Voordelen:: The Arch is een kleinschalig boetiekhotel wat het een zeer gezellig en warm gevoel geeft maar je toch nog je intimiteit kan behouden . Het interieur is super ! Hedendaags design maar met toch de typische cosy engelse elementen. Het ontbijt was fantastisch . Nooit moeten wachten . Klein buffetje aanwezig , voor de rest wordt alles aan tafel gebracht . Men kan kiezen uit verschillende warme ontbijtgerechten die heerlijk waren . Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam vooral de mensen van de receptie . Niets is teveel gevraagd .

Nadelen:: Hotel was on the tail end of renovations and handover to new owner. Not a big deal but did take away from the overall feel of hotel at ground level.

Nadelen:: The room was noisy from neighbouring family with children running around shouting . The pillows are not plump enough . At breakfast the buffet was not topped up regularly & when it was the egg & mushrooms were not hot. The spa had run out of Robes & I would suggest a few more than 4 beds around the pool I don’t wish to sound so negative , our first trip to this hotel few years ago was fabulous , hence our return. Most of these problems I am sure wouldn’t occur on future visit

Nadelen:: The room needed to be cleaned better, There was a piece of chocolate wrap underneath the curtain which was from previous guests and no one took it out. They gave me a floor towel for the toilet which had black stains on it which looked like it was from a shoe or something.

Nadelen:: We stayed in an Executive room with access to the Lounge where breakfast was free. And as the old adage goes.... you get what you pay for ! The eggs were inedible and other food seemed stale. No bottles of water / diet soda in the lounge. Over an 8 night stay, we ate there ONCE. There was LOUD renovation noise all day long. The room requires more lighting and the decor seems very dated. Housekeeping needs help - some days they replaced the hand towels, some days they didnt. Some days the room wasnt turned down till past 6 pm. We had an important package delivered to the hotel - left with the Concierge. On checking, they said they had not received it. We followed up the next day and they "found it". Apologized for not delivering it earlier. Overall, the Concierge service is condescending at best.

Regret breakfast very poor - Gordon Ramsay would be embaressed with his own restaurant in the mornings.

The night manger that was on the clock at the time, helped us and arranged a cab with reasonable price which saved us from a tedious journey. Kudos to him( I hope I am remembering his name correctly, I think it was Pershat). Thank you!

Voordelen:: This is not the first time I stay at Holiday Inn Regent’s Park. I very much like the location of this hotel, in the heart of Fitzrovia, close to Marylebone Road and Oxford Circus. The staff is very nice, the rooms I had were always very clean and the beds comfy.
Nadelen:: The hotel moved its check in hour to 3 pm. This can be quite late for travelers like me, who arrive by early morning flights and then have to wander around before getting to their room. Also, the breakfast used to be richer (more variety), but the food is still fresh and of good quality.

Nadelen:: The vent was always on, which I presume is to ventilate the room considering it was on the basement floor. So although it did no bother me, a light sleeper might find it slightly noisy. You can hear the tube from outside when it passes by, and the room shakes a little when it happens, but again it did not bother me.

Far from what you'd expect from paying £330 for the night. We then complained and were ungraded (not sure you could call it that) to an executive room (550). The tv kept on turning on and off, and when on wouldnt show channels. The bedlinen had holes. The bathroom decor was crumbling (paint) and old. We were then interrupted by Housekeeping at 8.45am who wanted to service the room. Would not stay again.

Really good area the food was on par with the other publove hostels. I stayed here a few months back and it seemed like the staff at the time were struggling a bit this time around new staff and everythink seems to be running like clock work really good vibe the night porters are wicked bar staff really cool, showers always hot worth a stay

My rromate actually booked from 11-15 Sept but she checked out on the 12 Sept due to the room is too small. Not as per in the picture shown. My room is a Female Room for 3 pax but during the last night.....middle of the night, me & another lady from Brazil were awaken when the hostel staff came in to our room & asked whether we mind having a guy to stay in our room....since it was after midnight & both of us are checking out the next morning...we have agreed but if we were to check out later....we will not allow as this room is stated for FEMALE ONLY.

Nadelen:: Schoonmaak douche toilet combi op 2e verdieping(verdieping van kamer 4) Ik arriveerde op 21 aug rond 10:45 en ging naar dat toilet. Er zaten flinke poep spetters in de pot en lag een natte gebruikte handdoek op de grond naast achter de pot en een dekbedhoes als kleedje voor uit te stappen voor de douche.Toen ik' s avonds ging douchen/plassen lagen zelfde doeken en zelfde diaree sporen in de pot en de volgendemorgenom 8:45 bij volgende bezzoek weer. Inmiddels was eea natuurlijk ook wat viezer door verder gebruik en was wc papier op wat weer andere sporen opleverde(bloed/plasdruppels op bril)

I stayed here a few months back and it seemed like the staff at the time were struggling a bit this time around new staff and everythink seems to be running like clock work really good vibe the night porters are wicked bar staff really cool, showers always hot worth a stay

Nadelen:: Only one shower for 15 beds, shower was SO hot, boiling, no pressure. Dorm without window, beds with the shape of people s body, horrible smell. One toilet as well.

Great staff, all very helpful and welcoming. We had a fantastic room, spacious and we'll equipped. Room was quiet even though we were at the heart of London.

Nadelen:: The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at after 4pm. Then the receptionist told us he didn’t know When the room would be ready, not long hopefully, so we used a friends room to get ready and to leave our luggage as we had dinner plans. When we arrived back at the hotel after 9pm, we were told our room was ready. We went to our room which was clearly under renovation, dirty, unmade bed empty drink cartons and rubbish all over the bathroom floor. We went back to reception and the receptionist was unaware of the filthy room or that it was getting renovated. Room2 on another floor, no air conditioning, broken and when the maintenance guy came he said the hotel was aware but told him to show his face to keep the customer happy. What a diabolical way to treat paying customers. I WON’T BE RECOMMENDING YOUR HOTEL, YOUR ONLY INTERESTED IN MY MONEY NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE- SHAME ON YOU.

Took an age to check in we paid £13 each for breakfast no orange juice no water ran out off coffee toaster broke no eggs we were never offed a refund for breakfast just to fill in a complaint form it must have been the same experience for everyone who stayed as a gentleman refused to pay for his room and walked off with out paying would NOT STAY AGAIN we have stayed for the last two years for the Hyde Park radio 2 concert but not next year
