Voordelen:: De locatie was voor ons om naar het IWM in London te gaan. Dit was zeer dichtbij. Er was niet doorgekomen dat wij aparte bedden wilden, dit heeft de receptie keurig voor ons opgelost, ondanks de drukte. Baliepersoneel is zeer vriendelijk en wil echt helpen. Ook krijg je een drankje bij binnenkomst tijdens het wachten om je gegevens in te voeren.

Nadelen:: First time in this hotel, and to be honest, quite disappointing. Firstly, sound proof was very bad, we could hear the television sound from the next room though out all night. Secondly, the bathroom was designed poorly, the water goes all over the floor after taking a shower, which makes it very wet and slippery. We paid for almost £280 per night, and I don’t think is worth it.

Nadelen:: I was charged again for the room, even though my company already paid for my stay. I advised this to the night porter and shown him my invoice but he still charged me. The night porters English wasn't the best so i think it was crossed wires. Fortunately i manged to get this refunded to myself but it was an inconvenience on the night.
