Voordelen:: The hotel is conveniently located near important and iconic tourist sites downtown and close to an underground station. The hotel was well-kept, rooms were clean, and hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Nadelen:: The price. It was a bit expensive for such a small room. I stayed in a queen bed room and it was difficult to move around the bed. Also, the rain shower did not have a lot of pressure. I would have liked to have a regular shower head instead of the rain shower one.

Voordelen:: The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. This is our second time staying there and we would definitely stay there again.

Nadelen:: Our room was a little small. We should have asked for an upgrade.

Nadelen:: Noise from a construction site in front of us from 6-7 am and also from lorries loading and unloading throughout the night. This could have been mitigated by a decent soundproof windows or a double layer. If I had known this was going to be the case I would have booked somewhere else, maybe not that nice and amazingly located, but probably way cheaper.

Nadelen:: Breakfast was a little expensive for what it offered.

Voordelen:: Amazing breakfasts, lovely happy hours on the front porch, free icream bar in the summer. Excellent location

Voordelen:: Even though the hotel is quite small it does give personalized care and has great facilities. Our room overlooked the square and was still quiet and serene. Room size a bit on the smallish side but not too small as to be inconvenient. Bathroom facilities clean and modern. Towels were always clean and fresh. And all the staff were very helpful and friendly. And not to forget the great location of this hotel, a few minutes walk from both Knightsbridge and King’s Road shopping areas. This was a return visit for me at the Hari and will definitely be staying here again.

Voordelen:: Bar and events supervisor I believe he just joined your company very recently, he was absolutely amazing he’s an asset to your hotel. We always stay at the Knightsbridge hotel when we visit London which is around 10 times a year but in future we will be staying here

Voordelen:: Clean, modern design, bathroom was sleek and simple, hotel was cozy and garden studio was great. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Nadelen:: Crowds in front of hotel every night , they shouldn’t allow this hotel is small and having such crowds make it uncomfortable for guests. Corridors in front of rooms always smelled like food, lots of guests threw stuff out the room and it would stay there all night.

Nadelen:: I have Two booking for 2 nights and they checked me out from the first room at 12:00 am And I have to wait around 4 hours to get my other room

Voordelen:: The breakfast was okay - average selection for a buffet. However, the location was fantastic.

Nadelen:: Where to begin... 1. The hotel rooms are VERY small - No sound proofing...if your neighbor shuts or opens their door at whatever time of the day then have no doubt you will hear it and if you are a light sleeper then good luck! 2. Service is very poor whether at the Italian restaurant or at reception. I paid a cash deposit and at checkout they said there was no record of any cash payment on their system..luckily, I had kept a copy of my receipt. Not to mention the time spent going back and forth on this issue. 3. I was in London to plan my wedding and chose to stay at The Hari for the convenience of the location however, I was unable to hold any meetings at the hotel or meet anybody in the lobby or the lobby bar due to the amount of kids aged 14-20 who were lined up on a daily basis from 6PM onwards in order to access the lobby bar for its famous doughnuts creating a huge inconvenience for in house guests not to mention the way the lobby looks every time you walked in or out.

Voordelen:: Fantastische ligging in Londen. Als je vanaf Heathrow komt pak je de Piccadilly lijn naar Knightbridge met vele mooie winkels. Vanaf het station is het ongeveer 8 minuten lopen naar het hotel. Check-in ging zeer snel en ook een mooie prachtige kamer. Schoon. Bedden lagen heerlijk! Op deze manier geniet je optimaal van Londen.

Nadelen:: Het ontbijt is zeer karig (in vergelijking met vele 5-sterren hotels elders in Europa. Jammer. Uiteindelijk ook besloten in Londen centrum om te gaan eten.

Voordelen:: Prachtig ingericht met veel smaak, luxe kamers en ruime badkamer, aardig en professionele staf, restaurant Il Pampero in het hotel is een echte aanrader

Voordelen:: Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Gave me a room reasonably fast despite my morning arrival before check in time. Very nice location, very professional staff all around. Comfortable bed, quiet room (no noise from the hallway). Very nice that there was vegan lunch menu. Close to lots of excellent restaurants as well. Solid upscale business/luxury hotel, but getting close to showing its age.

Nadelen:: Older Bathtub style shower. Have to step in and out. I prefer the more updated walk in style shower.

Voordelen:: I arrived al 2:30 and the room wasn’t ready I went for a walk and returned at 17:30 and the room wasn’t ready! I got ungry and they change me to a superior room, but it’s fine to have to wait for a room you have paid after 17:30!

Nadelen:: Front desk staff is chaotic. They were unable to provide a correct invoice after 5 requests (2x personal, 3x by e-mail, always spelling errors, always new staff dealing with issues etc). Front desk generally is mismanaged, I had to queue for check-out 15 mins while everything was dealt with already at check-in, but they refused to give an invoice then or to e-mail it automatically.

Voordelen:: Location, facilities in the lobby, staff. Stayed here before for a longer stay of 6 nights. Had a much better experience due to previous room location.

Nadelen:: The room 552 is not to be sold separately as it is right next to another room 554 with the same problem. Both rooms have an interconnecting door in between, which is far from being sound-proof. We could hear tour neighbours and they could hear us, even the slightest sounds. Very uncomfortable experience, even for one night. No privacy at all. Please do not sell those rooms and similar ones to your guests unless you sell them together to families. Or else, if you sell one room do not sell the other for the same night.

Voordelen:: Lovely room, , fab breakfast and staff couldn’t do enough for us. We took the eco option and had a free bottle of wine delivered to our room rather than have housekeeping come and replace bedding and towels for 1 day. Excellent idea.

Nadelen:: My first room overlooking a dingy, dark atrium. My request to change rooms was handled swiftly and efficiently.

Voordelen:: We were treated on arrival to a room upgrade and free drink which was a great start. Great location by Victoria Station and close to .Pimlico restaurants. Also right on bus route to west end for theatre we had booked. Staff very friendly too.

Nadelen:: The rooms were not cleaned daily despite requesting cleaning service by the door signage. Looked like the hotel was understaffed. Was really surprised, that there was a 'Congratulations' message at the reception for the hotel group being selected for some award. PS. I have been staying here every time I come to London, for many years. Really disappointed!

Voordelen:: Was daar twe jaar geleden met een andere kleinzoon, en zeer enthoesiast. Nu zelfs iets meer, de lobby is heel erg mooi opgefrist en het ontbijt nog altijd even royaal en gezond. De kamer was ruim met een aangenaam uitzicht en ietsje hoger na aanvraag. Ook het restaurant was weer heel erg lekker, hoewel de prties erg klein zijn.

Nadelen:: De kwaliteit van het meergranenbrood kan beter en op zondag avond lijkt het personeel verstrooid en flink uitgeblust van het drukke weekend.

On arrival my girlfriend and I were informed we had won a weekly draw for guests resulting in us being upgraded to a suite with a balcony and we were credited with £100 to spend in the hotel on both food and drink. Flowers and chocolates were also waiting for us in the room. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future.
