Nadelen: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."
Voordelen: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."
Nadelen: "More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again."

Nadelen: "The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect."

Moreover I wasn't informed at check- in although the fact was known by then as mentioned on the departure board!!! I prob won't book anymore Transavia flights"
Nadelen: "When we booked there was no information about fees for checked bags. I tried to Ck in online and pay for our bags then but the payment didn't go through. At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Nadelen: "Was unable to reach Santorini due to extenuating circumstances. The Greek ferry system was not running due to worker strikes. Tried getting flight refunded but wasn't even able to get a personale on hold when I called. Was on hold for two hours and the line then hung up on me"

Nadelen: "The biggest problems were the early departure time and frequently changing gate assignment, and the fact the service is not daily. I had to get up at 4:00 to catch a 4:30 shuttle to the airport. At. Arriving at the airport by 4:45, I had to walk back and forth inside the terminal to find the right check in area, and then a long way to get through security and a long walk back to get to the correct gate. I reached the gate at 6:10 for a 6:15 loading open. During check-in the attendant told me the boarding gate had changed and suggested a paper boarding pass scanned better than one on a tablet or phone. She printed me a new one, but it still had the old gate number on it. Had the flight been offered for the next day too, I would have rested another day in Amsterdam from my transatlantic flight."

Sadly what you don't pay for makes for a long flight if your journey is more than a couple hours; specifically no entertainment system and moderately comfortable seats make a long journey a bit of a marathon. The flight attendants were helpful and friendly."

Nadelen: "1. I paid for luggage and had proof. Ground crew said no record of it and I had to pay again. Now have to involve my credit card company. 2. Ground crew was extremely rude. 3. Flight delayed an hour and a half."

Voordelen: "First flight from Nice to Casablanca was delayed 40 minutes out of 120 between flights. Crew assisted me in getting from one to the other. Big bonus: my checked luggage made it to the second flight!"

Voordelen: "Nothing. Example - I asked the crew to clear my plates and they kept saying they’d come back to do it (3 different people refused) because I had a salad from outside. The guy sitting in the aisle next to me eventually cleared it."

Nadelen: "A Final Boarding call was announced at the appointed boarding time for us to stand in the cold gang-way a further five minutes before proceeding outside to board the plane. Neither entertainment nor a safety briefing were provided before taking off. Attendant alerted us to a 'problem with the flight' but was incomprehensible over the speaker, as with any subsequent announcements."

Nadelen: "For starters the female flight attendants were very rude. Really unprofessional and lacking costumer service experience. The aircraft was messy and unclean. The entertainment screen freezes and unresponsive. They need replacing. And the delay was the icing on the cake. Royal Air Maroc is the worst airline company one can ever fly with. Even budget companies such as Easy Jet and Ryan Air provide better service. Not recommended at all people."

Nadelen: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."
Voordelen: "The computer check in service is very good and very quick and check-in my bag in then went through security check was very quick so I went through to the duty free shops enjoyed looking at all the different things which can be printed on your boarding pass what you've bought then you wait to board the flight we boarded the plane and found my seat easy the flight took off and the service was very good I was able to eat most of the food I watched my dvds after then we landed going through security was quick then I collected my luggage and then I exited the airport."
Nadelen: "The only thing I didn't like to much was the starter it was very spicy as I've ibs if you could do Salmon flake all the time I would be able to eat this but not spicy food."
Voordelen: "The flight out of JFK to Casablanca was on time and checking in was extremely fast. We flew out and arrived early. The plane itself was very clean and organized, and was mostly empty, giving me enough space to have two seats for myself."
Nadelen: "The entertainment center (screen) stopped an hour before the plane landed. I was in the middle of watching The Greatest Showman, so that was pretty rude. Other than that it was great."

Nadelen: "There were a lot of screaming babies, but this can happen on any flight."
Voordelen: "The crew was really nice. The person sitting next to me smelled terrible and made me feel sick to my stomach, so I approached a steward, who was very understanding and let me move seats. I ended up getting a whole row to myself since the flight wasn’t completely booked!"
Nadelen: "There was some disorganization at the beginning. I was not really sure what was going on, but we had to move gates and everything. It ended up being fine, though. The guy sitting next to me had horrible body odor, but a steward let me change seats. And a guy behind me was snoring VERY loudly throughout the whole flight, but that couldn’t really be helped by the airline."
Voordelen: "Flight was very comfortable, and short we got there in less than 7 hours. The staff was friendly"

Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit chaotic with passengers made to wait in the jetway for 10-15 minutes until boarding continued. Board when the plane doors are open!"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 6 hours with no explanation. There is zero organization or efficiency. Never taking this airline again."

Nadelen: "Both of the aircraft I took today were substandard. Parts were missing and broken. The staff on the first was surly. The check-in process was a mess. Why print zones on a boarding card when RAM never uses zones? No announcements in the boarding area. And on and on. Worst airline I've ever flown on. And I've flown on more than a hundred. You can't expect people to visit if you can't provide the professional service they deserve. Also..., what's with Moroccan security? Why should I have to clear customs for national flights?"
Voordelen: "This ia a great flight, i wouldn't to board time and again. ROYAL AIR MAROC"
Nadelen: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "I did not like the blugs to use for the mobile charger.they were std french type I wish you will make it universal."

Voordelen: "We got to Dakar safely and on time"
Nadelen: "Boarding was unnecessarily chaotic The plane from Casablanca to Dakar was filthy. The trash had been picked up, but there was spilled food all over, like no one ever wipes things down in the procès of cleaning. No soap in the bathroom either. The Dakar airport isnt ready to open yet. Jet bridges aren’t working, they couldn’t find a stair to fit the plane for a while. Luggage is piled all over the terminal. Half the luggage from the plane arrived promptly, the other half took 45 minutes."
Nadelen: "The flight was more than one hour late, and I was told not to worry and that my connecting flight would wait. Not only was that false information (it didn't wait), but I was put on a flight hours later and got no compensation or even an apology. It should also be stated that Casablanca airport was in a state of chaos when I transited, with no one in charge of directing people towards connections, passengers fighting, screaming and forcing their way through security. If Royal Air Maroc wants to continue expanding and attracting passengers, Casablanca airport needs to be able to handle large numbers of transiting passengers both in terms of infrastructure and ground personnel handling traffic and rebookings."
Nadelen: "and i lost my bag as there were an overwight n the flight so air maroc decided to leave 17 bags behind. it is not received so far. no entertainment on the flight, food was bad, the craft was dirty."
Nadelen: "the flight was delayed for 2 hours,"
Nadelen: "Oman airlines refused to board in zurich without any intimation neither from airlines nor from agency I am an heart patient and got mild stroke when I heard this and I paid 550 Swiss Frances to take the same flight on same time I need to peruse this case on top priority and reimburse the payment. Awaiting for your urgent reply. I want to know what could be the reason before I need to take further action."
Voordelen: "Happy with the service overall ,staff were very helpful and pleasant."
Nadelen: "but toilets need more attention, like soap and paper towels weren’t there at all,"
Voordelen: "Aircraft in excellent condition unlike other RAM planes to other destinations. Food quality is great and so is service. Staff were friendly and the flight was on-time."
Voordelen: "Nothing to note. Very basic. Price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for."
