Voordelen:: Every staff member was friendly and smiling all the time. Free Ice creams and candies - yeahh!

Nadelen:: In the morning (7 or 7:30) I could clearly smell tobacco smoke in the entire room 104. People were smoking in front of the hotel entry door. Being at the first floor it would come directly inside the room which was annoying. Not the best way to get up/ start a new day. Two small beds together doesn't make a large bed. Nearest U station is a bit far from the hotel.

Voordelen:: Great package, the free ice cream in the lobby was a nice touch.

Nadelen:: Location was slightly out of the way but really not bad at all.

Voordelen:: i paid a very low price and i did not expect it would be an actually fancy hotel, its even cheaper than a hostel, i was going to try the breakfast but i had no time, but the hotel is a really good one though .

Nadelen:: well, if the check in time could be earlier than 4pm it would be nicer. i arrived at two still can not check in. but probably it is a regular thing in germany i guess? but i do know some places with earlier check in time.

Voordelen:: The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at walking distance of restaurants.

Nadelen:: The room did not had air conditioning.

Voordelen:: Wat een heerlijke kamer. Alles klopt. Groot, comfortabel bed met geweldig matras, beddengoed van topkwaliteit materiaal, geluidsdichte kamer, uitstekende wifi, gevulde minibar, lekkere zeepjes in badkamer die ook zeer ruim is, goede verlichting, etc.

Nadelen:: Ontbijt voor 19,50 euro. Ik weet niet wat je ervoor krijgt, maar sowieso te duur. Om de hoek zit een bakker met zitplaatsen. Veel goedkoper en ook lekker.

Voordelen:: Everything else. Excellent location, great hotel, lovely staff, good breakfast selection. Price not too bad as well.

Nadelen:: The waiter forgot to order my omelette and I ran out of time for breakfast....not exactly a major problem. Standard rooms aren't massive and Aircon doesn't go below 19 degs.

Voordelen:: We got married on Inselstrasse, had our reception in the Old Town and decided to stay at Hyatt House at the end of our party. It was beautiful - large, airy, modern room with large windows overseeing quiet greenery at the back. The hotel welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers - many thanks for this special touch! It felt very special!

Voordelen:: The hotel was great! The room was very spacious and it felt like a small apartment because we had a small kitchenette and a washing machine in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was very nice and pleasing. The hotel would be great for a family and for couples. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well! and the overall architecture of the building was beautiful!

Voordelen:: Mooi gebouw en idem interieur van het hotel en de ruime kamers. Centraal gelegen in een rustig deel van het centrum. Kamers kijken uit op een binnentuin, rustig en mooi. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren direct onder het hotel in een ruime en goed verlichte garage.

Nadelen:: Het bed was ingebouwd tussen twee wanden, dit is onprettig als je wat langer bent. Verder is de ontbijtruimte te klein voor het aantal gasten, waardoor er onnodig wachttijden ontstaan. De lounge heeft geen toegevoegde waarde en kan beter uitgerust worden met extra ontbijttafels.

Voordelen:: Bed was too soft for me but this was not a complaint. Maid only gave me one bottle for two night stay, also this was not a complaint because it was not much bothered me.

Voordelen:: Clean and large rooms. Big size TV, safe and a free bottle of water in the room. The bathroom had a great walking rain forrest shower and housekeeping is doing a great job by keeping it all all clean and working. The staff of this hotel, specially receptionist were very helpful and responded quickly to any type of question we had. The bar / lounge is not overcrowded but a good place to connect before going out. Their beers are good :) Breakfast is for kings ! Large selection of hot and cold food, fruit and good coffee machines. The location is outside of the very busy streets of downtown Düsseldorf, but within walking distance of 10-20 min. depending where you want to go. Central Station is just a 10 minute walk. A Taxi queue is right outside the hotel and you can rent electrical steps anywhere in the city.

Nadelen:: It was a very busy breakfast on Sunday morning, so be prepared to queue a bit for your coffee.

Voordelen:: Breakfast is nice, but I wish to have more vegetables options next time, cause you have various meat options here, but lose the balance on the vegetables. You can at least provide some mixed vegetable salad. Other service is very nice. Location is also great, there is a super market downstairs, with nice restaurant inside. Not far from the Kingstrees nor the old town.

Voordelen:: I stayted in this hotel before. The location is superb. The breakfast very good with several selections. The rooms were very clean.

Nadelen:: The TV channel selections are limited to German and local European channels ( which are dubbed) mostly with only BBC news and CNN Int.. for english speaking people.No Netflix connection. Most hotels provide several options; maybe this can be considered.

Voordelen:: A gem of a hotel in great location offering great value for money. It may not have fancy facilities but it's very decent for what it offers at this price point.

Voordelen:: Firstly all the lovely staff. The location, the easy parking, lots to do and see. Great food and night life. The area is good with great transport links and has attractions including cruising on the river at a reasonable cost. Some rooms have a balcony which was great to relax on when back at the hotel

Nadelen:: The room was fantastic, but in 37 degree heat we needed the aircon which was fairly poor. It was our only complaint. There is no other complaint for this hotel it was truly lovely

Nadelen:: The room was definitely not cleaned properly. My understanding is that the level of the hotel should guarantee better maintenance. Also, it was a bit noisy in the yard by the hotel.

Voordelen:: We liked the room very much. Nice interior, spacious and clean. Good big tv screen and the bed was fantastic to. The personnel was friendly and eager to help out for anything we needed.

Nadelen:: All was good but if we do need to mention something it was the small elevator but it wasn't that bad.

Voordelen:: I've stayed here many, many times. The location is so convenient and it's also a good place to meet people quietly, before or after flights. The teams in reception, housekeeping and the restaurants are all very helpful and professional.

Nadelen:: The opening times of the restaurants are quite restrictive, and if they could be a little more "traveller friendly" that would be super. Everything else at the Maritim is absolutely perfect.

Nadelen:: Wi-Fi not working. We booked a conference room and we were asked to pay to for tokens despite the problems. We were also asked to pay 22 €for whiteboard markers to be used in the conference room.

Voordelen:: Clean, modern hotel near the central train station. Nice open lobby/bar area to stop for a quick drink at the end of a busy day. Appreciated the AC, elevators, and walk in shower.

Nadelen:: The parking garage was always full. There is another parking garage a short walk away so ask about that before your stay so you can easily find it.

Voordelen:: Well priced in a convenient location for the train station which makes airport transfers and other travel easy. It is close enough for a walk to the Alstadt. There are good Japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood. Rooms are comfortable and clean, if a little basic.

Voordelen:: Me and all is fantastisch. ALLES klopt in dit hotel. Het begint met een prettige lounge waar een goede koffiebar inzit (en een kapper!), fijne muziekjes, een koelkast waar je koud drinken uit kunt kopen (ook 's nachts) en hulpvaardig personeel. De kamer is ook helemaal goed. Geen overdaad, wel kwaliteit. Strakke (Japanse) eenvoud. Goed bed, goede douche. Op de 11e een leuke loungebar met mooi uitzicht over de stad.

Nadelen:: Duur ontbijt. Tip: ontbijt beneden in de lounge koffiebar voor 4,50 euro heb je een croissant, heerlijke koffie en homemade almondmilk met granola.

Voordelen:: The staff at this hotel are fabulous, very warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make your time there enjoyable. A special mention to the morning breakfast team and Marco and the evening bar team who provide excellent service on a consistent basis and make you feel like hotel is your home away from home. Thank you also Stefan on the front desk who arranged a room to be ready as quick as possible as i checked in around 7am on a Sunday morning but he realized i had come all the way from NZ - what a legend. The facilities, location, rooms and decor of the hotel are really good but the staff are what make it exceptional.

Voordelen:: It’s clean, comfortable, within the shopping district. Convenient stores and restaurants are all nearby. The room was comfortable with minimalist concept.

Nadelen:: The breakfast was rather costly.

Voordelen:: We liked everything about this hotel! Contemporary in its feel, very clean and stylish. Room very well appointed. Great shower! Nice touch to have the wash basin in the main room with plenty of surfaces to spread make-up etc. Lots of full length mirrors too. Barber on the ground floor - handy! Lounge area on 11th floor with great views. Staff in every area welcoming, courteous and fun. We will return.

Nadelen:: Quality of room clean differs from day to day. Some days were good while other days missed items such as facial tissues, towels etc. The bed sheets also weren't changed daily which was a surprise for me

Voordelen:: It’s unusual to find that the bedrooms are actually cooler than the glossy images suggest, but the rooms in this hotel were fantastic- such a clever concept to have a big walk in shower to the window side of the room and open it up to the room(there’s a sliding screen if you want to block out the light). The hotel has a really cool vibe about it without trying too hard and the 11th floor bar is a nice place to hang out. Overall, a great place to stay and less than 5 mins walk from the central train station

Voordelen:: The hotel has a really cool vibe and great decor. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and modern with quirky touches. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they gave us tips on where to go out and eat and were accommodating on every level. I accidentally left my work phone in my room after checking out and they swiftly retrieved it and posted it to me. All round great experience, will definitely be staying again if I come back to Dusseldorf!

Voordelen:: I am a brand new Hyatt Club member and from the get go, I was instantly impressed with the décor and architecture of this facility. I usually like to stay at Hyatt's "Grand" and "Park" collections but this Hyatt Regency blows some of the Grand Hyatt's I have stayed at. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the doorman and hotel staff welcoming me to their property insuring my check in experience was smooth. The room was very clean upon arrival and they even had my name posted on the TV screen; how cool! the automatic blind opener and closer had to be one of the most unique features in the room. I received a treatment at the spa which was awesome, the ladies behind the counter were great, very professional and were good at what they do, it was truly a relaxing experience. Take a chance to indulge in the breakfast buffet the hotel offers ranging from a wide variety of fruits, drinks and omelets cooked to one's liking.

Nadelen:: My only gripe had to be the room service attendant did not carry cash on him while delivering the food to my room. I did not one the breakfast billed to my room and the attendant implied that me paying cash for room service was not possible. Not a big complaint but this could easily be fixed.

Voordelen:: The rooms was perfect with a harbor view and a big space. The staff friendly and helpful. The location far away from the center but i love it because a quiet. The air-condition is excellent.

Voordelen:: We stayed at the hotel for one night, and were entirely satisfied. The room is not big but clean. The bath on balcony was a real surprise. After a busy day it is very pleasant to take a bath on the fresh air. The staff is young and very friendly. Marcel who works at the front desk made our stay at the hotel and in Düsseldorf nice and interesting with his smile and some useful advise. Thank you Marcel!

Nadelen:: I did not like the carpet in the corridor, but it is not very important after you close the door of your room.

Voordelen:: De hotelkamer was hip en eigentijds. Niet zo standaard als andere hotels. Bed was prima en de kamer was geluiddicht. De spoorbaan die er langs loopt hoor je niet.

Nadelen:: Op het moment dat we naar de sauna wilden waren er geen badjassen beschikbaar, dat was jammer. De douchekop aansluiting was kapot en spoot alle kanten op, maar de regendouche werkte perfect. Als iemand anders de deur dicht laat vallen is heel de verdieping wakker van het lawaai. De wc is erg hoog waardoor je niet met voeten aan de grond komt.

Voordelen:: Locatie ten opzichte van bezienswaardigheden, centrum. Schoon, hip, modern en verrassend hotel met leuke kamers en goede bedden! Uitzicht bar/restaurant, mooie, ruime sauna met buitendouche en kleine zit. Dat honden toegestaan zijn.

Nadelen:: Ondanks, overigens erg gehorige, airco bleef het warm op de kamer. (buiten 30°C) Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed maar wel erg prijzig. Niet zo prettig dat er een doorgang via sportzaal naar sauna is, lijkt mij ook niet nodig.

Voordelen:: The property is modern style , very nice looking , nice place , and terrace on 17th floor was amaizing view , luxury breakfast, with champagne and oysters make you feel in really posh place . Everything is very good , i will definitely come back

Nadelen:: I had issues with tv when i was trying to connect my apple device, the problem was repeated several times

Voordelen:: Superb hotel experience start to finish! Friendly staff, great tasting breakfast and a lovely quirky interior and room with lots of character. Great attention to detail throughout. Will be booking 25hours again in the future.

Voordelen:: prima kamer - heel comfortabele bedden - nieuw, jong en trendy hotel

Nadelen:: graag de mogelijkheid om water te koken op de kamer - ( waterkoker en eventueel oploskoffie en thee) - zou een meerwaarde zijn - de koffie in de hotelbar (beneden) is niet lekker - veel te bitter

Voordelen:: The location is great and i like that the rooms are comfy. Definitely the best for couples though

Nadelen:: I can hear other people entering their rooms since the doors were very heavy, it wasnt too bad but i did notice that

Voordelen:: The hotel is an a fantastic location, just one S-bahn stop from the Main train station. The Paris Club has sweeping views of the city, and there are lots of things to do within just a few minutes walk at the most.

Nadelen:: The breakfast was okay but not anything special. Coffee and pastries in the lobby are definitely better.

Voordelen:: Dicht bij het vliegveld, ruime schone kamers. Mooi hotel/lobby en een goed restaurant. Ontbijt was ook prima maar wel aan de prijs.

Nadelen:: Veel geluid van de buren, niet geluidsdicht.

Voordelen:: Het bed lag heerlijk. De badkamer was super. Ik ben er helaas maar 6 uurtjes geweest......ivm late aankomst en vroeg vertrek. Maar een super kamer en hotel om samen met mijn vrouw een weekend door te brengen.

Voordelen:: It was perfect as I should be near to the airport. But mostly I like the quality in side the rooms in every detail.

Voordelen:: Mooie schone kamers. Ruime badkamer. Fijne slaapbank stond klaar zodat wij met z'n vieren op de kamer konden. Prachtig sauna/spacomplex op de bovenste verdieping met prachtig uitzicht. Binnen 5/10 minuten op het vliegveld. Goede parkeerservice bij het hotel.

Nadelen:: Niets

Voordelen:: De grootte van de kamer en de rust. Hele goede bedden.

Nadelen:: Poor wifi , bad clean, staff they didn’t need to hire you if you have any problem ( they didn’t clean my room for two days and everyday before 9:00am i am not in my room !! I asked for blanket because the old one is dirty and they changed after two days and you must go to reception!! by phone there’s no body will do anything for you) , you must find trolley to take your things or wait for 15 to 25 minutes, good luck

Voordelen:: Perfecte locatie voor Sleep, park & fly

Voordelen:: Erg grote kamer met mooi uitzicht, heerlijke bedden en super ontbijt. Auto kan in een parkeergarage en met het park, sleep, fly pakket mag hij 14 dagen gratis blijven staan. Top!

Nadelen:: Je verwacht het niet bij een Van der Valk, maar het was net niet helemaal schoon. Onze glazen waren vuil en de koffie was al aangebroken, ook had een handdoek wat grote bruine vlekken. Wellicht gewoon pech gehad in deze kamer! Ook was goed te ruiken dat er in de kamer mag worden gerookt (en stond er een asbak), dat is natuurlijk prima voor rokers maar voor niet-rokers kun je het beter even melden.

Voordelen:: Dit is perfect !!!

Nadelen:: Helemaal niets !!!

Voordelen:: Was dichtbij vliegveld dus erg handig

Voordelen:: Vriendelijkheid personeel ,ontbijt.

Nadelen:: Bij uit checken wat onpersoonlijk, en de kosten parkeren hotel. misschien een tip voor het hotel s’avond al je nog wat beneden wil gaan drinken is er geen klein hapje te bij voorbeeld blokjes kaas of portie bitterballen.

Voordelen:: Op loopafstand van centrum. Netjes en schoon. Prima bedden. Vrij parkeren aan de Toulouser Allee. Eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Nadelen:: Niet dat beetje extra. Bijvoorbeeld geen verzorgingsmiddelen in de badkamer. Ontbijt goed maar bepaalde dingen als vleesbeleg heel weinig soorten.

Voordelen:: Locatie is perfect! 10 min. Lopen tot aan Königsallee! Ontbijt zeer goed! Uitgebreid, voldoende keuze! Kamer was ruim van opzet! Zeer fijne douche, vooral ruim! Ontvangst was prima! Vriendelijk personeel!

Voordelen:: Cozy big room, clean, comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. Close to the Japanese area full of amazing restaurants.

Nadelen:: From the booking website I had the impression the hotel is closer to the city Centre than it is. I had a Thai soup in the restaurant and I am pretty sure it was from a can. I think you should not offer this is the menu if you don’t cook it there.

Voordelen:: het ontbijt was goed en het was een fijne rustige locatie.

Nadelen:: het parkeren van de auto in de garage vond ik iets te duur per dag.

Voordelen:: Very clean and modern. Quiet neighbourhood.

Nadelen:: Trivial, but the duvet on the bed was nowhere near wide enough for a double bed with 2 people in it. Seemed like we had been given a single duvet for the double bed... Very strange. Made for a very uncomfortable /cold sleep.

Voordelen:: Good excellent value for money! Nice breakfast and frendly staff! Parking is possible in front of bulding with a bit of luck!

Nadelen:: It needs a 30 min walk to be in the center but there is public transport within 200 m, so no problem!

Nadelen:: Parking is quite expensive, it'd be better to include in the fare or at least informed.

Voordelen:: Kamers waren netjes en hygiënisch. Prima klimaatregeling. Parkeerruimte zat in de parkeergarage (zal wel te maken hebben met de kostprijs).

Nadelen:: Bijkomende kostprijs van de parking. Eten in het hotel restaurant is ondermaats, menu zeer beperkt , bij de eerste en beste imbiss kan je lekkerder eten.

Voordelen:: The Bed was really good. Only high quality Bed accessories. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was high quality.

Nadelen:: The shower was not according 5*, it was old complicated to use and not 100% ( spiders in the tab) clean. The lights in the cabinet were not able to switch off. They were running all night long.

Voordelen:: This is a high end hotel with a perfect location on Köningsstrasse with all the shops. And just a block from old town.

Nadelen:: Unfortunately my room was not ready when I checked in at 4 pm.

Voordelen:: Breakfast was tasty and fresh - the restaurant is very stylish! The decor and design of the hotel are very tasteful. Loved the complimentary mini bar! Nice fixtures and fittings. Great location.

Nadelen:: The toilet and shower configuration in the room isn't private enough and is quite impractical. The shower and toilet are fully visible from the bed, with only some smoked glass to block the view - once the light is on you can see fully into the shower and toilet! Not exactly private. Some couples may be happy to watch each other use the toilet, but we aren't! The lights in the shower and toilet section are motion-activated and come on as soon as you go anywhere near them. If you turn over or move your feet too much in the night, the light comes on in the shower room!

Voordelen:: Fantastic stylishly designed boutique hotel situated in a quiet location but convenient for art galleries, main shopping street, river, etc. and 5-10 min walk from the railway station. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, well equipped comfortable rooms with the bonus of a free minibar. Highly recommended - would definitely stay here again!

Voordelen:: Great interior design, helpful stuff and restaurant in the same building. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Voordelen:: Locatie ,dichtbij centrum en toch rustige mooie schone kamer met lekkere Rituals producten.

Nadelen:: Xtra betaling voor ontbijt, terwijl als genius level 2 je gratis ontbijt zou krijgen. Dit was niet bekend bij de receptie en ze konden daar niet aan mee werken .

Voordelen:: Het hotel is relatief nieuw en heeft een goede ligging aan het park. De buurt waarin het hotel ligt is rustig met een aantal restaurants in de directe omgeving. De spa is zeer ontspannen.

Nadelen:: Het inchecken en uitchecken duurde lang. Er kwam ook veel papier bij te pas, de vraag is waar dat allemaal nog voor nodig is anno 2019. Aan het verzoek om kamers met eenpersoonsbedden was niet voldaan, geeft niet, maar er werd ook niet aan gerefereerd bij het inchecken. Bij het uitchecken stond er een enorme rij, niet handig als de weinige medewerkers die er dan zijn gezellig gaan koffieleuten met gasten. Verder is het jammer dat het parkeren niet is inbegrepen in de prijs, van vrijdagavond tot zondagmiddag waren wij €50,- kwijt voor het parkeren van een auto.

Voordelen:: What I liked: - the servers in the bar (at night) were excellent, especially Leone, who was very extremely personable and friendly. - the large room safe because it was large enough to fit my laptop inside - I had an iron and ironing board delivered to my room - the location was great ... with nearby restaurants and transit service - having a power outlet beside the bed so I could charge my phone (used as an alarm clock) ... it would be better for the outlet to have two built-in USB outlets to power additional devices

Nadelen:: What I disliked: - the high price for the breakfast buffet during the week day ... should have a lower price for hotel guests - the feather pillows .... it would be great to have foam pillows as an option.

Nadelen:: Check-in process and the way to change the number of days. It was done by myself by calling the reservation center of the hotel. No vending machines for ice cubes at each floor and you have to take it from the bar
