Voordelen:: Excellent renovation of an old building. Very modern facilities, good breakfast choices.

Nadelen:: The bed pushed against the wall on one side.

Voordelen:: De locatie was fijn in een leuke wijk in Londen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamers waren klein maar erg modern.

Nadelen:: Je hoort wat geluid van de metro die onder het hotel doorrijdt. De kamers hebben bovendien vrij weinig daglicht.

Nadelen:: The glass box bathroom and no natural light, when we paid for a window.

Voordelen:: Zeer mooie en nette kamers. Goede locatie. Prijs/kwaliteit voor Londen top. Vriendelijk personeel, die gasten goed in de watten leggen.

Nadelen:: In de kamer zonder raam beneden is er vrij veel (storend) geluid te horen vanop de gang. Deur sluit geluid niet af.

Nadelen:: Rooms are very small with rock hard beds. There were clumps of hair in the shower and blowing around on the floor. There are no phones in the room so I had to dial using the external number to contact reception. I can't recommend this hotel at all!

Nadelen:: Had to send my burger back one night because it was bright pink. Room service was definitely not as good as it could have been. Ordered a pizza the night after and it tasted too strongly of parsley. That would be my only issue.

Breakfast service didn’t have enough staff for non Hilton honours members, it wasn’t our servers fault she was brilliant and doing her best, but cleared the table while we were waiting but left food waste and actimel containers in the floor

Voordelen:: Good location close to two tube stations. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Nadelen:: No air conditioning, hallways and room were very warm. Fan in room helped a bit, but still warm.

Voordelen:: The reception were delightful and helpful! They kindly moved me to a quiet room off the main road at my request. The room itself was basic and clean, but that's all I wanted and the price was right for it! My friends were staying at the Rosewood for our friends Wedding. I don't see the point in spending hundreds of pounds when you are hardly in the hotel room anyway.

Nadelen:: I didn't like not having a bath. But for $100.00 per night for a few days, I survived this first world problem!

Voordelen:: Good value . Great to have a swimming pool.

Voordelen:: The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was excellent with really good food options within a five minute walk. Particularly the street vendors.

Nadelen:: Location is a bit out of the way. Check out and check in process is needlessly long whether it’s their system or pace of staff. Steam room was out of action with no prior notification. Staff lost my luggage when I stored it with them

Nadelen:: We asked for family or adjoining rooms( as we had 3 kids with us ) 9 months in advance. Was informed straight away there was no adjoining rooms but they would do their best. So I rang again a week before I arrived to check again on rooms together. When we got there our rooms were not together and they said there was nothing they could do as they dont have many family rooms and they are not together. But looking at the map of rooms I didn't see a size difference for a family room to regular room. So was disappointed.

Voordelen:: The location was very good for us, with quick and easy access to Camden and Holloway. The breakfast was better than adequate and we didn't expect luxurious surroundings for the price we paid. The lady in charge was very pleasant and willing to be of assistance.

Nadelen:: Once we had set our budget, our expectations were tailored accordingly. So, for that reason only, there's nothing we didn't like.

Voordelen:: Nothing.

Nadelen:: Everything was terrible: staff, communication, location, hygiene, rooms... they were so tiny that you could wash your feet, pee and brush your teeth at the same time. No communication whatsoever, no answer to our complaints. Nobody at the reception during opening hours. SHAME. Never again!!!

Voordelen:: Great location in North London. It is 5 minutes walking from Tufnell Park tube station and 10 minutes from Holloway road where you can get several buses to the downtown. The staff are very nice and friendly.

Nadelen:: The wifi might work better and the water pressure of the shower should be stronger.

Voordelen:: The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a black line of underground called Tufnell Park. The breakfast is very simple white or brown toast, butter, Nutella, jam and 4 kinds of cereals, available cooked breakfast contain eggs, bacon, and beans. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. We left every day in the morning and come back in the evening, so we really did not spend much time in the hotel. There was one lady doing everything from reception to cooking breakfast, she was really kind and nice.

Nadelen:: The only thing was that the wifi really wasn't working at all, we are at the first floor so I am not sure if there were many people on it although the location was very good and reception strong or they just turned off because around 10 am when everyone was gone, wi-fi worked perfectly. We were on the 1st floor so, in the morning, you could smell toast from the toasters.

Nadelen:: Kamer was te klein, we konden amper bewegen. Badkamer was eigenlijk een douche met een toilette in en lavabo en spiegel. Douchegordijn hing vol schimmel. In’t plafond stak een ventilator als airco, is in jaren niet uitgekuist. Vasttapijt in de kamer helemaal veroudert. Ontbijt was niet vers (behalve de eitjes die door de gastvrouw gebakken werden op aanvraag). WiFi was niet sterk genoeg en de televisie viel om de haverklap uit. Er stonden 2 of 3 nachtlampjes die helemaal niet werkte. Ook in het raam was een ventilator om de kamer te verluchten maar die hebben we niet opgezet uit schrik schimmels en bacteriën binnen te krijgen. Geen water of ander drinken op de kamer. In de lobby was een kofftieautomaat dat de hele tijd buiten gebruik was.

Voordelen:: Having read some bad reviews I like to make my own mind up , The property was clean , the lady was friendly and made conversation not at all rude , she clearly works hard . The room was a good size and very clean , beds comfortable , shared bathroom was always clean , hot water and good pressure , the breakfast was fresh and hot . I would stay again , location is good £7 Uber to the city center . I send this as a work with my family coming up for the night , it was safe and quiet , my little boy thought the lady was lovely .

Nadelen:: Overall, our experience was very negative. We were left outside the B&B for about 20 minutes when we first arrived after ring the bell a couple of times. I assumed no one was in, so I called the number provided by the hotel on my booking confirmation. I got through to the manager who told me to ring the bell again and that he would contact the receptionist who was in. Rang the bell again, and the receptionist answered. Everything was fine, she then got a call from the manager while we were checking in. Her attitude completely changed when she got off the phone, and wouldn't listen when we said we were ringing the bell for 20 minutes and that's why we called. She told us we didn't ring the bell. My partner apologised to keep the peace and off we went to our room. On the final night of our stay, we wanted to make a mug of tea in the kitchen. My partner went to make it and found the receptionist was also in the kitchen. He asked if it would be alright to make tea, and she was very dismissive and rude, saying it wasn't allowed and only at breakfast. She was very unprofessional in how she addressed him and made him very uncomfortable. Once she "gave us permission", my partner had gotten the hot water and was looking for the milk. He asked her and she kept saying that she "told him already" and that it was upstairs at reception in the machine. She raised her voice at him and at this point, he just returned to our room without milk as he felt very uncomfortable about the whole confrontation. If guests aren't allowed in the kitchen during the day/night, why not just place a kettle in each room? We felt so unwelcome and unwanted at the Five Kings Hotel that we were excited to check out. It impacted our trip a lot and I hope the hotel use this review to improve the conditions of the B&B. We do not recommend this B&B.

Voordelen:: It was cheap for being bank holiday in London and the location was good, 20 min walk to Camden and the bus stop about 5-10 min away, the area was lovely

Nadelen:: The shower was inside the room and the toilet room was very small. The doors were always slamming even when you didn't wanted, walls a bit too thin. If you lose your key the amount that you need to pay I personally found it a bit excessive £100. Breakfast it's ok, I would might, reduce the basic breakfast and improve the full English as it was bacon ,eggs and beans (not very form them) and they didn't asked you if you wanted the eggs in any way, they were dry everyday. The reception wasn't open 24h, it isn't a problem but it would be helpful. However, it's alright for what your pay.

Nadelen:: It was very basic and not in the slightest cosy. The breakfast was very poor.

Voordelen:: Bed was hard. Had to ask for extra pillows (only one each provided) Room small, side light on one side of bed only. Shower was good and hot. Basic breakfast.

Voordelen:: Vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Nadelen:: Afwerking van het hotel, alle badkamertegels waren bv gebarsten. Schimmel aan de scheiding muur plafond. Kwaliteit van de bedden (volledig doorgezakt). Geen airco nog luchteenheid. Tot slot kan je een beter ontbijt krijgen in de plaatselijke supermarkt . Sponsbrood en croissants uit een zak, koffie die niet te pruimen is en fruitsap uit een karton.

Nadelen:: Room was tiny and claustrophobic and breakfast was bog standard fare
