Voordelen: "Economy seats are not comfortable. The seat cushions are worn out and do not provide good support for long flights."

Nadelen: "The whole trip was a nightmare. I go out of my way to NOT fly United, In this case Lufthansa somehow just sold the ticket and United was flying it and as usual it was horrendous. We had to be re-routed via 3 separate flights jus to make our international connection thanks to our initial flight being moved up 2 hours EARLY. They closed the door in our faces. That added 8 hours of travel time to our trip which I had booked to minimize travel time as I was traveling with pets. United is the WORST."

Voordelen: "The crew were very friendly. The plane was very clean. The service was excellent, and my husband and I were impressed by the food quality. They even hand out wet wipes for you before serving food, so you can feel clean! I felt like the seats were pretty normal in terms of size and space in economy class, but obviously, it would have been nice to have a tiny bit more space. Good entertainment options."

Nadelen: "1. I was not aware or told that in-flight entertainment via Ipad required the united app. So I could not use that. I would appreciate better communication. 2. At one time, a crew member stuck his nose in the coffee pot - I think to smell which pot was coffee versus tea. But heck, who wants coffee after that? 3. The final lunch served was a sandwich that required heating of the sandwich. Served cold it was dry. By the way, the wrapper said the sandwich is oven ready! Good gracious. Follow the directions. 4. The attendant who served dinner came across as rushed. Like he was on a schedule or something. Are you guys timing the attendants? I personally felt he was rushed and cared more about dumping the tray in my lap than about looking me in the face and making human contact. 5. I fly to Amsterdam a lot and prefer the direct flights, ie KLM or United. So far KLM is winning me over in terms of service. I do think though that United can make easy improvements and provide better service. Remember, you are transporting people, not packages. Good luck."

Nadelen: "Way too little legroom. I expected better from Lufthansa. The United flight (767-400) I took back from Germany had at least 1.5 inches more legroom and was far more comfortable as a result. I had a good impression of Lufthansa before, but will avoid the airline now."

Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!"

Nadelen: "We were boarded and then told we had to sit on the plane for 45 minutes before take off. It's possible this way beyond the crew's control, but still would've been better to wait in the airport. Also, the movie selection was smallish compared to some other airlines."

Voordelen: "When you travel with an infant it's already a difficult trip but it's really fraustrating when you find out that they didn't assign you to the seats with the baby bassanet, and when I went to the counter to fix the problem instead they change our window seats to an isle seats without even asking or notifying us with the changes, and they when I asked how come you don't automatically assign infant reservations to infant seats their excuse was what if there were more infants than available infant seats and they already gave out those seats with extended leg space to others who already had paid for it, and surprisingly there were multiple of infants on board none of them in those seats but rather the other passengers who paid for it, so basically they got paid extra and you will only suffer for almost 10 hrs so they can make extra profit. NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"
Nadelen: "Entertainment on board was useful"

Nadelen: "Austrian Air has really slipped in its food-product.. Lufthansa put out snacks (cookies etc; even small sandwiches to 'help yourself from' going from Atlanta to Frankfort which was nice). But not the case with Austrian The serving of it was fine. Restroom options are less than adequate too."

Nadelen: "Too many customers use more than their fair share of the overhead space. A lot of passengers placed their luggage and their personal item above. This left those of use who use only our fair alottment searching for a place for what we fairly should be allowed to use."

Voordelen: "Captain Schmidt greeting boarders. Spotless interior. Cheerful in flight staff. On time. Pleasant in flight refreshments. Smooth transitions through each phase of the flight. Prompt baggage delivery. I will always go out of my way to use Austrian Airlines."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very friendly and spoke English well. Loved the food and the service"

Nadelen: "There was no space. Even though I wore compression socks and got up to walk frequently, my legs were bruised as I could not stretch out for any extended time. The seats are cramped and you are in one position. The flight was almost 9 hours and it was too much for me."

Voordelen: "The meal and drink service was quite good. The stewards/stewardesses were very attentive and kind."
Nadelen: "There is not enough leg room. There is even less room if the person in front of one's seat has the seat reclined. The seats barely recline at all, so sleep is impossible. Sleep would be possible if there were enough room to rest one's head on the tray in front of the seat. This is impossible if the person in front of one's seat has reclined his or her seat. Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."

Nadelen: "Flight was late. This made the connection in Vienna very stressful"

Nadelen: "Very old plane, the entertainment system was awful. Wifi did not work at all."

Nadelen: "Food & extremely old plane with no electrical outlets no Wi-Fi and the entertainment system was rubbish . The food was terrible. One passenger mentioned that the bathroom was in terrible shape. I actually tidied up the bathroom before I left cause my bathroom was also in terrible shape or getting there. This plane needs to be retired it is so old! United Airlines should be embarrassed! I can't believe this plane is still in circulation at least the inside of it! How about updating it to modern times?"

Voordelen: "Served a lot of food. Most personnel friendly and helpful. Enjoyed entertainment selections. Plus this flight was $300 cheaper than the others. Convenient times and choice of airports."

Nadelen: "This was an older plane and even I paid for economy plus, there was no outlet, no on ddemand movies and the seat was not as comfortable as in a newer plane. Very little space in the overhead departments, even for carry on luggage."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. Voordelen: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."
Nadelen: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled and we had to return to Amsterdam after du,ping fuel to make sure we could have a safe landing."

Voordelen: "Flight was delayed for three hours and was a very stressful flight"
Nadelen: "Flight was not on time and got to destination very very late pier management of aircrafts"

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht! Geen aanmerkingen."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Nadelen: "Lang wachten bij de incheck"

Voordelen: "We vertrokken vanuit Tapei 10 minuten voor plan. We kwamen bijna 3 keartier voor schema aan."
Nadelen: "Omdat Economy Comfort vol zat (een maand van te voren), een exit roe geboekt. Wel veel beenruimte, maar in de breedte echt te krap voor een vlucht van 12 uur."

Voordelen: "All was well from checking in to baggage claim."
Nadelen: "A delay of about 20 mins"

Nadelen: "Flight was so delayed we missed our connection."

Nadelen: "We were just surprised by the charges for our checked bags. Thought we had it all covered, but no!"

Nadelen: "The Lisbon airport could have more places with working electrical plugs or USB ports in order to charge devices while waiting for your flight."

Voordelen: "The stewards and stewardessen were very professional and friendly"

Nadelen: "flight was delayed. ended up missing our flight from newark home."

Nadelen: "Long flight uncomfortable seats"

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "Center aisle seat was comfortable and pnethy of room for my carryon overhead and underseat."
Nadelen: "I would like to see all TAP planes come with a standard entertainment option on the headrest in front of you with the advanced menu option of movies, games, radio, etc. and ensure all headphone jacks are operational. (Thisnflight the screen was messed up...not something you want to look at for 8 hours. ) I couldn't eat half the food because the salad wasn't anything but cabbage and a tomato and the corn and meat dish was cold and weird. I don't know what the dessert was but I got it down. I think the sandwich I got before landing was pesto and mayonnaise but I'm not sure. I didn't get much of it down before gagging. I wish when booking a flight you were given the menu or you could choose early in the flight and then be served. I bet it would cut down on wasted food and money."

Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable and already stocked with a pillow and blanket for all. we each had a personal screen stocked with movies, music, games and flight info. at no additional cost and that was great for passing the time during a long flight from Lisbon to NY. The crew was the best part, so pleasant and helpful and professional. We were instructed to close the shades and were allowed to sleep and woken up for the custom form and the great meal which had the option of soda or wine, etc. at no additional cost. The quality of the food was impressive and the salad even came with a packet of real Portuguese olive oil and vinegar. When appropriate we all had to open the shades and drinks were served again and later a small snack of a sandwich and a juice were given all in perfect timing."

Voordelen: "The seats were very comfortable and there was a n extensive selection of great movies to choose from."
Nadelen: "There were 2 screaming children in the row next to me. The parents did not handle themselves well. On the brightside, the crew did everything they could to help better the situation."

Nadelen: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."

Nadelen: "I found it very frustrating that we were told at the ticket counter the boarding would begin at 11:15am for a 12:45pm flight time. I arrived at the airport over two hrs in advance and then had to run a significant distance through the airport and sweat and be unnecessarily anxious waiting on the customs line only to arrive at the gate at 11:20am, to have my bags checked for a second time and then be unable to get any food or coffee before a flight that did not begin boarding for another 40 minutes. I did and still do not see the need for that additional luggage/security check and then being held at the gate for almost an extra hour for seemingly no reason at all."

Voordelen: "They fed us and provided good entertainment. Seats have plenty of room and are comfortable."

Voordelen: "The seats were pretty comfortable and the crew was excellent."
Nadelen: "There was no entertainment and the food wasn't good."

Voordelen: "Flight staff was great, service was top notch. food was surprisingly good, red wine included in your ticket. movie choice was good. coach seat was as manageable for a long flight. you pretty much know what your getting yourself into flying coach overseas. this was a pretty good seat."
Nadelen: "We flew thru about an hour straight of moderate turbulence but i'm guessing that was unavoidable. Checkin was a bit weird, they had a gate change and never announced it. Fortunately, i checked the board. about 6 of us had been at the other gate for a long while."

Nadelen: "The flight was 45 min late and nobody seemed to bother about it"

Nadelen: "We experienced a 6 hour delay in Lisbon because there was no fuel available - terrible planning causing us to spend hours on the runway."

Voordelen: "TAP and the personnel from TAP were fantastic."
Nadelen: "The Dutch/KLM gate agents were horrible. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally."

Voordelen: "Great flight! Unexpectedly good amount of food and good entertainment. On time. Seats were comfortable w good room."
Nadelen: "Boarding was pretty disorganized and crowded and seemed like it took even longer than it normally takes. we were lined up for a while before boarding initiated."

Voordelen: "lots of food and drink"

Nadelen: "Food was pretty bad, the flight attendant was unfriendly, which is unlike any Portuguese we have met in our trip, maybe she was just having a bad day."

Nadelen: "No air from above. Just an all around bad flight with so many problems."

Voordelen: "Quick boarding. Crew is great."
Nadelen: "Schiphol delays everyone's life."

Voordelen: "Efficient boarding. Very friendly crew. Coach seating comfortable and roomy."

Nadelen: "It wasn't at all the airline's fault, but this flight saw random searches at the gate of carry-on luggage + patdowns of selected passengers. I understand fully the imperatives for security, However it would be nice if there were some way to signal passengers that they might want to get to the gate early...... Fortunately I'd experienced it before (same flight out of Lisbon) and knew there was a good chance of a repeat...."

Voordelen: "Generally good and professional."
Nadelen: "One washroom was permanent;y dirty because the FLUSH mechanism wasn't performing well. Another washroom was permanently locked - causing higher traffic in the remaining washrooms."

Nadelen: "this was a very last minute flight to return home. It was cancelled within hours. I am very disappointed."

Nadelen: "Seats were uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "Out of the 100+ flights I've been on in my life. TAP Portugal has been the worst and least professional."
Nadelen: "My first flight from Madrid to Portugal was cancelled (at midnight) so I had to sleep in the terminal because the bus they provided to the hotel couldn't take all of us. Then my flight to New Jersey was delayed several hours making me miss my next flight to Denver (home) and I had to spend a 2nd night in the terminal. I never received and hotel/food/taxi vouchers. I will do everything to avoid flying with TAP Portugal ever again."

Voordelen: "The worst entertainment system I've seen."

Voordelen: "Nice flight, clean planes, decent amount of beverages/food provided, good TVs"

Voordelen: "USB ports to charge your phone, watched almost a whole season of HIMYM:) good dinner."

Nadelen: "Once we entered the boarding area we weren't allowed back out to get a sandwich, souvenir, etc. This was absolutely unacceptable. I felt like a prisoner in that area. I can't believe they thought this was OK."

Voordelen: "Excellent portuguese food served on board, crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "My entertainment console did not work for the entire 8 hour flight, and to make matters worse the screen kept flashing a bright white light every 30 seconds or so, preventing me from sleeping. I had to tell 3-4 crew members for them to at least broadcast a movie to my seat to make the flashing stop. I was also seated right next to the bathroom, which usually isn't so bad, but since most of the passengers were elderly, it was being used literally nonstop for the majority of the flight. The crew only briefly cleaned it once... I was seated next to a screaming toddler as well. This isn't really the airline's fault, but it certainly didn't help. I felt like I did not get my money's worth for this flight and that it was a poor experience."

Nadelen: "Old plane. Floor lighting was duct tapped down... Very surprised to see. Nice that food was provided on a short flight but bread was ice cold and hard."

Voordelen: "Very comfortable."
Nadelen: "All was good."

Voordelen: "Service, staff, food, airplanes."
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Voordelen: "I was lucky enough to be upgraded and I enjoyed everything!"
Nadelen: "My media center, screen, music etc abruptly shut off and remained off the the entire trip. On my previous flight all sound was lost on the on board media center."

Voordelen: "They were hospitable, cordial and always with a smile. The fact they provided a full meal on board was surprising to me, after flying with several carriers I didn't expect it. Keep up the great work!"

Nadelen: "Screen is slow and outdated. Easy upgrade from one class to another."

Voordelen: "Niets"
Nadelen: "Oncomfortabele stoelen, Inflight entertainment werkte slecht"

Voordelen: "at least we wereat a part of the wedding"
Nadelen: "first flight scheduled april 20 at 12:05pm cancelled. second flight for 4:15pm to laguardia cancelled. excuses for cancellation were given but not to our satisfaction. as a result we missed a good portion of the wedding we attended in new jersey"

Voordelen: "I got home, it was delayed but not badly"
Nadelen: "Frankly my butt was killing me 40 minutes into the flight due to the seat ... if the flight had been much longer I would have lost it"

Voordelen: "Tv options"
Nadelen: "I'm only 5'10" and my knees were digging into chair in front of me. Also, we had everyone boarded about ten minutes early (which is awesome) and we were told we would leave a bit early, but then sat there for about 15 minutes and departed even later due to long line for take off."

Nadelen: "Never made the flight and the only flight air canada is willing to put me on is 24 hours later. Very poor customer service."

Nadelen: "An international flight, yet no food, and had to purchase beverages and ear buds."

Voordelen: "Flawless flight and friendly staff and roomy seating on Air Canada flight"
Nadelen: "Did not have food options I wanted - ran out."

Nadelen: "The lavatory sink was clogged. The audio to movies was inaudible, as though the picture was streaming and the audio was lost. The crew offered little assistance to a clearly frail elderly passenger who had a very difficult time rising from her seat and using the lavatory."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed 2 1/2 hours, plane A/C not working. Waited for another plane. They tried to fix the first plane but they just delayed getting another plane."

Voordelen: "Airplane features like the comfortable seating, leg room and window dimming capability. Head rest entertainment center and Flight Info graphics were great."
Nadelen: "Overall the crew seemed bored and tired with their job. On-board announcements sounded disinterested, and crew seemed tight and not overly pleasant."

Voordelen: "Everything was great I had a Blast"

Nadelen: "flight was booked as Lufthansa, but Lufthansa would not allow seat selection and air Canada would not recognize Lufthansa booking code, so we were stuck in middle seats for 8 hr & 5 hr flights on third section we in in very back of plane even though there were better seats available"

Voordelen: "Overall everything was good, i liked the customer service of the crew. Boarding was on time. Everything went smooth. Overall I was very happy according to the price i paid for the Tickets. Customer, Tanmay Bhatt"
Nadelen: "Only thing that i would request is the screen of the Tv, If possible please make it good. Thank you."

Voordelen: "The crew handled things well in spite of some turbulence closer to EWR. Thanks for a smooth and easy ride into NYC/NJ."

Nadelen: "Most senor member of the crew on the flight [female/blond] was flat out rude and clearly should not be interfacing with clients on flights."

Voordelen: "Short flight, crew is friendly, and easy boarding process."
Nadelen: "I find the Air Canada flights between Toronto and Newark are frequently delayed."

Nadelen: "it was delayed for 1 hour"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed making me miss my connection. Poor customer service at the airport plus the fact that my baggage got lost however, it was delivered after 24 hours."

Nadelen: "No TV service on an 11 hour flight. Really? It's 2016 can we get Air Canada into this decade please."

Voordelen: "The food was really good. I was kind of shocked but each meal or snack I had was delicious and I especially liked that I could pre order special food according to my diet. The staff was friendly and the entertainment was good."
Nadelen: "the music channels were lame. I was bummed we did not have wifi in the plane and so I couldn't listen to good music the whole flight"

Voordelen: "Air Canada has good service. Our flight was delayed and I only got one announcement. I think next time it should be more."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "Flight got cancelled then accommodations were extremely unorganized."

Voordelen: "Seat, pillow and blanket were clean. Flight arrived on time, luggage was intact and there were no issues boarding or de-boarding."
Nadelen: "Booked 4 months in advance - flew solo. Only window seat left was at the very back, near where the crew prepared everything. The entire flight was spent listening to them prepare meals, discuss their trip itinerary, shifts and how Air Canada treats them, as employees, so poorly. The crew were very short with most passengers and it seemed over staffed."

Voordelen: "Boarding of children at the beginning of boarding operations. Double thumbs up."
Nadelen: "At 2 hours into the flight I was most of the way through a movie. The crew then announced that some passengers were unable to view the entertainment system so they were resetting the entire system. Crew said passengers would be able to resume watching entertainment at the point they left off. Needless to say this was not the case. The entertainment system never got reset properly and did not function for the rest of the 4+ hour flight."

Voordelen: "the flight actually went"
Nadelen: "our gate was switched and then there were no updates until after the original boarding time passed"

Voordelen: "Flight took 1 hour instead of the scheduled 1.5 hours."
Nadelen: "Flight was a half hour late to board and then another hour late to actually take off."

Voordelen: "Movies"
Nadelen: "Plane edges were rather dirty with lots of debris. A little gross."

Nadelen: "Air Canada lost my luggage, customer service was very vague and unhelpful, did not get my bag back for almost a week."

Nadelen: "* Worst food I have ever had on a plane. The crew did not even know what was in some of the food, which is not comforting if you have allergies. * Entertainment system earphones were so bad they were unusable."

Voordelen: "Got on flight"
Nadelen: "Got boarding pass but no signs to differentiate Air Canada counters (US-bound, domestic, international). Went to wrong counter and had to run to right one Booked flight. When I checked bag, I got a standby with hope that I could get on flight. Fortunately, I was able to make it. If I had connecting flights, it would have been a nightmare Same boring old movies and TV - 2 broke girls episodes. Just drink, nothing else for morning flight. Something to eat? It is an international (Can-US) flight Slow unloading of luggage"

Nadelen: "The airport crew lacked professionalism & courtesy when relaying information on the flight being delayed. Bad attitude from airport crew & lack of communication with delayed flight."

Voordelen: "The trip was amazing, for the extremely prompt and organized Japan crew boarding to the great and smooth flying despite the long time it took to get to Torinto"
Nadelen: "The food onboard could use an improvement, it felt very poor and flavorless. The Toronto immigration processing was cumbersome and time consuming, took us about an hour plus to clear customs which left us just enough time to make it to the gate for our connection flight to EWR. The process could be improved to allow for us to decompress enough to allow for a more relaxed connection flight."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed twice, and then when we boarded, were told that the flight would be delayed again . . . and then informed that the flight was canceled. The staff did not know what was happening, and kept us on the plane for almost 2 hours, before letting us off and telling us there were no hotels available. It was a nightmare experience transferring in Toronto. The crew did what they could, but they were largely kept in the dark too."

Nadelen: "Ran out of salmon for meal"

Voordelen: "Efficient, vigilant and helpful crew"

Voordelen: "Friendly and professional staff"
Nadelen: "Entertainment system is crappy and looks like it's from the 1990's. It needs a serious overhaul. I reserved windows seats and showed up to check and had been placed in the middle."

Nadelen: "I found the seats quite uncomfortable which is unusual for me as I don't have back or neck issues. Once I was able to position the seat after take-off the comfort was improved."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants did not wake me up!"

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and multi-lingual. The food was fine and beverages were frequently offered. I live in Michigan, but flights from Windsor (via Toronto) to Europe are much less expensive, so well worth the drive over the border."
Nadelen: "This airline only allows for one free checked bag when flying internationally. The checked bag size is stringent (but at least travelers are notified about that several times when booking and paying on line. The movie options are limited, but still enough variety to find something to watch."

Voordelen: "For the most part all crews were courteous and friendly. Early boarding for a disabled person traveling with our family was problematic on each leg of the trip."
Nadelen: "Not being informed of the reasons for the delay of almost four hours in the Toronto to Amsterdam leg was a major disappointment. Legroom on both transatlantic legs was a problem as well."

Voordelen: "Never got on this flight. We were never given an email to self check in, and we're unable to board 45 mins before at the gate coming frim anotthe flight. They overbooked this flight & sold our tickets, and then told us we couldn't get on flight. Now we are out $2500 buying new tix!"
Nadelen: "All the above. A simple check in email would have averted this problem. All the other airlines do this. We were under the presumption that we had to check in at airport when we didn't get check-in notice. Furthermore, they sold our tickets, so we're down $2500 and they doubled their profit. It would be hard for me to say I will use Air Canada or kayak in the future."

Voordelen: "Service was good"
Nadelen: "Delay and almost miss my connection flight... and its not the first time with Air Canada"

Nadelen: "When did Air Canada stop providing meals on international flights? It was my first time flying in/out of Newark on Air Canada and was surprised I had to purchase food on an international flight. Chicken noodle soup in a cup was $3, was about the only thing that looked reasonable on the menu."

Voordelen: "Plane late, flight three hours waiting to leave"
Nadelen: "Had to wait."

Nadelen: "Cramped leg room"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed and rebooked two times. They made me wait in the airport for the whole night and booked me for the flight the next day, 24 hours delayed. Very inconvininet night over at the airport. On top of that broke my luggage while loading and unloading. Atleast expected an accomdation/food arranegment or faster checkin the next day.. The United airlined staff at the gate were unsympathatic and in a hurry. Will never book with them again. Wasted 24h, arrived late, broken luggage, and tiring and inconvinient stay at the airport were the highlights of the trip!"

Voordelen: "The crew was great as usual, and I always enjoy the unique selection of international film in the entertainment system."
Nadelen: "That old plane was VERY drafty around the emergency exit. I can't remember ever feeling cold on a plane. Usually it's the opposite. But here was a consistent stream of ice cold air leaking through the airframe around the emergency exit. It was cold enough that I had to put several layers of blankets up on the wall and lean against them all the way home. In addition, my seat was so "well-used" that it provided very little support and often felt as though I was sitting on a bench. Not a pleasant experience."

Waarom zijn prijzen niet 100% van de tijd accuraat?
Prijzen voor zitplaatsen in het vliegtuig, hotelkamers en huurauto's kunnen frequent wijzigen. Meerdere personen kunnen ook op hetzelfde moment een zelfde reisoptie proberen aan te schaffen. Dit heeft als gevolg dat het soms voorkomt dat bepaalde prijzen niet langer meer beschikbaar zijn.
