Voordelen:: It’s an excellent building with high ceilings and very four seasons style.

Nadelen:: You cannot open any windows even I the rooms look Inside the building , so no fresh air which I do find it very healthy, very slow room service after midnight.

Nadelen:: Niks Zwembad was gesloten maar was duidelijk van op voorhand

Voordelen:: It’s new; not fully break in in all aspects. But least it’s at basic four season standard. It has potential to improve when staff become more experienced. The spa over all design and jet pool implementation are top of the world in light usage category. I mean number of concurrent user and work load. The pump do not have self cool off timer so it can’t be used continuously for extended time. The heritage I room is grand and super comfortable and functional. Luxury. The food at all day dining provide excellent selection and quality and still within very reasonable price. Hard to find in London.

Nadelen:: Staff is not fully trained: 1)up on check in, I had been asked for number of people stay in my room. If I do need to do so, I will book a category that provide extra bed. Though I have tons of luggage as result of a full month travel from snow to beach. 2)when I ask for catch up. The waitress hand over and open on top of table then put it to plate.normally I would have a plate with unopened to serve in most of hotels. Few time I might have it opened before it placed over. Maybe do it near our table just like bottle of waters. But I never experience a pair of hands operate that in front of our eyes and on top of our food. 3)this is a bit disgusting so skip it if you do not ... The man’s toilets over flood and the unspoken material ..... but spa staff placed a working sign at location that you have to reach the point that your foot has already stepped on top of the condemned material to read. This can be totally avoided if they just block the door let to there. 4) a couple was doing unspeakable thing infront of my full family at spa pool. My son told me he reported to staff and didn’t let me know. I discovered it when staff come back for follow up. Nice looking design but not practical: Some grid like design make wall looks nice but hard to clean. If clean too often the grid will be damaged. So no way out. Build quality and material: The shower pipe has multiple location leaking water when volume is moderate. The water in toilet spilled out when flush. The marble on wall is much worse than floor and fractured multiple location. I guess it’s damaged before or during build. The concierge and doorman are excellent.

Nadelen:: The was only one issue there was no information about insurance which was 250£ but this is a minor issue the real one that i had to wait for 3 weeks to get it back It’s Truly unfortunate because i told the Reception that I want to pay for the room by visa and I want to pay for the insurance by cash but they mix it all up

Voordelen:: The staff was very informed and accomodating. The room met our expectations and beyond. The view from our balcony was amazing. We were celebrating our anniversary and upon arriving we had a beautiful desert awaiting us in our room wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the Tower Bridge and many other attractions and if not the subway station was within a block. We would be more than happy to stay at the Apex again.

Voordelen:: Staff were friendly and receptive, we were able to check in early and was even upgraded! It looked and was luxurious! The bed was incredibly comfy! Location brilliant! An overall brilliant stay, we shall be returning!

Voordelen:: Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, the food at the restaurant is delicious, and the location is great. Tower Hill tube station is just across the road, the Tower of London and Tower Bridge are a 5 minute walk, and there are tons of great pubs and restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern and very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to London.

Voordelen:: Bed was extra comfy. Every detail was carefully thought about. Our balcony was massive! Breakfast was lovely! Hairdryer was really good too! Ironing board on room was great! It was my husbands 50th birthday and on arrival was apiece of lovely cake on a plate with happy birthday on it!

Voordelen:: Reception polite, well covered and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern and in great condition. Bar staff and breakfast staff cheery and polite. Breakfast was lovely. All in all - very good

Voordelen:: Everything. They upgraded our room for my 30th birthday celebrations. A dessert (amazing cake) with best wishes on my birthday was waiting in our room. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice building and interior. Very good location.

Nadelen:: Dat ik bij binnenkomst gevraagd werd wat voor soort ontbijt ik wilde. Dat bepaal ik liever als ik aan het ontbijt verschijn.

Voordelen:: The hotel was absolutely beautiful.

Nadelen:: We had some trouble with checking into the hotel and spent almost an hour standing at the reception desk before being checked in. We had paid for a double room with included both a shower and separate bath. There was no bath. The room itself looked nice but was not as big as advertised. We came back to the room after enjoying drinks and entertainment downstairs within the hotel. Pulled back the bed covers to find a nice dirty sock that didn’t belong to us. In the morning we woke up to a foul blocked toilet that absolutely stank and was quite obviously out of use. We called the hotel staff who told us there wasn’t actually anything they could do about it immediately and would send an engineer. However the issue still wasn’t even attended to by the time we checked out. Extremely disappointing given the amazing reviews we read about before choosing this hotel.

Nadelen:: when we checked in the “pre authorisation” was not explained to use properly. Therefore they was going to charge us twice. However when addressed we relieved a complimentary breakfast and free late check out. Also booking.com said we got breakfast included within the price and when We arrived this was not the case. When we called booking.com they was extremely rude and they hung up on us. TERRIBLE customer service.

Voordelen:: I have not had such great service in a very long time. From the moment I was at the front of the hotel every person I came in contact with, was helpful and had such great attitudes. I will be staying here in the near future!

Voordelen:: Eggs cooked exactly how I had ordered. Good price. Great butter. The rooms and communal areas are exquisite. Elegant feel without being stuffy.

Nadelen:: Their deposit and refund to account policy could be more transparent. Quite confusing.

Voordelen:: Alles wat je nodig hebt in een hotel was aanwezig. Het personeel herkende ons al na 1 keer zien en groette ons steeds erg aardig. Verder zagen het hotel en de kamer er prachtig uit en was het ook een heerlijke luxe om te kunnen kiezen uit meerdere restaurants voor ontbijt/lunch/dinner.

Nadelen:: Het feit dat je moet bij betalen voor het zwembad en de gym vond ik erg jammer. Daarnaast vond ik het vervelend dat er geen raam open kon in de kamer. Het feit dat je al best wat betaald voor een kamer maar dat je er daarnaast nog wel wat dingen moet 'bijbetalen' vonden wij wat minder.

Voordelen:: I love the amenities in the toilet and the courteousness of the staff. You have all you need for your stay.The location is superb and the antic nature of the property lingers in my memory. To put simply , its heaven for lovers. However, the breakfast is not so fantastic. I really did not enjoy it.

Nadelen:: breakfast. There should be better option from different available 7 restaurants on the ground floor

Voordelen:: Personeel erg vriendelijk, elke deur wordt voor je open gehouden. Luxe straalt er aan alle kanten van af. Kamer werd 2x per dag verzorgd. Hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook erg centraal gelegen, binnen 5 minuten ben je op een van de grootste stations van Londen. Heeft alle verwachtingen overtroffen. Zeker waar voor je geld.

Voordelen:: Perfecte locatie, dichtbij metro, goed restaurant (begane grond) met heerlijk ontbijt en diner. Gedurende dit weekend hadden we een avond een brandalarm en de andere avond (wellicht langer maar dat weten wij niet) geen water. Voor ons werd het prima opgelost (ontbijt 2x gratis).

Voordelen:: The room was very clean and well presented. Would 100% recommend.

Voordelen:: The facilities and the room itself exceeded our expectations. We arrived to be told our room had been upgraded which was fantastic thank you very much.

Nadelen:: We were kept up most of the night due to scaffolding work that was being carried out opposite which wasn’t pleasant as we paid so much for a room we could hardly sleep in. Also, slightly gutted that we was looking forward to the secret garden bar that we were not allowed to even go to or experience as there was a private party. Overall I’m not very impressed with the £360 I have paid.

Voordelen:: We loved the art, the music and the atmosphere. Staff were amazing and rooms were second to none.

Nadelen:: Not putting a dog bowl in my mums room - we don’t have dogs mixed up with another guest but sorted swiftly. I didn’t like that we could use the secret garden much as there were functions on. Should let guests know in advance.

Voordelen:: The staff that we encountered on Checkin in were great. They were amazing and very accommodating. Some staff in the outdoor bar were not that nice when they saw us. Which was sad

Nadelen:: The actually room wasn’t that great. Paid for 2 add ins and they didn’t leave up to anyone’s expectations. Considering this was for a wedding nights stay- not very good. Phone and remote control laced with dirt- byway disgusting.

Voordelen:: The hotel was imaculate, the restuarant was great and the staff were very helpful

Voordelen:: The location is very convenienct both for business and sightseeting. The room was reasonably spacious and quiet.

Nadelen:: The lobby near the reception was not scpacious enough, although I feel it might be inevitable due to the lacation (the city centre).

Voordelen:: Everything. Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Basic things you need are there but comfortable for your stay. I love how it is close to most things that I wanted to do. Easy to get around.

Nadelen:: House keeping knocking on the door at 9am and charging into the room and again at 10:30 when check out isn't till 12.

Nadelen:: Douche vloer is glad, misschien ook doordat het wat schuin loopt. De douche is erg open waardoor de badkamer nat wordt

Voordelen:: The location next to the business district, modern facilities, a walk to the London bridge tourist area. Great plesant customer service staff

Nadelen:: THE WEED/CANNABIS SMELL!!!!! Whenever you leave your room with aircon on, the moment you come back you will smell a strong weed like smell throughout the whole room. Number of times we we came back from sightseeing, we would have to open our door to the foyer hallway to air out the smell. The staff said it was due to the outside gutter smell of London and the staff were kind enough to offer a change of room the following monday as they were very booked out that weekend however since we just arrived after a 22hr flight from Australia we were just really tired.

Voordelen:: Mooi hotel voor een prima prijs, bij ons volgende bezoek slapen wij weer hier. Personeel is vriendelijk. Top locatie!!! 2 min lopen naar de underground..
