Voordelen: Got us there safely

Nadelen: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Voordelen: The flight crew were amazing and had lovely gifts for our daughter

Nadelen: the flight was late and no food or drinks were available without paying rather high prices

Nadelen: Flight was late, very little communication, hot and uncomfortable and slow, and everyone missed their connections.

Voordelen: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Nadelen: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Nadelen: Don’t loose the luggage

Nadelen: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Nadelen: Free coffee

Voordelen: too crowded , not organised enough

Nadelen: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Nadelen: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Nadelen: Boarding was awful

Voordelen: The crew was nice. The seats were ok.

Nadelen: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Voordelen: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Nadelen: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Voordelen: Friendly crew. Great phone support.

Nadelen: Online check-in was very messy - not available. After contacting the phone support, it was possible.

Voordelen: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.

Nadelen: Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,

Nadelen: Plane left without me. My record indicated 9am departure, but at 845 when I landed (late). The attendant confirmed that I had missed the plane.

Voordelen: Crew was okay.

Nadelen: That your airline commit to schedules.

Nadelen: Departure was slightly late (passengers still exiting the plane when gate was called)

Voordelen: Get down

Nadelen: Everything and the crew more friendly.

Nadelen: 30 min delay !

Voordelen: Seat reclined far back

Nadelen: Entertainment limited, esp. when you consider passengers may have two or more legs on Brussels Airlines flights Boarding chaotic Some of the crew were rude/ dismissive of African or African-presenting passengers No blankets were passed out, despite the cold temperature on the plane. My bag was lost

Nadelen: If we hadn't been delayed for an hour due to issues with late passengers Breakfast was minimal and not very good Entertainment options were limited Some of the crew seemed dismissive of African or African-presenting passengers

Voordelen: Crew was friendly, seats were ok

Nadelen: Flight was delayed for almost 2 hours, there was no explanation, just an apology.

Nadelen: 600€ for tiny space in the plane!!

Voordelen: Paid for Business , got a minor economy service .

Nadelen: Almost no advantages for business ticket traveller

Nadelen: Reject luggage when it fits is aggravating unacceptable Refuse to get cup of coffee when trapped by sleeping passenger Reject cuz luggage 1 lb over when they sent the other luggage on I could have tfr’d l lb to. Check in totally unhelpful 3 security checks by you is hassle and people rude .. tr

Voordelen: Nothing! We’re still in Baltimore

Nadelen: Brussels air cancelled our flight and didn’t rebook us on another until 25 hours later- so we lost a whole day of our trip. They were supposed to email me confirmation of the new flight and did not- I had to finally call Lufthansa to get it.

Voordelen: On board service and entertainment. The plane itself was clean and comfortable.

Nadelen: The check in process was slow and inefficient. One of our bags was routed on another flight (we’re still waiting for it). Ridiculous amount charged for chech in luggage for an international flight!

Voordelen: Good movies.

Nadelen: I called United to make sure there was a children’s meal for my 3 year old. There was not.
