Faciliteit is oud en aan renovatie. Zeer luidruchtig.

Geweldige centrale airconditioning. Locatie was perfect. Vriendelijk personeel. Comfortabele bedden. Gratis ontbijtbuffet.

Het ontbijt was zeer minimalistisch (naar Europese normen)
-Hotelpersoneel was altijd vriendelijk - alhoewel de meesten Spaans spreken, werden we ook in het Engels vriendelijk onthaald.-Kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt.-We hebben bij aankomst een upgrade gekregen naar een suite.-voor de betaalde prijs was de kwaliteit en service meer als we konden verwachten - Locatie is ideaal. Direct aan het centrum van Miami en op circa 10 min wandelen van Bayside market place.-Metrorail stopt vlak aan het hotel;
- Grondige schoonmaak van de kamer is niet aan de orde.
Kamers waren goed en functioneel. Wel erg stoffig. Goed geslapen.
Ontbijt was echt een aanfluiting. Verder was er was nog geen biertje of kopje koffie te krijgen in het hotel.
De receptionist die geen annulatiekost heeft aangerekend voor de tweede nacht.
Vebleven in een suite. Ontbijt was ronduit slecht. Kamers waren vuil. Locatie is gevaarlijk en slecht toegangkelijk. Parking is duur.
continental breakfast bestond uit een kop koffie en twee droge croissants. Thee stond niet op het menu.
Hotel is rustig gelegen en vlakbij de monorail waardoor men vrij snel andere delen van de stad kan bereiken;

Worst Customer Service
I work at another hotel brand and this by far was the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with! The women I spoke to were unfriendly and showed no empathy or compassion when my third party (not Kayak) had a system error that cancelled my connecting reservation. They had no problem leaving me without a room and place to go while traveling for one of the biggest events in my career. The lack of willingness to help the situation and understand my frustrations was evident. I would never allow my employees at my hotel to treat even my worst enemy the way they did to me.
Value for money and good for one night stay before cruise
good location for getting to cruise and car rentals. bayside market place is walking distance. they held our luggage when we came back from the cruise for the day. As our flight was later at night.
breakfast was very poor quality. bed was not comfortable. they did not provide us a king size room or room with pull out sofa or anything. though reservation had my 12 year old kid on it.
Mixed feelings... wouldn't stay again though!

Hello, My Reservation Confirmation #R1000658516 They have not yet refunded the advance amount they deducted from my credit card. Also, they could not give me a room in the River Park Hotel on 27th Jan as no room was available despite I booked in advance and paid through your website. So, they sent me to another cheaper hotel 30 minutes away from River Park Hotel and they also take an advance amount from my credit card which is also not refunded. Neither they refunded the price difference between River Park Hotel and the cheaper hotel they provided me for the first night. I am completely unhappy. I don't understand how you people run business and how you can expect a customer trust you and come back to your website for future hotel booking. If your business strategy is just to have the customer once and forget then it's absolutely fine BUT if you really want to have a long term relationship with customers then this is not going to work and you should take serious steps to resolve this. Cheap hotel near Brickell
Affordable, staff was professional, location was within walking distance of brickell and downtown. They let us store luggage after we checked out.
Old and run down appearances, looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Bed was uncomfortable. No bar or restaurant in the facility. Noisy.
The lobby is pretty fancy and my room view was great. Room was clean.
Breakfast was horrible and my bed wasn't comfy at all. Furniture has to be updated. The room wall were stain or dirty. Wouldn't stain here again unless it is an emergency.
Cold showers and non-working a/c
Location was great.
Shower was cold and a/c wouldn't got any lower than 76 degrees even though I set the thermostat to 59 degrees.
perfect price, and very closely located to all downtown amenities and the Riverwalk stop of the free "Metromover" transit line. Exactly what we needed.
The staff attitude and service
Room was dirty, the AC noisy and the floor carpets smelled like cigarettes in an non smoking room, this hotel has nothing to do it's soraoundings is not what anybody would espect from any installation in that area, overall a really bad experience

This hotel is very old and you pay for everything, including store your luggage, for example. There isn't business center and the breakfast is horrible.
There was nothing likable about this hotel
The rooms and corridors were stinking, there were no amenities, It advertises wireless internet, but its only in the lobby and no type of internet in the rooms. No Restaurant, bar, or mini-bar available. Rooms were small, carpets in trhe rooms and corridors were filthy. There were also additional obligitory charges for safety deposit boxes in the room.

We get a suite, with a wonderful view to the river. You can travel free with a train to Bayside.
Cleanliness, the rooms need a renovation
