Nadelen: Cars should be inspected before it is released. I almost got an Audi Q5 with a broken rear wiper blade. Also i got a SUV With only a half tank of gas.

Voordelen: The check in was sooth and staff are friendly.

Nadelen: I have booked everything online and prepaid, but I have to re-select the insurance during checking. As English is not my first language, I get confused by just talking to the staff. I think I spend more than I should on the insurance. We chose the car by ourselves and it is not in a very well condition. It shanks badly when driving on the freeway, so we returned it before we go on a road trip.

Voordelen: Great value- initial rental car had large bubble on front tire and staff on site worked to get replacement and followed up on service twice. Although I noted the car had numerous scratches, we accepted as was.

Nadelen: Return location listed by Kayak was closed. When returning to the actual dropoff location, person thoroughly inspected undercarriage and insisted that I caused the damage. Other vehicles that were being returned were not provided the same thorough inspections nor were they ridiculously accused of damage.

Nadelen: When getting off the ship do not wait for their shuttle since it can be more than an hour to get there. They tell you it's on the way and it never shows up. Allow a lot of time to pick up the car since they don't always have them ready.

Nadelen: I obtained a great rate on an upgrade. Car was clean well presented the staff were very courteous and helpful. Gas station near the drop off to fill up. Only down was the not so many transfer busses and LAX is a very congested traffic area so longish time to get to terminal. Beware

Nadelen: Pick up was way too long to wait. Lack of agents and people who were wasting time at the counter arguing about the price of insurance. Very disappointing as a regular business traveler with a reservation and lack of time to waste. Maybe an agent who only deals with reservation holders and not walk up questions.

Voordelen: They ran out of sedans which I paid extra for and was given a mini-van. They however allowed me to come back the next day and exchange it at noon when a surplus of sedans got returned.

Nadelen: It could've been better if they had the car I paid extra for, actually in stock. They should've honored the price for the van they were giving me which was cheaper than the sedan I paid extra for.

Nadelen: You completely screwed up kayak, using your app I selected a vehicle that would accommodate seven people and when I got to the dollar car rental agency they said they could only give me a five-person car unless I wanted to pay an additional $1,000. Absolutely terrible experience.

Nadelen: The car was dirty and smelled bad. We bought clorox wipes to clean some of the dried stains that we found; it helped with the smell. We also kept the windows open as much as possible to let the air circulate. After a couple days, the smell was contained.

Voordelen: I liked the drop off because it was at 530am and no one was there to take their sweet time and waste my precious time. I just dropped the key in the slot and was on my way. the car was clean and had no issues while in my care.

Nadelen: The pick up was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I spent 90 minutes in line when it should only have taken maybe 30 minutes. The employees were on their phones constantly. not sure if they were for work or personal use. they were all moving at a snails pace and it was quite frustrating. needs improvement!!

Nadelen: They were very unhelpful when I had a tire blow-out. They wanted me to drive back on the rental site to exchange my vehicle which would involve driving from the valley to LA over the 405 One is not supposed to travel over 50 mph with a donut tire. In the end, I had to go buy a tire from a shop.

Voordelen: They staff is always friendly and they aren't pushy like the other car rental agencies. And no one compares to Advantage pick up and drop off wait times- seriously you're in and you're on the road

Nadelen: Kayak had incorrect information about the shuttle. You need to take parking lot e shuttle and transfer to advantage shuttle. The advantage shuttle was filthy!!

Voordelen: It took me 1.5 hours to get my car. There were 20 customers in line and only 3 agents on duty. Then one of the agents decided to take a lunch. I was literally shopping for another car while I was in line, as were others.

Nadelen: Have more agents on duty when they know there are lots of customers scheduled to pick up.

Voordelen: The staff was friendly and the price was good.

Nadelen: We waited 50 minutes to get picked up from the airport. Then when we returned the car, in 90 degree weather, the air conditioning wasn't working in the shuttle and we sweated to death going back to the airport.

Voordelen: Drop off was easy with about a 5 minute wait.

Nadelen: We waited for the Advantage shuttle for 45 minutes as all the other rental car shuttles passed repeatedly. Then we waited another 30 minutes in line to pick up.

Voordelen: I liked the drop off because it was at 530am and no one was there to take their sweet time and waste my precious time. I just dropped the key in the slot and was on my way. the car was clean and had no issues while in my care.

Nadelen: The pick up was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I spent 90 minutes in line when it should only have taken maybe 30 minutes. The employees were on their phones constantly. not sure if they were for work or personal use. they were all moving at a snails pace and it was quite frustrating. needs improvement!!

Voordelen: The car was nice and clean

Nadelen: They were very unhelpful when I had a tire blow-out. They wanted me to drive back on the rental site to exchange my vehicle which would involve driving from the valley to LA over the 405 One is not supposed to travel over 50 mph with a donut tire. In the end, I had to go buy a tire from a shop.

Voordelen: the rate was not honored and wanted to triple the cost. the agent claimed a "glitch" in the system had given me that rate and adding 12 hours to it 9 am vs 9 am voided my rate

Nadelen: i wish i could had added 12 hours to my reservation without triple the cost. i cancelled and went thru to costco still at a higher rate but lower that this agency

Nadelen: Drop off was terrible, they were in such a rush to get us out of the car and onto the airport shuttle that we left and a hat and maybe other things in the car. We were early for our flight and had no need for their rush. Hope the hat fit one of your employees.
