The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!
There was no soap in the toilet...
The transfer was too complicated, long distance to walk, security check line, not enough time for transfer, had to run to catch the next flight
Boarding was ok in Dublin, even though they habitually use one of the poor gates with inadequate seating and entry to the plane from the tarmac, not via a bridge. queing and check in were well managed however.
Disembarked at Helsinki unto a bus. Despite landing roughly on time, this antiquated procedure effectively made the flight 20 mins late, as that’s when the passengers got to the terminal.

Wow, I am not a heavy woman, I wear a size large but I am not in the least obese, just tall and not skinny. The seat width was ridiculously tight! I have NEVER experienced such discomfort in a Emergency Row seat!

The crew & service on our Denver to Munich flight were incredible. Courteous, professional & fun. A crew like this makes flying a pleasure.
The seats in economy on the A-350 were a horror show. Couldn't have made them more uncomfortable if they tried. It seems with each new model Airbus puts out the seats regress to more medieval technology.
2 1/2 delay with no information to travelers. We were told Gate A then at the last minute (after a couple of hours) it was switched to Gate C. We had to take a transport to new gate and were afraid we would miss flight as the original flight time was still posted. There was no updated flight info anywhere. Very stressful after what was already a long wait.
The plane was warm which became uncomfortable for the second half of the 9 hour flight. Also they had some issues with double booked seats and having to move people around which delayed takeoff. The staff did a good job of making the best of a bad situation thoug.
Felt like a disorganized mess! I don’t understand how this is still in business. Water was for sale on the flight, not for free. Water!! It’s a basic amenity. Exit row was exactly the same leg space as the rest of the aircraft. So why did I pay extra?

Being 6'2" is the worst when traveling economic.
I enjoyed the 7 lay over. Took a train to the city (12 minutes ), walked around and shopped, ate and tracked back with the train . A nice stop over
Flight attendants were cheerful and efficient.
I'm not a terribly large person, but there is zero room in economy. When the person in front of me put her seat back the screen was literally 6 inches from my face.

The food was amazing, the in-flight entertainment was amazing, and the flight attendants were amazingly kind and beautiful. :) Swiss Air has set the standard on airline food, serving Swiss Chocolate and Gruyere cheese on the flight! It was the best!
My only concern was that there were times when I felt a little too warm. The newer Boeing 777 doesn't have passenger controlled A/C.

For relatively new aircraft, the comfort of AC’s 787-8 economy seats is not up to par. A frame cross member presses the back of the buttocks, there is minimal lower back support, and no protection from the hands and knees of passengers behind.
It appears that Air Canada is doing the correct thing for passengers who have reserved their seats in advance....after many years of not applying their written policy of making them board after business class/disabled passengers/passengers with young children, they have created Zone 2 boarding which permits passengers with reserved seating to board immediately after them, therefore guaranteeing them overhead bin space. As we all know, a lot of passengers board with much more than one carry-on, which is a plague when boarding.

Great on board staff and smoothly run operation- felt very personal although it was a large flight! Economy class was spacious enough for the long overnight flight and overhead cabin space was great! Clean and professional.

They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable.
Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now.

No business lounge in CDG before 9am
After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again.

they didn't offer me or my husband absolutely nothing to drink! and the trip was awful!
The crew was helpful and friendly. The craft was pretty quiet.with plenty of amenities.
I reserved seats at purchase but the air Europa app did not recognize my seat selections and we ended up being seated at random. The boarding was just line up and board there wasn't any announcing or organizing by row or otherwise. We eventually all got on and ended up at the same place, it was just chaotic.
This is a complaint regarding a luggage that was not included in my fare ticket. I was not informed from your company Kayak that the luggage was not included in the price. I had to pay extra money on top of the fare ticket of $150 for just one luggage just because was not mention on the fare ticket. Please give me an explanation of your policy in regard, and please advice people in regard of what I just mention otherwise I think your company tricks people without mentioning clearly that suitcases are not included to lower prices
That it was a safe flight.
Plane was old and the seats were uncomfortable even if i paid a premium to be by the exit. I had to pay $250 dollars just to check in ONE bag round trip which is incredibly excessive. Food was mediocre.
They let us off the plane to stretch and get food when we had to return to the gate for mechanical issue.
The flight was over an hour late so we barely made our connection and certainly didn't get food which was our plan. They did not have room for any of our carry on as we were some of the last to board so they took it at the door of plane. . They managed to put our carry on on a flight to Beijing, not in the plane( that is mind boggling). The seats were uncomfortably tight. Our next flight on a smaller plane was roomier. No warning we needed to download the app to our device for entertainment as you had to pay for inseat tv.

Even as I was checking in for the flight, as an economy traveler, I was constantly reminded of all the things I wasn’t entitled to -all boarding was based on how much you’d paid, not where you were sitting. I didn’t expect special treatment, but once you’re at the gate, boarding agents usually treat passengers equally. Not so with United.
Business class seats were short whdn lay flat. Metal footrest at the end made it uncomfortable to hang feet off the end. Little privacy

Absolutely no entertainment for a flight that had way more people than my first one. Food options were horrible!
More room and comfort than American Airlines.

We loved this land of green but especially the good people. Aer lingus staff everywhere treated us with kindness and necessary help. Already plannng on returning. They only slight problem was that it was difficult to hear the pilot because of poor speakers. But the crew was wonderful.

Comfort was better than on the previous Dash-8. Food was OK.
Despised the cold temperature and cold draft in world business even with all vents shut off...gave me a head cold. Boarding was disorganized. There was no sense of direction; ergo, everyone was jumping in.
The seats seemed to have more space on this plane which was nice.
It felt strange that the crew members completely skipped over me when serving lunch and drinks. At least something as basic as water should be given to all passengers.
Seats were very comfortable, food was excellent, the staff was very nice, cabin was quite and roomy.
No outlets to charge digital devices, and need more bathrooms on board. I was able to sleep most of the 11 hour flight so I did not take advantage of the entertainment.

Easy flight; loved the crew and their friendly customer service. Great food, kept everyone hydrated and fed.

I asked isle seat, the Turkish rep. at the ticket office said yes, but when I boarded, I found out that I was given middle seat! I was up set.

İn Moscow 350 passanger got out from plane and there is only 1 X-ray machine and 1 security worker. İt took 1,30 hour to pass the control point. İt was disaster.
