Good airport hotel for quick stopover
Good location to airport & good shuttle service Beds very comfortable
We are Hilton gold members although I booked through Kayak as I was booking airline as well. At check in we asked for our member # to be added to our reservation. When my husband went for b’fast the next morning, the hostess said he was not a gold member-really? Made him wait & the others in line until she could sorted it out. She wasn’t the most courteous about it either. We went to the lobby bar to have a drink when we returned to the hotel that evening, there seemed to be 3 employees working, chatting & acknowledging co-workers but after sitting there staring at them for 15mins, we decided they didn’t want our business so we left. This is not the service we are used to at Hilton & we wouldn’t stay there again. There was also some construction going on in the lobby restaurant so it was not as clean as it could have been.
Dirty and not worth the $$
The location to the airport and port of Miami
This hotel was dirty and needs new house keeping staff. My bed had a shard of glass in it. A manager was unable to speak to me about it. They wanted to send house keeping up but I had to leave to get on a cruise. The water bottles we're half drank and candy left all on the mini bar area. The first room they tried to place us in had been smoked in with ashes still in the bathroom and balcony. Our room was also not available until after check in time.

We hadden 2 tweepersoonsbedden, man en vrouw sliep in verschillende bedden.....
Cons: -"Nickel & Dime" you on several costs such as: *water bottle in room *using fridge in room for own belongings *parking ($18/night USD) *morning coffee ($3-5) -No complimentary breakfast (hot buffet $24) -No surrounding restaurants within walking distance -Multiple younger adult events (ie. proms, graduations) that was a little inconvenient. -Expensive bar/restaurants -Room was not as cleaned as previous Hilton's I have stayed at before (ie. dusty, old soap crusted on shower soap holder) -Strict with early check-in fee ($35). Arrived at 2pm, wouldn't waive fee for checking in at 3pm Pros: -Short trip to airport -Free shuttle -Wifi -Spacious room -Nice pool/gym facilities -Very friendly and helpful staff -In general, facility was clean and aesthetically appealing (excluding aforementioned example above). Recommending only 2 stars based on high cost with many other competitors in surrounding area. I would advise researching other hotels prior to committing to this specific Hilton. Very quite and safe location. Clean room, friendly staff and very convenient restaurant/bar. Very nice not to have to drive to eat dinner

Not what I expected
The hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. No complimentary breakfast. No complimentary fridge. View was of a roof. Horrible view
We loved the blackout shades on the windows which allowed us to sleep in from the late night flight.
Not long enough stay

Was missing small items from room after first night room attendants cleaned room. Last morning before checkout staff barged into room. The hotel and facilities were great but houskeeping staff could be better.
The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. However, certain things like our acid reflux meds were missing or either thrown away, which was very odd. Also, when we were getting ready to leave around 8 AM the maid services were already barging in to clean the room, which kind of caught us off guard.
