Vriendelijk personeel, goede service nadat boeking via booking.com niet was doorgekomen. Prima restaurant en dito ontbijt. Lekker zwembad. Centraal gelegen t.o.v de I-405, LAX en de Car rental return.

I very much enjoyed the impossible burger I had for lunch. In general the food was good value. I also enjoyed using the swimming pool. I also liked the desk in my room and the chair that went with it.
When I arrived there was a bad smell in the corridor of my floor. The next day this had gone. The carpet in my room looked like it was stained and the greyish colour of the carpet made the room look dull. There are also far too many advertisements on American TV but the hotel is not to blame for this. How do Americans put up with this aggressive marketing? I also had to wait quite a while for the shuttle at the airport to arrive and I wasn't informed exactly where to catch the shuttle. This would have helped to ease the anxiety of those waiting for the shuttle during peak hour traffic.
