Voordelen:: We loved being able to walk out the hotel door and have live entertainment and fun things for kids. Being able to shop onsite and have great food without driving anywhere is amazing. We could enjoy a drink at hotel bar and then go to watch the dancing water show in rocking chairs provided. We also went to Dollywood and it was great too. Also the staff was very helpful and rooms are amazing. Will definitely come back again. Fun place for all ages!!

Voordelen:: Location is perfect for strolling the parkway, dining, shopping, relaxing, and having an awesome time with your friends. The rooms are very comfortable and excellent house keeping.

Voordelen:: Pool is on the 2nd floor roof top. It overlooks the light show in the pond at The Island.

Voordelen:: I enjoyed the fact that the rooms have a very modern feel. The shower in itself was wonderful! The added bonuses of the fireplace and balcony was great. Would love to spend a romantic weekend getaway here in the near future.

Voordelen:: All rooms are on second floor. Our room/balcony overlooked village below. Rooms were spacious and beds are very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Nice private pool/bar area for guests on second floor. Great views. So many things to do/places to eat within short walking distance.

Voordelen:: This hotel was a great bargain. It has 2 hot tubs, a large indoor pool, an outdoor lazy river and a waterside. The continental breakfast was fantastic and they have complimentary cookies and popcorn each night. They also have complimentary water (flavored and regular) available 24/7. There is also a spa located at the hotel with a ton of services. Each staff member was so pleasant and welcoming. Location is great. We have found our new favorite hotel in OF!

Voordelen:: We had a balcony room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious, very clean. The beds were comfortable as well. My significant other is 6'1" and he really appreciated the tall showers. The breakfast was really good, especially for a continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Voordelen:: This is our second stay at Clarion Inn Dollywood. The first visit was pleasant and this trip was the same. Our room was clean, the desk staff was very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Voordelen:: It was ok. For the money I prefer renting a cabin from a person on Airbnb or Homeaway. Ordered chocolate cake it it had mold on it. Fireplace in lobby is nice. Staff friendly.

Voordelen:: The staff was amazing from checking in to the maid service and the chefs. You could tell they took immense pride in their jobs and were so friendly and helpful.

Voordelen:: The Black Fox Lodge is tucked away back from all of the busy traffic of the main "strip" in Pigeon Forge, which we loved. Most hotels there are in the middle of the the flashy lights and constant traffic, but you turn off of the main road and you're greeted by a secluded, gorgeous lodge that feels like it's in its own little world. The details from the moment you drive up are amazing, and walking into the lobby is an incredibly impressive sight. There is a small river behind the hotel, and the rooms that overlook it are a lot of fun. The buffet style breakfast was far above the continental breakfast of most places, and the staff was all extra nice. Easily our favorite non-Disney hotel now, and we will absolutely be back.

Voordelen:: My husband and I walked to the island and even several shopping centers. It is very centrally located to lots of fun things to do. Perfect for pushing our son in his stroller instead of taking the time to pack him up into the truck. Pool was very nice but needs more shade for little ones. Only two small umbrellas were available.

Voordelen:: I liked that the room was ready earlier than stated. It was quiet during the night and we slept well. I was surprised that they were full to capacity most of our days but still very quiet. For the money, I will book here again. No problems at all.

Voordelen:: The bed was very comfortable, contrary to a previous review, from someone before. The room also had a coffee maker in the room, contrary to another negative review.The motel may have updated the beds & added coffee makers since those reviews. The motel staff was able to relocate me to the 1st floor, since I'm disabled & use a motorized wheel chair. I need the use of an elevator or placed on the 1st floor.

Voordelen:: Excellent location along Pigeon Forge Parkway. We were housed in the building located away from the Parkway and with access to a small porch with table and two chairs facing the small yard and the river running behind the property. (Rooms on second floor had balconies facing the river.) No road noise. No noise from nearly rooms (Motel seemed to have few occupants the days we were there.) Only "disruptive" noise came from loudly quacking ducks that patrol the parking lot and the yard behind the building. They quack at night as well as during the day. There are a variety of restaurants within a 20-minute walk from the hotel (also easily accessed by car) as well as an abundance of souvenir shops and such attractions as mini-golf and go-karting venues. Room was spacious: two queen beds, a desk, a movable table. Room had plenty of light (Many hotels where we stay seem to have too few lights.) with an overhead light in the open area near the door, a floor lamp near the easy chair, a desk lamp, bed lamps, and sink and bathroom lights. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer were all provided. Beds were quite comfortable Bathroom fan worked well but was quite noisy.

Voordelen:: My daughter had a field trip in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, and this was one of the lowest priced hotels that had decent reviews. We checked in on Friday evening and our cards didn't work. The desk clerk was very helpful, came up and let us in the room and remade the cards for us. The room was clean and warm, it had good water pressure in the shower.

Voordelen:: On the plus side, the price was the lowest in Pigeon Forge. It was clean, and the temperature was fine. Had hot water the first of our three day stay.

Voordelen:: Bathroom had a weird smell toilet would not flush well. Toilet seat was broken. Bed was kinda lumpy. This is a Two star hotel. Maybe One star, but it is cheap
