Voordelen: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Nadelen: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Nadelen: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.

Nadelen: Boarding has always been slow with this trip.... disorganized

Voordelen: quick entry - but it was not a full flight!

Nadelen: Passenger behind us allowed 2 children to misbehave for the entire flight. Parent rammed our seats many times. Upon leaving they physically assaulted my daughter.

Nadelen: A larger plane from Chihuahua to Houston.

Voordelen: The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach

Nadelen: Nothing

Nadelen: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Voordelen: I liked the food

Voordelen: The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Nadelen: The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Voordelen: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Nadelen: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Voordelen: the hostess was nice

Nadelen: i was givven a poor seat at the end of the airplane, 2 people slept next to me and for 9 hours i couldnt leve my seat untill the hostess asked me if i needed help

Nadelen: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Voordelen: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Nadelen: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Voordelen: They were nice, rushed through beverages, but since it was a short flight that's understandable.

Nadelen: The top cushion on the seats could be less bulky.

Nadelen: Opodo messed up my booking. I reached the airport only to find out that the booking was cancelled by Opodo though I received an email from Opodo 24 hours before advising me to check in on the flight. As I was busy with some construction work at home I thought I would check in at the airport. Opodo advisors were not helpful on the phone and I ended up missing a family get together due to their incompatibility.

Voordelen: Everything was easy and the crew were really nice.

Nadelen: Both transatlantic flights I had requested lactose-free meal options, neither of which happened.

Voordelen: In general everything is very good- clean, professional, friendly.

Nadelen: I am not crazy about how they board the plane (random) but it works fine. Was in economy and the seats felt smaller than other (domestic) carriers.

Voordelen: Good experience overall, no issues at all

Nadelen: Flight delayed, sat on plane on ground for 4 hours then missed connecting flight.

Voordelen: Everything from the crew being super accomodating and friendly to the comfort and taste of the food was delicious.

Nadelen: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Voordelen: inflight staff are good but on the ground staff at airport need a great deal of improvement

Nadelen: Despite the fact I bought my tickets with 1 hand luggage + 1 personal item, they forced me to dispatch my hand luggage stating flight was full, I refused and they said they could not allow me to board. Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice

Nadelen: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Voordelen: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Nadelen: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Voordelen: Space, seats, movies.

Nadelen: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Voordelen: Good movie selection. Attentive crew.

Nadelen: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.
