Nadelen: Having paid for our seats I wasn't impressed to find someone else sitting in them! Steward did sort out quickly though.

Nadelen: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Voordelen: I was in Emergency row by myself!

Nadelen: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Voordelen: Lost cost, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Nadelen: Very slow to clear the waste cups and litter away. Only one run of drinks service. Very slow to get off the plane at Rotterdam, had to wait for geriatrics and disabled to get off the plane first and took forever.

Nadelen: De vlucht was een uur vertraagd maar de melding daarover kwam pas een uur voor vertrek. Check-in en boarding vond plaats op de eerst gecommuniceerde tijden en daarom kwam ik bijna te laat. Slecht geregeld. Had een sms verwacht.

Nadelen: Travelers need to be informed better about Ryanair's baggage restrictions.

Voordelen: Eindhoven is a small, easy and we'll orgenised aerport. Security and boarding went fast.

Nadelen: Plane was a bit old. Clean but old. When the stewards spoak over the intercom you coudn't understand a word.

Voordelen: The crew was efficient in everything it did.

Nadelen: THe seats are cramped and we spent the entire two hour flight listening to the flight crew trying to sell: alcohol, cigarettes, scratch off tickets, and duty free items. I’m not taking a plane to go shopping, and the fact that we were asked to buy 4 different types of items in 2 hours was excessive.

Nadelen: Toda la información relacionada a Eurowings fue confusa y tardía. Tuve un cobro extra por equipaje tal que al parecer no tenían las mismas condiciones que Ryanair, pero esto no fue informado con claridad. No fue posible hacer el check-in, enviaron información muy tarde y alemán, no entendí nada

Nadelen: I pre booked and paid for an isle seat and was given a window seat. The plane was so hot and had no air-con, the people I were sat next to kept asking the girls to put it on but they didn’t

Nadelen: Our plane was delayed an hour and then when we landed well after midnight our bag came off the plane with a broken shoulder strap. Will not fly again.

Nadelen: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Nadelen: Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers.

Nadelen: Timing Cz I was delay 1 hour and half ! And we already booked a taxi to pick us from the airport and he left n charge us! ! So we had to take another taxi . As for the website! I’m trying to book luggage online I can’t get through at all! I’ve been trying since yesterday ... thnx

Voordelen: Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Nadelen: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Nadelen: Ryanair pricing / baggage is so rapacious but it does keep ticket prices down....

Voordelen: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Nadelen: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Voordelen: Staff was very friendly both ground and cabin. Flight left a little late but all in all it was a good service. I certainly wouldn't complain.

Nadelen: I didn't particularly like the constant upsale(online)but then it is a budget airline, so this is to be expected these days

Nadelen: Vlucht Malaga-Amsterdam voor de zoveelste keer alweer met enorme vertraging vertrokken. Vanwege aankomst in Amsterdam na middernacht additionele dag parkeren moeten betalen. Door Transavia veroorzaakte kosten zijn helaas té laag en het kost teveel moeite om dit te declareren, maar toch: ONACCEPTABEL!

Nadelen: Wpuld be helpful to be able to put the online boarding pass in iPhone “wallet.

Nadelen: Memmingen Airport does not call "Priority" card holders at the beginning of boarding passengers.

Voordelen: Although we were over a how late leaving the cabin crew were professional and polite. An absolute credit to the company.

Nadelen: Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back.

Nadelen: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Nadelen: They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it

Voordelen: I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground.

Nadelen: It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can.

Nadelen: High school kids ran wild talking screaming standing in aisles and flight crew did nothing to stop all of the noise and nuisance. More like a flying bus than airplane

Voordelen: The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after

Nadelen: Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either.

Nadelen: The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect.

Voordelen: New plane, comfortable and the staff is nice

Nadelen: Even a small plastic bag with McDonald's in it is considered a hand luggage! The staff need to be in more control of the travelers - we had one & a half hours delay because a traveller wanted to change seats and didn't sit down.

Voordelen: Price of flight was good.

Nadelen: Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped.

Nadelen: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.
