Voordelen: the in person support was great, he understood our concerns and gave us an upgrade to help make up for the issues we had with call in customer support
Nadelen: the call in support was not great. you really should include information like if a car is all wheel or 4 wheel drive and plan for meeting simular-or-like towards reservations. they refused to confirm if there *should* even be a 4 wheel drive when I booked in advance

Voordelen: The man at the counter was nice. He told me the man at the podium in the parking lot would direct me to the cars I could choose from.
Nadelen: The man stationed in the parking lot glanced at my paperwork and said I could pick "one of those cars along the wall". I walked over there and only saw compact cars, but I had reserved a sports car. I wandered around for awhile, looking for something resembling a sports car, and finally another employee asked if I needed help. It turns out, the sports cars are kept in a completely different area. The one destined to be mine was boxed in by other cars, so it took awhile for him to move several cars to get the Charger out for me.

Nadelen: It's been awhile since I had rented a car; so it would've been nice if (1) they told me where the gas gauge was; (2) appoxiamtely how big the gas tank was; (3) was there an option for having to deal with a toll road (which did not deal with cash) since I did use the 73; and how about put in CD players?? These things were lacking in my car rental.

Voordelen: Rose at the Burbank Airport (and her colleague, both wonderful), the price was fantastic, I checked out my van quickly, there were absolutely no problems that you always dread when checking out a rental or going to anything at the airport.
Nadelen: The van wobbled a bit above 60mph, so maybe making sure the vehicles in the fleet have their alignment and tire pressure checked out between every checkout. Other than that, it was a dream.

Voordelen: Friendly customer service
Nadelen: The car was dirty, the windshield had so much dirt that I had to stop and clean it. The alignment was crooked. The SUV was a V8 with 24k miles and no pick up - it clearly needed to be serviced.

Voordelen: Car was great. Very comfortable and good on gas.
Nadelen: The Alamo check in staff was not accommodating and quite rude. The costumer service associates however were exceptional and worked with us on extending our rental.

Voordelen: Nice car and roomy and good rental fee.
Nadelen: It would have been nice to clean the car from inside and vacuum it, the car was dirty. Refueling gas prices is really expensive comparing to outside prices and adding tax on it is not fair .
