Check-in took forever. One person was working the front desk (with a manager inexplicably sitting in the back) and there was a line of travelers waiting to check-in. I was not greeted until 15 minutes after I arrived.
Always a great place to stay, close to subway, Macy's, Penn Station. We have stayed here 3 times.
Always allow PLENTY of time to get down stairs or up as it takes forever for the 2 elevators to get people up or down.
No breakfast or coffe. Sad
No free breakfast, no coffee to go in the lobby, confusing and disappointing despite everything else being great.
Seems petty and unimportant I know, but I will honestly avoid holiday inn brand in future

Clean hotel convenient location
The hotel was close to the red line 1 subway stop. The room and bathroom were clean. For the price it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
There are only two elevators and it is not enough. Guests were not willing to wait and constantly were either close to or over max weight capacity. Also we ordered room service and they forgot about our order. It took them an hour and a half to make breakfast.

Holiday Inn Manhattan 6th Ave - Chelsea, an IHG Hotel ligt in New York, in de buurt Midtown, op 4 min. lopen van 5th Avenue en op 12 min. lopen van Empire State Building. Enkele van de voorzieningen zijn gratis kabelinternet, een 24-uurs businesscentrum en gratis kranten in de lobby. Ter plaatse heb je parkeerplaatsen.
