I think crew needs to do a better job of making sure everyone stays seated when the plane is still moving before jumping out of their seats and grabbing their luggage. Passengers should be able to exit out of more than one door same as entering."

Nadelen: "while going to US from Mumbai -Wheelchair service at Istanbul was found unsatisfactory. The attendanct was unfriendly adamant and rude. overall the wheel chair persons were neglected by the airlines (even at Boston ) but the cabin crew took care of all wheel chair persons."

Also will this incident to all my friends after going back to USA. Very very bad experience. Sat down 24 hours at Airport without food and sleep. Mostly will file a case against Airlines."

Nadelen: "Istanbul airport really lacks seating for its passengers in the general areas. You need to sit in a restaurant to rest your feet as waits are quite long between flights. Another problem is the lack of internet for passengers without Turkish cell accounts. This should be corrected. Finally, lack of water fountains in the airport is also a problem."

I have travelled business class and never been put to such humiliation!!"

Voordelen: "The flight from Amsterdam to Istanbul was amazing and one of the best one I have ever had. Although I was too late to ask for vegan food, for this particular flight our of 4 flights (2 from Amsterdam to Tel-Aviv and 2 back), I had a vegan option, which was excellent."
Nadelen: "The ear phones. They are poorly designed. and although they are given for free, I think it would be better to order the next stock from a different provider."

Nadelen: "I always feel that Lufthansa short changes passengers for the flights to the East. 2 tiny washrooms for business class passengers. Toilet lids non- functional. The flat seats are definitely not comparable to ones for travel in the Western Sector."

Nadelen: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

Voordelen: "That was the best airline meal I've ever eaten. It was a lightly curried chicken. Outstanding. Extremely fast boarding. Boarded entire airplane in less than 15 minutes. Nice selection of movies and audio. All of which you could stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind."
Nadelen: "No reading lights. No attendant call button I could find. Not much air volume. That pesky lack of leg room. Short seat belts."

Nadelen: "My family took a flight earlier and my daughter complained about giving chicken to her although she was registered asian vegeterian. Same think happened to me as well. I was offered chicken even when i asked for asian vegeterian. When i asked to replace with vege option, the crew member replace with sea food, If this happens again, on my return flight, i am not going to let it go."

Voordelen: "The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again"

I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags."

But now Joon is showing its true nature as a LOW COST airline.Seats cramped. Snacks and apple juice are now available for purchase only."

Nadelen: "We were in the last few rows on a turbulent route. The yaw damper constantly overcorrected, resulting in lots of side to side motion for the passengers"

Voordelen: "Everything except the seat. Service ("would you care for a drink/beverage?") could be better."
Nadelen: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Nadelen: "The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically."

Nadelen: "Vlucht door vertraging van uit lax gemist op een paar minuten"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Nadelen: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Voordelen: "Plane was clean. Pilots made up some of departure delay time in the air between NCE & CDG."
Nadelen: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

Voordelen: "Staff pleasant and courteous fine meal and beverages! Arrived ahead of schedule in Bucharest!! Overall a very pleasant experience!"

Voordelen: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Nadelen: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Voordelen: "Seats were comfortable with good recline. Food was good, but not excellent."
Nadelen: "They forgot the snack/breakfast service for the front right section of economy then had to rush it. Overall, the service was good, but some things just seemed off. An attendant call was never answered, etc."

Nadelen: "Air France offered no help rebooking missed connection at JFK due to delay of more than 2 hours in arrival."

Nadelen: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Nadelen: "Abu Dhabi airport is poorly designed, crowded and confusing. For some bizarre reason, we had to exit the boarding area (we had arrived very early), and then re-enter at the end of a VERY long line, then dispose of the water we had bought AFTER we had already gone through one set of security checks, to have another bag search inside the boarding area. (???) For a 14 hour flight, you might expect a bit more in the line of amenities (like the Singapore Airlines pamper kit). It’s also nice to know on a long haul what you might be eating (a la Singapore Airlines menu card), but not on Etihad. Also the movies on offer through the entertainment system were a bit stale and dated. They also had no arrivals cards in English, and finding them at Sydney Airport is a nightmare. (Why do we still do the stupid things, anyway?) Then, to top it all off, after a tiring flight, Sydney Airport put on their best demonstration of appalling and confusing crowd control at the baggage carousels and getting through customs. Used to think Etihad was a quality experience, but it doesn’t seem so any more."

Voordelen: "Nothing compared to other airlines especially emirates airline which was amazing and reason we flew etihad thinking it will be same experience."
Nadelen: "Everything especially the small seats with tiny aisles like American Airlines. I was shocked with etihad compared to rest of Airlines from your country. We were very impressed with Emirates so the complaints and comments are compared to the best I have seen and not typical Airlines."

Nadelen: "Please, please, please Etihad, implement child-free zones on your flights."

Voordelen: "timeliness, in-flight entertainment, food"

Voordelen: "The food quality was good but they repeated the same food when we started & before landing. Kids usually won;t like eating same food again."

Nadelen: "One of my luggage pieces was lost, and not found for 3 days. Filling out forms for the lost luggage took several hours."

Nadelen: "I called eitahd, very nice man told me they will arrange hotel but when we reached there they kept lingarinf ro provide hotel and at last they took us to co seleepibg area which was so horrible"

Nadelen: "They didnt have A380 from abu dhabi to SFO which was the longest part of my trip."

Nadelen: "We were forced to sit in the aircraft after boarding for nearly 2 hours as the ground staff waited to load bags from delayed connections."

Nadelen: "Wheelchair facility should be prompt. we had to wait for an hour to get it.. Also it is not that spacious.."

Voordelen: "Nice food"

Nadelen: "It took a very long time (more than one hour) for my baggage to come in spite of the fact that I travelled Business Class. And that has been an on-going issue with Etihad."

Voordelen: "I thought the food was awesome, and not just for airline food. The vegetarian that I had was excellent. Crew was very friendly and helpful, plane was clean, seats comfortable. On the long flight we were all supplied (even in economy!) earplugs, a neck pillow, blanket and earphones. Everyone has their own little screen and the TV and movie selections were good, like having cable TV in the air, but no commercials."
Nadelen: "The ear plugs looked pretty cheesy, but I had my own and never actually tried them. I could always use more legroom, but that is a standard complaint I have with all airlines."

Nadelen: "I was charged $600 to postpone flight after I found out I needed a VISA to fly to India. Initially I was told the cost would be $100 ad then it ended being $600 for both me and my husband which I found outrageous. There should be something that flags you as soon as you book the flight that a VISA is required in order to fly to India."

Nadelen: "Appeared that the number of serving crew is small compared to the size of the plane. We had t repeat our request for service many times before we were attended."

Voordelen: "It was absolutely on time. Great!"
Nadelen: "The meal is always too spicy and for more south Asian style. I prefer more European meal."

Voordelen: "British airways, does what it says on the tin."
Nadelen: "If you have any problems. Do not call customer support!!! Call centre is in SA, and the operatives are unhelpful, put the phone down and incompetent. I have reservations wheather to book with BA ever again due to my bad experience. 2 hours wasted on the phone, followed by calls the next day to finally get 2 off flights cancelled and a return flight amended in my party of 3. Not fun!!"

Nadelen: "The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app"

Voordelen: "Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

Delta recently charged me $ 285 per extra bag Coming back BA charged me $90 and allowed me two bags The new policy on many airlines to literally rob a customer Is disgusting and the govt authorities should put a stop To it BA is welcoming and always professional !"

I tried to explain to staff that her h4 visa is her us visa but didn't accept. I have no problem with uk policy but atleast britiah airways should let is know when we booked ticket that you need visa on your passport. I will never ever travel through british airways."
