirt and opening them was not easy at all (if even possible). Shower has seen better days a long time ago. Just a shame and not making it worth the money

Nadelen:: Wij hebben na 1 nacht om een andere kamer gevraagt en gekregen. In de eerste kamer was het echt oud en super achterstallig. En het waaide op de kamer. Tweede was nog steeds heel achterstallig maar beter. Maar dit was de 3e keer in Pennsylvania en ik denk de laatste. Of je moet een gerenoveerde kamer krijgen. De vrouw bij de receptie stond niet raar tekijken dat we een andere kamer wilde.......

Voordelen:: Het inchecken was dit keer bijzonder. Voor het eerst geen lange rij, het was over het algemeen rustiger in het hotel. Ook bij de liften was dat te merken. Het feit dat er ontbijtbonnen worden gegeven is prima. Ook daar nu geen grote rijen zoals vorig jaar. In de kamer een mand voor gescheiden afval.

Nadelen:: Kamer was dan wel gerenoveerd, maar geen stoelen en klein bureaublad. Soms weinig handdoeken.

Voordelen:: Het bed was zo comfortabel! De locatie is zeer centraal.

Nadelen:: Geen business center en geen zwembad.

Voordelen:: The room was great, biggest bathroom and shower I've ever seen in New York!

Voordelen:: Location was perfect on 6th avenue close to midtown and chelsea both very vibrant areas. Staff were friendly.

Nadelen:: I didn’t like the fact that there is no complimentary coffee, tea or water in the room. The rooms aren’t cheap and such guest amenities make a big difference to guests. Furthermore, bathroom amenities such as Qtips were not being replenished by the housekeeping staff as part of the daily room cleaning.

Nadelen:: De bar sluit vroeg, zo rond 11.30 is het al laatste bestelling, de lichten gaan aan.... dat voor Centraal New York??? De lobby is al gauw erg vol en druk.

Voordelen:: Great central location for exploring Manhattan. Cool atmosphere and great views from our room. Delicious beer and cocktails in the bar.

Nadelen:: Having to pay $18 for tea for two people in the room is too much. It would be better to provide a kettle and tea bags in the room on a complimentary basis as is the norm in all UK hotels.

Voordelen:: De bar was een leuke ontmoetingsplek. De locatie was perfect. De prijs was voor die locatie zeker in orde.

Nadelen:: De kamers waren tamelijk klein en er was te weinig opslagruimte. Het ontbijt begon op een gegeven moment wel een beetje te vervelen.

Voordelen:: De kamer was mooi en modern ingericht. De uitstraling van het hotel is hip. Het ontbijt is prima. Wel elke dag hetzelfde. Locatie perfect. Kon niet beter!

Nadelen:: De bar bij het hotel was erg duur en de muziek te hard. Een relaxed avondje chillen was er daarom niet echt mogelijk. We hadden een vierpersoonskamer en wisten dat deze klein zou zijn. Er was echter wel erg weinig plek om je kleren / spullen ergens neer te leggen.

Voordelen:: Uitstekende locatie en erg schoon en netjes. Kamer is groot genoeg en alles wat je nodig hebt. Je loopt vanaf het hotel zo overal naar toe.

Nadelen:: Personeel was erg onpersoonlijk. Bij aankomst geen prosecco, dat is blijkbaar in januari afgeschaft. Dit mag wel worden aangepast bij de omschrijving.

Voordelen:: De locatie is geweldig! Je loopt zo Times Square op. Verschillende metrostations dichtbij. De kamer is van redelijk formaat,efficiënt ingericht. Fijn bed en goede douche. Er is een gezellige bar om s’avonds nog even lekker te borrelen. Leuk hip hotel , fijne ongedwongen sfeer.

Nadelen:: Het ontbijt! Het is ontzettend vol, wachten op een plekje. Er is geen keuze, elke dag exact hetzelfde ei, toast, jam. Er worden geen alternatieven aangeboden zoals een plakje ham/kaas of normaal brood .... Helemaal geen variatie.

Nadelen:: The lifts. One day waited 10min. Also having beds up against a wall is poor.

Voordelen:: Great location, rooftop bar and staff. The rooms are 'small' with everything required.

Nadelen:: - The gym! This is a small dark room in the cellar. Absolutely not fitting to the rest of the hotel. - No kettle for the rooms available.

Voordelen:: De style van de kamer erg leuk. En de locatie is top!

Nadelen:: Kleine kamer maar goed je zit dan ook wel centrum, centrum. Maar wat ik daar minder aan vond dat er door het zo klein is er geen kastruimte is enkel maar haken aan de gehele wand om de kleding op te hangen. Ander minpuntje er is geen echt daglicht op de kamer. De muur van het buur gebouw zit zo dicht op muur van hotel dat er daardoor geen licht binnen kan komen.

Voordelen:: Schoon. Locatie geweldig. Gebruiksvriendelijk. Alles wat nodig was voor een geweldige sleepover in de stad. Kleine kamer maar georganiseerd en goed ingericht.

Nadelen:: Gym een beetje gedateerd. Ze konden wel wat nieuwere apparatuur neer zetten.

Voordelen:: Location was perfect for sightseeing. Excellent price point. Staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous.

Nadelen:: Room was very small but this is to be expected in a big city. Toilet would not be accessible for some people. Room was not very soundproof.

Voordelen:: Proper hotel, modern ingericht, mooie lobby! Heel centraal gelegen, op wandelafstand van Times Square en Central Park ligt letterlijk om de hoek!

Nadelen:: Geluidsisolatie! Super veel lawaai van de straat, in iedere kamer. We hadden drie kamers en in allemaal was er enorm veel tocht en lawaai. In de wintermaanden is er ook geen bar of ontbijtmogelijkheden. Dus de mooie rooftopbar en gezellige bar binnen, stonden gewoon leeg. Wel jammer!

Nadelen:: This used to be upscale hotel, with enviable amenities. Not any more: no bar or restaurant on premises, 1 doorman who might or might not be working, the fantástico Instagram worthy library bar is gone as well as the outdoor patio and terrace bar. It appears the whole outfit is ran by three kids in their 20s. Oh a concierge is available only through texting. Of course the location is still beyond!

Voordelen:: The bed was so comfy! the room was clean and the bathroom facilities were good. It was a perfect location for us. It was also handy having the baggage storage.

Nadelen:: Balked at the rating. This should be 1 STAR hotel rating. Felt more like a deluxe hostel than hotel. Room was too small, hallway felt like hostel. For such a small room to be charging resort-fee is outrageous. There was no room to do anything.

Nadelen:: Had to change rooms three times. Filthy room, smoke alarm torn off wall, window separated from frame so cold air pouring in, heating system banging all night, used soap, peeling paint in tub. Really terrible rooms - all three. Never should be selling such substandard rooms. Desk staff seemed very used to complaints about the rooms. I am demanding a refund.

Voordelen:: Nothing. This hotel is a dump. Aside from the hipster lobby and good location this place has nothing going for it. Staff was marginal at checkin, the room was dank and small, the carpet in the hallway was filthy, there was only 1 elevator in service.

Nadelen:: Was charged 44.59 when I didn't order anything and it took weeks of calling and emails to get it refunded to my card.

Voordelen:: Beds were comfortable. It was quiet on the 16th floor. Snacks available in the lobby area. We were given a fan after finding out we could not adjust our thermostat. Convenient location to restaurants and theaters.

Nadelen:: The thermostat for the room was not adjustable. The window only opened about 3 inches from the bottom and no air came into the room. However, once housekeeping provided us with a fan, we were able to cool down the room the second night.

Voordelen:: The location was close to all things Broadway. Short walking distance to the 1 train.

Nadelen:: The WiFi was terrible and we tried to eat at the restaurant in the hotel but sat for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant with no service. It wasn’t until we got up to leave that any even noticed we were there, after being seated by the hostess.

Voordelen:: I loved the ease of check-in, and the politeness and professionalism of the front desk staff. The room was clean, climate controlled, and comfortable. The bedding was excellent. The TV and WIFI were above average. We had a quiet and peaceful nights sleep.

Nadelen:: I was promised a free breakfast, and I was unable to receive it. My wife and daughter were very disappointed. There was no small fridge in the room. There was no microwave. The in room coffee options were very limited. I was charged an extra 45 dollars for ''Hotel Service Fees" which I guess paid for the TV services? Call and make sure before you book a stay, unless you want to pay extra for a breakfast that should be free when they say it is.

Nadelen:: During their construction you entered through the parking garage. We arrived at 3:30 am from our flight with no one at garage level. It was kind of creepy for two female travelers. You ride escalator up to the lobby. Staff not really friendly Except for maintenance men that fixed our a/c problem and housekeeping.

Nadelen:: My room was much too warm the first night and there was no way to adjust the temp. I complained the next morning and was told the problem would be corrected. The temp. was better the second night, but still warmer than I would have liked.

Voordelen:: I found the room to be very clean and neat and well laid out. To say that it was small was an understatement... but I did ask for a quiet room very hight up in the hotel and that is what I got! So I would not complain. I imagine the roof deck is wonderful in the summer.

Voordelen:: De locatie van het hotel was perfect voor ons. Je kon de locatie makkelijk bereiken. Een metrostation is slechts enkele straten verder. Het was ideaal gelegen om Times square, het MoMa en het VN gebouw te bezoeken. Bovendien beschikt de accommodatie over een geweldig dakterras.

Nadelen:: Het voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Omdat onze kamer niet meer beschikbaar was hebben we een upgrade gekregen naar een ruimere kamer. Dit was erg leuk. Het nadeel was misschien dat in dit deel van het hotel geen lift was, maar dat wisten we en was voor ons geen probleem.

Voordelen:: Centraal gelegen bij zowel de meeste toeristische plaatsen als bars en restaurants

Nadelen:: Nogal kleine kamer met nog kleiner bed voor 2 personen. Het duurde lang eer je warm water had in douchecabine.

Voordelen:: The rooms were perfect! They were small, but good enough for our stay since we were not in the room a lot. I liked the shared bathroom system that made it easy to know if it was occupied. I also like that the room came with a sink which avoided us having to go to the bathroom every time we just wanted to wash our hands. Bathrooms were clean and never too occupied except in the early mornings. Rooftop view was cute, but probably a better view during the summer time. It was convenient to the subway and lots of restaurants. The room was super affordable to split between 2 people. We got the bunk bed room, which was small, but the beds were comfy and spacious enough for one person. It came with your own TV to a bunk and your own charging port which I thought was cool too. There is also a bar next door to the hotel where you could go grab a drink and they provide games to play and socialize with people. Overall, I would stay here again!

Nadelen:: The only think I was not a fan of was the customer service. The workers there did not seem very inviting. It was not too much of a problem for us since we were not at the hotel very often, but it just seemed like the workers did not want to be there.

Nadelen:: Food and drinks were expensive. We found an excellent restaurant Marseilles on corner of 44th St. and 9th Ave.

Voordelen:: I loved the location and friendly staff. Really good breakfast and very comfortable beds!

Nadelen:: No mirrors in the main room so if sharing with someone and they are in the bathroom you had to wait for a mirror. Plenty of wall space to accommodate one in front of the wardrobes where it makes sense to put one.

Nadelen:: Door cards did not work properly in lifts or to access room. On a daily basis we had to go to reception and get cards fixed. For the first 2 days of our stay, our room door did not close properly. Twice we returned to our room and door was ajar. We contacted reception and it took over 1 hour for a maintenance person to attend and resolve. We were charged for breakfast despite this being inclusive of room rate. Money was taken out of our credit card for various amounts and held. Some has been returned to our account however some still has not not need refunded. Gym was below expected standard.

Voordelen:: The location and staff. The daily $35 charge (on top of what you paid for the room) for in-house fees was a bit much. We did order something small from room service just to get some of that back, but we didn't need it.

Nadelen:: Everything from the quality of room service, attention to detail and cleanliness, broken wifi, and price tag was incredibly underwhelming for a 4+ star hotel. The Hilton a few blocks away is a better value and so is the Westin across the street. This hotel felt stuff, old and dated.

Voordelen:: Great newly renovated room. Location is amazing. Parking, hotel, dinner, show all within 2 blocks.

Voordelen:: This hotel is about location! Safe neighborhood and walking distance from major tourist attractions, times square, restaurants, subway.

Nadelen:: It’s an old property that needs a revamp. The lobby’s atmosphere will take you straight to the 20ies, but that’s all. Elevators are old, rooms are old, etc. Bathroom amenities should improve as well. Staff is efficient but not very welcoming.

Voordelen:: Do not like anything. WAy over priced. Poor facility.

Nadelen:: Niet gecommuniceerd dat er gratis wifi was in de kamer. Bij inloggen verscheen melding dat men moest betalen voor wifi. Aan receptie bij inchecken werd niet gemeld dat wifi toch gratis was. Hotel verouderd ( bad was beschadigd)

Voordelen:: Locatie was prima midden in centrum, Ontbijtbuffet was ook erg goed en aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Klassiek hotel wat veel historie heeft en waar oude tijden herleven.

Nadelen:: Het hotel is wat gedateerd en heeft duidelijk een opknapbeurt nodig. Vooral het sanitair in de kamer is niet meer van deze tijd. Nadat we een upgrade van onze kamer hadden aangevraagd kregen we hier pas 1 dag voor vertrek antwoord op. Lijkt ons dat dit wel voor de aankomst gemeld had kunnen worden.

Voordelen:: Location, the cleaning staff does the best they can given the circumstances.

Nadelen:: The room was unbearably hot, the decor very dated, the maintenance of the windows, the window AC unit and the cleanliness of the outside of the windows was simply unacceptable.

Voordelen:: Grote kamers, uitstekende ligging

Voordelen:: Views from the room... just stunning. Entrance / court yard is a gorgeous outdoor space to take in the atmosphere of New York.

Nadelen:: Bar prices are very expensive.

Voordelen:: Great location and beautiful hotel! The staff is excellent! Rooms are spacious and we had a view of the city!

Nadelen:: The parking is very pricey! $130 a night is a lot of money.

Voordelen:: We had a wonderful stay at the Lotte NY Palace hotel. Staff was excellent, At the front desk did a great job checking us in and went above and beyond checking us in early and  was helpful with a question regarding wifi.

Nadelen:: Problem with tv remote control. No safety bars in bathtub I could not shower. Too many lights to turn on by hand.

Voordelen:: The bed was comfortable. The service was great

Voordelen:: Zeer goede ligging. Gemeenschappelijk delen van het hotel (inkom, receptie, sanitair, bar ...) zijn zeer mooi ingericht en stralen een zekere grandeur uit. Zeer goede bedden en geen last van lawaai 's nachts.

Nadelen:: Kamers zijn niet in vergelijking met de gemeenschappelijke delen. Alles is aanwezig, maar wat verouderd. Oud tapijt op de vloer, ramen die precies in geen jaren meer gekuist zijn ...

Voordelen:: Not too many tourists.

Nadelen:: No grab bars in bathroom.

Voordelen:: Perfecte ligging voor attracties, goeie bedden en geen geluidsoverlast van het drukke verkeer. Hele week heerlijk rustig kunnen slapen

Nadelen:: Niets, pas alleen op met in de minibar kijken. Iedere keer als het open gaat wordt in rekening gebracht

Voordelen:: the location of the hotel is within walking distance to any of the Broadway shows, shopping, and sightseeing. It is very close to restaurant row where you have a choice of dining at over 30 restaurants.

Nadelen:: there are long lines of people waiting to check-in so it does take some time. There is no coffee service available in the room or lobby. If you want coffee in the mornings before 9 a.m. you have to walk down the street to Dunkin Donuts. No frills in room!

Voordelen:: Great location. All the staff, especially the maid staff, were very friendly and helpful. Stay there was most comfortable for e in all respects.

Voordelen:: The staff were very nice, and took such good care of us! The room was small, but it worked perfect for me & my husband! The.bed was so comfortable, and we slept like babies! Thank you for making our first New York trip, a very good memory!

Nadelen:: I could not get more than lukewarm water in my bathroom. The bathroom sink was not easy to use. The shower would not drain properly. The thermostat did not work. Intermittent WiFi! Overpriced grab and go packaged food is not a restaurant.

Nadelen:: Not the cleanest hostel but it's perfectly adequate. Biggest challenge was that on the 5th floor the wifi is practically nonexistent.

Voordelen:: The room was quite big and very clean. Very kind and welcoming staff. Nice location, very close to two subway stations.

Nadelen:: The radiator in the room was quite noisy at night and the room sometimes too hot. Only one socket was working.

The perverted dishonest idiot pictured here, bursts into your room and states at women getting dressed and refuses to leave so you can finish getting dressed, and lies to you saying the door closes on its own (as his false excuse to keep opening it, when in reality, as you can see in the photos, it does not close all the way unless you pull it shut. He lies, calling front desk while he harasses you at your door, saying you refuse to leave, all the while you had already told the moron that youre doing complimentary late checkout, and all the while you hear the unprofessional incompetent bad attitude front desk rep's and lazy housekeeping staff confirm other guests late check outs. There is no hot water in three bathrooms of each floor, even after you let it run for 30 minutes. And the idiotic unethical front desk staff, despite your requests to have someone check and fix the hot water heater as you're standing naked and cold and sleepy; instead tries to send him to your room where there is no shower! The bedding is stained and have hairs. The housekeeper tries to make a false excuse not to replace it with clean bedding. Same with the nasty hair and stained bath towels. The room floors are dirty when youre the first of two beds to check in. The room lockers are dirty and also never cleaned and disinfected. The rooms have no heat. The unprofessional lazy incompetent housekeeping staff yells and argues loud in Espanol in the hallways, disrupting your sleep. And its hard to then fall back asleep let alone have a productive day. The bathrooms are kept dirty, the showers never cleaned. The hallways and bathrooms have no heat. The lobby sitting area has no heat. There are no computers to use. The careless incompetent unprofessionl unethical irrational rude Manager is unresponsive to her emails that she indeed OPENS, at vivita@broadwayhotelnyc.com . There is no water nor tea and coffee for guests.

Voordelen:: Met folks from other countries and My third movie shoot was cancelled because of corona virus. The manager immediately cancelled the rest of my stay at no charge and helped me print new bus tickets and get to the Port Authority. They were such a help!!

Nadelen:: It was great. No concerns

Voordelen:: De locatie was goed, 2 straten lopen en je was bij de metro. Er was ook als je de straat uit liep een lekker cafe waar je goed kon ontbijten.

Nadelen:: Ik had een kamer besteld voor 4 personen en er zouden 2x 2 persoons bedden zijn. Toen we aankwamen vertelde de receptioniste dat er iets ‘mis’ was met de kamer die we geboekt hadden dus we kregen 2 kamers zodat we 2 om 2 sliepen. Ook prima dachten we. Toen we de kamers opende had de ene kamer een 2 persoons bed en zag er goed verzorgd uit. Toen we echter de 2e kamer opende kwamen we in een hele kleine kamer met een stapel bed (zie foto) Terug gegaan naar de receptie en gevraagd wat er nou eigenlijk mis was met onze huidige kamer. De receptioniste vertelde dat er dus van de wet in amerika geen 4 personen op 1 kamer mogen slapen?? Uiteindelijk onze eigen geboekte 4 pers kamer gehad en een goed verzorgde 2 pers kamer gehad.(zie foto’s) De hygiene was niet zo goed. (Gedeelde) badkamer was niet schoon en heel oud. Een aantal onderdelen waren ook kapot. Uiteindelijk is alles goed gekomen en hebben we een super vakantie gehad maar er zijn 2 soorten kamers dus let op welke je boekt.
