Fantastic location on a lovely beach, spacious well equipped room. Well designed hotel with excellent facilities. Very friendly staff.

Great location, we walked into Chipiona and it's only a 7 minute drive to Sanlucar. Friendly staff and modern/sleek architecture and style. Pool area is fabulous with a gorgeous view. Our seaview room with a terrace was excellent.

The breakfast could have been better. It was a very basic buffet with Spanish/international options, none of them hugely good. Coffee - a must in Spain - was decidedly average from a machine. Fruit was good and fresh but breads were average and could have been fresher. Wouldn't have minded but 11 euro per person is a lot for what we had.

The only downside was having to hold on to our cutlery for the main meal. That seemed out of character for the service we received but we told the receptionist so hopefully they will correct that. Also the pool area closed very early, it would have been nice to sit there and watch the sunset.

The view from our balcony was just amazing and the sunsets fantastic. The staff were great really good breakfast and everywhere spotless clean.

Nothing to dislike fabulous hotel

Very polite staff everywhere. Excellent breakfast. The view from the terrace of the restaurant ist wonderful. We stayed there at the beginning of October, so a lot of hotels had already closed. The Beach is broad and it is possible to walk there for kilometers. The sea at the Costa de la Luz however is rather wild, nothing for easy and calm swimming, but of course for surfing. From Chipiona it is easy to reach other places (Sevilla, Cadiz) by car.

Didn't use the service.

The bed "made" a noise every time you moved. Otherwise this was the only issue. This is the second time to this excellent hotel.

The hotel is clean very comfortable and ideally located Smart TVs in each room mean you can cast your favourite tv shows directly from your phone to tv.

Bed are a bit hard. The car park is not free €7 per night. Pool is quite small and would be very crowded when hotel is busy.

Everything, probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The location was fabulous, the food was great, swimming in the pool overlooking the beach was amazing, the outside terrace, having a drink overlooking the beach WOW. The staff were great, everyone seemed happy to serve you, everyone was smiling which is a credit to the hotel, we had 3 amazing nights there and without a doubt we will be back next year

The hotel was excellent. A fantastic location close to local restaurants. The sunsets were breathtaking. All the staff were so helpful and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Modern and well appointed with a great position on the beach offering easy access to restaurants and places of interest. Lovely bright room overlooking the beach. Parking easy.

Expensive and we couldn’t get the TV channels we wanted (sky sports) for one important game of irish football

Location is excellent. The food is a little pricy but the quality and preparation are very good. The mattress was very comfortable. Good lighting and air conditioning. Quiet at night. Very nice pool area.

Best place to stay in Chipiona. Large room had a small balcony view to car park, but away from the heat of the sunshine. Excellent restaurant offerings and reasonable priced on a terrace with priceless views to the sea. Loved the pool area, pity was that it only opened at 11.00am. Pure luxury. Town itself has it pretty and not so pretty areas.

Seems to be a typical seaside town, busy beach on a weekend, almost dead during the week. Limited options of grocery shopping nearby for self-catering visitors, so we very happy with our hotel choice. Breakfast not as great as expected for the price of 11.00 EUR.

Excellent hotel for a good price and very good parking facility at the hotel. 10 meters from the beach and very nice terraces. Food (tapas, dinner and breakfast) was just fantastic. High standards and staff very very friendly and attentive. They all had a smile and seemed to enjoy themselves.

We got lost a few times in the hotel from our room to the dining room. Signs how to get there may be improved.

For the price of a room with terrace I was expecting a good view of the sea ... but our terrace had a view of other terraces and the pool. Not quite what I was expecting (but this is sth extremely minute to our overall experience)

2nd Best booking location from my travel to Andalusia. (1fst for my wife :) ) Big and cosy room with generous bathroom and sparkling clean. A lot of food diversity at breakfast.

A lot of parking spots that were empty but they require a day tax to park the car (before starting season 2019). Free parking on the street. A nice pool on 2nd floor but had a sign that said you must wear clothes (like a top) .... at the pool! Weird.

Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The tapas meal we had was particularly good value and of excellent quality. Relaxing by the pool with a cool drink looking at a glorious view of the sea was lovely.

Stunning sea view property. Contemporary and clean. Staff are all very friendly. Ate at all restaurants and the food was delicious and sensibly priced. Good choices.

To be extremely picky I would like the Wine glasses to be polished to make them sparkle and plates checked over for cleanliness in the restaurant.

After staying for nearly 15 years for a Week of holidays in Chipiona, we can assure this is the very best hotel in this location

Vriendelijkheid aan de receptie ( ik verloor spijtig genoeg mijn gsm)en ze belden meerdere malen naar de politie. Ze zochten ook de bus uren op voor onze verdere reis en steeds met een glimlach. Tevens spijtig dat bar niet open is om enkel een koffie te drinken als men geen volledig ontbijt wil nemen. Receptie loste het wel op zodat we een koffie konden drinken in de hal

Een minpunt - het is onmogelijk de kamerdeur zacht te sluiten. Voor de rest geen opmerkingen, ik zou zo terug gaan.

We hadden een terras maar dat lag vlak naast het zwembad met als gevolg weinig privacy

De ligging van het hotel was perfect door het zeer mooie uitzicht op de zee. Natuurlijk de heerlijke infinity-pool was fantastisch maar mede voor het zwembad hadden we het hotel gekozen.

Eigenlijk was er weinig wat ons niet beviel, enkel de eerste dagen omdat we al van een b b kwamen en in een grote studio verbleven was de kamer een beetje klein. Maar uiteindelijk is het een gewone mooie hotelkamer.

Mooie plek, fijne sfeer, reuze aardig personeel in het HP restaurant.

Kamer was netjes en modern ingericht.

Jammer dat het personeel geen Engels spreekt, op een enkeling na.

super hotel aan het strand, zeer goed 4 sterren hotel, modern en goed al a card restaurant. prachtig terras met uitzicht op het strand en zee. Kamer was voorzien van alle luxe en het zwembad voldoet aan alle eisen. Luxe verblijf.

Het buffet diner is niet wat bij het hotel past, en zeker geen aanrader.

Goede balans van een niet te groot hotel. Prima locatie aan het strand met een hele rustige boulevardweg ertussen (eenrichtingsverkeer). Het personeel was super aardig en heel plezierig in de omgang. Warm welkom en hulpvaardig. Mooie kamers, Hotel is relatief nieuw. Alles mooi schoon. Prima kwaliteit vs prijs. Prima ontbijtbuffet, ontbrak aan niets. Super leuke bar met terras met uitzicht op zee. Niet duur en prima kaart voor lunch of avond.

Er is geen fitness. Dat is het enige wat mist. Maar het strand is onder handbereik en daar kun je vele kilometers lopen. Dat is gewoon ook leuker en een prima workout.

De periode die samenviel met het wereldkampioenschap voor motards in Jerez de la Frontera. Die veroorzaakten onbeschrijflijk veel lawaai tot laat in de avond.

Alles was prima geregeld. Schone, grote kamers waar niets ontbrak. Ontbijt is aan te raden, restaurant een relatief kleine kaart maar het eten was goed.
