Nadelen: "Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom). Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

Reserved a seat on aisle of 3 seats side section so my left leg could stretch out after surgery but they changed aircraft type w/ only 2 seats on side without notification, so my right leg had the aisle."

Nadelen: "I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Nadelen: "We specifically paid and picked seats in advance towards the front of the plane and when we checked in at the counter the day of they reassigned us to different seats that they choose at the back of the plane without giving us any type of explanation for doing so. What was the point then in charging us extra to pick our seats?! Also when the person in front of you reclines their seat back you are left with very little room."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Voordelen: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."

Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Nadelen: "There is so little legroom, that I my legs had to be in the isle all the time and I had to get up every time the cart needed to pass."

Voordelen: "There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God."

Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Nadelen: "The queue to check in that was caused partly by weighing cases for the cargo hold and trying to charge extra at a higher 'desk rate' forcing people to either pay the desk rate or open their bags and transfer stuff to their carry on bag. The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."

Nadelen: "No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

Nadelen: "Luggage was damaged hard. Can't reach support online or offline (Tel). I tried to reach today via Facebook page message"

Voordelen: "Staff were pleasant, eager to help, efficient. Flight arrived early."
Nadelen: "A long time standing waiting for boarding - no seats."

Voordelen: "The prompt staff"
Nadelen: "It was SO hot and when you're cramped like that, the temperature can make you panic a little bit. Did not get cooler in the air, and they made you pay for drinks!!! Even water! Nothing "easy" about this jet."

Voordelen: "The allocated seating system avoids having to rush onboard to claim your seat. In the past it became quite chaotic when boarding the plane."
Nadelen: "The long wait to board our plane especially when it was so hot and clammy."

Voordelen: "Cheap and fast flight."
Nadelen: "No check in luggage is included and they don't tell you that when you're ordering tickets for a connecting flight. If you don't order check in luggage when purchasing the tickets they will charge you double the rate at the counter. Ripoff!"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "2 hours delayed"

Nadelen: "Even if the plane had plenty of overhead space available, the EasyJet crew refused to let us bring our carry ons on board and charged us 60 euros to check them. It was absolutely unreasonable and unfair as the passengers that boarded first were able to bring all their bags on board and we were penalized for being further down in line."

Voordelen: "The online booking & check in saved time. Process from baggage check in to boarding were smooth & hassle-free. That's what I need for a short flight. Will recommend to my brother when he & his wife travel to Europe end of this year"
Nadelen: "No time so approached the counter staff at the airport about baggage hold, info provided was not complete. Luckily found some time to double check online, saved €€€ on baggage hold. Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight."

Voordelen: "Old dirty plane. Horrible loading not very organized"
Nadelen: "Needs to be cleaner, better organized"

Voordelen: "Boarding was late but fast. Dinner was good. Seating space was fine"
Nadelen: "Your staff seemed serious and competent but not friendly."

Nadelen: "They could have not been 2.5 hours late leaving my origin city and causing me to miss both of my connecting flights"

Nadelen: "Flight to Lagos."

Voordelen: "Nothing was very good."
Nadelen: "Long delay for taking off, probably because of the late arrival of my first flight. This whole airline must just always be an hour late. My bag didn’t make it to Miami, I have no idea what continent it’s even on."

Nadelen: "There was nothing about the trip to like. I still have not made it to Agadir. The flight in Denver was delayed two hours, causing my family to miss all connections. This I turn required me to fork out $1000 additional to make it to my final destination."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Hiring more friendly customer service and understand your customers."

Nadelen: "The business class seats were not comfortable. The volume on my tv was not working . Food was dry and bland. The dressing to the salad was so thick it didn’t come out of the bottle ."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "They didnt bring my bag from Dubai i had to stay 1 day without clothes"

Voordelen: "Niks leuk ,"
Nadelen: "Lange vertraging langer dan 3 uur , slecht communicatie naar klanten toe , waardeloos personeel"

Voordelen: "Crew, aircraft"

Voordelen: "I liked the Dreamliner aircraft over Atlantic."
Nadelen: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."

Voordelen: "The computer check in service is very good and very quick and check-in my bag in then went through security check was very quick so I went through to the duty free shops enjoyed looking at all the different things which can be printed on your boarding pass what you've bought then you wait to board the flight we boarded the plane and found my seat easy the flight took off and the service was very good I was able to eat most of the food I watched my dvds after then we landed going through security was quick then I collected my luggage and then I exited the airport."
Nadelen: "The only thing I didn't like to much was the starter it was very spicy as I've ibs if you could do Salmon flake all the time I would be able to eat this but not spicy food."

Voordelen: "Or was ok. Relaxed staff which was nice"
Nadelen: "Enjoy plane but wasn't easy selecting a seat"

Voordelen: "Friendly staff, nice cabin, good movie selection"

Voordelen: "The crew was really nice. The person sitting next to me smelled terrible and made me feel sick to my stomach, so I approached a steward, who was very understanding and let me move seats. I ended up getting a whole row to myself since the flight wasn’t completely booked!"
Nadelen: "There was some disorganization at the beginning. I was not really sure what was going on, but we had to move gates and everything. It ended up being fine, though. The guy sitting next to me had horrible body odor, but a steward let me change seats. And a guy behind me was snoring VERY loudly throughout the whole flight, but that couldn’t really be helped by the airline."

Nadelen: "Everything, the crew the service the food. Very bad airline .I wil will be er recommend or use again"

Voordelen: "I liked the hospitality of the flight attendants"
Nadelen: "We left a little past the expected time"

Voordelen: "Royal Air Maroc was ok on the way there even if they had cancelled the initial flight without any explanation."
Nadelen: "Royal Air Maroc canceled both their outward and inbound flights on two separate occasions resulting in 2 X 30 minutes calls to my airline for them to fix it. For the returning flight it meant putting me on another airline resulting in a long stopover without any additional compensation."

Voordelen: "Everything"
Nadelen: "Paying for luggage twice"

Voordelen: "Good"

Voordelen: "This ia a great flight, i wouldn't to board time and again. ROYAL AIR MAROC"
Nadelen: "NOTHING"

Nadelen: "I waited for 3hours 30mins at the airport without food or water. It wasn't like that sometime back."

Voordelen: "On return trip, boarding was better and crew was more attentive than outbound flight. There’s still room to kick it up a notch—hot towel service, better food options."

Nadelen: "The flight was more than one hour late, and I was told not to worry and that my connecting flight would wait. Not only was that false information (it didn't wait), but I was put on a flight hours later and got no compensation or even an apology. It should also be stated that Casablanca airport was in a state of chaos when I transited, with no one in charge of directing people towards connections, passengers fighting, screaming and forcing their way through security. If Royal Air Maroc wants to continue expanding and attracting passengers, Casablanca airport needs to be able to handle large numbers of transiting passengers both in terms of infrastructure and ground personnel handling traffic and rebookings."

Nadelen: "and i lost my bag as there were an overwight n the flight so air maroc decided to leave 17 bags behind. it is not received so far. no entertainment on the flight, food was bad, the craft was dirty."

Voordelen: "Service is good"
Nadelen: "Luggage didn’t make it to Madrid"

Voordelen: "the food, and comfort"
Nadelen: "The staff in Casablanca at the checkin point was extremely racist. When we are humans, and paying for airfaire we do not deserve to be treated less than dogs."

Voordelen: "The crew on the plane was pleasant"

Voordelen: "Not much to like other than i didn't miss my flight"
Nadelen: "Boarding was a nogjmare. Crew guy tried to make us check in our hand luggage. Not sure why. And we left later than expected."

Voordelen: "COnnecting flight from Casablanca to JFK was great. First flight from AMS to Casablanca was not great. The plane was dirty and it smelled. Also, I was not provided the vegetarian meal I requested so I did not eat that occurred on both flights so I ate candy for 12 hours. Not cool"
Nadelen: "Was not given meal requested"

Voordelen: "No foods"

Nadelen: "luggage did not come through from my connecting flight. very disappointed."

Voordelen: "When they cancelled and rebooked my flight, they covered hotel, airport transfer, and meals."
Nadelen: "RAM cancelled and rebooked my flight without warning. I waited for 3 hours but they refused to release my luggage, so I didn't have any personal effects during 24 hour layover. Had to wait around a long time for transfer to the hotel."

Voordelen: "Punctual leg of the trip."
Nadelen: "Disorganized boarding, old plane. Rude service."

Voordelen: "Some of the staff were dismissive and rushed."

Voordelen: "The transit service was very nice. The free hotel service was also very nice while in transit. Overall it was great first time experience as I was a bit hesitant to fly with RAM at first, but the flight went smooth."
Nadelen: "As I got to my destination, I including many others did not receive all their luggages, some didn't get any of their luggages until the next day. One of my luggages arrived on time, the other one came the next day but nothing was stolen. Thank God. That was the only CON"

Voordelen: "Flight was on time, and there was an open middle seat between my seatmate and me, giving us a little extra space."
Nadelen: "Rudeness and disorderliness of security staff in transit area. Airline needs to work with airport to better organize flow. Would not choose to transit at Casablanca airport if I didn't have to."

Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly. It was nice to have a free meal and coffee offered."

Nadelen: "This is the dirtiest airplane I have ever been on - the seats were stained. Dried food and drink spots were on the wall, back of the.seats and trays - flying on the plane made me feel physically ill. If at all possible, I will never fly this airline again."

Nadelen: "Airlines' representative (Moroccan male at Beirut airport) was shouting at a lady with her kid at Beirut Airport. It was my first time to witness such an unprofessional behavior from airline's staff."

Voordelen: "The crew were nice and helpful"
Nadelen: "No onboard entertainment Very uncomfortable seats"

Nadelen: "Boarding was unorganized chaotic. I sat in the back of the plane; it smelled like urine, possibly because of proximity to the bathroom."

Voordelen: "Crew, price"
Nadelen: "No entertainment."

Nadelen: "Airport security took forever and was very disorganized. Bathrooms were filthy. A man was washing his feet in the sink and only four bathroom stalls worked. After our plane ride, the airline lost my bag. I had to receive help from another airline agent since no one from Royal Air Maroc provided clear guidance. The front desk made me feel a sheet and gave me their phone number to call. I called 10 times at different times during the two hours that they should be working but no one ever answered. I left a voicemail and have not been contacted yet. I have no information about my missing bag after they failed to track where it should have been. Do not recommend this airline."

Voordelen: "Smooth flight!!"
Nadelen: "Staff was not very friendly Plane seems dirty - hair(not mine) all over pillow and blanket Announcement system not clear Legroom not sufficient"

Voordelen: "There was no information about our flight delay. No message in the waiting area. No attendant to distribute information until after the time to depart had come and gone. Only then did some one come to tell us the flight was delayed. Then the departure time kept changing. From 4 am to 2:15 to 2:40. And our seating assignments were disrupted so it became first come first serve."
Nadelen: "The airline was kind enough to put us up in a hotel but again, we weren't told about the change in departure time so we didn't know why we had to take the shuttle back to the airport before midnight. in the end, we only had about 4 hours at the hotel."
